115 grains of lead is a clinically proven cure for such behavioural disorder syndromes... I've never thought that I'll tell such things, but Victor Orban is my new hero Smiley.
502  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you with or against "the U.K. quits the European Union" ? on: February 23, 2016, 12:31:23 PM
If Germany and Austria are donating the most money, how is the "4th Reich" useful for them?
It's just draining € from them, by your logic

That money not goes for absolutely free. "Someday - and that day may never come - I'll call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as gift on my daughter's wedding day."
That "service" used to be tax exemption or relief for - let's say German - companies what running factories in the "leaching" countries. Also, sometimes these poorer countries used to privatize things in exchange. In some cases these EU "donations" are money to pay back debt and interest for the EU itself (ECB) or for western banks. Pretty cloudy business tho'.
503  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Girl was Gang-Raped at School While Teachers Ignored It on: February 23, 2016, 11:30:17 AM
There is something incredibly stupid in this in my opinion. It means a 13 years old child has the same duties than the other citizens (respecting the laws) but not the same rights. When you're 13 you're not considered mature and intelligent enough to have the right to vote, to drink, to drive, to have sex... So why are you considered mature and intelligent enough to go to jail?

In my opinion a normal/sane 13 years old should be able to distinguish between good and bad. They don't have to understand the law, they do not even have to know it, but they should know that rape, assaulting others, murder and theft are bad things what honest people have to avoid. One more point. In most of these cases the parents also should be held accountable for not passing on these basic principles.
504  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Girl was Gang-Raped at School While Teachers Ignored It on: February 23, 2016, 10:04:33 AM
Well, maybe you would but I wouldn't live in the same country than you if I can avoid it then ^^

13 years old are not responsible for their actions for damn sake!

In this case you should avoid about 75%-80% of the world, as in most countries 10-12 year age is the limit. I think 13 years old kids should have a good sense of moral, therefore they are at least partly responsible for their actions. If not, then something seriously went wrong with parenting and education in those cases. (But perhaps I'm just too old, and been raised according to different principles than most youngsters today.)

BTW you should especially avoid the US as there the minimum age varying between 6-12 years and in some cases children as young as 11 at the time of the crime have got life term without possibility of parole.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin of 2016? on: February 23, 2016, 09:33:53 AM
MAID, ETH, XMR going to be interesting, XEM and perhaps XRP also worth to keep an eye on them. But this is just the very beginning of the year and IOTA, Lisk are just preparing to turn up.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the first thing you look for in a new cryptocurrency? on: February 22, 2016, 04:59:21 PM
For me:

1. I immediately check the algorithm.  Is it POS (instant turn off), or some other gobblegook?  If it sounds unique, I'll give it a chance.

2. IPO or even worse: pre-mine??  Angry  Do not pass go, do not collect 200 bits.  FOAD.

3. Does it have a healthy community with a professional website, whitepaper, and non-shillbot comments?

1. Algo is important because of the network stability, however you can see pure POS coins with good network (NXT).
2. You are most likely right, but we've seen honest devs here with IPO or premine.
3. Just take a look at Garza's paycoin. That was professional, with a good community, everything was looking good at first. (BTW by using the right "callwords" everybody can build a good looking community.)

In my opinion real word business potential is an important point. E.g. a 77th weedcoin or a 34th anonymous coin is something what only moderately interesting. A professional looking new microtransaction coin is much more interesting.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sereneum is a scam? on: February 22, 2016, 04:34:09 PM

According to what you posted here it looks like a scam. Actually it was a pretty quick one. Sorry to say, but I think you can consider your 4 euros as "donation".
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your idle coins? on: February 22, 2016, 02:50:21 PM
I have some coins idling around in my wallet but I cannot bear to put it in hyip or risk it. But it is a waste to let it idle around. Yes. I have coins in some "lower risk" hyips to generate some interest which I'm prepared to write off. I also have some coins converted to hashing power in hashnest and BW.com but it has to be monitored else you will suffer a loss instead.  Grin

Unlike fiat currencies, I cannot park these coins into banks backed by governmental institutions. I put my fiat currencies in banks or blue chips but I cannot do it with cryptos.

