501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will altcoins boom again? on: November 21, 2017, 07:07:53 AM
Bitcoin dominance raised from 52% to over 58% in past 24 hours.
Bitcoin price raised from 7200 to over 8000 and now it's back to 7900.

I'm expecting alt 'boom' in next 48 hours to correct the Bitcoin dominance again to 52%-54%. Now it's good time to buy alts.

Btc rise is astronomical! I don't think it will last forever. New money will eventually flow into altcoins. I'm a little pissed for not holding any btc during this pop. But I'm confident alt will go up again.

And as I guessed - now the BTC dominance is 56% and yesterday was 55% at one point.
I've managed to make some bits swapping few times BTC-Alts but now I will pause for a while to check on what will happen with BTC price. ETH is live coin again.

Hello,

Is this ICO officially dead right now?

I was considering to invest some ETH into it and was waiting to see how's ICO developing. But now OP is not active from nearly 3 weeks! And just some spammer is quoting the same post over and over again?!
504  Economy / Economics / Re: After Slamming BTC As A Money Laundering Tool JPMorgan Busted For Money Launder on: November 17, 2017, 03:43:32 AM
Funny situation.
JP did it just to lower the price and buy coins.

But now they will suffer and they deserves it.

Regulation are just to fill somebody's pockets and nothing more.
Does Bitcoin invented drug cartels and so on? No. If you have criminal mind you will always find a way to do whatever you are planning to do.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About HydroMiner on: November 17, 2017, 01:42:02 AM
What your opinion about new hydrominer system for ETH ?
is it a good reward?

I bought some because I like the idea of green mining with Hydro energy.
But just a small amount because they still need to build it and it's bases in Austria - one of most expensive EU counties by hour wage. This could harm the project because salaries could eat most of the profit.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of Ethereum (ETH) on: November 16, 2017, 08:51:32 PM
My theory is that in near future Bitcoin and Ethereum will dominate over all other coins.

Bitcoin because is first and Ethereum because of all ICOs and smart contracts. Even some alternative smart contract platform to get some attention, ETH is a way ahead with all those already working on it ICOs.

So just hold BTC and ETH.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RIPPLE Spiking on: November 16, 2017, 07:47:00 PM
It was expected. Earlier today AMEX joined RippleNet.

AMEX is not the first big player and definitely will not be the last.

508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Great resistance against new ICO's all over the world by goverments and banks... on: November 16, 2017, 01:44:49 AM
It is actually a good thing that the medias are warning people about ICO's.
If you just arrive in the cryptoworld and get scammed by an ICO, you will probably never look again at crypto, which is sad.
For more experienced people, we know that there are so many scams and we tend to be way much more suspicious.

I can't agree with you.

If you got scammed, the most probable reason will be that you've invested in something which is "too good to be true". This is valid any venture - in real or virtual world. If you are not using your own head, nobody will help you. But at least there will be nobody to blame on.

510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Great resistance against new ICO's all over the world by goverments and banks... on: November 15, 2017, 12:10:28 AM
Date now 14-11-2017:
How do you think about the big resistance by a lot of goverments and official financial institutes ?
It's lately all over the news that a lot off warnings are coming from news agency's not to invest in so called ICO's.
It is also a fact that some are scams but some are very profitable.
Some are saying it's like the stock market.

It's normal process because regular fiat institutions like banks and regulatory commission are not getting their share, white-grey-under the table.

Current ICO status is like Wild Wild West on stock market. Completely unregulated, with a lot of scams and a lot of legit projects. But you need to use your own head and make a profit instead some commission to tell you where to put your own money.
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Price Soon on: November 14, 2017, 11:56:04 PM
Hey guys,

So now that all the forks, Bitcoin cash pumps etc are all out of the way Altcoins are now going back to orginal prices.

But there is one that I want to bring up.. WAVES. So I do support waves and do hold some myself but what I'm thinking is, is it going to rise higher than usual this month or next month?

My reason for the thought is because they are releasing Waves-NG this month, increasing its speed and whole design and layout of the GUI. Also they have combated the "counterfeit token" issues they use to have by only allowing you to search by name for verified tokens.

So what does everyone think maybe it could hit $7 - $9 a coin?

Yes, I think WAVES could go even over $10. I bought a decent amount at $2.80

But only after they find a big or legitimate for their platform. Currently, WAVES is paradise for scam ICOs and the price fluctuations are too big for legitimate ones.
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who's heard about bitcoin pure? on: November 14, 2017, 08:18:22 PM
Has anyone heard about a new altcoin called bitcoin pure (btcpure)?

