4081  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITRUN - PREDICT THE PRICE OF BITCOIN AND WIN BITCOIN on: November 23, 2020, 05:15:20 PM
I just registered on the bitrun APP gambling site, is it only bitcoin that accept deposits? why don't we add trx, eth & LTC I suggest this first because this coin is very often used on other gambling sites, by the way do we make promotional events to find more customers?

Yes bitcoin is the only accepted payment method at the moment and perhaps the site will add altcoins in the near future. Coming up to the minimum bet, I think it can be reduced to at least 10k satoshi or even 5k satoshi since the current price of bitcoin is getting expensive. 5k satoshi is close to $1 so I think letting players to bet as low as possible will be a good start. I myself still think that 5k satoshi is too high for a minimum bet to be honest. So the best thing to do is to offer a min bet as low as possible because it will cover all type of gamblers (from small bankroll players up to whales).

I'll go with that minimum bet allowing traders/gamblers to play inside and enjoy this binary
trading types of games, if you wanted to attract gamblers / traders better to lowered your
initial bet once those players enjoy and see the potential from your site, it will bring more
deposit to your site, considering the current value of Bitcoin better to adjust and let it more
convenient for everyone to play.

Majority of people that do make out complaints on here is on about into its minimum amount fee which is indeed too high and basing off with current value of bitcoin.
People wont see this as an appealing one and i've remembered that there are binary options like in the past similar to this that had launched like https://betinance.com/game
Where you do need to guess on where the price would be going or simply just an another binary options website but they didnt really took some attention and eventually failed.
I wont really be expecting on  this too much but well it depends on how they do market out this site and how they do apply those things that had been suggested or
recommend by users on this thread.

4083  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Player protection - stop loss limit on: November 22, 2020, 11:21:13 PM
wouldn't gambling sites be interested in having steady customers? And some loss-preventing programs might help them to keep old customers in the game because they won't be broke after just a short period of playing. Plus this can be an influencing factor, that'll make gamblers advise a certain website to friends.

Gamblers changes their mind often while gambling, a gambling site can have that place in their dashboard, but it's not a guaranty that they will be saved from that protection, they can always opt to play in other gambling sites if they feel they made a wrong decision of turning the protection feature, they just gave their users a reason to go to other gambling sites because of that protection, I don't see this an advantage to a gambling site.

Indeed!

and that would be the common result incase they do consider in putting such feature and made me think on why the hell gambling sites would put up such restriction that would heavily
affect their profits?

They for sure wont be putting that one because their number one aim is to make money out of those addicted gamblers who do play into the site.
Putting stop loss limit is just nonsense for their part and if a gambler do really tend to stop then they can actually stop on their
own without needing this.
4084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 22, 2020, 10:06:30 PM
I don't have much stories in gambling rather than my epic fail bets.
So I would just answer OP's question
I use my gambling winning on myself I would sometimes go out and buy some new stuff or just keep it on my wallet.
But most of the time I would buy some foods with my profit.
When it comes to buying behavior then we know that we do have different wants and needs in life and its none of someones business on how
we gonna spend up our money yet its our winning after all. Some might think that it isnt really that ethical to buy some food but how the hell
it is connected into that manner?

As long you dont gamble in illegal places then those winnings are considered clean or shall we say it is others money that you had won.
Well this is gambling and its just right that neither you do lose or win its up to your luck and spending those
winning will be on your own discretion.
4085  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: For beginners which trading option is best and which platform and why? on: November 22, 2020, 09:55:51 PM
Binance is still quite secure, not for binance itself maybe but for you it is still secure. Let people say anything they want to say about binance because it is their right to say (freedom of speech) whatever they want. However when they provide you with facts that doesn't change anything for you, that is just funny.

Yes, binance was "hacked" and yet nobody ever lost anything, binance covered all the costs of the hack themselves without putting any cost on the customer. So, why would it matter to you that binance was hacked? They have 90%+ of their money on cold storage, so even if they are hacked again and again, they could always afford to pay people their money without making them lose anything, you can hack binance hot wallets once a week and they would still be capable of taking the hit themselves.
People would really be having those bad impressions when a certain platform had been hacked in the past where they do already have doubts in regards to its
security this is why its no surprise that we can really see these kind of sentiments which might really be that too unappealing for us people who do
know that Binance wont completely fall just because of that incident. They are still capable and well known and still sit on the top of the chain.
If they dont like to use it then let it be and find for another one but i doubt that theres no better option than on this one.
4086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers lose more money than win. on: November 21, 2020, 11:56:12 PM

Just based on the saying that the longer we play the less chance of winning we have, and there's only one reason why we are at that situation, and that is because we are gambler on games where there's a house edge.

