Did your piss stain just get bigger?

I would wager on it being BitScalper. He doesn't like it when I provide proof of him being a sociopath.

Stop talking about the Bitcoin Magazine.  Wink
4223  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Got my BFL Single today and I'm raffling it away for 0.5BTC! on: March 16, 2012, 11:15:10 PM
Missed it by that much.

Seriously, that's a great raffle - thanks to Matthew for the prize and DeepC for the algorithm.

I'd be up for another....

Already setting it up.
4224  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: SCAM - Bitcash.cz - Stole my coins - Don't join! on: March 16, 2012, 11:11:01 PM
Well to name just 2 recent issues:

A1pool - dissapearing with coins
bitclockers - fudging stats and organofcorti showing relatively accurately that overall outcome is minus for all miners.

If A1pool disappeared with coins, that would be a scam.

I don't know how bitclockers even outright lying about stats can be thrown into the same category when asked "What other mining pools are stealing coins from users?".

Just say what's on your mind.

"There is no better mining pool than p2ppool and anyone wasting their time on anything else is an idiot".
4225  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitscalper back to business on: March 16, 2012, 11:04:43 PM
You are completely out of mind and full of bullshit. I'll assist the guys who will run bitscalper and you will see that it was real since the start Wink

Less talk, more walk.

Shut up.

Make me.
4226  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Got my BFL Single today and I'm raffling it away for 0.5BTC! on: March 16, 2012, 11:02:51 PM
Well this was fun.

I'm emailing the winner right now with instructions on how to earn his BFL single by completing some simple offers online and answering some surveys.

Just kidding. Getting shipping address.
4227  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Got my BFL Single today and I'm raffling it away for 0.5BTC! on: March 16, 2012, 10:34:41 PM
So who has ticket 11131?

c267a549d21a37b371b8d4fa5b944d55bd5624dfcc735f4045031fd53a640bff

Yeah, but that's salted!

It's not salted. It's just the e-mail address.

As for that being the true winner, I'll wait until DeepCeleron, DeathandTaxes and Theymos all sign off on it (since they seem to be the most knowledgeable about this method of confirming).
4228  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Got my BFL Single today and I'm raffling it away for 0.5BTC! on: March 16, 2012, 10:30:38 PM
Not 40270 that has changed see the latest table

So where is the table, and who has the ticket numbers?  Smiley

The table to confirm your win is here:

Yeeaaah gonna need some elaboration on that one.

Wait, you don't even understand how this process works?

Ohh God, we're all screwed.

This is the perfect way to fake a raffle (I'm not hinting in anyway at all this is the case)

"We'll just use the blockchain to do it, don't worry about it, its completely random, its too complicated to explain, involves md5 collisions and such"

I understand it in theory, I just need to see it done and explained.
4230  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Got my BFL Single today and I'm raffling it away for 0.5BTC! on: March 16, 2012, 10:24:41 PM
The first 4936 tickets have 27,303,493 chances to win.  The rest of the tickets have 27,303,492.  Very small but a slight bias towards the earlier tickets.  To be even the max valid random number is 40270 * 27303492  - 1 = 1099511622839. Just exclude numbers larger than that.
All I have to say to this..0xFFFFFFFFFF you... (thought someone could make a math joke in the thread that wasn't also a math fail...)

The official block to determine the winning ticket number will be 171,450.

Still needs to be confirmed some more to avoid the chance of a blockchain reorg, but I think we have our winner.

Yeeaaah gonna need some elaboration on that one.

I will shoot myself if astana, dareq or some other scammer ends up winning this.

What will happen if that is the case?

Uhh, obviously I'd send it to the winner regardless.

4233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Magazine on: March 16, 2012, 10:17:35 PM
So did the things that it not ready made just spontaneously appear, or did Matthew continuously lie to us about the state of the magazine's progress?

I'd say I'm sufficiently guilty of being naive and being unable to see into the future, nothing more. This is already been addressed and a good majority of the effort and time spent on the magazine at this moment is involved in building the working team/system to create quality issues monthly, moreso than just pumping out a quick first issue solely to avoid forum members from claiming it's a scamRoll Eyes

why isn't the digital one even out, it's a SCAM!
For those of you who actually want to know the answer to this,

The printed copy is made out of the digital copy, so when we say "the magazine isn't done yet", we're talking about the digital copy.

sure, I just don't understand how it was "going to print" like 2 months ago and now it's not ready. I can see a printing hold up but since the digital version is not out it's obviously not a print problem, it's a content issue. It's beyond me how it can go from "hey we are ready to go to print next week" to "OMG there's so much wrong in this magazine it will take OVER TWO MONTHS TO FIX!"
You've never experienced the publishing biz.
+1

Try this on for size:

A designer designs an entire article's layout and imagework only to find that the printer says that it "won't look right" and has to be done again. Does that take 2 months to fix? No. But what happens when the process of redesigning that article, the contents of it need to be updated and now the shape of the article changes as well? Does that take 2 months to fix? No. But let's say that when the shapes have been updated and everything has been changed and now a significant amount of time has passed between graphics designer, writer, and layout designer's not answering each other's emails in a timely manner, we get to a problem of how the revisions should be tracked and what system to use to pinpoint errors. Okay, well that doesn't take 2 months either. But what if the organization you're moving these standards on has 12 members that must all have meetings on issues at a time of day (all located internationally) that they can all be available? Okay, well that doesn't take 2 months either, but let's say that while having these meetings new issues of a legal, moral, quality, professional, marketing, or design nature come up that cause the original ideas that spawned the original articles and designs to change. This would mean that the entire process would need to be redone, and that doesn't take 2 months either, but let's say that in redoing this process, more, better ideas are thrown into the mix as more professionals join the team to replace those less aware of standards? Well this wouldn't necessarily take 2 months either.