Never heard of Bitcoin Pure, but judging by name - it should be scam project trying to copy Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold forks for quick money. Or in best case scenario - the 1xxx ERC20 token over ETH with Bitcoin in the name.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: "Onion" - THE BABY GIANT! 10000%+ coin for 2018 on: November 14, 2017, 07:38:57 PM
I was in the DeepOnion airdrop which is actually a very good signature campaign.

But I can tell you why I left it - the community is full of teenagers or at least people who totally behave like teenagers. Turning serious technologies like DeepVault into MEME sharing service which is ridiculous. And they are fully tolerated from developers and Onion moderators to do it. 90% of them are posting total non-sense just to cover the requirements and nobody is reading what's already written on the subject.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptobanks investments. on: November 13, 2017, 07:08:12 PM
Hello. What do you think about investing only in Cryptobanking projects like TenX or Crypterium, Bankera, WanChain? I think that investing in projects like this have got potential. In the future there will be a lot of cryptobank users and their tokens may be worth a lot of money from my perspective. It is like investing in shovels when there is gold fever. Feel free to share your mind about it. What price are you awaiting for?

I like those kind of financial projects as I believe crypto currencies will achieve wider and wider adoption.
And those kind of crypto banks will collect all the middle man commissions of that.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USI Tech Coin ICO - legit or scam? on: November 13, 2017, 05:58:23 PM

What do you think of USI Techcoin ICO,

'The official TECHCOIN initial coin offering whitepaper will be released as soon as the first 500,000,000 million coins are accounted for then they will release details regarding use cases and unique coin features. This is also when they will issue another 500M coins available for public sale and trading."

Do we know what are tokens for? 1 billion in total

"...offering whitepaper will be released as soon as the first 500,000,000 million coins are accounted.." Huh Sounds strangely, you're right

This not only sounds strange, but fishy and scammy.
I'm never investing in project like this - give us the money and we will eventually tell you what will we do.

Just skip it. They are 99% scammers.
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SIA under 60 satoshis on: November 13, 2017, 06:16:30 AM
Siacoin is showing recovery in past 48 hours and I jumped on train at 64 satoshi.

I think we will a bigger recovery in next 10-15 days up to 85-90 satoshi for 40%+ profit.
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your top 3 alt coins to invest in? on: November 13, 2017, 05:06:48 AM
I will stick to

ETH
NEO
WAVES
DASH

until the end of the Bitcoin drama. And plan to invest in few ICOs in finance sector like uTrust and GexCrypto /from my sig/. I believe in next 2-3 years finance/trading ICOs will if not higher ROI, then at least consistent ROI.
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone made a fortune from airdrops? on: November 12, 2017, 10:31:16 PM
Can people share their success stories with free airdrops?
Have you made a lot of money from an airdrop?
Which one was that?

It's impossible to make 'fortune' from the air... with airdrops.
If you are valuing your time, you will find a better way to spend it.
Some brought some decent money like eBTC but those are exceptions. Almost all airdrops are worthless. Or they will bring you what? $1-$3/h?
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash surpasses the market cap of Ethereum on: November 12, 2017, 09:38:16 PM
I'm curious will BCH stays on the 2nd place after the incoming difficulty increase. My guess is that most of the miners will switch again to BTC, slowing down the BCH and making very hard BCH miners to sell their coins to the market.

I don't like the whole BCH-BTC drama and I'm hoping that BCH will fail. Not because of the project, but because to discourage similar dramas in future. This is not good for any ordinary player on the crypto-market around.
520  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price fall down to 6094 US dollars accordingly to CoinDesk Chart on: November 12, 2017, 06:59:16 AM
Bros, Bitcoin price is started falling more than 1000 USD in the two days.

Why we see this much without any reasons to face big dump.
Please explain the true fact of this price dump to understand it clearly.

The bullish trend is over and now we are in a bearish market. The big whales are selling their btc and waiting
for the price to go further down,in order to buy cheap bitcoins.Lot`s of people are afraid of Segwit2x and panic selling.Perhaps a part of them are buying bitcoin cash.Thats why the BCH price is going up.

BCH in now pumped over $2800, BTC mempool is over over 120MB... Some people are playing a bigger game.

Some reading: https://theflippening.github.io/open-letter-to-bitcoin-miners-from-another-miner/

I'm just hoping that they will not screw all coins.
