Have you seen his other posts? As a fellow frothing retard, I don't typically judge people on their other claims in other threads, but Jesus. He's got a hard-on for Bitcoin and MtGox bashing.

Grow up.

I'm just giving my honest opinion in the matter.

I think MtGox is shady as fuck and an outright scam. Actually, so do you IIRC. So what?

Hehe. I had you confused with another more verbal person in that thread, I edited my OP immediately after realizing. And yes, I think MtGox IS Bitcoin at this point and it's fucking retarded and the definition of irony when a large group of spergy libertards create and support a decentralized currency only to quickly support the first centralization effort.

People will use it because it has more volume/traffic and maybe some conveniences. This is a social pattern and I really wish the retards in Bitcoin would wake up and realize that they can't change social norms by developing a new product. They'd need to develop a new society entirely.

The future of Bitcoin is more than likely indebted to the same rich asshole scumbag deceptive dictators that they work so hard to get away from. Oh the irony.

3962  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mt Gox thinks it's the Fed. Freezes acc based on "tainted" coins. on: March 28, 2012, 12:44:50 PM
Bitcoin is so doomed long term. Oh well, there goes my time and money investment.
Why would Bitcoin be doomed? You forgot this is a free market? You forgot you can choose any exchange of your liking?

People are acting like MtGox is some kind of central bank while they themselves choose to use it, and then they bitch about it and proclaim the end of Bitcoin instead of boycotting it.

The fuck is wrong with you?

Have you seen his other posts? As a fellow frothing retard, I don't typically judge people on their other claims in other threads, but Jesus. I'd be surprised to see that he thought Bitcoin was useful at all.

Isn't it hilarious how much of a coward he is?

He has never created anything of value in his entire life, claims the opposite, marches around pretending to give advice on issues he knows absolutely nothing about, then when someone asks him a simple question his tail immediately shoots between his legs and he cowers in horror at the thought of being found out.

What a failure as a human being.

Atlas,

Why do you refuse to admit having posted on these forums as Atlas, Immanuel Go, I. Goldstien, HarveyAlpha, Ragnar, ALPHA., EndTheBanks, Boss and Jon? Is it because you're a coward who is truly afraid of everyone's opinions of you? Pathetic.
3964  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [Split] Coineer Magazine on: March 28, 2012, 12:34:56 PM
Shouldn't these magazines just be released digitally anyway?

How is it supposed to reach laymen if it's only digital?

How many non-computer users will be interested in using bitcoin? I do think there is a market for printed mags but I do wonder how big it is.
How many computer users are not aware of Bitcoin but aware of PC Gamer?

Atlas,

Why do you try to change the subject about my question being a script and continue to refuse to admit having posted on these forums as Atlas, Immanuel Go, I. Goldstien, HarveyAlpha, Ragnar, ALPHA., EndTheBanks, Boss and Jon?

Bitcoin is so doomed long term. Oh well, there goes my time and money investment.

Bitcoin isn't doomed if it's used only as a debt settlement utility.

Think about it like this: You still use Paypal, but when it comes time to cash out, instead of getting money into your bank account, you withdraw it as Bitcoins. That's the ultimate direction of Bitcoin as I see it.

Right now people have the misconception that it should be used a large-scale micropayments solution across the world and that's it's highly scalable.  Roll Eyes

Is this the thread where we pay bitcoins for pictures of female bitcoiners snowballing each other?

NSFW

Oh you dirty minds.
Thank me for not having had the same idea as Fred26 "Similar principle, but just keeping it at 1 btc, to see where about in the forum it goes and wtf happens to it." Else I would have had to name it "The Bitcoin Centipede"...

Can we now please be serious about helping children with life-threatening medical conditions??  Cheesy

It'd be fantastic if the Bitcoin Magazine could somehow cover it.

No offense, but it's hardly news worthy. It's like a fun forum game. Maybe "Coineer" will cover it. lol

That said, I'm totally down for some snowballing.  Kiss

I don't mind loosing some of my own money, as long as customers money is safe.

Good attitude! I totally feel the same way.

Hope I didn't come across wrong either, I absolutely love the site.

Remember this post Junior?  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=64951.0

Only am immature child would be excited about getting an adult to play along. My own kids loved it when I would be silly and play along with them. They would say the same kind of thing, “look Dad’s doing it.”

I feel sorry for you because you obviously don’t have an adult in your life to look up to and communicate with and you hang out here to fulfill that need. Your parents must completely ignore you. Very sad!

An unsupervised and inactive child with internet access is a dangerous thing. I suppose it's good that you hang out here. By all rights, you should be in some dark alley getting your ass reamed by a pervert considering the lack of supervision over you and I don’t want that to happen to any kid.

3975  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Bitcoin Block explorer & Currency Statistics on: March 28, 2012, 02:08:59 AM
When did the "SMS Phone Deposits" feature get added?

Not sure, but I would recommend that the OP be careful getting into the business of sending Bitcoins for SMS/phone.

Even DialCoin is a dedicated site with state of the art fraud prevention technology and we only work with processors who are worth the trouble, but still we get constant fraud attempts, chargeback attempts, etc. It's all part of the scammers game. If we didn't have the experience and knowhow we do, we'd be bankrupt because frankly speaking SMS for Bitcoins is a high-risk, non-viable business in itself. Even DialCoin has had to make some tough decisions to decrease risk (which unfortunately decreases some functionality as well).

The payment processor they are apparently using, Zaypay, is one of the many payment processors DialCoin looked into about 6 months ago and we found their terms to be dangerously risky and easily defrauded. I say this with the utmost respect for Blockchain.info (because I think it's a fucking kick-ass service):

You have no idea what you're getting into.

EDIT on April 1st, 2013: Now a year later, I noticed that you are no longer allowing BTC to be bought by SMS. I won't jump to conclusions as to the reasoning for this, but I am happy that you removed that risk factor from your site.

Quote
The priest shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell. And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen. ...
And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people. And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed. -- Numbers 5:21-21, 27-28

The priests would poison the fetus somehow? Really who knows though. Multiple translations, etc.

This passage has nothing to do with abortion.  This was a test of marital fidelity...to establish whether a woman committed adultery.

I see. How did it work?

Look, I see your point.  Any modern person reading this passage or in fact, many of the passages in the Old Testament, may think to themselves that they are profoundly illogical and superstitious.  The Old Testament sacrificial system of slaughtering animals, human slavery, certain customs (such as the passover), and many other things, at face value, are "illogical" and "stupid."

It is in many ways a primitive form of writing by a primitive people...some of the laws are seemingly barbaric and primitive, with weird and often illogical superstitions.

However, one must interpret these writings in their societal and historic contexts; and more importantly, they must be viewed in the light of the New Testament.  Apart from interpreting the Old Testament via the New Testament, there is little of any sense in the Old Testament at face value.

It is the prophecies of the Old Testament, both hidden and public, that reveal to us that it is God breathed.

Only 43 posts and already wasting your entire day preaching religion are we?

Matthew, is it not obvious? If he were to admit, he would be permabanned, although I guess there is already more than enough evidence.

Shhh. You're ruining it.

And yes, there was enough evidence from day 1.

This thread makes no sense. Does any one in the history of money exist that is 'only a buyer'?
maybe not but there are people that are not buyers...

Whom?

Hey Atlas,

In your last few threads you said something about being large, strong and capable of hurting anyone who broke into your house to kill you, but you can't even speak truth when asked a direct question.

You're obviously a scrawny little coward who is just afraid of consequences of his actions.
