Hi everyone, It's currently time to try the URX, why not let yourself go and try, it does not take a big machine, an old laptop works well to make some URX but a big configuration will make you rich Come and see if you need help!
A+ RKZ
This is complete rubbish. With a high end Ryzen you MIGHT mine -0.5 URX in 3-4 days, but the current price is less than 15000 sats, so it costs £4-£5 to mine about £0.60 worth of coin. Much better to simply buy now.

Today we have no winner becouse no one participated in the contest...

I should not have to use discord when this is the main thread.

Hi, anyone have any working nodes please?

Hi,
I can sell a few lots of 100 MRX. $5 per 100 J

What should be the biggest priority now?
- Get LEMON on exchange - Release updated wallet (a lot of work has already been done on this) - Create mining pool
What do you think?
Pool is unnecessary now. first release new wallet and show that lemon isnt abandoned. Next small exchange. Lets see this new wallet. Any exciting features? Better miner? J

Hi Is there a pool available for this coin yet? At the current hash, solo mining is completely pointless. J
Our coin is pool resistant which relates back to our goal of making it as difficult as possible for one body to even control a small percent of the network. Decentralization is the priority. Hello guys Can you please put a decent guide to mine for windows I have try all and I still cannot mine
I will give merit if the guide is a good one
Thanks
I have created a documentation here that includes Windows guides for nodes and mining: https://celestial-cash.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. I will expand upon the documentations contents over the next few weeks. so i will ask again, what is the point of solo mining this coin at the current hashrate / diff...it will take a top end cpu days to find even 1 block, if you are extremely lucky. not sure what youre talking about....im mining on an i5 (only 4 threads), an i3, a pentium and an celeron and i find 3-6 blocks a day....hardly top end Hi, That's exactly the issue with solo mining, i'm hitting it with an o/c'd Ryzen 1800X 15 threads and am lucky to get 1 block in 24 hours, that's the random nature of solo mining, also depends enormously on thing like lag (ping) etc, which you have no control over. So far in the last 6 days I have mined only 4 blocks flat out. You are quite lucky (or I am very unlucky). J

How do you mine on Ubuntu?

At times the difficulty can be hard but our coin's difficulty will fluctuate no matter the number of miners. Our coin has a cycle based difficulty, in other words the difficulty will get hard for a few hours then get easy for the next few hours no matter the number of miners. At the moment Celestial's main use is to mine but big picture our goal is to be as decentralized as possible and by only allowing solo mining with CPU's that achieves our goal.
Difficulty not depends of network hashrate? Now I get 2 blocks per day in solo mining... So if it so happens that this coin will became very popular and it's network will be as huge as Ethereum network... I still will get 2 blocks per day in solo mining? Just wondering, how many coins do you get for your 2 blocks a day please? If I'm not mistaken 1 block = 100 coins... So 2 blocks = 200 coins... I mine a few days so not so much coins I've get ) Thankyou

Hi, I keep returning to this coin every few months, and it's such a shame to see it dying. But die, it must i now believe. To the newbies, it doesn't need forking, or taking over, if you want a coin, go develop your own.
I think the main issue is that despite months of trying to "enforce" a 250kh/s hash rate on miners, there is 1 pool which simply refuses to go with the flow. I can see 3 miners who are contributing 15MH/s between them, so nearly 1/5th of the entire nethash. Until this is tackled, they are spoiling it for everyone else.
Also, financially, it makes no sense to mine anymore. I am using 100w to get 250kh/s. To get 0.001 btc a day (£5) i need about 9500 kh/s, or 38 times more power than i am currently suing. 38 x 100w = 3800w * £0.16per kwh = £14.50 a day in power.....so i would cost me 3 times more to mine it rather than to buy it....
So it can only die, a long, slow death.
I think its only chance is for someone to make it wallet mineable only. Then , it might, just have a chance... Failing that, time to move over to the next gen cpu coins like uraniumx, etc
Joe, i''d just like to say a "Big Thanks" to you. I'm not surprised you've disappeared, seems you were "damned" what ever actions you took. I wish you "Good Luck" in your future ventures.
RIP - Magi J

Thumbs down ! This is a POS coin...stop kidding people. Hello, none is kidding someone. Please check our Whitepaper page 8 Technical Details. It is a POS/POW coin. The Last POW block was 1000 and we have premined the 1000 blocks. After the last POW block it is not minable anymore. After the 1000 POW blocks it went to be only POS but it doesnt mean that we are 100% POS. Yes it does because YOU were the only one who mined the POW part (pre-mine). So when this coin went public it became POS only. Anyway already wasted enough time on this conversation. Good luck
