hmm, checking and WafflePool is in the list of online services and right now is the most profitable for scrypt but it won't witch to it, i took a look at the scrypt file you have on your website and it's not in there. could you add it please.
You are correct that WafflePool isn't part of the profitability switching. The reason is that the statistics provided by WafflePool are per day, while the other pools provide the "current" (10 minute average) profitability. Per day statistics are not good enough for the profitability switcher.

You are not allowed to use cudaminer/ccminer in your program as its GPL2/GPL3.
GPL prevents you from using source code from a GPL application and put it in another application with non-GPL license. As I explained already, Awesome Miner is NOT using any source code from open source projects. Awesome Miner is simply executing (or connecting to the API's provided by) ccMiner.exe and Sgminer.exe, and that is fully allowed and doesn't break any GPL licenses. For example: A user is running ccMiner.exe on one PC and Sgminer.exe on another PC. Now the user want all features provided by Awesome Miner, so the user go ahead and download the free version of the software. Then they simply point Awesome Miner to execute their existing ccMiner.exe and Sgminer.exe. In case of Sgminer, they can also connect to the API using a TCP connection. This is not in conflict with GPL. ACK, in this case consider donating a small amount to the developers. unless your that greedy I've considered that. But keep in mind that 90-95% of the Awesome Miner users runs the free version, so I'm already giving away many hundred development hours to the community for free.

No, it's more disappointing people need to do that to get paid at all. We all know 99% of people don't donate.
actually what is disappointing also is that de sg/cg/dev don't get anything because donation is very limited I don't want to get into an endless debate about open source vs closed source, but here we have the problem. First everyone expect all software to be available for free, then the same people agree that donations gives very very little. For Awesome Miner, it's not 100% of the users that pay for the software, it's maybe 5% or 10% because most people use the free version. For donation based software it might be 1% paying users. For software without any free version, it's 100% paying users. I think it should be up to the developer to decide which alternative to use, and I went for the 5-10% alternative. But I don't complain on people that would go for the 100% paid alternative. So basically it is a double ripoff of dev assets as the guy won't even send a dime to the developpers who wrote these softwares which without them he wouldn't be able to sell anything.
Again, even if Sgminer or ccMiner would cost money to use, I would still be able to provide people with either the free or paid version of Awesome Miner. Now Sgminer & ccMiner don't cost any money and uses donations instead, and if the donations are too small, maybe it's time to change to another model instead. Look at the Linux market for example. Linux is free and open source, but there are plenty of 100% commercial closed source applications that cost money that run on Linux. Are they all bad? Or is it that they simply add value and customers are willing to pay for that extra value? And all that using open source code made by the very people in this forum, seriously?... No thanks.
One more time: Awesome Miner doesn't include any source code from ccMiner, Cgminer, Sgminer or any other open source project.

This must be some kind of misunderstanding. Awesome Miner doesn't include any code from ccMiner, Cgminer, Sgminer or any other open source project.
You need to download the ccMiner software that performs the actual mining in order to actually mine with your nVidia GPU - just like all users so far had to download Cgminer or Sgminer. Awesome Miner is just a management and monitoring (and much more...) application.
except if we (cg/sg/cc Miners dev) were doing like you, you wouldn't have anything to sell I don't understand what point you are trying to make here? If Sgminer would cost money, people that want to use it would buy it. Then they can use Awesome Miner, either free version or paid version, to connect to their Sgminer's and get a great mining management and monitoring application. That would work perfectly fine.

There is a free version of Awesome Miner available that most people run. For those having many miners, there are paid editions available as well.

Awesome Miner has been around for a while, but used to only support connecting to Cgminer & Sgminer for centralized management of GPU (mainly AMD) and ASIC mining.
I've had several user requests to add support for nVidia CUDA mining as well, and that's what the latest version includes - support for ccMiner in addition to the other supported mining software. I've also worked on adding the popular Profit Switching feature to work in combination with ccMiner, and all that is included in the free version of Awesome Miner.
It's of course possible to have discussions about if open source, open source with donations, pure paid versions or a combination of free and paid versions are the best alternative for everyone. From what I've seen from other projects is that donations doens't really work, even if many of people are talking about it.
Awesome Miner is a combination of free and paid software. I like that people use the software I develop, so for that reason I provide a free version that the majority of the users can run. However, I also think it's fair that those who really use the advanced features and have mining as more than a small hobby actually are the one that pay for the software - to support the development and make it available for everyone else.

Wow! This just gets more Awesome with every release. Updated and working here. Thanks! Have you tested the nVidia mining?

