541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo Alvarez - Jaime Munguia May 4 Super Middleweight Championship on: March 20, 2024, 10:35:03 PM

Yes, that's what Mexican are known for, total action in the ring, just like the last great Mexican boxers JCC Sr, or the JMM, MAB and EM, they all give us great fights in the ring and I think it will continue like that for the next generation of Mexican boxers.

Now both are Mexicans so we should expect no clinching but just fighting it out and see who are the best right now. It could define like the transfer of authority to Munguia as the next face of boxing if he beat Nelo hear. Or Canelo still some fire inside of him and continue to welcome anyone, Berlanga, Bivol and David Benavidez in his next fight.

Munguia's time to shine will not come to this fight, what Floyd Mayweather did against the then-young Canelo, Canelo will do the same against Munguia, Canelo is now a polished fighter who knows how to deal with Munguia's eagerness and aggressiveness, Canelo displayed when he fought Mayweather.

I expect a unanimous decision so as not to embarrass Munguia in front of the Mexicans or he will knock Mungia to show the Mexicans how a great Mexican boxer he is.
Its going to be Canelo all the way, could have been different if is Benavide
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Online Casinos Publish Their Bankroll? Your Thoughts? on: March 20, 2024, 04:57:47 PM

>my opinion is that legit casinos should publish the bankroll amount as I think a big bankroll will attract big and small players and a small bankroll will only attract small players if at all.

Bankroll should not be a measure of how a casino can become legit, reputation and how they treat the gambling community, are the measures, it should not be a battle of bankroll because if that's the case the playing field will not be equal, the big casinos will always have the edge, and there will be manipulation and besides casinos need to secure their platform from bad actors.

I think you should even if they do not comment so you'll get the numbers on who is against and who will agree, I always create a poll to know who agrees and who is not on my topic

543  Economy / Gambling / Re: Potential Leads to Colabs/Promoters ? on: March 20, 2024, 04:22:37 PM
Does anyone have any suggestions or know an individual or groups that would be interested in doing a direct promotion to raise awareness and help grow the 8ombard platform?

You could run a signature campaign in the forum I guess. Many people here wear casino signatures and get paid for it. Hhampuz is a well known campaign manager and you can talk to him if you are interested in this. There are posters willing to work for every budget. Obviously the more you pay, the more quality posters you will attract. If you expect people to promote your platform for free, you are in the wrong place probably.

They already have one running right now and it's being managed by Yahoo

8ombard Signature & avatar campaign

and it started 10 days ago, success in establishing your presence in the industry does not come overnight, the signature campaign is already good for awareness, from here you can build your supporters and community, keep on creating events, and competitions to grow your community and address every issue as they come the key is consistency.
544  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Im looking for a partner on: March 20, 2024, 03:14:27 PM
HOPEFULLY FOUND SOMEONE.

This is the most unusual post I have ever encountered  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy OP is looking for a partner without providing details

I'm trying your game. First of all, I'm curious, why do you come to bitcointalk to promote your work?
If I guess correctly, you want to make this game a web3 game based on blockchain. In this way, it has the meaning of "PLAY-TO-EARN". From this perspective, there's a lot to think about in your game.
First: your game is a Sims-like work. Games like this seem to be rare in the P2E mode, maybe it’s a gimmick. However, P2E games have a typical problem: "playability" and "payback cycle" are difficult to balance. If players come for P2E purposes, then the importance of "playability" will give way to the "recovery cycle."
Second: the production speed of gold coins. If gold coins correspond to game tokens on the chain, inflation must be considered. How to achieve balance between "output and consumption" and whether you have reliable market-making means to control the depreciation speed of gold coins are issues that need to be considered.
Third: the balance of characters. I found that among the characters that can be created, Superman seems to have the best attributes. Why did you design it this way?
Fourth: interactivity. I'm personally very interested in street racing and fights. Based on your game, I have an idea. If a dual-token system is implemented, gold coins are the base currency and diamonds are in limited supply. Then we could set up a leaderboard based on street races and fights. Statistics are conducted daily or weekly, and the top 100 or even the top 1,000 on the list will be awarded different amounts of diamonds. Diamonds can buy more advanced equipment and more special assets. In this mode, gold coins will only serve the character's attributes, and players need more gold coins to exchange for resources to strengthen themselves.
Fifth: Web games seem outdated. You should have the idea of making an APP.
If you think my suggestion is good, I hope we can communicate in more detail. This is my email: qzl9799@gmail.com.
At the same time, I also hope to join your team and try an interesting thing together.

