581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE to BTC on: October 19, 2019, 04:35:37 AM
I have a lot of DOGE and I am thinking about changing it to BTC or should I wait. I mean does anyone have any predictions about the price. I do not want to make a mistake and sell everything and then be sorry in a few months?
I would hold the Doge until there is a rally in the coin and we usually see the price of dogecoin going to 200 SAT once in a while but it is hard to understand when we will see the rally, if you want to convert dogecoin to bitcoin to take advantage of the bitcoin rally after the halving then you should do that before that, but i would rather hold dogecoin for the huge rally and would invest in bitcoin too in the mean time.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: October 18, 2019, 07:08:58 PM
Considering the time that we still have before the year end, I’m still hoping for a good price with bitcoin. The pump and dump with bitcoin is getting worst but I still think that many investors are just waiting for the right time to come and that can help the market to go up, a bad days will not last for good.
Hope is a big term here but the bitcoin market does not move like the way you want all the time and it is very very difficult to predict what the price would be in a couple of months, i am not expecting much because what ever may be the price i am not going to sell anything as i am waiting till the halving and i hope we will have a big rally and i am waiting for that.
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Harmony. +800% after IEO on: October 18, 2019, 03:17:09 PM
But people are losing interest with binance launchpad because it's always launch a new one every month.
The storm of IEO right now resembles the ICO projects we saw in the past few years and with time we will see scam projects, all these exchanges will accept collecting funds if they give money and that is what i think about this outburst of IEO projects.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to alts if Bitcoin crashes back to $5000? on: October 18, 2019, 01:25:17 PM
Altcoin will crash and Holders have more time to hold.
That is a sweet word for bag holders  Cheesy.

Nowdays many token based ETH the price down almost 90% or more from ICO price, and if this is happen maybe many of them will gone from crypto market.
All the ICO market crashed and all the people behind those projects made a ton of money and left the scene, these were basically scams in broad light and there is no one to question any of these actions and hence the governments around the world is trying hard to control the market.

@OP if the bitcoin market crashes then all the entire altcoin market crashes alongside.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra Just Got Its First Major Supporter in Congress on: October 18, 2019, 09:00:27 AM
Assuming that you are in the big shoes of Mark Zuckerberg, what are the changes you plan to execute with Libra to make it more digestible and palatable with the angry regulators and legislators?
The major change Mark and the entire team will do is to lobby the regulators and legislators and they will pay them good to change their views and to support their project, he just got a major supporter in congress and how do you think he changed his views, lobbying and $igns Cheesy. We can expect more people supporting them in the end of this year as they will target the decision makers.
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gram vs Libra: is there any difference? on: October 18, 2019, 06:52:51 AM
So, could you explain, what's the difference between Libra and Gram and is there future for Gram coin?
Libra will be a stable coin from what i understand while Gram depends upon supply and demand and the advantage i see in gram is that people can consider it is an investment and it will be integrated in the telegram platform which will be easier for everyone to use while Libra is a stable coin which is backed by fiat and no one will actually see it as an investment and that is the reason it is having a hard time to convince the regulators.
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you lend in cryptocurrency? on: October 17, 2019, 12:34:34 PM
shit will always happen when i don't get my money back and some humans are addicted to not paying debts
Shit can always happen and i liked the line that humans are addicted to not return the debts  Cheesy. That is somewhat true when you are lending money to family and friends and i have bitter experience when you ask to return the loaned amount their attitude changes as if i am asking loan from them and hence i stopped loaning money to anyone too as it will attract more enemies.
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will reach $ 2500 on: October 17, 2019, 10:09:42 AM
in my opinion, during the next bull run, the ETH price will easily reach the level of $2.5k and even $4k, or maybe even $5k.
To predict a valuation like this you need to have a concrete answer you cannot shoot any valuation you like as prediction, tell me one good reason so that the price of ETH rises. To say that the price would rise to $5k level you need to have an explosion of investors pumping multiple billions in ETH and i do not see that coming, there are no new promising projects coming either to have a valuation let alone thinking about breaking the all time price once again Tongue.
589  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: October 16, 2019, 03:46:29 PM
I think that a full transition of all countries to cryptocurrencies is impossible in the near future. We have different political systems on the planet and some of them do not support the idea of cryptocurrencies.
The entire world might not completely endorse cryptocurrencies and majority will not accept a decentralized currency because of their incapability to implement fair rules and regulation but we should not forget that some of these countries can come up with their own centralized cryptocurrency, so anything is possible in this situation in the next five years. I will stay away from any government based cryptocurrency because of privacy issues.
590  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto-Currency not Legal Tender in Nigeria - CBN on: October 16, 2019, 05:32:03 AM
Dealers and investors in any kind of crypto cuency in Nigeria are not protected by law.
In any market there are risks involved and i do not understand what these protections are when you are trading in other markets Roll Eyes. Will they hold the market when there is a correction, the idea of protection by some heavily source is just a farce Tongue.

Virtual currencies are traded in exchange platforms that are unregulated, all over the world.
Stock exchanges started like this and it was private and then they had government regulations and there is still time for them to regulate the crypto exchanges.

Did you guys check the "Team X to score over 1.5 goals/2.5 goals"- option for cases like these (and if offered by the bookie of your choice), when you expect only one of the both teams to help the total-goals to come?
You can find fiat based sports book with those possibility as they give team X to score this number of goals and so on, i even think sportsbet gives that option when i waged recently, but fiat based sites gives you more options and you could have fun with all the different odds rather than going for money line all the time when it comes to games like these which was really one sided encounters.

As expected Italy trashed Liechtenstein and they were even struggling to get the ball as Italy was controlling the entire match till the end  Grin.

