602  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation and Deflation of Price and Money Supply on: January 27, 2020, 07:17:17 AM
Yes. Inflation and deflation of the prices is controlled by the governmental bodies. This is not dependent only on the cryptocurrencies. Various financial activities that are taking place at the national and the international level determine the prices in a specific country. Moreover the economic growth is much relatable to the development in different spheres.
Not to mention that manipulating national currencies (eg. by printing money) is often done by purpose, to make own companies with their products cheaper than of its foreign competition. This is how China for years had been working as a factory for the world.
Each state is trying to help its producers by taking various tricks, whether it is a deliberate depreciation of the national currency, taxation of imports with various duties, and much more.
It’s just that some states use legal methods, while others may cheat.

Its more of currency manipulation is the right term I suppose, Its not purely or 100% controlled by the government but of course significant contribution coming from them. By taking fiscal and monetary policies specifically these will undertaken by the central banks.
I hate so say that allegations recently by the US against China on its currency manipulations. In my opinion its just a counter moved by China to lessen the effect on the current Trade Wars in which it is initiated by the US.
It depends on the country if they already legalized the bitcoin or not but for those countries who do not use crypto currency, the government have no power to manipulate it because this is not under their belongings. They can only manipulate the value of the tax of it when the people convert it into fiat.

Nakakabigla mga news ngayong taon sunod sunod RIP Idol Kobe Bryan and to your beloved daughter BTW kung napanuod niyo sa #KMJS kagabi yung segment tungkol sa Psychic na si Rudy Baldwin nakita niya sa vision niya may mamamatay na celebrity at nakasakay sa sasakyang panghimpapawid eto yung exact link ng vision niya at page niya.
https://www.facebook.com/rudybaldwn/posts/178711793504709

They are acquiring assets.
605  Economy / Economics / Re: Is small business ready to sell for cryptocurrency? on: January 27, 2020, 03:12:30 AM
What kind of reasons can motivate people to start a crypto business?
It depends on the mindset of the owner of the business towards crypto currency. Investing in crypto currency is good but, is also risky; regarding with its nature of being volatile. I think if the business owner would consider the possibilities of earning profit he might have by investing in crypto currency he would more likely to use it and exercise investing in the crypto world. In additional, it also depends on the governing bodies where the business owner is; the laws and regulations that are being implemented in the area would affect the decision of the owner. The nature of the business is also a key reason to involve crypto currency in the business if it would be a better income for the business owner.
Yes very well said, investing crypto currencies are really good but risky sometimes because of its volatility. As a trader you should expect the unexpected due to the crypto currency's volatility today the price of it can rise but tomorrow is another story co'z it can fall. There is no certain season for the crypto currency to say if it is the season of earning a big amount or not.
606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pet shop want to become a bitcoin exchange? on: January 27, 2020, 02:20:28 AM
I highly appreciate your initiative to adopt bitcoin exchange and payment method to your pet shop but I'm sad that it might not give your the profit you want, but I still believe that with simple initiative you do, it could attract market adoption and when that happens, that is when profits will come into your hand. So my advise is to have payment option, and save all bitcoins you could have and wait for the right time to sell it. I could say, it is as easy as posting a QR code in your cashier that directly ask for payment in bitcoin.
The pet shop and the trading business can jive together. His idea is really great because as what you have said it can attract more people to join here but it depends on how many users and how money people does know about cryptocurrency in your area and also in your location for example if you are living in a province I think you will feel struggling if you pursue your idea because the people in the province are sometimes poor or ignorant so it takes too much time for them to adopt the bitcoin.

Sino nakatira dito near Maynila? Bandang binondo yung narinig ko from my aunt pero look at these photos. Photos are not mine.

