In this case the person is promoting a BTCJam "Reputation Scam". Takes out small loans at first, growing in value, then runs when the loan value is high enough to make the scam worth while. In this scammer's case he managed to fund a 11btc loan, and now he's asking for a concurrent 2.2btc loan. They will never be paid back.  Yes that's an additional problem: a big percentage of posts linking to BTCJam seems to be scams. However that's not a reason to report threads. I really think these posts should be removed because they are s pammy and don't contribute to the forum (regardless of them being s cammy too or not). IMO a post like the one you linked in OP is against #1 forum rule No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. So, You could report it and see if mods agree. Probably, IMHO, is a scammer trying to get big fast bucks. |

yeah right I'm running out of time here, because it gives a bad reputation to my id, and I was very upset once you try to read the first page of my post one part post, I described with bold assurance that when they criticize As I said before, not following the no collater, no loan rule make you look like a scammer. Your repeated refusal to provide a valid collateral & spamming multiple loan requests around the forum only reinforced EcuaMobi and Quickseller convincement of you being a scammer; so, they both have valid reason to give you a substantiated (with reference link), valid, -ve trust feedback. Also your unsubstantiated spamming of -ve trust feedback against Quickseller only make you look more scammy. Maybe, You've made the mistake of not reading the sticky before asking posting your first loan request and making multiple loan request but if you really have good faith you could still recover from it. Try following this:
1. Calm down;
2. Apologize to Quickseller (better in public, maybe in the thread you started over the issue);
3. Be quiet for a while;
4. Learn forum rules and start being a constructive contributing member of the forum;
5. At some point in the future politely ask to EcuaMobi and Quickseller to remove or turn neutral their trust feedback.
If you cannot provide a valid collateral, you may still ask into lending platforms like btcjam or bitbond. IF there you cannot find lenders, you may revert earning BTC. e.g. freelancing for BTC or enrolling in a signature ad campaign. |

Also, the sticky point out that collateral also needs to be something that can easily be sold like Altcoins or precious metals, but things that can be sent electronically are preferred. What is considered collateral?Collateral is something that can easily be resold to cover the loan value plus interest should the loaner default on the loan. - The best collateral is another crypto-currency, such as Litecoin (also written as LTC). Coins must be moderately traded on multiple exchanges. - Some digital wares such as domain names can be considered as long as the user cannot recover it. - Small valuable items that can be shipped though the mail - i.e. gold, silver, iphones, etc. - Large items, such as a motorcycle or guitar can be used if you live close to the person giving you the loan. Try localbitcoins.comWhat is not considered collateral?- Items not in hand. Don't trust a user that promises to give you something *when* they default! Tracking numbers only show something has been mailed - it could be an empty box. - Future income. You can prove you'll make xx coins in the next few days, but nothing forces you to send those coins to pay your debt. - Identification. So what if they can prove who they are. The rule is you are allowed to post topics as long as they are legal in your own country. If you can distill and sell liquor in your country, you are welcome to make a post about it.
Where I'm from, it's legal if you're making it for personal consumption but it's not legal to sell. You still need to apply for a license and pay taxes if you want to do that. Since discussions tend to involve multiple people, wouldn't IPs need to be checked to insure that all participants are posting from countries where the activity being discussed is legal? So if three New Zealanders are participating in a discussion about methods of making moonshine then I assume that's OK from reading your post but what would happen if an American entered the thread? No, we dont have to check IPs as its really not that big of a deal.We dont have to monitor users, its on the individuals involved if they get caught doing something they shouldn't be. I'm pretty sure 99% of the time, something can be illegal in your country, but not illegal to discuss (as mprep said) the only time its really an issue are in sales threads, and even then its on the individual. If you buy some psychodelic blowfish that's illegal in your country, its not our responsibility to make sure that you did your due diligence. This is a global forum, rules and standards are different from country to country. Its not our job to enforce the thousand ridiculous rules of countries around the world. . e.g. I my country selling software keys outside official channels without COAs is a misdemeanor, or sometimes a felony, accordingly to IP protection law and other laws. Personally, I would like to save some bucks from keys but having to deal with courts & to pay advocates are too much to myself. Again that is per every two weeks. Ok grazi per i consigli, Alla fine io non ci sto rimettendo nel niente perché sono partito investendo 1 mBTC che avevo ricavato dai factue, effettivamente hanno pagato fino ad investimenti di 4,5 mBTC arrivato ad un investimento di 10 mBTC si è appeso.
