ok if its about the details of the offer il brush it up to make things more clearer.
as for if i tell you to buy and not too sell, why would i do that. i would want my share of the profit which i will get when you sell. i have written anything about bad advice as i wouldn't give it. there is no benefit in it for me if you loose i have stated if you loose anything from your starting capital i shall refund it so you have not lost anything.
but i understand where you are coming in regards to the first post explaining what i am offering, it doesn't look professional. i shall update it over the weekend or today. i didn't give much thought to it as the response has been great so far and i am not looking for too many users to work with.
Sorry, you are really clueless, though I give you the benefit of the doubt and think you are not a scammer, you look sincere. 1. you get 0 risks, which are entirely burden of the investors 2. if the investment goes up, you win and get your cut... if the investment goes down, you lose nothing 3. if an investment is down you have no reason to ever say "sell", you can just hope forever it will go up this plan is so horribly flawed it is unsalvagable, I'm sorry. We are at page 4 and we're still discussing if this makes any sense, and clearly there has been no investor? The reason is obvious. Scratch this plan and make a new one which makes sense, using the advices here.

the offer is basically where i give you investment advice in return you pay me 50% profits. all i need you to do from your end is buy and sell when i say. you only pay me when you have profited once i have been sent my cut i will send you the next advice.
Quite a messy "contract". What happens exactly if you give bad advice? (currently the investor would need to send you a negative amount of money in order to get your advice) What happens if you say "buy" but never say "sell"? (currently undefined) My guess is that you are clueless, otherwise you would not have posted a such ill-defined proposal.

Basically it means the corporate is not bankrupt (not just yet) but it has a lack of liquidity that makes it impossible to fulfil its debts in the short term. It then gains some time to solve the liquidity problem (by selling some assets, recovering pending debts, etc) so that it can restart its normal operation... or not, and then it files definitive bankruptcy.
Sure but this is unlikely gox' situation: their hole is apparently massive, and their assets are near zero. Of course I might be mistaken...

obvious scam: if it's a ponzi you can't guarrantee a specific time limit: if you get no new investors, you default.
If not a scam, you are responsible for what you say. I'm not asking random people's money, you are. And I bet you are a scammer.

People are still trading for goxcoins despite the fact gox filed for bankruptcy protection this morning?
Because it means they won't be liquidated in the near future (there's hope. a little ) There are 3 types of bankrupcy. One is total wipe out, one is partial wipe out, other is semi wipe-out. Yeah, sure, there's also Wipe-out 2097 and F-Zero fusion.

So someone misspelling your address would result into sending money to a random stranger?

having the funds or not having the funds is irrelivent. If gox are sued and a court awards damages, those damages will have to be paid, even if it means Mark K's mummy selling her condo/yacht/theme park on the moon.
This is a very strong and totally wrong assumption. First, there are some kinds of company (such as LLC) that eat up all debt and the owners are safe whatever happens. Second, even if it's not the case, if the owner just doesn't have that much money, he doesn't, and you'll still get nothing.

In the event that Havelock can no longer stay in business for whatever reason, shareholders will send us a dedicated Bitcoin address from their email address tied to their account on Havelock
I would hope that the address would be tied to the trader account BEFORE a shut down event. We all know how 'after the fact' works out. At least have the option for proactive customers to safeguard their investments. This worked smoothly with the BTC-TC shut down, with no panic or even worries - because it was all prearranged. ^^ THIS Much agreed. Frankly I'm surprised they didn't realise it themselves...

Besides all that, I see no reason to give someone a board seat when they themselves do not have the stake in the company. When you hold shares on a PT, you give up a good bit.
Actually, it's the other way around. If you hold <5000 shares, you have exactly ZERO representation. If you hold shares of a PT, you can contact the PT operator and use him as a middleman between you and the board. It isn't much, but it's better then the absolute NOTHING you get with just holding a few shares. The PT operator might or might not comply, and if he doesn't, you can easily move your shares to direct.

yesterday I sent 0.001 to ponzi.io and was recorded as transaction #4712.
Go to ponzi.io now and load the page and it says it's on "transaction #4711"
So someone sets up a bogus page that always loads with the same info and everyone who sends in a BTC is a just a sucker.
About right?
What part of "ponzi" isn't clear?

If you still have money there and you are not part of the lawsuit, it's bad for you. Because the ones filling the lawsuit will have priority to get their money back (if they win), and then there might be nothing left.
It is probably illegal to pay out to one party to the detriment of others if you are technically bankrupt, i.e. if you have less value on hand than you owe. The normal procedure then is to declare bankruptcy. Then all remaining values are shared in proportion to the values owed. These are both very strong assumptions. Unless you are a lawyer knownedgable on local (i.e. japanese) law (hint: you are not), I declare them both UTTER BULLSHIT. Laws are often much more complex and unpredictable than that.

Anarchy does not imply chaos or disorder.
Yeah... and who's going to enforce that, preventing chaos? Emergence. Spontaneous order. Much lol. Faith. Lol. So that's a coherent counter-argument? Or shall I wipe your dribble up after I translate for anybody older than 5? Are you implying that your "it will work out without any intervention, people are fine and good" is a serious argument? Really?

No, sono attacchi ddos in corso.

Oh oh! We can totally call it the arklan club!
What? I'm supposed to have 21000 Btc for this? Oh. Uh... Well, I have 21000 Satoshi! And then some!
If you can't tell, this post is a joke.
Not very fun, to be fair.

Lohoris, your emails are read by support workers, they don't care about your "bitpay spam".
You need to contact the right people, write in threads and discussions.
But I don't care. That is the address they provided, and I just wrote them what they shold do if they aren't stupid. Not my problem if they won't listen.