608  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: January 26, 2020, 04:57:35 PM

yeah there will be great difficulty for the people who do not know about the technology, as most of the people do not know about the exchange of bitcoin to other currency so this will lead to the loss of money from many people, i think both crypto-currency and fiat should exist and everybody should be free to use any of them.
if the old generation no longer exists in this world, then the new generation will dominate, I think cryptocurrency has the potential to become a currency for countries, and of course it will be very interesting, Bitcoin will be to the moon!
The younger generation have greater knowledge and more skills with the new technology, in order for cryptocurrencies to be adopted all over the world as people want then we will need to see a generational change, there are still many people that do not even have banks accounts because they do not trust in banks and while their distrust is justified there are going to be many people that are not going to adopt bitcoin for the same reason and I think that is going to slow down the adoption of bitcoin through the world.
Actually the problem here is not only about the trust issues of the people against bitcoin or bank accounts, because how can they start a bank account if at the first place they don't have money to put in traditional banks and also what if they don't have money to convert for investing here in crypto world. There are a lot of possibilities that we should consider before creating our own speculations.
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do they accept bitcoin in your country embassy? on: January 26, 2020, 02:29:32 PM
I am curious about what organizations you are referring to. The embassy responded emphatically that I must exchange it in advance for fiat for binding purposes in their terms. They don't forbid me to own it, but bitcoin is still not an asset that can be used legally. I think it's quite clear here that they haven't opened options for visas and so on.
Thats a great news for you. I feel so envious about that because here in my country, bitcoin or any other cryptocurrecy is not yet legal because only few knows about it. I think its just like 3 out of 10 and that is one of the reasons thats why our government does not legalizes cryptocurrencies and here you cant see any store or shops that are accepting cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.

Ako I am using coins.ph for how many years pero never ever pa ko nainvolve sa ganitong mga sitwasyon. Ako never pa ko nawalan ng pera sa coins.ph kasi very trusted and reliable sila.
612  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: January 25, 2020, 06:48:33 PM
This is definitely an opportunity for each individual state, especially for those whose economies depend on the dollar, to break away from it and become more independent by providing their own economy with their own currency. It is also possible to provide the currencies of other countries at the expense of their own, as the United States does with the help of the dollar.
The other countries who have created the bitcoin is not a rival actually because they are doing that for the sake of their own economy. And even if they compete with bitcoin, they cannot win because there many have tried to defeat bitcoin but nobody wins because bitcoin is the pioneer coin and the best coin ever. Those newly made coins can help our economical status here in bitcoin.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: January 25, 2020, 05:13:20 PM
Cryptocurrency already has many features is to compare with traditional money, so - yes, I think it is a currency of the future. Start to use it now and become one of the early adopters of the money of the future!
If you will gonna ask me I think that the cryptocurrency cannot replace the fiat in the future because there are a lot of things that the fiat can do but crypto cannot like for example in money lending and also accepting collateral things in return and also an assurance that the person who lend the money will pay on time because of the collateral.
614  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Price Prediction, is it helpful or falsehope for us? on: January 25, 2020, 04:12:45 PM
Nope. Kahit sino pwedeng gumawa ng price prediction. Oo, kahit ikaw o ako. Now, porke ba sinabi ng isang tao na ang bitcoin ay magiging priced at $xxxxxx next year e mangyayari na ito? Of course not.

Gaya nga ng isa sa pinaka famous quotes sa buong mundo ng investing: "time in the market beats timing the market".

Anong ibig sabihin nito?

Pag bullish ka sa isang bagay for the long term, mag invest ka lang sa ano mang bagay un, and wait.

oo. WAIT. hindi trade. Dahil in the end, walang makakapag sabi for sure kung anong mangyayari sa prices ng anomang asset. May it be stocks, or crypto(pwera nalang kung pump and dump shitcoin).

Isa sa pinaka sikat na quote from Warren Buffet, which isa sa pinaka famous and successful investors sa buong mundo:

Yes, stocks ang tinutukoy, pero it can apply to bitcoin and other assets rin.
615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I Crypto on: January 24, 2020, 06:39:49 PM
#HowICrypto

Have fun with it and hashtag #HowIcrypto where you use social media.