We don't want short-lived entertainment, we as much as possible want to stay on as long as we can, but unfortunately, we sometimes tend to forget that there is a house edge that will eventually come out while you are playing anytime.
If you are looking to make money then plan and time your bet, if you want to have some fun go with all your heart with money that you can afford to lose.
There are different type of gamblers which one you had mentioned where they do like to last up as long as they can for the sake of entertainment and of course on making money.

We should really always consider that theres a house edge that will be one of the common reason that gamblers will really be the losers in the end of the day.
We should not think about on making money because if we do treat gambling as a source of income or money making thing then we would just be fucking
up ourselves and would really be caught to addiction.
4087  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the next move of Bitcoin after $17000? on: November 21, 2020, 11:26:59 PM
after $ 17,000 is passed, the all-time high can be reached, and now $ 17,000 has been passed,
this is a sign that the Bitcoin price has broken through the heavy resistance,
if the second resistance of $ 19,000 is also passed it is certain that there will be a mega pump on another day,
of course there will be a correction first.

As for the next target of $18,500, it has been breach and now becoming the support and not the resistance. So $20k this December is possible because of the bullish sentiments of traders and many people doesn't want to miss the train again so they still invested at the current price even though it is too high for some traders. I wouldn't be surprised if we touch $20k at the end of the year, it's gonna be huge if we get to there and I will be optimistic that it is just the beginning.
Hype and Fomo would be there but i dont really much prefer if the entire market or people would see this like way yet we know that after the price being fomo'ed then
the next move or thing to happen is correction which we can say that it is a normal but hope that it wont really be that bad just like what happened in previous years.

We are now on 18500+ and its a good thing that we are holding up at the moment. We do wait for another rally for the price to reach up its previous ATH.

We arent really that too far off but i doubt that once we do reach that level then sell-off would be there.
4088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Player protection - stop loss limit on: November 21, 2020, 10:55:44 PM

They can't just stop themselves from betting their money so the only thing that could stop them is when they don't have money to bet or they realize that they should stop.

Yes this type of people are the addicts. Addicts don't know how to control themselves even in profit or loss time that why they loss profit all at the end of the betting. This is a big challenge for them and some seek help because they are losing more than profiting to the labour used in the playing of bet.

I don't know how to explain this but there are a lot of people that despite their vice, can actually stop whenever they wanted to. They are huge bettors and they are always at events or places where big wages go down. I don't know if they are addicted or not but they sure are close to addiction yet they can stop, they usually talk about how bad is their luck and call it a day.

This people, even though they don't have any "player protection" can still stop whenever they wanted to. I know people needed help but I know other gamblers can do it too.
We dont actually need it because we can eventually stop for out own without those kind of features. It does really matter on self control and if you dont have this
then expect that you would play gambling no matter what the situation you are in neither a loss or win.Its just impossible for a house to consider on putting stop limit
since the most priority for them is to make those gamblers lost and do play too much on the site to more having some revenue. If they would just simply
stop it then that would surely affect their profitability thats why its really contradictory for such manner about stop limit.
4089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be used instead of paper money on: November 21, 2020, 10:21:35 PM
"Bitcoin will be used instead of paper money"
we all know about Bitcoin. Even a few years ago no one had any idea about the sale. At today's price of 18 thousand dollars, the price of 1 bitcoin. It is a remarkable revolution. Bitcoin needed only one thing. Big companies accept Bitcoin. But it has been
somewhat successful in 2020. Bitcoin is going to be the currency of the future. Its value will increase at such a rate in the next five to six years. Which no one could have imagined. One is just people believing in bitcoin. If you use paper money you can destroy that paper money. but you can never destroy Bitcoin. Which you can't catch. There is no question that you will ever destroy it. This is mainly due to the differences between Bitcoin and paper money.
I do understand for some people to be that bullish but talking about Bitcoin in replacing fiat is really impossible to happen. It would really be just remain as a
digital currency and as long government do exist then so fiat will be and its impossible that it will really pull out fiat into its current situation which had
been used since  from the beginning of time.It wont really fit out to be as a replacement if we do consider on price volatility which wont really be
that much appealing for most people who do depend or want to accept full exact of their funds.
4090  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who actually moves the price of bitcoin? on: November 20, 2020, 11:55:32 PM
Movements that occur due to activity in the market, are not about whales and or anything else because what happens next or that amplifies market movements is due to increased supply and demand. The panic from buying and selling is what can ultimately make prices fall hard or even rise quickly, because a trend that occurs will make the movement more significant.
That's right, traders all over the world is making the price to move it's either FOMO or FUD the supply and demand will follow. So the current trend we are in is the bullish trend and there has been a FOMO going on why the price is increasing plus the positive news more people adapting Bitcoin due to the hype of PayPal recently. If any other bigger company would try to enter the crypto market then that will create a huge demand and the would suddenly rise.
Adoption in short!

