I know I'm a new member, but since this is an emergency for me, I thought I'd give this a shot. Even deleting it you might still be banned for good.  If you post outside of meta and are banned, it's a perma ban.  There is no rule that if deleted you don't get perma ban.

It's these latter ones I guess I'm curious about - can they be reported, or does being on-topic make them OK, even if they're low-value and spammy?