So, what do you do with your idle coins? Let it sit around?

I can understand this "idle" feeling. Having a couple of bitcoins is a good thing having more is the better, and it will not increase if sitting in a coldwallet Smiley. You might want to take a look at margin funding. Not a huge gain, but still some gains with relative low risk if you choose a bigger and better exchange.
509  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crazy shit Bible says, crazy shit Christians say on: February 22, 2016, 02:26:18 PM
Why would you even have to ask?  What makes you think we "suppose to have different roles"?  Roles defined in the Bible perhaps (written by men).

Who cares?  Women are more important than men from a specie survival perspective.  You just need few men to produce enough sperm for thousands of women.  Women produce offspring.  What do men do?

Invent religions and start wars?

Different physical and biological characteristics used to make people think "we suppose to have different roles". Quite rightly by the way. Of course some of these roles are "outdated" today but in many cases one sex is still better suited for a given task than the other (same thing applies to gender as well).

With too few man we would have too little genetic diversity for a while.
510  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why Atheists Feel So Threatened on: February 22, 2016, 01:36:38 PM
Atheists are neither threatened nor scared...

Atheists have been under attack from Christians since... well... forever...

Atheists are only now beginning to defend themselves against all the lies and slander that Christians have thrown at us throughout the centuries... It's self-defense

Atheists want to remove all the crazy laws that Christians have established in this country... like laws that allow you to murder your child in the name of religion (prayer in lieu of medical treatment)... homophobic laws... (previously slavery... look it up... Christians used the bible to support slavery!)... shall I bring up the witch-hunts (I live in the city where that happened)?

Scared?  No... Tired of being pushed around?  Yes!

Well, atheist started defending themselves en mass since 07/11/1917, and they caught up pretty quickly and efficiently:

Like laws that allow you to murder and torture anyone including children in the name of ideology... homophobic laws... slave labour ... shall I bring up the show trials?
So my atheist friend you might want to realize that any sort of ideology (religions and isms are all included) can be turned to vehicles of ignorance, stupidity, oppression and mass murder. If you want to get rid of these things you have to change human psyche Smiley.
511  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Girl was Gang-Raped at School While Teachers Ignored It on: February 22, 2016, 01:25:59 PM
They can walk away without jail time, but not free.
They get sent in reform schools, which are not exactly heavens... It's rather similar to military training! So can't really say he just "walked away freely".

Of course far from heaven, but the lads there are also far from being angels Smiley. So it's a good fit. BTW reform schools are not really places of punishment but places of education, therefore places of prevention.
And damn, you not gonna send a 13 years old boy to jail no?
I would. ...and most of the world just doing that. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defense_of_infancy#Ages_of_criminal_responsibility_by_country)
512  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Girl was Gang-Raped at School While Teachers Ignored It on: February 22, 2016, 12:19:17 PM
Except that we have no death penality all you say is bullshit.

Minors under 10-12 cant be persecuted by law depending on eu country.
Every one above can be jailed after juvenile penal law.
In germany this means up to 10 years. Im pretty sure austria has similar juvenile penal laws.

In Austria the limit is 14 years, so if the rapists were under 14 when committed their crime, they can walk away. If they were older, then they going to be prosecuted and will go to a juvenile prison. Of course if they get a liberal judge then they can get off cheaply.
513  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pope attacks Trump saying he is 'not Christian' on: February 22, 2016, 11:29:07 AM
I'm not Catholic, but I confused at how Catholics criticize the Pope when they believe the Pope to be infallible.  If the Pope can't be wrong, the how can Catholics disagree with him?

The doctrine of papal infallibility is about the matters of faith and the belief system. But it doesn't apply to other things like politics, science, economy, etc.
514  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Apple or the FBI… whose side are you on in the iPhone privacy battle? on: February 22, 2016, 10:47:12 AM
Naturally I'm on Apple's side. Not sure however if finally Apple not going to do some background deal with the US government.
515  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pope attacks Trump saying he is 'not Christian' on: February 22, 2016, 10:44:42 AM
The pope shouldn't get involved in actual daily politics, especially not in elections. Also, he shouldn't label people as 'not Christian' because of there are many christian churches outside his domain.
516  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Case of Sexually Transmitted Zika Virus Reported in Texas on: February 19, 2016, 01:06:30 PM
Yeah seems like it's spreading damn quick!!!