Then came a newbie posting a lot for potential partnerships it should be the other way around  Cheesy Cheesy
@qzl9199 you should be the one creating a thread and looking for a partner have you communicated before creating this post.
545  Other / Meta / Re: Reasons of be inactive on: March 20, 2024, 02:11:03 PM

I observed that the reason why some active members became inactive in the forum is as result of lacks of campaigns, I don't know if anyone have noticed that, I don't want to call names of people who has reduce their activity in the forum based their not in campaign...it means that many users will silent forum if signature campaign is not on forum, these is my little observations.

We do not know the actual numbers and no one's posting here that he will be inactive because he cannot participate in signature campaigns, but what I'm sure of is there is life outside of this forum that some members need to prioritize.
I have friends whom, I refer here and they were on vacation because of their food business and it takes up a lot of their time some friends on Facebook who have an account here are busy with their freelancing jobs or personal lives and they prefer to be investors.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you stake it all put of over confidence in your club on: March 20, 2024, 12:49:27 PM
It depends if you're a risk-taker and it doesn't bother you betting a huge amount of money out of fun and in support of your favorite team, but if you're gambling based on your allocation, it's not a good idea, it's blind loyalty and blind loyalty is not good if you're not a VIP or do not have enough money to throw away.

It's fun betting out of loyalty and challenging yourself if your favorite club can do an upset, you should be ready for the outcome if that's your choice.
547  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org - SCAMMERS CONFIRMED - Pending Litigation on: March 19, 2024, 11:54:19 PM
We decided to translate our texts about Freewallet scam to other languages.
We noticed that there are Freewallet scam victims who live outside English-speaking states. That`s why it might be useful for them to stay in touch with there neighbours.
For example here we prepared some materials for Russian speaking community.
Texts in other languages will also appear in several days.

This a good initiative, until there is no court ruling or until the domain registrar has no action on the complaints of the so many victims we can only warned people to stop using Freewallet.org.
They know their time will over because the complainst are going viral and that's because of people like you who have this kind of initiatives.
I hope you are always motivated to keep up for all the victims.
548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Streamer's fan took his own life due to addiction on: March 19, 2024, 11:25:08 PM
The controversy stemmed from the fact that Adin Ross' editor, being completely apathetic to these news of a man taking his own life, called it "old news" in a dismissive tone.
They just don't care this should lead to fans not supporting this kind of streamer because he is not sensitive to this kind of issue, it is just money for this kind of streamer, and don't care about their audience.

Quote
Perhaps Kick should add some limits to how "controversial" a streamer can be in their platform. People like Ross were banned from twitch after maaany violations.

What do you think about this? Do such people deserve a platform even on Kick?

I'm not a big fan of streamers but the platforms should have strict guidelines when it comes to streamers promoting gambling platforms on their streams to avoid this kind of news that is disturbing they should partake of the responsibility.
549  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Keterion.com - Send Bitcoin and more without fees!🌶️ on: March 19, 2024, 02:29:27 PM
Even withdrawing can be the same as sending Bitcoin to an external addressa and yet you charge fees for it

NOTE: We do charge a fee for withdrawals! It's 1% + network fee.
Therefore, your title is completely misleading.
It actually mentioned that free transfer is only for transfers only in which most or i say all exchanges do the same.
But having withdrawal fees in percentage rate is too much then there's a plus for network fee.