We do need this which would really be a solid driving force for bitcoins price to rise up even more in upcoming years to come.

We are even hitting its previous ATH considering that only Paypal had only accepted as a big company in terms of finance sector. How much more if other big companies will do join the wagon?

It all matters with the demand which is simply being taught on simple economics class.
4091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what bankroll management is in sports betting? on: November 20, 2020, 11:02:24 PM
We can say should not try to chase the loss, at times it won't be possible with gamblers. Same time calming the mind taking a break and gambling further could help in recovering the loss.

This is true, me as a gambler who have a lot of bad losing experience, I can say that we have to take a break so that heat inside will just subside. When we are too aggressive, that results to busting our bankroll, we sometimes get challenge when we have a bad streak but in reality it could really happen to anyone even the skillful gamblers in the world, but maintaining your composure, stay calm and keep the game plan at play, this is what we should do.
Having a loss limit and leaving the website with this loss is always a smarter choice but we leave the logic behind after typing the address of the casino. The emotions are the biggest enemy of bankroll, there is no way to prevent the loss if something doesn't let the gambler to leave the website after a losing streak. Each loss streak is not replaced by the win streak and believing the false suggestion can lead to a totally lost bankroll or even bankruptcy which is the last station of any gambler. The gambler has to be a responsible person, otherwise, the loss is inevitable in all cases, from my own gambling experience.
This is the kind of discipline we need, we have to be in command of stopping ourselves anytime we need to, regardless of what situation we are, may it be in winning or losing situation, consider treating it as you are in a mission and that strategy has to be properly put in place.
You would really be needing that kind of behavior if you do really like for your capital to last long or wont bust up in a short span of time.

Self control or discipline might easy to say but when you are on the actual thing then you would definitely forget on what you should gonna do.

bankroll management is recommended from time to time unless if you are a YOLO type of gambler then you will be having this kind of behavior.
4092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: November 20, 2020, 10:17:48 PM
You know dude eth have a huge market cap & i m trading for 2 years in many exchanges. And I think ethereum long holding support will be at same. Look at now it's pumping again to the moon.
When we do talk about on when a coin will die then its really hard to point out fingers or do make out some conclusion and if we do just simply based up
on whats the current standing of ETH into the market then you would normally say that it is impossible for the moment.

We cant deny that erc20 or smart contract feature is one of the most revolutionary projects that we had which really have some actual utility or real life usage
this is why its hard to believe that it would be vanished out into this market.

Id rather say that most of altcoins below are typically shit or arent really worth of.
4093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the price of Bitcoin now? Take profit or greed? on: November 20, 2020, 08:25:49 PM
maybe you can sell bitcoin when the price can increase to $19k because the $600 gap of the price will give you the profit,

I agree and second this statement you said here, Mr. ethereumhunter. If I will be also sell what I have, I will make sure first that the price will reach and/or surpass $19k so I will be having more profit. And yes, I am planning to sell because I will be needing some money for personal reasons. I will be taking profit and will watch the trend.
Selling would might have different reasons for each trader some would be on personal purposes or some had already reached out there threshold to do so.

It isnt bad idea to make some selling at the moment specially if you have bought earlier then its just ideal to sell for making profit but if you are really that

a die hard believe towards bitcoins potential then you wouldnt sell no matter what but to presume out that these prices do come ones in a blue moon then
selling off will be also a best choice. If you dont need to make profit and still hold then its up to you.
4094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler living in England makes a $5M bet on Trump on: November 20, 2020, 07:55:43 PM
Well I also dumped some money on Trump winning the election and the site where I gambled it, paid out to winners that bet on Biden. So I do not know how this is going to turn out, if the election result is changed in the future... (Could take months)

chances the election result is changed in the future are too small so you don't have to regret the bet you lost. initially such bet was a little bit risky. my bet was on Baiden and I'm still waiting to receive my payment because bookmaker wants to see the official results.

Theres no such thing about a risk-free bet and of course you would have 50-50% chance winning its either it would be on Trump or with Biden.

Which bookmaker you do make out such bets? most of them had already graded this election for Bidens win.

It do sucks when you do have some pending winning on the site even if its clear on whats the result.
4095  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: November 20, 2020, 06:16:40 PM
Panic sell will be done by most of the users who invest from their living expenses expecting good return in a short. This is quite risky, because with cryptocurrency we can't make perfect prediction of the market moves. This is where the panic gets initiated, the market fluctuation makes them into a dilemma whether to sell or not. This finally ends with a sell when the price drops.

