5121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 25, 2022, 12:48:59 AM
I'm sure you know there is always a reason for every action.
The man gave a very definite reason and I think that is very reasonable enough pending the fact that this is his family were talking about and the man Knowing the background if his family and the possibility of the family not being able to control the winning has decided to keep the winning away from them.
There is no greater peace than inner peace and family love and unity, the man never said he wouldn't take care of his famiy, but said that he didn't want them do crazy things or met money bring up issues that might at the end tire up the family.
5122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online casinos disadvantage some locations from winning big on: November 25, 2022, 12:33:02 AM
You know how casinos have set certain slots to only pay a certain amount to a winner, it it also possible that casinos are using an algorithm to limit how much it can payout for players coming from certain locations to avoid being dragged into legal disputes if a player is paid big money and the local authorities want to know the source and the alike?

I see no reason a casino should be acting so suspicious because I see no reason why a casino will limit first the amount to be played by some players from a certain location and still limit that winning potentials and odds fir the reason that they don't want suspicion which already a very suspicious act.
Before a casino especially an online casinos begins operation in a particular country, they have to first seek a certificate of operation which in details tells the casinos it's terem and the both parties comes to mutual agreement and a deal of operation is sealed.
What you said is mostly common with illegal casinos and a player like me wouldn't want to risk my money in such casinos.
5123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A lottery's defense to not paying a huge winning. on: November 25, 2022, 12:23:06 AM
Firstly I wish I can be updated about the court rulings of this case if possible because I will really love to know the outcome of the full ruling of the court. One thing is certain that no matter what the whatever the ruling is, the casino has lost a great percentage of its customer's trust and I do think the player has a great edge of winning the case provided he has a sound lawyer and all the necessary proves and aswell an incorruptible judge because in a country like Nigeria, the company has every possibility of buying their way through by possibly bribing the judge with offered amount the accuser rejected
5124  Economy / Gambling / Re: How To Access gambling site without VPN on: November 24, 2022, 03:57:55 AM
This is a nice hack but the truth be told that, even most of this apps and sites always states it very clear that VPNs proxy's and others shouldn't be used in their sites and anyone indulging in this act should be doing so at it's own risk.
I see no reasons why people would want to go through back doors and risking things when especially hard earned money is involved and when this accounts get banned, you be the first to run to the forum seeking for advice and labelling the sites as scam.
The only reason one should use a back door is possibly to compare those apps and sites not available in their countries to those available in their country and anything outside that should be done at ones risk.

FOOTBALL NEWS
Why there's been more stoppage time in the 2022 World Cup?

It has been explained that the essence of the long extra time is compensation for the little time spent on VAR Checking, goal celebration, substitution, treating injured players etc. What do you tink about this latest development in football? do you think it is the right time for this since a major concern in this world cup is about the heat in Qatar?
I don't see any reasons for the excessive extra at the matches so far in Qatar especially with regards to the weather which is very hot over there which most players aren't used to, I think that alone gives alot of edge to the Qatar supporting teams and players.

The purpose of this thread is a nice one just as stated by @livingfree, but it really isn't much needed as people might be so focused on discussing a specific issue on the specific thread rather than coming to search through and making lots of quotes jjat to get through with discussions.
Wishing you luck and hoping to get more updated news over here.
5126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is The Gambling Industry Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market on: November 24, 2022, 03:12:36 AM
There's a discussion here about a call to make it mandatory for gambling sites to show proof of money they are holding in reserves because of what happened on FTX.

Running a casino during crypto crash

 - Do you think The Gambling Industry Is Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market?
 - Will the industry lose the trust of gamblers if one or two casinos scammed their players by closing down and running with what
money they have that belongs to the gamblers?
  - As a gambler do you use gambling sites to store your coins like what traders are doing on exchanges?
  - What would gamblers think if a casino does not agree to show proof of money from new and old casinos

I don't really think it is really of a necessity asking a gambling site to show prove of their holdings because of what is already happening in the crypto Industry.
Casinos already have to acquire a license before operation and that alone shouldngain the trust of the gambling community, and the license issuer I'm sure would have asked for a prove of their holdings but wouldn't have to make that public fir the sake of the safety of the gambling business or site.
With regards to your questions,
All crypto based businesses with crypto  casinos isn't exempted, definitely should experience the heat from the bear market but since gamblers are still gambling, then it's still a win for them.