The title is clickbait it looks good reading that you can send Bitcoin without fees knowing that it's not possible but when you read the whole part on how it works it's actually about internal transactions on a centralized wallet, something that is not new to us, but OP treated us like that we don't know that.
OP should be clear and specific on the title it appears to be misleading.
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tim Tszyu - Seabastian Fundora For The WBC And WBO Super Welterweight March 30 on: March 19, 2024, 12:56:35 PM
Voted for Tim Tszyu to win this match via knockout as i think Sebastian Fundora's preparation for this fight is not enough as he is only the replacement fighter for Keith Thurman.
When one guy is coming from a unanimous decision win against a guy who just got knocked out on his last win and the guy who delivered that knock is the guy who was beaten unanimously by the beaten guy its so easy to decide who will be a better fighter.
I voted for Tszyu because he is just a very tough guy and I don't think that Fundora can stop that toughness, Fundora was doing great against Brian Mendoza until that left hook got in, Fundora should have the courage to get up even if his jaw was broken, but he prefers to just be counted out, not good for his caliber as a fighter.

Quote
On the other hand, Keith Thurman's inability to be safe from whatever injury might cost him his career, i means he has not fought for more than two years and now another setback, who is he going to fight if he declares himself healed from injury. Better for him to hang the gloves for good.
I think he should stay retired, this could have been a big opportunity for him to get back in the limelight but he blew it, he is a veteran boxer he knows how to pace himself to avoid that injury, anyway, he can still come back he's not really that old at 35 years old but he needs a tune fight not from a top-level fighter like Tzsyu.
551  Other / Meta / Re: Poll: Colored Text Usage in Forum Posts on: March 18, 2024, 04:29:27 PM
Hello Members

Since I have been attacked by some members for using colored text in my posts, I thought I would open a poll to see what other members think.

I like colored text.

IMHO every forum I know offers text formatting with all kinds of options including colors for text. There must be a reason for this because if it was not good or acceptable to use the text formatting they would not offer it.

I have to take out the highlights in your post as it annoys my eyes, as a forum member we should be responsible to our readers for what we are writing and how we write it because this is our means of communication with one another here, the test formatting and colored text has specific use to highlight the important texts on our posts.
If you want people to read and value your post then be responsible for how your post will look like.
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Fire Your Best Employee Who Is Addicted To Gambling ? on: March 18, 2024, 04:11:28 PM
You're the one without a good moral character if you just fire a guy without giving him a chance, you have to understand that addiction is not something that just came, and you did not even consider how he worked hard so the bucks keep coming into your company.

He did his share for the company so why not do your share to your best employee but give him a chance to change or like what the others are saying give him a chance, if he's not your best employee you can fire him but since he is then give him all the chance he deserves.
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drake and Bruno Mars An Example of How Gambling Addiction Can Affect Anyone on: March 18, 2024, 11:00:25 AM
That situation with Bruno Mars and his huge debt only proves that large money spoils people, and people should always be responsible towards money. I dont know how to change people's attitude to money. On one hand they can do with their own money whatever they want. On the other hand, a lot of people with large amount of money require financial education. Or someone who would monitor their expenses and suggest to take a pause one day.

You'll know how much the guy is worth based on the amount of money he can lose, those figures for average gamblers are already huge but they can keep losing that kind of money because they can earn that kind of money because they are still in demand or they have a good and profitable business but once they can't no longer earn that they cannot afford to lose that amount of money.
It's hard to be addicted to gambling and you have no way to earn money to sustain your addiction.
554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Marketing Strategies for New Casinos? on: March 17, 2024, 07:13:25 AM
You did not mention if you're running a casino or had a plan to launch your casino, besides the signature campaign having a very active representative in your official thread will gain you a good reputation that will translate to new players.
Another way to market your casino is to give generous referral rewards so active players can recommend your casino to their relatives and friends.
Social media marketing is also highly recommended and having a good rating on review sites counts a lot.
555  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Huwag magpadala sa at maging practical on: March 16, 2024, 04:25:45 PM

Kaya nga di tayo dapat maging greedy at mag sell tayo at the right time, kahit maliit ang profit basta mahalaga maka take advantage sa market condition, we must moderate our greed kahit mukhang very positive ang market kasi mabilis lang magpalit o mag shift ang market.
556  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Affiliate marketing in crypto on: March 16, 2024, 02:31:24 PM
Looking for ways of doing affiliate marketing and getting paid in crypto for it. Tried looking for information about this on the Internet but didn’t find anything. Any Information on this topic will be useful

The internet is the information highway everything can be found here or can be bought, you are not doing the right research or the right keywords for your research.
YouTube has thousands of videos about affiliate marketing, you should try YouTube you just have to spend time and effort to fully understand how affiliate marketing works.

