661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your predictions for the state of Bitcoin in 2024? on: January 13, 2024, 05:00:44 PM
Since 2022, the value of Bitcoin has begun to fall. Following that, 2023 was a much worse year; in late 2003, a new version of Bitcoin was released. Furthermore, the market is gradually improving and stabilising. By 2024, we expect a slow recovery from our Bitcoin downturn. In the near future, it will also bring us good news. Things will get better with time. Do you think Bitcoin will be superior by 2024? Please share your thoughts.
Ignoring the mistakes the OP mentioned, I think you need to be more serious before giving out any information.

And 2024 speculation is abound, you can also see a lot of speculation on social media. Mostly I see optimism following the approval of the Bitcoin ETF, and the perception that we will soon see stronger price increases. Although I am also very optimistic, I probably still maintain the view that after the halving, the bullish cycle will really occur, and the volatility will be around $20000 - $65000.

Anyway, everyone has their own strategy and access to price speculation to make their own choices. Looking at the long term, there is no doubt that if everything is guaranteed, bitcoin will always bring profit.
662  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A new front of conflict China-Taiwan on: January 13, 2024, 04:51:19 PM
I do keep feeling like OP's entire argument is completely wrong with what's going on.

China is still very strong and really, don't be fooled by the spread of unverified information. But in recent years, it is not uncommon for China to express its intention to annex Taiwan. I think at some point they will act without paying attention to the objections of other countries. I know of some discussions that maybe 2024 will be a volatile year with the political situation around the world, military hot spots still seem to show no signs of cooling down, there are also many possibilities China will not ignore the intention to annex Taiwan.
663  Economy / Economics / Re: Vitalik Buterin's Financial Advice on: January 13, 2024, 04:39:35 PM
Quote
* Save. Get to the point where you have enough to cover multiple years of expenses. Financial safety is freedom.
* Don't use >2x leverage. Just don't.

I find these convincing that planning and investing is a process full of experience.

For those who have gone through it, they truly feel the risk/safety in any field, perfection is not absolute and the unpredictable is always present. I know that many people are overusing leverage causing the liquidation rate to be very high, a game where the creators know that the thresholds easily weed out those lacking knowledge with it. Anyway, no one can help you with personal investment, experience everything yourself to achieve the goal you have built.
664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the view of an average citizen About crypto currencies on: January 13, 2024, 04:32:55 PM
Does anyone know which person/team/country/earth/universe/... determines the future of bitcoin?

The truth is that I see bitcoin differently from the rest in that value is built with trust (as of now), indeed positive/negative thoughts always exist and the future story just lets everyone adapt naturally. And the newness of Bitcoin creates volatility which is also an opportunity for us to see and take advantage of it, I'm not too sure about the short/long term but from what I have experienced it is true accept/really grateful for bitcoin.

665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a means to an end, Do it for fun and don't take it as a job on: January 12, 2024, 10:28:35 PM
Such people are helping bookies get richer, simply because they think gambling is an opportunity to make money because they don't really understand gambling. Ease of use does not mean ease of control, or more accurately, it is like a trap for prey to fall into.
Anyway, if from the beginning everyone has an interest in learning about any field, then the experience process will greatly reduce the number of addicts. I'm also a player aiming for comfort and fun, so I'm not stubborn about the idea that it brings income. Anyone who wants to do so should do so, as long as they behave responsibly and family.
666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WEWECOIN, ONE $WEWE TO RULE THEM ALL on: January 12, 2024, 10:08:59 PM
wewecoin(dot)net, everything is copied from $MEME, please don't promote these things and label them as opportunities.

You guys just do stupid things like plagiarize products, and attract attention from people who like myths (including yourselves).

Remember this "don't SCAM anyone"
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to Spot and Avoid Altcoin Scams in 2024: A Comprehensive Guide on: January 12, 2024, 09:57:41 PM
Starting from "greed", it motivates people to look for new opportunities without forgetting the training process, and in the crypto space where we witness many tricks to entice people to participate some project to easily become a millionaire, or simply change their financial position. I always believe in fairness, if you try hard you will get worthy results, the motivation for people not to stumble is to accept the reality that everything is not as easy as anyone's empty words. Feel for yourself with the most basic level of knowledge, and stay in contact long enough to learn how the cash flow operates in this market. Its scale is not too complicated, it's just that we can easily manipulate it because of what I said from the beginning "greed".

The change causes many tricks to appear in more sophisticated ways, disguised with economic and technological jargon to deceive users. Warnings also appear a lot, some people will listen but some people will ignore it. We are entering the period of the price increase cycle, it is better to equip yourself with skills in technology, economics,... to avoid depending on anyone, even your own mistakes. You should see it as a lesson to grow up. I know that in the coming period when developers are more active, there will be many other dirty games created, but that is inevitable because in any space there will always be a positive/negative problem. Please protect yourself against those impacts.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Knowing Bitcoin price history is important on: January 12, 2024, 09:45:30 PM
First, all data is for reference only and then there is speculation, if it happens according to speculation then it is a coincidence and nothing really guarantees it is completely correct Smiley . I also used to be very fascinated with past data to conclude that prices follow a specific rule, but that doesn't happen, or maybe it's just me and many people who can't afford it. If it's true, then I believe the crowd will become truly rich.

