Just want to point out that you are referring to the wrong person through OP because it means original poster in the forum context which is Rollbit Razer account only so make corrections on that part.

Although if he has valid proofs and team isn't helping out he's free to open a scam accusations thread but the sulo team will be solving the issue but if he has violated any of the rule like multi accounts then he has to face consequences and team verify it all which takes time so don't become impatient for it.They will surely respond to it.

Most of them who have reserved their posts submit their artworks but there can be some who are not able to complete it so they simply delete it but the main part is you can submit anytime within the time limit and it's usually more then a month.So you can create good artwork within a week also if you have clarity and time for it.I am not getting much time for it now otherwise would have definitely taken part in it.