There are a lot of platforms that pay with Cryptocurrency, you can try Crypto exchanges, and casinos as long as the platform is legit
Do not join affiliate marketing until you know affiliate marketing because you will be disappointed because you are up against veteran marketers in every niche you're interested in promoting.
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is Legal In Our Country But if You Promote It Online You'll Go To Jail? on: March 16, 2024, 10:50:39 AM

Any chance this bill will be approved?

And its such a big amount compare to other crimes, the heck Sen Padilla. because this I think will affect Filipinos here in the forum if they proved us to be promoting casinos. I did have a medium account where I wrote  some articles about gambling and added my referral links and I did create a youtube channel for it.

I get where the senator is coming from but it does sound extreme. Being in an early stage, there is likely to be changes about the bill (if approved) as well so I'm expecting it to be laxer.

I also doubt the bill would be retroactive -- means past actions will not be counted because it doesn't sound fair if it's retroactive. Plus, they would need to fine the influencers first so imagine the noise from that community lol.

But I guess this is one of the reasons why I try to stay private on bitcointalk because you never know what happens next.

This is one bill that is interesting to follow, gambling is very much legal in our country and many content creators are getting rich creating content about gambling, I also want this manipulative promotion stopped, but there should be provisions and specifics on who are the target of this bill.
I don't think it will reach this forum, its only for content creators on social medias who have large following, I hope to get this bill approve as early as possible and let's see where it leads to, will it stop content creators from promoting gambling in their channels and pages.
558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Gambling Is Legal In Our Country But if You Promote It Online You'll Go To Jail? on: March 15, 2024, 11:59:12 AM
I find this unusual and weird I live in a country where gambling is legal there are lotto outletss in every corner, there are horse racing betting outlet and there are online betting station that originates in our country and yet there is a pending bill that if you're going to post or talk about gambling you'll likely going to get fine of 500k pesos or $90k and you will also land in jail.

So if you post that you won in horse racing or you post the winning bets in daily lottery you will likely get charged and penalize, so what do you think of this law, is this right?

Quote
"In this regard, this representation proposes the prohibition of online publication of materials that instruct or demonstrate gambling, commentaries, and advertisements that promote awareness of gambling activities,"

Quote
Any person who will be found publishing gambling-related content may face six months to one year imprisonment or a fine ranging from P300,000 to P500,000.

559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online Crypto-Gambling Legal in a Country Without Gambling Laws? on: March 14, 2024, 12:29:03 PM

Is Online Crypto-Gambling Legal in a Country Without Gambling Laws?

This is interesting, based on what I know you cannot be charged for something that has no laws that penalize you, for you to get penalized there should be guidelines and laws on how an officer addresses your charges if he cannot present a degree that charge you of doing illegal.

So if you are caught gambling online and no law prohibits you then you cannot be charged, gambling is legal in our country as long as you are playing on a regulated platform, if not then that's illegal gambling.
So laws define what's legal and illegal.
560  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 0xbc1.io - Innovative crypto exchange service on: March 13, 2024, 11:45:56 PM
I actually do not like it when projects are incomplete in preparation but hasty to announce. If I were to announce a project and having known how here works, I'll definitely have to remain calm until everything is matured before I'll go live.
I like the domain name and if they be serious with the project they can penetrate the industry as fast as possible.

It could have been better if OP made it clear from the beginning that the exchange is currently under development, and everybody is encouraged to make suggestions and recommendations to make sure the product is appealing to the public by the time it launches. But it isn't the case. There's already such line as "0xbc1.io is available anywhere, anytime." It isn't even finished.

Anyway, I don't think the domain name is that relevant. It's the features, the UX, that matter.

That's true bro, the project can only be relevant in the industry it's trying to break into not because of the domain name but the features and usability they can offer to the community.

I request OP to lock this thread if the site is incomplete and not yet ready, and I advise him to get a copper account or communicate with a marketing manager so he can be advised on how to properly market his platform to this forum.
