RX560s are about half hashing power in everything compared to rx580, but three to four times cheaper here where I live

RX560 has 128 bit memory bus, very low power consumption and solid performance

For anyone asking for timing or Bios mods etc. There is a new version of Polaris Bios Editor out 1.64 which auto detects your cards memory and with the click of one button applies the optimal timings for that memory type.
It works, but "optimal"? no You could stick with the "Copy 1500 timings" advice if you want. The timings here are a lot better and it makes it a lot easier for those who are not sure what to do, and they dont have to worry about someone coming along asking for 0.1 eth to tune their card for them or give them a modded bios for a price. I actually tried it for a few cards and got just copied straps, hence my comment...however, if for some cards and/or memory types it works better than just copy/paste straps, I stand corrected

Can anyone mod bios for msi rx 560 aero itx 4gb oc (hynix)
I dont have experience in bios modding
If you only have 1 card your best bet is to use google and learn to do it yourself, if you have more cards, I can do it for you for a 0.1ETH reward

On all my rigs with 460/470/480 there is a memory leak from version 0.0.7 to the current win 8.1 and win 10 I believe this is related to drivers. Can you do a memory dump, and upload it somewhere ? ( TaskManager , right click on prospector -> create dump file). That could help. win 8.1 - 16.11.5 : https://mega.nz/#!MN5HBKoI!2R9mnRC2z3YGdDwf-wQML3ONfnrkGDwNpu8yqCSovqU also on win 10 - win10-64bit-crimson-relive-beta-blockchain-workloads-aug11 I also use win 10 + blockchain driver, but no memory leak (mining signatum)

What you want minning?
Anything, just a hobby rig to run NiceHash So on top of low hash rate, you want to give big chunk to people at nicehash?
|
|
|
Yup, 19 again
(hope fix wasnt hash=hash+3, hehe)

|

OK looks interesting...
How much did you overclock these by? What mod specs did you use to mod these cards?
I wrote in previous post, 1300 core, 2240 memory Used my own bios mod made for mining ethereum, didn't experiment much with monero, it would probably work well with lower frequencies too, this was just exercise

0.0.11-ALPHA is out - WOHOO :-)Finally. This release contains first CUDA miner - ZCash, and a complete rewrite of several internal components. These changes should provide a great foundation for future improvements. Download: https://github.com/semtexzv/Prospector/releasesZcash was only tested on NiceHash, and I currently do not have any GPUs whatsoever to test other pools, if you mine ZCash on a pool other than NiceHash, please report here. Enjoy . My two RX560 went down from 19MH/s combined to 16MH/s combined mining signatum compared to version 0.10

1KW would definitely be overkill for such rig

I have 3 rx 560 4gb sapphire pulse oc ( All Micron )
all have the same biosmodded ,all do 14.6mh/s
But one of them in the shares that does appears always this: "got incorrect share. If you see this warning often, make sure you did not overclock it too much!"
And the other 2, with the same configuration does not appear this message ... why?
What can I do to this gpu to have the same mh / s as the other 2 and have valid shares?
i have the same cards and memory and after modding bios i can only get 13.7 m/hs per card what are you doing to get 14.6 m/hs thanks only 2 things can he do better: make better bios mod, and overclock higher (assuming same OS, drivers and mining software, of course)

Is there a difference (in hash) between power and non-power connectors Rx560?
With same memory and cooling, there should not be. However, some testing recently make me think that those cards could maybe hit power wall and crash not because of memory OC, but because of power consumption. Previously I thought GPU consumes much more than memory, but on these low GPU power cards, memory actually consumes big part, probably even more than core...so I would definitely not dual mine on them...either use algoritm that taxes memory, or one that taxes GPU, but not both Hey, nobody knows about the consumption?
Bought one of those powermeters from ebay, its on its way from China, if noone answers before, I will in a few days

MONERO: 459 h/s claymore cryptonote miner 9.7 beta
That seems VERY high!!! I have the same card mining XMR with exactly the same Claymore...and I don't get more than 330 h/s.... Is this modded? Overclocked? Both Those are some great results on the 560 man!!! Can you share your specs? For testing purposes, I actually hit 471 stable, with 1300 core, 2240 memory...few hours, since I don't mine monero From log: "17:58:11:957 bf0 GPU 1: HashCnt = 512, time = 1086 ms, hashrate = 471 h/s 17:58:11:967 bf0 Round 17:58:13:074 28a8 GPU 1: HashCnt = 512, time = 1087 ms, hashrate = 471 h/s 17:58:13:087 28a8 Round"

Does anybody here have GPU with Hynix H5GC8H24MJ memory? I need test timings. The only card I know using this is MSI RX 580 Gaming X 8GB Hynix. Thanks.
Some RX560s use that memory (with added letter R at the end, H5GC8H24MJR). My Gigabyte for example...unfortunately Gigabyte put 6GHz memory instead 7GHz, making it bad for mining

Gigabyte RX560 2GB version with micron memory 15.5-16MH/s is pretty good card for mining etehreum clones (expanse, ubiq, musicion), you get 30MH/s for $200
