I modded the bios successfully and increased the mining speed to ~14.xxx mh/s with the following settings:
bios mod:
1500 timings -> 1625, 2000
amd radeon settings:
gpu clock -> 1050 (underclock)
memory clock -> 2000
fan -> 67%
14,3 MH

Ok but if you want to invest in a coin for a long time, isn't a better strategy than mining it at less efficiency worse than mining a more profitable coin, lets say zcash according to the website above, then selling those zcash coins for lets say monero, if you're long on monero. My question is how come anyone even mines on less profitable coins? Because of loyalty? Or what? What am I not getting? Since you can't directly exchange lots of coins, but have to go through BTC, thats a lot of conversion fees along the road |

Everyone praises hynix memory over Micron, but while my Micron works at 2050MHz
with 1625MHz straps, best I managed with Hynix is 2000 with 1750 straps...of course,
if someone knows how to change every single memory timing instead just copy/paste them,
maybe that paints different picture

Hi everyone I bought 3 Sapphire RX560 Pulse OC boards, I only managed in one of them to work 100% to bios @Priviet  the other 2 Sapphire RX560 Pulse OC none of the available bios @newsector and @Priviet give color screen after a few minutes.  RX560 Pulse OC 6 pin standard is almost 12mh/s I do not understand, the boards are the identical why only in one of them took round for days to almost 15mh/s @Priviet and the others give the color screen. I was looking to buy other RX560 Pulse OC 6 pin but now I do not know what I do.  Are you sure all 3 use same memory? |

Rig with 6 of these cards can make about $7 a day dual mining eth+dcr on claymore 9.7 Of course, everything changes (coins price, difficulty...) so thats very rough estimate like everything else regarding altcoins |

the last gpu from amd have their hashrate cut of 30%, not that good anymore, nvidia is better now with the new clymore build that do 25Mh with a 1060, perhaps you are talking about new professional vega amd gpu? this gpu maybe are good but need farther testing 30%? Where did you hear that, latest news said 60-65% |

I made custom bioses for:
4GB micron 14.5 Mhs with ETH/ETC
Tested on Sapphire RX560 Pulse 4GB
And
4GB hynix 14.6 Mhs
Tested on Gigabyte RX560 Gamming 4GB
Both mods stable and running for days. I'm willing to sell those mods for 0.1 BTC each if anyone interested.
p.s. Speed is with current epoch so 135... It was actually a little bit faster.

Can you make application window resizable?
why would you need that? It's 640x400, visible on even the smallest resolution 1. wouldn't have to scroll timings down (some RX 560 cards have 12 straps, and on default screen only 10 are displayed) 2. I could see whole strap when doing copy/paste so I dont accidentally select less characters (I know theres "to upper" option for copying, but sometimes I like to put 1500 strap to 2000 while leaving all in between intact for example) |