Awesome Miner 1.1Version 1.1 adds support for nVidia CUDA mining software, ccMiner. This is a feature requested by the nVidia mining community, and brings the powerful centralized management features of Awesome Miner to those using nVidia GPU's. The screenshot below shows the mining with nVidia CUDA using ccMiner, together with other GPU and ASIC miners. Awesome Profit Switching makes it possible to get higher profits than any of the auto-switching multi-pools alone, by automatically switching between multiple algorithms and multiple multi-pools. The latest version includes support for the nVidia CUDA based ccMiner. Please note that the ccMiner software itself is not included in Awesome Miner, and of course no source code from ccMiner is used in Awesome Miner. Awesome Miner uses ccMiner as an external application for performing the actual mining

Hi I am using sph sgminer 4 with X11 mod on win 7 but only getting 2.5 MH/s with my R9 290
so i need to update to this sg miner 5 ,,,,,
which AMD drivers work stable with win 7 using X11 kernel ?
cheers
I would recommend using the latest AMD drivers (14.7) for X11-mining. The older drivers (13.12) was a little faster for Scrypt-mining, but for the X-algorithms, the 14.7 drivers are faster.

Announcement: Awesome Miner 1.1Version 1.1 adds support for nVidia CUDA mining software, ccMiner. This is a feature requested by the nVidia mining community, and brings the powerful centralized management features of Awesome Miner to those using nVidia GPU's. The new version also improves the management performance of Awesome Miner, and allows up to 200 miners to be managed and monitored - everything from a centralized view. The screenshot below shows the mining with nVidia CUDA using ccMiner, together with other GPU and ASIC miners.

choose my sgminer folder and run my bat file thats is my config with x11,13 and 15 algo i hope this can auto switching to max profit
what should i do to set this up
i'm mining in nicehash
The easiest way to get started is to simply add a new External Miner, and point to the IP/port of your running sgminer. See: External Miner HelpIf you want to fully control your mining from Awesome Miner, you should go ahead and use the Managed Miner feature instead. They easiest way is to simply use the Add new Managed Miner wizard. If you want to re-use your existing command line and configuration file, you can add a Managed Miner manually, see this link. In the Managed Miner Properties, you can first of all specify you command line options in the "Command Line" page. Specify everything except the "--config" parameter. The you go to the "Advanced" page and check "Override all configuration with an existing Cgminer/Sgminer configuration file", and specify the path to your configuration file. Save and run!

Is there a way to pass api-listen and api-allow in cc/nvminer?
These miners doesn't provide any API support, making it very difficult to monitor them. However, I will soon release the next version of Awesome Miner, with ccMiner support. That will enable you to at least have a basic monitoring of all your computers running ccMiner from a centralized point, and you will also get Awesome Profit Switcher - the next generation profit switcher that not only switches automatically between multiple algorithms, but also between multiple multi-pools.

What is the process of accessing the awesomeminer on a mobile device outside the network? Is awesome miner password protected so other people can't access your version of awesome miner?
Awesome Miner has a built-in web engine that can be enabled from the Options dialog, Web section. When enabled, you can use your mobile or tablet device to access to your computer where Awesome Miner is running. You can also set a username and password here. You can find more details how to configure the web here: http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/web.aspxIf you sit behind a router, you need to open a port in the router that is redirected to the port used by Awesome Miner.

Small little aesthetic feature request: Ability to change the pictures next to the external/managed miner on the miners page with either a selection of pictures or upload our own This is an interesting idea. Is it to easy distinguish your different miners? I've also been thinking of having color bars for that purpose.

I have a suggestion, why not make the pool's password visible so it will be easier for nicehash & westhash settings.
I agree. The pool password is typically not that secret so there is no need to hide it. Either it's blank (or "x") or it's being used to provide mining parameters like in the case of NiceHash. I will change this in next release.

Is wafflepool not supported in the profit switching pools?
WafflePool is not part of the profit switching because they don't provide "live" information about current profitability. The 24h statistics are included in the Online Services tab, but this data is not good enough for the profit switcher. I've already been in contact with WafflePool about this, but they don't want to provide any live profitability information because they think those figures will be inaccurate, and that users might complain when they don't get exactly the specified profitability.

Check your PM please, I've put the log in pastebin.com
Thanks for providing the log file. The problem is that the same URL has been defined for two pools: NiceX13: stratum.nicehash.com:4337 WestX13: stratum. nicehash.com:4337 When Sgminer report back the list of miners, Awesome Miner is looking at the URL and try to match it to a configured pool. In this case it may not report the correct pool name as the same URL are defined for two pools.

KNC will start delivering in the next month or two. We expect that they will mine approximately 250 btc worth of coins in the first 3 months. I assume this was a typo for 25 BTC? What difficulty increases are you calculating with?