Gamblers over the years still gamble despite news of some casinos scamming their players, I think gamblers treat each casino as a sole and don't relate a casino to another

I basically don't leave any money in any gambling site because I personally have trust issues, so I make deposit whenever I want to okay and make a complete withdrawal when I'm done.

5127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running a casino during crypto crash on: November 24, 2022, 02:07:06 AM
This very situation can be associated with new casinos and I support the fact that a proof of that their holdings as this will go a long way to their  credibility.
The old casinos don't really have to stress over this because they've made it stance and created a niche for themselves already.it isn't actually a necessity for them to show a proof of holding as gambling is already a risky game and one going in should be aware of this before indulging in it.
I really don't think they also invest in crypto coins and I guess their bankroll is always in a rise despite the fact that there might be a big withdrawal along the line but they are always prepared as this isn't the first time crypto is down this bad.

Does MMA Have A Gambling Problem?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BK2zv1DjkAQ

in every broadcast of the fight, MMA experts the likes of Jon Anik and DC provides analysis of what happen and who they thought won the round while odds are also flashed sponsored by sportsbookie like Draftkings.  the video take a closer look at the relationship between gambling and combat sports to see what lies ahead for mixed martial arts while MMA sports becomes popular like boxing.

a lot of things said including the histoy how boxing and MMA started. i actually learn fighters, the team and even their family members are not allowed to bet on UFC bouts, i think was part of the code of conduct. because the general public now trust the system where there are no mafia or corruptions like rigged fights. will MMA have a gambling problem?

Even without this topic, I've known that there are always bad eggs in the system and people will always get a way to make extra profit regardless of the rules and most times, it is the lawmakers who are actually the lawbreakers.
Restricting players, team and even their families from gambling isn't enough for me because players who still want to gamble can still possibly do so through the back door, back door here I mean through their friends or even a total stranger, bet in their matches heavily and fight the match to their favour.

I'm not surprised because we've had similar cases of people manipulating the gambling sector even some casinos so same
5129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How are Online casino's and sports betting platforms coping? on: November 23, 2022, 12:55:27 PM
Online casinos and sports betting platforms are big businesses like we all know, and currently considering the economic situation of things around the world many businesses are affected and have been taking measures to cut costs in terms of reducing staff, taking loans etc to still be able to sustain operations. How do you think online casinos and sports betting platforms are adjusting to manage the situation?

It all depends on the financial strength of the casino as everyone is actually feeling the heat of the global economic recession right now.
Most of this casinos especially tye online casinos should be thriving more now because it is seen by most people as the hope of tye common man and an easy way outnof hunger, well as a way to also make ends meet.
In some underdeveloped countries like mine which have been greatly affected by this recession, with a greater number of workers been relieved of their jobs, tend to Mae this people fall back to gambling as a way to survive and make ends meet
And you should know that if their are greater number if people diving into gambling, then the casinos should be doing well or we could have been hearing if casinos folding out of business which isn't the case.
5130  Economy / Services / Re: POKER COURSES FOR SALE on: November 23, 2022, 12:05:35 PM
As a poker player, I am offering help on how to get started and start crushing the micros for free. If you are interested in more in-depth coaching, we can also work something out.

For more information, please send me a PM.

Your topic said the course was for sale and in details you're saying it's for free and asking people to come to your dm.
One of the hardest things to do is to convince people and asking them to come to dm even if what you have to offer is really genuine because that is one of the tricks used by scammers.
I don't want to tag this content a scam but one thing you should know is that people value things that are expressed in details openly in the forum so that people can ascertain it's genuity rather than asking us to come to dm.
You should atleast show us some results from the use of the course and also try to show and tell us openly here what you I tend telling us privately in your pm.
Just my kindly suggestion

Once again, I am here to make money, scammers go waste someone else’s time.

Thanks for reading!

