is this means that exp will soon become pos coin with homestead just like eth  We are discussing it. We could go POS only just like ETH, although I also like the option of going hybrid with POW, as this would allow people to mine far into the future. We will keep inflation low and EXP rare regardless. There are also some other interesting options from some other people I know that could be possible, but I can't discuss it yet as I am just talking about technical options in private currently. We can basically do whatever we want, and we can make it happen. |

SO could this coin get just as big as Ethereum ? or going to be like its sister like LTC is or was for BTC would like to see it but seen so many coins from OP that have faild in the past maybe this will be the jem we been looking for to be a competitor of Ethereum or and BTC
I think Expanse with be Ethereum's sister coin. Anyone interested in the ETH tech would want to expand their portfolio and see what else is out there. Ethereum is on track to do something really special. I became interested in Expanse, because it was based on Ethereum, but with a more community based approach. Yes, and we can do many different things in Expanse and have a lot more freedom, but of course we are "based on Ethereum." This gives us some of the best tech out there, but also the freedom to do whatever the community wants over time. I think it will be a lot of fun for those getting involved, and of course, early EXP buyers I imagine are quite pleased so far.  |

Regarding the premine, I think it would show some confidence if the premine stash were locked up in a public contract, in the way it was suggested in the white paper.

Wow explosion much? Damn missed out  But wth...obvious crazy pump/bots on this on polo (and now trex)...so many already accumul. low value, now selling to you high, don't get burnt now. Only if it goes way more up then it's worth it I think. Why this pump now anyways? I have seen correlation with ETH rises and EXP rises, maybe some ETH whales are also in EXP? This has happened a few times now, ETH started shooting up, slight delay, then EXP. We have seen this with BTC and LTC in the past, also with Ripple and Stellar. This is my best guess anyway. |

Profitability of mining? With the market fluctuations it would be difficult to say, but mining and holding either coins seems like a good investment. They trade places with profitability for mining. I think mining ETH or EXP is a good call. |

I know I have written more and more on "I hope" things progress and price goes up, etc etc. I wont say how many, but I can say I have A LOT of exp.

I have received a response back from Shapeshift, and we have been added to a discovery list to be considered. They also stated if we are added in the future that they would be announcing it.
Those are very promising news for Expanse. Once it will be considered to get added on Shapeshift, I think this will attract a lot of investors out there who don't want to waste time making accounts, etc. Exchange will be completely instant from another coin to EXP or viceversa. I definitely can't wait for this to happen. It would really change things.  The video looks awesome. Definitely a great promotion for both Expanse and Borderless.tech Keep it up! @papcio77: Just place the private key inside a text file (eg mykey.txt) inside your gexp directory, then run from command line 'gexp account import mykey.txt' , it should ask you for a password (then reask you) to encrypt the key as it stores it (so make sure you remember the pw you enter!)
