I have had experiences with ICOs contacting me and offering me a percentage of their ICO (I will not say which ones, but more than one), but they wanted it done in an unethical way where I was supposed to pretend natural interest in their ICO and trick people, I said no. They did offer way more than the cost of the asset however, many times over, but that is a slightly different situation. Still, it clearly indicates demand for promotions in some regard. The exposure and channels were the exact same. The price is as low as I would be willing to schedule and deal with it, any less and it simply would not be worth my time so I think the price is more than fair, but of course only for people with a solid plan. People can always advertise and promote elsewhere but they will not have the same audience. So in the case where someone had a solid plan and wanted the attention then I think the asset price is realistic and definitely worth it.

HZchronos is an asset I started up by the way, I can help with everything about that. HZchronos will be the only way, no Bitcoin, dollars, nothing else. I have total control over the key group as I created it (the owner), and there is no other way to buy advertising time using it. In theory way down the road there could be, but there will not be while this is redeemable. As mentioned the time frame for the tokens being redeemable will be at least until the end of the year, or end of the distribution period for Horizon, and up to a maximum of 2.5 years if all tokens sell out before April 27th midnight. Clearly I cannot accept any other payments other than HZchronos or that undermines the entire design, so I will not. I also need to have an end date so I don't lock myself into some agreement perpetually.

There is an upper limit of course to the value, but that will be determined purely by market demand and what prices traders set. Potentially ads and promotions could bring in thousands while just costing a very small amount. One could also monopolize the group if they saw fit and make their crypto dominant for long periods of time. I am actually quite curious to see how creative or clever people are with it, and the true value will become clear when those with some clever ideas use it to reach this specific group of highly active crypto traders and enthusiasts. HZxchange was not issued be me personally so I can't help with specifics, but I am 100% sure which one it is. The website guy also does concerts and so on, a very very busy guy and the information has been delayed. I grabbed the press release from them so at least something could be posted as people were asking about it. Some coins are short term and others have a chance at lasting, I think this one has a chance. In 7 months I am sure we will be way higher or lower though, hopefully way higher.

I had a vote with the community in advance and asked if they wanted this thread to be moderated or unmoderated, moderated won by a landslide. Although I actually wanted it unmoderated as I thought that might make it more active, and of course there is the notion that all moderated threads are scams. Still, this is not a scam, and I have no intention of moderating this thread whatsoever.

Horizon already has HZxchange which allows the trading of different cryptos on Horizon. As a decentralized exchange, Horizon is about how it can be used, not just the price and speculation of HZ alone. For example. I personally own and trade a variety of cryptos and have no problems with the competition whatsoever. On HZxchange, NXT, LTC, BTC, DASH and BTS can be traded. Perhaps many more cryptos will be added in the future? That only makes those cryptos more valuable, not less, and Horizon has thousands of nodes and is valuable in and of itself.

How much HZchronos sells will determine the supply and marketcap, but one thing is certain, the marketcap will be extremely low and the supply *extremely* rare. Once promotions begin the only way to buy HZchronos will be from other traders. April 27th midnight CST is the end of the sale, and many cryptos will come and go over time, while Horizon will remain and HZchronos will remain. No matter how little sells I will honor HZchronos at least until the distribution period of Horizon is complete, around the end of the year or longer, and up to a maximum of 2.5 years. Few options in cryptos have anything close to a stable value with the potential to increase for that time frame.

Totally agree there, I mined and bought Darkcoin for a long time and eventually had massive gains. Gave up on XMR too quickly, but the loyal miners and holders there did amazingly well.

Also, I am pretty sure the other staking coins just drain battery, and are therefore gimmicks to meet roadmap objectives and "news", so this would be the first effective/real mobile wallet staking coin. From what I read, that is the real core of the plan, that mobile could actually be most of the network and make it pretty much invincible, which is very interesting given the size and growth of mobile.

I am mining it, but only because I had an old Darkcoin rig sitting around. Mostly for fun, but by far most of my coins are from buying them. Maybe a couple percent from mining.

To be clear I suggested CRAVE as a high risk new coin at 30k and 115k, and I still like it, even if the FUD makes me sell out now and then. People are not "sheep" though for buying low, we have a great community of devs and very smart traders.

All the FUD does is make me wary of *all* anons, it NEVER makes me think I should buy the competition. If it costs me money, it even makes me strongly resent the competition that did it. The reality is until some anon is actually being used widespread, they are all just potential winners and losers. So please stop the BS.
