I don't have 252 posts dumbass, 252 is based on my activity around here. I have 316 posts with this one and by the way I don't want to buy any card cause i already have a GTX 750 TI and that is already good enough for the games I play, also I'm not a miner cause I'm not a loser. I buy and sell coins and my returns are thousands times greater than you stupid miners.
Dude, if your plan is to insult people, please gtfo of my thread. Don't scare him, its his meaning of life...you know, all the rich people like him go to bitcoin forums to gloat about other people stupidity, hehe

Funny thing will be once AMD and NVIDIA blocks mining on gaming cards, and that will be because you miners won't buy the mining cards, I already see it coming hehe
All I see is your 252 posts hoping to buy RX card for less than $100...cool down, it won't happen anytime soon, hehe

Radeon RX 560 2G for mining??
expanse, zec, monero... expanse probably the best atm

I tried the latest AMD Drivers - 17.7.2, no improvement.
How did you manage to do proper OC with latest driver? My two RX560s dropped from 29.8MH/s to 24.8MH/s and whatever I try to do, its locked at 24.8

I don't get why any sane person would waste 0.3 ETHs on this. It literally takes 5 minutes to mod a GPU and then fine tune it yourself. All you really need to do is mod the timings. At least you learn something in the process.......
Not everyone is as smart as you, though...I spent days to fine tune mine (few hours wasted just because I, during all that flash/retry cycles, flashed once micron card with hynix rom, and barely managed to reflash it back) If you only talked about copy/paste straps, I'l almost agree with you, but "All you really need to do is mod the timings" is very disparaging

Guys, I just tried the new AMD crimson driver 17.7.2, I would recomend to not update, it breaks compability, It's not possible to adjust anything other than the fan speed in 3rd party overclocking software such as Msi afterburner which is what I am using.
Nor does the claymore miner detect the temperature and fan speed anymore.
My GPU is a RX480 for anyone who wonders.
Best regards Harry
Yeah i have the same problem, i go back to 17.7.1 Agreed same here, back on 17.7.1 with all working again. Me too.And the claymore's cvddc and mvddc options don't seem to be available. I had the same issue. WattTool would not work. HAd to use WattMan which was slower than slow. went back to my trusty 16.5 or whatever it is. Also, OC through wattman seems to work (both wattman and hwinfo show changed frequencies), but doesn't affect speed of mining at all???

This is the pretty much ideal setup I believe. Well people claim higher MH/s, but those who bought those bioses say its with lots of memory errors...I don't like it, so I always shoot for best setup with no errors at all My biggest surprise is that rx 470/480/570/580 owners try to avoid Micron memory, yet between Micron and Hynix I had much more luck with Micron

decred with sgminer: 444MH/s cryptonight with sgminer: 500h/s (so preferable instead claymore cryptonight)

To all miners with RX560, who achieved 14mh/s and more.
What driver version you guys use ?
Cheers
I always use the last, no issues with any yet...but I don't have dedicated rig, its just my everyday PC (and another that kids use)

Thank you , I cannot see the prices how much is a MSI rx 470 4gb per card ?
I can see it...about $400 it seems Voltage Work – IR Compatible: 0.075 Voltage Work – Other VRM Controllers: 0.125
What does that mean 'IR Compatible' or 'Other VRM Controllers'?
It means what it says...cost in BTC if you want altering VRM controller settings

Congratulations, really good hashrate! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Need to learn how to modify mine even better. Did you try my bios?
|
|

Please do not waste you ETH or BTC on this as I have and found out the hard way wasting 0.3 ETH on this and not even getting any close to the hashrate this person was quoting. Also all these bios mod have loads of GPU errors. So don't waste your money.
I guess thats how real economy works...some false advertising and you get your money. meanwile, 300+ people downloaded my ROM and I got 0.07ETH donated for my effort ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) As some smart guy said 30 or so years ago: "Greed is good!"

Since theres not much info about this GPU, lets post various coin/algorithm hashrates here:
ETH: 15.5 MH/s with Claymore 9.7, ETH only
Which card? Are they stable? I have Sapphire 560 4GB OC (with the 6 pin power, Micron Memory), can only get close to 14MH with them. Gigabyte with micron memory

Can someone try currencies supported by sgminer? I tried it from nicehash benchmark, but it crashes my PC

Jesus there are some greedy people in this thread.
Trying to sell modded BIOS' for 0.1BTC or 0.85 ETH - fuck the fuck off!
It takes 5 minutes to watch a youtube video (or search a forum, this thread is a good start) and mod & flash these BIOS' yourself. Then a bit of effort to test and tweak your cards, which if you are serious about this is a joy not a burden.
As if miners aren't taking the piss out of each other enough already with the resale prices of cards (saw somebody on Ebay asking £500 for a 4GB RX470 Nitro+ just last week) now they are trying to cash in on newbs for something that they could do themselves with 5 minutes of research.
Where has the team spirit gone?
I'd agree with you about a week ago, now when I see someone asking 0.85 ETH or 0.1 BTC, I cheer them and say "go for it"

Definitely luck as it seems, have 2 same cards (SN is just +1) and one card is definitely little worse. Honestly, for now makes heat most problems for me, as in my rig I have cards right side by side (because of PCI-e slots are so close to each other and still waiting for PCI-e riser to solve it. I dont actually think that +0,5-1mh/s matters considering time spend with tuning bios (I guess you will agree).
Ethereum-wise, probably not...I guess its just toying with technology...much more people use RX570/580 cards and I often saw people going from 29.8 to 29.9 and cheering it as some kind of victory Just check threads about those cards ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I have similar configuration as you do, 2 cards in my PC, and one in main pci-e x16 conenctor have heat issues too, as rest of system is very hot 8320E CPU and also very hot motherboard VRMs... Everything should run much betetr on pci-e risers during this hot summer (32C in my PC room)