Stay safe and stay green.
You sound so certain of yourself but also desperate and your rate is hight to be true.
99.9%win rate is too much for people like myself to easily jump into believing you and beside you have no prove of all the winnings you claimed so far which is a negative remark from my end.
Your account is pretty very new and people wouldn't have to believe this stuff and it seems you're trying to offer free money and if that's the case, then I see no reason why trying to get people involved in this when you're not even satisfied with what you've gotten so far.
5132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you still win with free spins? on: November 23, 2022, 09:42:47 AM
You could win thru free spins but never expect big profit and aldo, would be hard to make a 'living' out of your slightest chance to win. Also, in some casinos, you have to deposit first in order to withdraw your winnings. There are also instances wherein the reward  in free spins are different from the huge rewards in the actual game. Ofcourse, the house won't allow players who haven't paid a single cent to win huge amount. Those free spins will just be promotions in order to attract players in a certain gambling platform. I'd be more glad of huge bonuses in special ocassions than free spins because that would be more enjoyed by players who invested in a platform.
From what you said, it seems most of this casinos are then manipulated because I see no reason why you would give out free spins and not be fair despite the fact that they aren't forced to do so.
I actually prefer bonuses and some incentives rather than free spins but I've never seen or heard of people making any significant winning from free spins and even if one does make a win, then there are possibilities that you'll be required to make a deposit before claiming tye win but not just a deposit but also to play a game on the casino with your deposit
5133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Distortion Pattern on: November 23, 2022, 06:49:01 AM
You did a nice job with your graphing but I think your numberings aren't that we'll placed.
My area of most interest is in that if the graph 3 when one makes a deposit and start making wins and along the line, Al you could account for are total loses despite all your efforts.
Most cases, I feel at times that those casinos lure greedy people by first giving them a win and then drag them to making losses and I feel that most of those stuffs and games are actually manipulated and decietful and very common in most non reputable casinos.
On the other hand, I also feel the faults comes from the players at the long run because contentment is lacking which is a great key in gambling..the moment one learns how to be contented, then he has won 75 percentage of the casino tricks and when one makes such losses, the players tends to return back with more money and capital to recover it's losses and tend to indulge in revenge gambling which at the end are mostly favourable.
5134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos vs money laundering. on: November 23, 2022, 05:54:39 AM
Let's be honest, money laundering is the best thing that can happen to a casino and there is where most of high rollers comes from. I have seen some rollers in the past that runs some huge scams and then go to the casinos to play with the scammed money and with that justify where they get the money from after hitting some huge wins.

Nowadays most casinos has KYC, but i don't think that is enough to stop the money laundering, what casinos should do is to investigate the source of the deposits to fight against this illegal activity, but that will not happen because is a win-win game from them.

So, what do you say, does crypto casinos really care about money laundering?
Casinos as we now are now basically classified into two which is the Fiat casino and the crypto casinos.
Cryptocurrency which is a decentralized firm of currency isn't monitored and shouldn't be monitored at the first place. Casinos have done enough already to have introduced KYC to help comb criminality and money laundering which it's obvious isn't really enough but has gone a long way to reduce the rate of criminality because humans are always smart enough to make a new way when one closes.
It would have been more easier to monitor and investigate some transactions in a casino if it was a fiat casino, but since it's crypto, I really don't see the ease of monitoring such transactions except for withdrawals and one might decide to withdraw it's money in bits rather than in bulk.
5135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I Am So Done With Betting Until.... on: November 22, 2022, 06:08:43 PM
I think I am one of the unluckiest gambler/bettor out here, today is one of my worst days again and I think I should quit betting.

I went all in on Argentina thinking their match against Saudi Arabia would be an easy win for them, and the fact that the odds were so far away against Saudi Arabia winning while it was in huge favor of Argentina caused me to be so sure that Argentina was going to win the match, and then, I went all in, hoping to make some big wins just like yesterday, but now, everything is gone, in just a twinkle of an eye...
Argentina is a big disappointment, It's still hard to believe, I quit betting until I am able to forget this experience entirely.

I can relate with this situation and I do understand that your decision to quit gambling was made out of frustration and great disappointment from maybe a consistent loses you've made and I guess you played this very match going all in because you had the hope and intentions to recover all your loses and if you can be sincere to yourself, then you'll understand and realize that if you went all into the match based on the factors I've mentioned, then you were trying to indulge in revenge gambling which is very common in trading and this is a situation where you try to recover all your loses buy using an amount of money one can't afford to lose with high hopes to recover all loses which most times comes out with the negative result.
I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you take a break off gambling rather than quiting and try to be more care this time and be contented with every win you make when you get back.
5136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: waiting to buy lower? on: November 21, 2022, 02:37:05 PM
From the perspective of the bear market cycle, this should not be the end of the bear market. You can never accurately predict whether it will continue to fall based on whether the chart trend is bullish or bearish.
But I think now is a good buying opportunity for Bitcoin, the price of Bitcoin has fallen a lot compared to the highest point, buy now and wait for the market to recover and it may reach the highest in the halving cycle, that's when you get profit moment.

