all you fools using wood for frames is just dumb, you do realize your giving your rig the ability to start a fire if something goes wrong. last time I checked wood makes good fire starter metal does not. and to those that use a full shelf that's not all that smart cause when you have to move said shelf you have to take off all the hardware, unless your going to move it with the hardware on it and take a chance to damage something like an idiot, id swear society is getting more and more stupid with each passing day, sure wood is cheaper than a lot of metal, but it poses risks, if anyone who has seen what happens when things go horribly wrong they know, and likely do not use wood frames. only takes 1 part to malfunction in such a way you lose it all because yall were just too careless to put some actual thought into the crafting of your frames, ya can blame no one but yourself
Tell that to retard that made metal frame that got himself killed, because unlike wood, metal actually conducts electricity

i need a good cryptonight strap for h5gq8h24mjr
I need it too. Don't we all? Akakakakakkakaa, count me in. For 1150 2100, max i can get only 930 h/s for xmr. How about others? i can't get even 930 h/s lol well ok , i did not spend too much time working on this, only a few hours but its hard to believe that with a rx580 8g i can get only 800hs with this shit mem I have two RX 580 with this shit hynix MJR mem. Max I can reach is 830-850 h/s XMR. Speed differs on different miners. Claymore 9.7 - 810-820 h/s - 1400/2250 Claymore 10.2 with dmem 1 - 830-840 h/s - 1400/2250 GGS - 850-855 h/s - equal speed on 1250/2250 and 1400/2250. 479 H/s with RX560 with Hynix ram at 1287/1985

This weekend BCH and Dash went up alot. Will Ethereum ever go up? It's been stuck at $250 to $350 for so long.
When Koreans decide its time, of course

Many coins are cheap enough to make it possible...you'd need something like 7-8000 GPUs to take more than 50% hashing power of some ethash blockchains

I have no idea why anyone bothers with BTG

Interesting, but buggy...any reason main window is so slow?
It says my XMR address is bad...but claymore uses it with no problem

Hi,
I got rx VEGA 56 8gb POWER Color with micron RAM, bought this card mostly for testing and haven't managed to do any good results.
I've managed to hit 35mhs / 160-175watt on ether while i only got at 750hs on monero and 350 on zec both at around 200 watt.
I have not found bios mod for this type of card.
What is the best coin to mine with this card and what should my settings be to use it's full potential?
Card running on: win7 latest update Crimson relive 17.10.2 Afterburner 4.4.0 19 beta atikmdag-patcher YES
Well first of all you have to use the blockchain driver. http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-Edition-Beta-for-Blockchain-Compute-Release-Notes.aspxBut he said he's using it already The blockchain driver is 17.30.1029, not 17.10.2, right? Blockchain is merged with normal driver since 17.10.1

Who told you its not worth it? Its fine laptop and would be shame to kill if for 5-6 cents you'd get in those few days before it would die its only worth it if you want to kill your laptop, so by all means mine away on your laptop. by do that you deserve for it to fry and telling others its worth it, when its not I said LAPTOP is worthy, not MINING ON LAPTOP

Show me the report brah, I am sure you have one Don't need report, just check any significant exchange by yourself....people dumping ALL alts to buy BCH

It’s amazing how entitled people are when they join this board, thinking everyone will willingly give them what their need. I see what you mean...I tried to be nice and asked any tip for a first bios for rx560s, and let people free download it. Guess what, 800 downloads later, not a 0.00001ETH on my wallet Not only that, some people took straps, put rig into fridge, ran 16.x MH/s and scammed some people for 0.3ETH (hi Minerscott)

Guys, I am struggling for two days now, maybe someone could help.
I have 6 x Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+ 8 GB and I am not able to use 6 of them. My bios is modded properly and they work fine if I use up to 4 cards in a rig. But once I get more than 4 cards - I have cards visibility problem.
I have tried numerous drivers options, blockchain drivers work the best, but they only get 4 cards max to work (for some reason, they work if the patch is no applied).
I have also tried configuring motherboard bios, disabled secure boot and switched PCI-E to Gen2.
Is there any possibility that my motherboard (Asus H170) is not able to take on more than 4 cards? One of the power connectors is not plugged in (Molex/M2).
Has someone else experienced this? Does this look like a purely driver issue?
Do you use win10 version 1709?

I have the following scenario. Multiple rigs with RX 580 4GB Sapphire Nitro+ OC. All rigs have the same components and HDDs were cloned. Few of those rigs are crashing randomly and others have no problems. They were all modded with the same bios and they all have the same OC settings in Claymore. What could be the problem?
bad or running at edge of their specs PSUs, risers overheating too high overclock gremlins

Maybe some day I'll find a 570/580 card with 2250 ram... but today is not the day. I've noticed the mfg. only put 2000 ram in all the 4gb cards, they save it all for the 8gb cards it seems??
I think none uses 2250 yet...RX570s and 4GB RX580s use 1750, and RX580/8GB use 2000 8GB cards with Hynix go to 2250. For example this Sapphire Nitro+ Limited Edition RX580-8GB has 2250 Hynix: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191263/sapphire-rx580-8192-170320-1No, they have STRAPS for 2250, doesn't mean chips inside are 2250 rated...my RX560 Gigabyte cards have 2250 straps too, card works at 1750, and its already factory OC-ed because chips on board are 1500MHz ones Even link you posted clearly states "Memory Clock: 2000 MHz" Yeah I've got some powercolor rx560's with 2250 hynix, 4 out of 7 cards will actually run at 2250, 2 run at 2000 and 1 on the stock bios at 1750 @ 84C. These are horrific cards I had to get a b250 board just to run them and it's not happy... the console is tottaly scrambled with pcie errors. In any case who cares what the card is rated for, if it runs at 2250 without HW errors you're good to go. If it's got hynix with 2250 straps chances are you'll be able to run it at that especially with core underclock and core/mem undervolt. As for the link I posted the clock is at 2000 because of the Samsung option, you can set the VRM to run the mem at 2250 if you have Hynix ram. You can set Samsung to run at 2250 too...often easier than Hynix...I have EXACTLY the same Gigabyte RX560, some with Hynix and some with micron memory...micron has straps only up to 2000 and happily mining at 2230MHz, while Hynix has 2250 straps and barely reaches 2050 MHz with default straps, and about 1950 with modified 2250 straps are there just for convenience, but what determines how high they'll clock is R0C, R2C or R4C mark on chips, meaning 1500, 1750 and 2000 rating (and, of course, coolong solution, plus silicon lottery luck)
