441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN LOST BITCOIN LAUNDRY on: April 05, 2020, 06:22:48 PM
You haven't given any full info on how you came across this scam website.
Looking at the timestamp of each transaction, you should have waited to receive that one first before you proceeded about an hour later. I know the amount is huge but you could have cut the risk on the first transaction that will still have been better than losing that much amount. They should be red tagged with evidence if they have an account on this forum.
442  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: beginner's must have trading tips... on: April 05, 2020, 02:44:32 AM
7) Always visit 5-6 websites or youtube channels before starting trading day for news and market sentiments and insights.
Visiting websites or YouTube channels sometimes can be very misleading, some websites are very good at that and that is when they start to shill some coin. It's better to stick a only one good source than many sources.

Cool Do mediation and light yoga and some breathing exercises.
I don't know how this works but I don't this has any impact on trading. I would rather advise to take adequate rest.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: April 04, 2020, 08:45:43 PM
This can only be a win win case if the project raised enough funds and lists on a good market, then the fund escrowed is valuable.
Using an escrow can be forced as a rule but setting a compulsory allocation doesn't seem right because it'll appear as if you are trying to regulate what they have. It's hard to get good bounties these days and I'll say making escrow compulsory is a good step.
444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Corona Virus Scams on: April 04, 2020, 07:50:25 PM
Someone also shared same thing here last week about a website that asks for a minimum donation of 20$. Another one sent email threatening that he would infect him with COVID 19 if he refuses to send him BTC

Scammers using this method to scam people knows that this moment is the moment when the world need help and many people are willing to.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A statistical table of bounty campaigns run on Bitcointalk on: April 04, 2020, 10:01:53 AM
To me it's more than 90% and it's becoming more difficult to analyse or chose the one that might perform well. Either they don't pay or slash the allocation or lock token till reward becomes worthless and then blame bounty hunters.
And projects are starting to show their true form since the beginning of this Corona ish.
446  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to post in Local Section not belonging to you on: April 04, 2020, 12:40:19 AM
...
Using Google translate won't make the translated sentence 100% meaning especially when it's very technical. It's better to observe the thread in my opinion. It's also bad to want to use it for business purposes because you might get red tagged. Better to hire a translator.
447  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit Toilet Papet Token Scam on: April 03, 2020, 08:10:55 PM
Yobit's greed and gullibility won't make them think straight, they want to make profit by any means in this crypto world and won't mind hurting other's investments. As if I knew this would happen already. Any other exchange that goes same path should also be reported for review.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gender in blockchain. on: April 02, 2020, 06:11:20 PM
Good thing there isn't any gender discrimination and every gender is welcomed here. But what I observed is that some women doesn't have time due to family responsibilities and all of that. Another one is that they always think they are weak to participate in stuffs like this in the tech industry.
449  Economy / Services / Re: 10 members needed for a signature campaign on: April 02, 2020, 07:16:48 AM
This is definitely not a signature campaign but a bumping service. Other signature campaigns have their own thread but you refused to create yours making it look like a bumping service. I will advise that no one should apply or they risk getting a neg feedback on their trust history.
450  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin.com is spamming my email on: March 31, 2020, 11:12:04 PM
I never had register on exchange.bitcoin.com but I received a mail to complete registration there. It has been more than one year when I last visited bitcoin.com, I even didn't knew about the subdomain exchange.bitcoin.com, this is very stupid way to reach people. I am surprise where they got my mail, I have used it in bitcointalk and some other places which are non crypto website.

Same thing happened to me too. I received same email to complete a registration which I never did. Days later, I got to realise that they were conducting some sort of airdrop and I'm sure someone must have been trying to use my email address.
451  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ⚠ Scam Alert ⚠ Telegram impersonators on: March 31, 2020, 04:28:05 PM
This is the reason why telegram is so flawed, impersonators get away with scams unpunished. I'm sure the scammers is going to change the characters of the username after seeing this post.
Best thing is to post this on your service thread and I hope telegram comes up with a solution to fight scammers very soon
452  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Covid19.insure - your opinions? on: March 31, 2020, 03:38:08 PM
What I know is that this is going to turn out to be a scam or it's already a scam. The covid19.insure website I checked isn't
1. HTTP secure
2. Asks for a minimum donation of 20$ in ETH which is already a big red flag to me because donations isn't meant to have minimum and the minimum should not even be as high as that amount there
3. No info about foundation team member and partnerships seems to be fake.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange tokens on: March 31, 2020, 10:16:51 AM
That doesn't validate your point that exchange tokens are good. Most exchange tokens and other wannabes are very shitty and are no difference to other scam coin. I wish I had invested in Binance and some other exchange tokens back then.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Corona Coin Head Developer Just Exit Scammed on: March 30, 2020, 08:52:37 AM
What I will say is that it serves them right for getting screwed. Gullibility didn't allow them to think straight that the project developers are only trying to make money off them by naming a coin with such name in this time of crisis.

The ones that are more stupid are the ones that read the warning and still refused to listen.
455  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Promotional for bitcoin on: March 30, 2020, 08:38:30 AM
Good to see people like you are trying to spread awareness about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. But I would like to advise you not include ponzi schemes as a way of earning from crypto because many mentors already led people astray making them think bitcoin is a scam in general. And also, try not to include airdrop/bounty because they will always think everything in crypto is free
456  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Browser to access bitcointalk on: March 29, 2020, 02:12:41 PM
Any browser is fine except for Tor which most people complain that it's slow.
On mobile, I mostly use Google chrome, but I use both firefox and chrome on PC. Anyone my cursor clicks on on first  Grin. I use both of this because of the website extensions(plugins).
457  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sell Goods for Bitcoin on: March 29, 2020, 01:54:58 PM
You didn't state if it is a digital good or physical good. You can check this section of the forum to buy or create a sell topic and wait for someone to show interest.
You can also check bitify.com for digital goods, you can pay in BTC or LTC. They also offer escrow service.
Apart from here and bitify, I don't think there's any other website that offers buying goods with BTC.
458  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Ranking Up]: From Senior to Hero Member on: March 29, 2020, 10:33:27 AM
Congrats mate, you have contributed well to this forum and it's everyone's dream to be among reputable members here. I remember when I used to see you apply for Snr Member slot, and now you're a Hero Member. Hoping to rank up like you one day.
The question now is, when Legendary?   Cheesy
459  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Bspin.io Signature Campaign | Members+ | Up to 0.005BTC/Week on: March 28, 2020, 01:01:59 AM

First week officially starts tomorrow!

Are we using the forum time here because on the main thread you mentioned that each week starts on Saturday and it's Saturday already judging by forum time and by the time you posted this too.
460  Other / Beginners & Help / [WARNING]ANOTHER FAKE BLOCKCHAIN WEBSITE on: March 27, 2020, 04:14:26 PM
Some weeks ago I made a topic about a fake blockchain website that wants me to confirm if I'm still using my 2FA email account.
Now this week, I received another one asking me to change my password due to security reasons.

My Suggestion on How to Avoid This
Don't use your main email address when filling airdrops so that your email address won't be their target.
Avoid clicking any links in your in your inbox without proper research. Don't fall for scams because of the little penny they promised you.