So what is considered a statement is just a way to lure/counter the presence of an active object. With bitcoin we can implicitly understand that its value will increase over a long period of time with the fiat exchange rate, but it doesn't mean that the journey only increases, but it comes with fluctuations. It is simply the process of accomplishing goals through personal strategy, and no one is truly capable of helping people by acting on their own.
669  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine African countries using Bitcoin to pay salaries, on: January 12, 2024, 09:37:42 PM
I don't know if the government of any African country have adopted the system of paying salaries in Bitcoin, but I know here is Nigeria they haven't, it's possible to pay employees using Bitcoin or other crypto currencies ,
With the services of some crypto currency payroll agencies  like Bitwage, papaya global, ontop,  which will make it possible for the government to pay their workers in Bitcoin or other crypto currencies and can be sent  into their digital wallet,
Since it has to do with the government another agency can be set up in the country in respect to paying salaries as Bitcoin which will somehow help in the growth of the economy of the country.

Think about it, is it useful for them to do that at the present time? Since most of the countries here have weak economies, it can be seen that they are not really ready to accept truly new things, in general, paper money is still a tool for them to use every day.

And if that proposal is applied, they will have to spend more budget to improve service quality. I find this idea not really convincing at the present time. Even countries with top economies are not ready to adopt that, although I can sense the potential of blockchain technology but let it take its natural course like how ETF comes as a inevitable with bitcoin.
670  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Things you see in the society on: January 12, 2024, 03:43:27 PM
First of all, there are more than 3 religions in this world that show your lack of knowledge in this topic.
I think just wanting those religions without mentioning other religions. Indeed, as you say it is a lack of understanding of the topic. According to my understanding, there are many great religions that exist and develop well in many countries, and a specific example is India, a country with the most religions in the world, and it is also very popular, was widely accepted.

(...)Everything is good as long as multiple religious people can coexist in this society.

And this is precisely the problem, because the nature of all dissonance stems from religious conflict and harmony seems impossible if the original nature of religions is to continue as it is. what happened over the centuries.

I am a bit more open to change in the future, when the names attached to religion will be replaced by the advancement of consciousness and there will still exist religions as our religion "wisdom and truth", "religion of faith (will be weakened)", "religion of violence". And religions - views in society will accompany the general progress/degeneration of humanity.
671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A brief advice for the newbie gamblers. on: January 12, 2024, 03:27:29 PM
We countlessly experiences new gamblers on daily basis in the gambling boards. Not just in this platform of
a mere gambling discussion but in a reality of gambling. So briefly, I call to your attentions the newbie gamblers to be aware that>>>
"Responsible gambling is cordially adhered by your audible alertness to realize that temptations as irresponsible gambling is inspired by your desperacies of making profits or recovering your losts".

Fellow experienced gamblers, your brief contributions would also be valuable.

Not to impose too much, but it is true that keeping a positive attitude towards this field will help players avoid turning into addicts and irresponsible behavior. I think it's a personal choice, and there's a need to raise awareness in the gambling space where most players are more attracted to the money than the experience it brings. Ease of access does not reflect an individual's understanding of this field. Just like driving a car, everyone needs to learn it to the point of mastery to be able to control it, and there is no exception to this. In any area of life, failure is always the result of wrong training.

After all, I'm just someone who comes to gamble for fun, so I'm pretty sure that all my actions are within control and, of course I understand my responsibilities in life. Hope every player will be happy in this field and everything in life.
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum's Vitalik Buterin Proposes Gas Limit Increase on: January 12, 2024, 03:18:28 PM
(...)I guess this is a welcome update for the Ethereum users and it may reduce the gas fee further which is good because the high fee is the most criticized factor of the Ethereum network so now my question is how much the gas fee will reduce if the limit increased by 33%?

I don't really believe this will help reduce gas fees to a level that makes everyone happy, given the volume of usage across the ecosystem and especially if there is a large shift towards altcoins. Otherwise, network congestion will occur again, and confirmation fees will become challenging for many people. But in general this is a decentralized environment and acceptance is mandatory, still admitting that ETH's changes are also quite positive, I can ignore fees and accept that the profit that can be achieved is I ponder the reasons for holding ETH.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season coming soon? on: January 12, 2024, 03:13:03 PM
(...)What do you think? Are we heading towards a new altcoin season?
-snip-