Israel as expected defeated Latvia and the win was necessary and my bet won which is great.

Thanks to Rodrigo, Spain someone equalized in the very final moments of the match and rescued my bet  Cheesy.
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think XRP will start to the moon? on: October 15, 2019, 04:21:57 PM
~snip
As you said it is centralised coin, so in any moment developers can create double number of coins and tomorrow the price will be automaticaly half of what we have today. But i thing XRP will live long just to make fake bubbles and to make money for banks - actually that why, they created XRP.
This is exactly the biggest problem with centralized coins as they do not have any consensus while implementing anything as far as i know and we have seen that in ETH in the past even though they call in a decentralized coin, bitcoin is the truly decentralized coin in the market and if you are trading with these coins with unlimited supply you need to worry about fake bubble and inflation and consider the risk you are taking.
593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: October 15, 2019, 02:33:31 PM
No, I don't think Liechtenstein can score or maybe one. Italy should be able to score in this game maybe 3 or 4 (worst case scenario 2).
I am not expecting Liechtenstein to score any goals either but i am going with over 2.5 goals in the match as i am expecting Italy to score a few goals and Italy to win both half will be a good bet.

Another match i am looking forward is Israel v Latvia, even though Israel is not in good form i am expecting a few goals in this match and i going with Israel to win the match considering their last match up and another interesting game is Sweden v Spain and i am going with Spain to win the match unless there is some surprising goals from Sweden.
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think XRP will start to the moon? on: October 15, 2019, 01:16:57 PM
Based on this news and HUGE adoption of Ripple in many banks in the world maybe it's time XRP price start to spike up.
People who like to invest in centralized coins and the banking sector might invest in XRP but that does not necessarily mean that the price will rise, i invested when the coin came out and i made my profit and never bothered to invest in it again and i am not confident enough to invest in it again even with all these development.
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If bnb overtakes eth on: October 15, 2019, 11:53:22 AM
I am trying to decipher what the future holds for eth, asides its smart contract purposes which of course bnb can offer, what else do you think will help keep eth relevant. Because I see some projects trying to migrate to binance chain, I see that it won't end well for eth as long as bnb keeps improving.
Before deciphering all these things and the challenges that both BNB and ETH will compete against each other is a good story but you need to check the facts too, how many projects are we expecting in the future, does the upcoming regulatory framework will make things easy and if so anyone will trust any new projects with the amount of scam projects we saw in the past and if you have an answer for these then we could debate about which one is the best  Tongue.
596  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: October 15, 2019, 02:50:57 AM
KYC is benefit if we use for right exchange and best ICO investment
What is the purpose of submitting your KYC for investing in projects, if you are into bounty hunting they might need as to avoid multiple entries but what ever be it every project wants to advertise their product and reach the maximum audience and the idea of collecting KYC is not appreciated as they will misuse it by selling it to make further money.

but for you as airdrop and bounty participants be careful because many bounty and airdrop just take your data and use for other thing like saving money online, although you upload you face with hold your id card maybe make easy to earn money saving online, better KYC with bounty and airdrop look profitable and trusted site like airdrop for exchange market and bounty campaign have higher value.
The rest what you have written was difficult for me to understand Shocked.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP Claim the #2 Position? on: October 15, 2019, 12:52:26 AM
To the ongoing Bull trend of Ripple (XRP), It is likely to gain 90% more to the current price of $0.2897 USD, with 0.00003475 BTC in terms of Bitcoins. XRP is more likely to push upwards and predicted to beat Ethereum to take its place and be ranked #2 in the cryptocurrency market.
It is possible because it is the competition for the massive number of coins they can produce and flood the market kind of policy  Tongue. Both XRP and ETH does not have a cap on its total supply and hence anything is possible and they can compete for the second or third spot until the entire market vanishes and on a positive note we can think that the developers in ETH and XRP wants the entire world to have enough coins so that everyone can use them without any competition  Undecided.

598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finding Satoshi on: October 14, 2019, 11:54:33 PM
If you know anything about Bitcoin, or cryptoassets in general, you’ve definitely heard about its mysterious founder, Satoshi Nakamoto. The faceless figurehead of the Bitcoin empire, Satoshi’s real identity remains a mystery to this day.
If someone likes privacy you have to respect that and there is no point in chasing him like he was some sort of a serial killer or a criminal like Jack the Ripper, D. B. Cooper or Zodiac Killer  Tongue, if Satoshi wants the world to know that he created the entire market then he will introduce himself by providing the cryptographic evidence, till that day leave him for good, he contributed to the market and now there is a team of developers behind the project carrying his vision.

599  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you expect about next move of bitcoin? on: October 14, 2019, 04:30:42 PM
I would have drop the price even more before the halving and buy as much as I can if I was a big whale, that way I would profit more after the halving.
We could see many moves like this before the halving, we might see short burst in valuation and correction along the way till the halving and we have seen many scenarios like this in the past and i am expecting the same this time, when the market started rallying last few months i thought we might see a reversal of the trend but right now the market is in the right direction like we saw in the past. Even if you are not a whale the whales will assess the situation and take advantage of the situation  Wink.
600  Economy / Economics / Re: China launching its own crypto currency ? on: October 14, 2019, 03:39:50 PM
China is all set to launch its own crypto currency for more than 1 billion of its population how will it effect the crypto market ?
From what i understand is that China is releasing the digital version of Yuan to trade globally and it has a strategic move when you consider the financial war between the US, they want to trade Yuan globally without any restrictions and it will create another competition for the US dollar and we might even see the US coming with their version of the coin shortly.