It is likely that the current growth will attract many micro-investors who will try to get easy and quick money on the growth of bitcoin. In the event that a serious correction occurs, they will sell bitcoin at any price since they do not understand the crypto market. Therefore, an option with a panic sale is very likely.

They would likely to experience such stuff and its no surprise that when bitcoin hit up again its ATH then it will create some buzz which similar happened in 2017
which will driven off the price even way more higher and when it do correct or have some price crash then everyone will surely panic specially to those who bought on peak.
We cant be sure if 20k will be the level on where we do wait for some huge correction. For now lets see if it do able to held up or not
and im anticipating that panic will surely be there when the time comes that bitcoin price will go down in a fast manner.
4096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who actually moves the price of bitcoin? on: November 19, 2020, 05:45:12 PM
Most bitcoin prices are tied to an average or a collection of what the top exchanges publish as the current bitcoin price. But who's actually moving their prices? From my understanding, retail users don't have the power to move prices in the short term. Whales supposedly are the ones who can make the price suddenly jump or drop...but they trade on OTC desks right? not on retail exchanges....so how are these Whale movements being reflected on retail exchanges to determine what the current bitcoin price is? Or are there actually some whales who use the exchanges to trade on?

It doesnt matter if youre a whale, average joe, retailers or what when it comes to entire price market movement then these are the main component on
why its moving. It all matters with buying and selling power which would really be the main driving force on why its soo volatile which is way more than
on typical markets that we do know like forex and stocks and since we are trading with decentralized or uncontrollable things then liquidity
is much really higher. So it doesnt matter on what youre position neither a big whale or a small fry.  Cheesy

This level is where people will sell Bitcoin, especially people who buy it during March-April,
be careful with corrections, it might drop below $ 17k again, in my opinion like that,
because there is still no sign that Bitcoin this year will go to All time high, even though it has crossed $ 18,000.
We do have the signs but not really a solid one because anything could really happen in an instant. We almost breaking now the 18k barrier but doesnt mean that we will be heading directly to 20k as of this year.
For sure theres a strong resistance between those levels yet this had been the place on where lots had been caught by the fomo. If you arent that prepared or do let yourself left behind on possible updates
or movement then you would really commit the same mistakes all over again.People should be aware that history might or might not happen for this year.
4099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers forced into unpaid leave on: November 18, 2020, 11:02:57 PM
We cannot blame companies doing the lay-offs because they probably can’t afford to operate after the lockdown anymore but they should have atleast compensated well their employees. Macau’s temporary closure of casinos could really hurt their industry, employees switching to other jobs is inevitable in tough times like this.
No, we can blame. First of all, they make tons of money and salary isn't that high in every company, in overall proportion of income / salary is very high and illogical. And another example that I can tell you is that Evolution Gaming left up to 1500 worker without job, just in one day. Is this fair? They are really making tons of money and pay tiny amount of money to their workers (still good in their country but...) and instead of paying some money to their employees on covid situation that was worse for everyone, they decided to just ignore them (forget lawsuit, they would win because of great lawyers and bad country).

Its indeed a tiny proportion but do you consider on how many employees that you would need to support on? It might be just good for first or second aide but
talking on supporting them for the rest of the pandemic situation? Then it does sound on not to be that appealing at all because no business will survive if they
would able to do so.They did really make tons of money but it isnt really that responsibility that they would support them for the rest of their lives.
For temporal basis then it would be good if they do show up some concern but if not then theres nothing you can do.
You got the point, it is not the employers or the casinos responsibility to support their workers until the end of this pandemic. This company probably given the basic support needed, but they need to do things as cost cutting to avoid losing the company. If the workers will understand this, they should know that this is only for the sake of the company, so that they still have a job to come back once this pandemic is over.
Will be good if past employers would consider their employees to get them back once they had able to recover but i doubt that they would do such thing but for an owner
who do really think of his own past workers and the contribution that they made then most likely they would really be ending up such situation or option but for now
theres no other thing to be done but to lay off those works for the sake of companies survival. They should at least understand on why such decisions had been made,
if this pandemic didnt exist then this thing wont really happen.
4100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any truly safe bets in sports betting? on: November 18, 2020, 10:07:19 PM
Betting on odds like 1.3 it's a bad idea, you will need a lot of time to make a good profit... you can try betting at 1.7

1.5 - 1.7 would be the sweetest spot but i do still see some people who do even tend  to bet on 1.1 - 1.2 odds which it isnt really worth for the risk to take

its up to someone though specially if the said player or team would really be having that ensured winning but we know that upsets can happen from time to time.

So theres no point on telling that there are really safe bets in sports betting yet this can only happen in our dreams.  Cool