I am also sure that this year until January next year we will experience good and good news.
even though there is some bad news, I am sure the market will still have a good influence and impact, after 2 years of fud and decline.
I put aside my doubts, we have indeed entered a new bull cycle, although there is also much speculation about volatility related to major events in 2024, especially the Bitcoin halving event. But in general, since the time of writing, things have changed a lot in a positive direction, perhaps the cumulative journey should be given more priority. I have some goals for altcoins that after halving we will have a lot of money flowing into the market, pay attention to the activities of many projects that are continuously accelerating to keep up with the cycle.
674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the next alt season? on: January 12, 2024, 03:56:44 AM
The major price increase of altcoins will still be linked through bitcoin, and as many members have reported, I agree that it will take place at the same time as bitcoin's price increases after the halving event. In addition, there is a more important point that I believe many people know about the state of bitcoin reaching new ATH followed by a shift to altcoins, and at that time there will be many altcoins reaching new ATH. And also some basis for everyone to refer to. Indeed, the price increase is actually taking place after the ETF was approved, but from now until the halving event I think there will be something that makes people pay attention. Doubt surrounds and there will be a lot of unpredictable things, but positivity is really happening, and small fluctuations can be overlooked.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Memeland Airdrop on: January 12, 2024, 03:39:28 AM
A new quest has appeared on the Mamaland website, which requires holding 69 memes - https://www.memecoin.org/farming 160 hours are given to complete this task. You can buy coins either on a centralized exchange or on DEX, for example here - https://swap.defillama.com/?chain=ethereum&from=0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000&to=0xb131f4a55907b10d1f0a50d8ab8fa09ec342cd74 The cost of 69 MEME coins will be approximately $2. But it should be remembered that this transaction is performed on the Ethereum network, so you will have to pay an additional commission of about $15-25.

I'm not sure if it's a way to minimize costs, but Gate is currently quite cheap to withdraw ( <$10), someone just told me about it.

And it is probably certain that this will be the last task for fammers to claim $MEME in the near future. Anyway, this message also contributes to significantly eliminating participating bots, and I am quite impressed with the implementation method that the dev is organizing. Not too much speculation, but perhaps the reward will also attract qualified people feels happy.
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ETF approved, next Ethereum ETF? on: January 12, 2024, 01:52:46 AM
This cannot be ignored because they also understand that the crypto market is not only about bitcoin, and as a matter of necessity, the journey to acceptance will have many challenges and I think the simplest thing is that they will still mine ETH's past stories to refuse, but in the end it will still be accepted because of the response. The journey of paving the way for the bitcoin ETF is bringing many opportunities to propose other altcoins approved for ETF. I have heard somewhere the story of XRP, SOL, LTC,... and even DOGE, but maybe all stop more speculation. And in the top altcoin, ETH still shows the capacity it creates, ignoring technological limitations, its appeal is gradually becoming more similar to bitcoin when people see it as a small investment risky in the crypto environment (except Bitcoin).
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's The Weirdest Alibi Of Gamblers So They Can Continue Gambling? on: January 12, 2024, 01:45:03 AM
I once heard a quote like this "gambling helps me find love" Smiley

All the reasons for gambling, and they are not aware of what the hell they are doing in front of this area, then there is the process of blaming and not seeing what is wrong with themselves. Anyway, there are a lot of stories, I'm not sure if there is any confession of wrongdoing but it's clear that if people want to take action, they can do it without needing specific reasons and justifications.

But for me, in terms of fun, gambling is like many things in life and if you choose it, it's just plain without any fancy expressions.
678  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crypto & Older Generation on: January 12, 2024, 01:34:49 AM
I understand that some issues in the cryptocurrency field have a lot to do with information technology, so it is also a barrier for previous generations when they are familiar with traditional field investments. Some of the cases that I come into contact with they have always maintained a stance of not using the internet and what seems to limit them to the things that are changing in life. Other than that it seems that the younger generation is living in the right atmosphere. In the context of social change with the technology sector, most young people easily learn quickly how to use and receive new knowledge, and it is easier to understand that when a field offers opportunities, it attracts them.

Although it cannot be said that all are the same, it is clear that the majority in each part is showing the right change and adaptation to the times. I can also sense how the older generations have a negative view of machinery, as it replaces their animals in the agricultural sector.
679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin commercials on: January 11, 2024, 11:04:46 PM
I also wouldn't be too surprised if a certain national television station did a weekly program at a fixed time slot with a program about bitcoin, yep we will soon see the "Bitcoin, Hello new day", " Fun lunch with Bitcoin " , " Late night talks with Bitcoin " .

Indeed, this is the history of bitcoin, we have had a challenging journey and until now its recognition. I gradually forgot how badly they treated Bitcoin in the past, now things are different, like before owning bitcoin was less sympathetic, now they look to it to gain favor Smiley .
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why decentralized Storage is cheaper than centralized? on: January 11, 2024, 08:21:52 PM
I actually don't have much experience with this piece, but some names in decentralized storage like Denet, Crust... are really cheap.

But we will have the same opinion because it depends on the purpose of use, and the cost that people are willing to pay. Maybe because of the security factor, I think the decentralized space is always rated lower, although I have not seen any resource risk issues during use, but honestly, it is quite suitable for those who are willing to use it intend to store.