I use cryptocurrency every single day, I mostly use a middleman like Bitpay to process all of my transactions. So even though I might not be buying bread with USD, I used my Bitcoin to make the purchase. This makes it nice for me since I run my business in the crypto space, I can get paid from someone in China instantly and buy food at the store within 5 minutes. I love that about bitcoin, what about you?

The money that I am spending in my daily needs comes from here but I cannot say that I am using bitcoins daily because I am converting my bitcoins into fiat every sunday as my budget for the whole so I cannot say that I am using bitcoin in my daily life. Even if how much do I love to use bitcoin in my daily lives but still I cant because here in my country cryptocurrencies are not legal.
616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so few women buying into Bitcoin? on: January 24, 2020, 04:13:38 PM
It amazes me the number of men in crypto but women not so much.
When I talk to my girlfriend or female friends I feel like they don't care about it or I am crazy lol. I offered 3 of my female friends 10 dollars worth of Bitcoin via Coinbase to see if they will be interested.  I helped download the app, set up two-factor authentication and some other basic stuff. After a couple of months, they even don't recall how to access their wallets. I am very disappointed lol. Can someone explain to me why women are not interested in crypto?

just like my wife she is not interested in cryptocurrency because he feels it is not real and is more often focused on the bad news than the good news
maybe that is one of the qualities of a woman lol
women are more interested in money, gold etc. which have physical form
Because women are meticulous, realistic and futuristic in nature thats why you cannot blame them if they are not that easy to get. The tend to think not just twice but too many times before they take an action because for them it is important there is an assurance that they can get like for example in a business if they invest they will find proof of legality and also proof that they can surely earn money.
617  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese New Year - Crypto Market on: January 24, 2020, 01:50:26 PM
Saturday, January 25 is Chinese new year and give bad thing for bitcoin price become down, how ever just left two days later for Chinese new year and I hope bitcoin could back to higher price again, I think two days left have not worried again bitcoin will down and bigger chance for bitcoin back to higher price, but we must wait until Chinese new year ended.
Tomorrow is the Chinese New Year and I guess there is no connection between the price of bitcoin and this kind of occasion. Every year we have been tackles this situation and for me, it is normal to see a dump or pump price on the day of the Chinese New year and in fact, we should not be worried about the price of bitcoin because it's now slowly increasing. Whether the Chinese New Year has an effect or no effect on the price maybe we should still consider that bitcoin is volatile and the important thing right now we see good changes on its price.
Yes this is absolutely true. Even if we are commemorating the chinese new year tomorrow, this occasion doesnt have any relation to the bitcoins status because it is just only one day celebration and it will certainly pass just like an ordinary day. Because remember the chinese government banned bitcoins and any other altcoins on there country so how their celebration will affect the cryptocurrency status?
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Pyramid Schemes are still Amongst Us on: January 24, 2020, 12:49:56 PM
One of the most important elements of this market is to be diligent. You may have entered this market to generate passive income. But this is not a simple matter. You need to do a lot of research to create this easy gain.

Some were too good in creating schemes that will benefit them, that's why we need to be smarter to analyze whether it will only benefit them or will also be able to benefit us. Researching and studying it throughly whether the project we chose is good is really a must do, preferably before investing.
I think everyone who has been in cryptocurrency for a long time and invests in that knowledge, which is needed to observe and analyze a project before deciding to invest in it, maybe this is only needed by new people who are in cryptocurrency where they need to learn first before making a decision. But sometimes we still experience failure because what we think is not in accordance with what happened.

If it is your first time to invest not only in the crypto world but also in the real world, you should be careful, be an observant and also a smart one because people with less knowledge in business will more likely a victim of scamming schemes. Bwfore you invest look for a proof of legitimacy and legality in order to avoid crimes like scams inside and outside the crypto world.

Eagerness to learn and willingness to try and apply and ilan ding characteristics na dapat tayong magkaroon. Parang trial and error lang.
Tama very well said. Agree ako sa sinabi mo kabayan. Sabi nga nila experience is the best teacher at all times.