Except when you apply it to the amount of articles, images, designs, revisions, strategies that are actually in the works, and then yes- it mostly certainly does take 2 months.

Thanks for reading.
4234  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitscalper back to business on: March 16, 2012, 10:02:26 PM
Bottom line is my mind is that bitscalper remains a scammer, and has found a patsy to assume his debt. I don't know MiningBuddy so I won't speak to his abilities or decision making process.

Until everything is made whole with everyone bitscalper is a scammer.

And now a scammer who clearly states that what he is doing is considered money laundering in his jurisdiction. Hmm, what an interesting new wrinkle. Wonder if MB was aware that he was adopting a terrorist?

This is not news. He claimed this from day one. His public defense for anonymity is because he's "afraid of prosecution" in Italy.

Ok, I understand.  Although, I thought Chocolate Rain was a success.
Depends on your definition of success. Atlas is a success, if he is a stand up comedian pretending to be a retard. Otherwise, he's a huge failure.

Chocolate Rain was a ridiculous non-song with interesting elements that got people to watch the video, but it is only good for laugh value. Where is the singer of Chocolate Rain now? On his way to a record deal? Nope. He was a short term joke that a beverage company capitalized on (btw when I say that, I mean they basically made money off of the humiliation of him).

We don't want to be associated with that kind of stuff.

Given the fast pace of the Crypto-Currency landscape, I can see most of the information in this first issue being completely outdated by the time it arrives.   Undecided

Haha. God I hope you're not serious.

You're probably right, it's not coming is it?  Embarrassed

If you didn't provide an email for the digital copy or a proper physical address for the printed copy, it might not. Otherwise...

LOL. you are simple minded. I ran it in the near past, so i am still in the same situation, i can be prosecuted for having "laundered" a lot of money. I don't give a shit about your thoughts, your are a psychopathic.

Sociopaths are usually defined as people displaying anti social behavior which is mainly characterized by lack of empathy towards others that is coupled with display of abnormal moral conduct and inability to conform with the norms of the society. People suffering from antisocial personality disorder are often referred to as sociopaths. Some of the other characteristics that sociopaths may display are stealing, lying, lack of remorse for others and towards living beings, irresponsible behavior, impulsive behavior, drug or alcohol abuse, problems with the law, violating rights of others, aggressive behavior and much more.

Research has revealed that since a sociopath never conforms to the rules of the society, he or she is not bothered about the consequences of his or her actions. Such people at times are also able to inspire like minded people. Some of the other traits that are common in antisocial people are that they are usually intelligent and have a superficial charm and they are able to attain success using unscrupulous methods. Thus they can also never learn from their own mistakes and they do not hesitate to indulge in certain activities that are considered immoral and taboo by the society.

For a person to be diagnosed as a sociopath he or she must have at least three or more of the below mentioned symptoms. (I've bolded the ones that clearly relate to you).
  • Displays heightened levels of deceitfulness in dealings with others, which involves lying, conning others without remorse, or even using aliases
  • Inability to abide by the social norms and thus violating law
  • Displays aggressiveness and often tends to get into assaults and physical fights
  • Displays complete lack of empathy for others and their situation for which they are responsible
  • Displays no feelings or shallow feelings
  • Displays impulsive behavior which is indicated by the inability to plan for the future
  • Displays no concern for safety of others around them or self
  • Inability to sustain a consistent behavior that stems mainly from irresponsibility especially at work place or in other dealings
  • Displays promiscuous behavior

Just barely squeaked in there BitScalper.

Warning signs for sociopaths (again, bolded the ones you've shown):

  • inconsistencies between what a person says and does
  • excuses or subject changing when caught in a lie
  • no feeling of shame when caught an embarrassing situation
  • going around the question, answering it in a way that doesn’t really answer it
  • ability to sense vulnerabilities and motivated in using them for personal gain or pleasure, manipulate without remorse
  • seeing any social situation as a contest or a test
  • ability to understand rules & laws and judging them as a part of “the game”, but no ability for empathy or emotional understanding behind the rules
  • poorly connected speech and abundance of excuses, during speech using more hand gestures than normal. These tendencies reflect difficulty in converting thoughts and feelings into speech
  • repeatedly performing acts that can serve as grounds for arrest
  • irritability and aggressiveness, indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults
  • disregard for safety of self or others
  • cruelty to animal

Food for thought:

Quote

NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATH

Sometimes people suffering from Antisocial Personality Disorder also tend to suffer from another mental disorder known as Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Such people are often called narcissistic sociopaths or sociopaths with narcissistic traits and such a situation is a dangerous one, as these people do not want to be helped. Such people often tend to be highly manipulative and without any shred of remorse for their actions, even if their actions have harmed others who are close to them or their family members. There is nothing that can stop a narcissistic sociopath from achieving his goals. He makes use of all his charm which is highly superficial and intellect in order to attain his goals by any means possible. Such people often think that they are above all and they do not really care if anyone disagrees with them.

Sounds like Atlas.

Because the last 3 blocks are taking forever.

hawhaw. Nope. It's boxed up and ready to be mailed. Sorry for making the blocks come slower. Sad