Only the wise investors are buying at the moment because they know the bottom of the dip can't be predicated but the doubtful ones are still thinking they can catch the dip with their buy order at $10k or below. I don't think we can go that dip unless there's another hack of a crypto exchange that sends the whole market into a panic.
If you buy now and the market dips again, you won't be at much lost and at a greater advantage than those that bought earlier in the bull run or when the bear market just started. If the market starts recovering you'll be among the first users to profit so definitely now is a good thing to buy.
If you aren't too confident of the market then buy with DCA, and that way you'll protect yourself from going all in when you could have bought at lower price in a scenario when the market crashes below your buy in price.
5137  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Strategies for Trading. on: November 18, 2022, 04:27:42 AM
Best strategy for trading is always to have some extra capital in market for crash. When crash happens in market put buying entry and we will have a good profit in future.

This is a very common mistakes that new traders make, there isn't always any reserve to fall back on when the trade didn't go as planned and this is always frustrating. As a trader that wants to make it in the market, you should always have some extra money just sitting around that can come in useful when the trade goes against you.
The market is very volatile and things can swing the opposite direction from your initial prediction as quickly as possible. My best strategy is trading coins when they're still new and hyped. I try not to fomo into the market but also not to miss out on a great opportunities to make some money with new listings..
New projects are very interesting to trade as the price is at its vulnerable moment that can either give you huge profit or send you packing after losing. This project has to be great ones and not the shit coins been hyped all over social media.
5138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So many good news but Market and coins don't go up on: November 18, 2022, 04:12:04 AM
Why coins not going up ?
If good news coming then price should follow instantly.
When there is good news i go Long position been waiting all day long and nothing.

These are just the signs and confirmation that we're in a bear market. In bull market those news that aren't moving the market would had sent it pumping. The bear market is full of negativity and people are more interested in pulling money out of the market then investing which is why it seems the market is on a constant decline.
The good news about this time is that, this period give you an advantage to get some good project at a discount. Many projects are trading in massive loss as they're trading above -90% so you just have to look through all the opportunity available and try to identity the worthy ones. When chosing you have to be careful as many project you see in the market today will not exist in years to come.
Keep your frustration in order and don't let it control you into making bad decision that you'll regret later like you selling your coins now because you feel the market Isn't making much progress. Very soon the bull run will come and those coins will rise back.
5139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are alternative no kyc exchanges since FTX is gone... on: November 18, 2022, 03:57:30 AM
There are two exchanges I use that say no kyc for <2BTC withdraws. kucoin  and coinex exchange, I think they are a good choice for those who are looking for an alternative to FTX at the moment, there is good liquidity and good daily trading volume. But in general, after these recent incidents, there is no safe central exchange in my opinion, if you want to trade it is better to use a small part of the capital only or use decentralized exchanges.

Kucoin is a very good exchange and I was surprised it isn't up there competing with Binance instead scams like FTX was been praise to be the next big exchange. Kucoin has been steadily evolving and their service are as top notch as that of binance with obvious advantage over it like non kyc withdrawal and great opportunity to invest in new project for the high volume exchange list them.
What I love about Kucoin is they don't hesitate to list new projects as they're launch. This give their customers an opportunity to research and be among first buyers of the project before they're been discovered and pump to full potential.
Apart from Kucoin, I also use other non KYC exchange like Pancakeswap and Uniswap. If you're trading tokens on the Ethereum or binance smartchain, this two decentralized exchanges are very comfortable to use than the centralized ones.
5140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchangers Are safer then Banks and wallets on: November 18, 2022, 03:47:02 AM
Exchangers like binance Are safer then banks and walllets.
Becouse If something happens they always refund losses.
You think exchanges are safe because they always refund losses incase something happened? Don't be too confident. Don't wait to experience the worse before you realize your mistake for having such belief. The best is to store your coins in a wallet that you have full control since you're holding the private keys. That will give you assurance that your assets are safe.

He might realize it too late, exchange would seem safer now but wait until they go bankrupt and are not able to pay you then you'll realized what a horrible mistakes on your path for trusting exchange platforms. Cryptocurency is an unregulated market and people can go away with doing horrible things. Nobody will be held responsible if they can make the crime not look like it was their fault.
We have seen countless of times when projects run away with investors funds yet nothing was done about such situations instead they were just speculation of arrest of the CEO but soon or later the whole issue dies down and things continue like nothing ever happened.
If you want to be guarantee of the safety of your coins then be incharge of them yourself instead  of trusting a third party to safeguarded your investment for you. Centralized platforms are the worst places to safeguard your investment whicyyan exchange is a popular example.