You know it's really incredible how musquitoes are responsible of so many deaths... This is truly an animal we should eradicate, let the rhino alive and burn those motherfuckers!!!

Carefully with that axe mate Smiley. Mosquitoes have a very important role in the food chain and also used to be important pollinators. By eradicating those little bastards we would create even more disastrous problems for the local populations what would spiral out of control pretty quickly.

BTW this one can be an plausible alternative explanation for increased microcephaly cases in the region: http://www.gmwatch.org/news/latest-news/16706-argentine-and-brazilian-doctors-name-larvicide-as-potential-cause-of-microcephaly
517  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crazy shit Bible says, crazy shit Christians say on: February 19, 2016, 12:27:15 PM
Oh there is nothing crazy if we all admit that Bible is nothing near absolute and has to be adapted to the age in which we are Wink

But tell that to the people thinking it's OK to smash a baby head with a rock or that the earth is only 7 000 years old Wink

To be honest in my life I've never heard about such people in my surroundings who thought it's OK to smash a baby's head with a rock for religious reasons. I've also never heard about people doing or promoting such ideas and getting away with that without some lengthy jail terms or forced mental treatment. But perhaps the christians I know aren't faithful good head smashing christians Smiley. I must admit they also believe in the geocentric astronomical model and a spherical Earth what is more than 4 billion years old. Heretics for sure Smiley.

As I see mate you are trying to generalize from a few lunatics and some out of context 3k years old stuff to more than 1bn present day people Smiley.
518  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Racial Healing Comes Only By Understanding the Past on: February 19, 2016, 12:19:49 PM
There is a major difference, Socialism/Communism was not better because it was also an elite class leading the working class. But today with our current technology it's perfectly logical to imagine a truly democratic system where the means of production are own by the state but controlled by the people. A simple annual voting in each sector of activity for the great decisions, that sounds like a much better plan that what Sanofi is currently doing (French company, 15billion € profits last year, 8billion for the shareholders, 14 000 jobs are going to be deleted next year).

What you described above, that's mix of state socialism and syndicalism. I think until you have a "state" you will have a ruling elite as well. If you have an elite then it's just matter of time when they took absolute power. Otherwise I agree, with our current technology a fast reacting direct democracy on all levels and a scaled down state would be feasible.
519  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crazy shit Bible says, crazy shit Christians say on: February 19, 2016, 11:56:06 AM
Hey, wouldn't like to insult anyone but the shitty religious zealots still never answered to the fact that Bible says Earth is flat:
Isaiah 11:12
12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the FOUR CORNERS OF THE EARTH. (KJV)

Revelation 7:1
1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on FOUR CORNERS OF THE EARTH, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. (KJV)

Job 38:13
13 That it might take hold of the ENDS OF THE EARTH, that the wicked might be shaken out of it? (KJV)

Jeremiah 16:19
19 O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ENDS OF THE EARTH, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit. (KJV)

Daniel 4:11
11 The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the ENDS OF ALL THE EARTH: (KJV)

In fact it says it's square Smiley. Actually in many languages you can find expressions like "people from all corners of the world", we are actively using such statements, but nobody think that the Earth would be flat. BTW when the Bible was written everybody thought that Earth is flat, the spherical model turned up as a hypothesis from Pythagoras but Aristotle was the first who proved that three hundred years later. Well, and then what? This isn't real crazy shit just common cosmology of the age, and it still common in today's everyday phrasing but with modified meaning.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there so many scumbags offering services in this community on: February 19, 2016, 11:00:57 AM
Take a look at any previous gold rushes, at every such events you will see a lot of hard working miners, others with legit services, tradesman, more or less harmless lunatics, but also a bunch of scumbags who tried to grab some easy money. Cryptoes are a lot of money what comes quickly with little or no legal background, of course it attracts all sorts of scammers.
