681  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused? on: August 10, 2016, 01:55:57 PM
Not really,I do not think that will ever happen to Bitcoin. The price is going up, it is spreading more and more, and more people start to use Bitcoin every day. It has just 'evolved' too much to disappear now or in the next 5 years or such. It can only dissappear if everyone stops using it, but I do not see it in the near future.
682  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: ASIC miners on: August 10, 2016, 01:50:29 PM
I am interested in buying an ASIC miner but I do not know what is a good price to buy one that is used and what is the price of a new one. I also want to know where can I buy one online with shipping worldwide. I am considering buying with fiat, not Bitcoin, PayPal or stuff like that.
eBay is a great option if you are looking for some inexpensive mining equipment and if you have very cheap electricity. Otherwise, Bitmain would be your best bet. I assume you have already got electricity sorted out otherwise you may not always profit.

I suggest bitmain on buying a asic miner. Ebay has slow delivery process but both them are trusted supplier of miner. It's up to your preference. I think the latest miner is more profitable than old model even its price is much higher on the old model. You can easily ROI on latest miner because it is fast. But always pay attention to the electricity consumption. Goodluck
Thank you, but I am in the EU, so I can not buy from BitMain, I will try to buy one from Ebay or somewhere else, or I will try gather some Bitcoins to buy from a trusted member here, on the forums.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: August 10, 2016, 01:47:03 PM
If you do it once, you may either lose or win. When a person wins, he gets enthusiastic and wants to earn more and keeps playing and becomes greedy. When he loses the person wants to cover the loses and keeps playing more and more trying to get out the hole he dug for himself.
684  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: August 10, 2016, 01:41:24 PM
Well this was a wrong speculation, pretty bad miss. Sure, he predicted the drop, but not the accurate amount. We will surely see above 600$ in the next few days, the price is slowly recovering  588.5 right now. It will probably stay steady about 630$ or close for the next month or two.

Thank you, I will take a look on eBay, I do not know how I didn't think about it myself. I am not paying electricity but I will probably have to pay like 50% because it will be kind of obvious that I am using a big part of it when the bills go up.
686  Economy / Economics / Re: 1,000 bitcoins on: August 10, 2016, 01:28:28 PM
As stated above, you should really post some proof that you actually bought 1000 Bitcoins, like where did you buy them from or your wallet or something. It is not a small amount so someone would believe you, we are talking about 600000 $ here. I doubt anyone would take such risk in just one buy.

688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / I have a question. on: August 09, 2016, 09:21:38 PM
I have a (probably pretty dumb) question about mining with my CPU/GPU. I have been wondering if there are some alternative cryptocurrencies that are easier to mine, and throw less stress on my GPU/CPU. If that is actually possible, please list some below, and I need some quality and coind with good potential. Sorry if it is a dumb question, I am new to mining and overal in cryptocurrencies.

691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for trusted gambling sites on: August 07, 2016, 09:14:51 PM
I like betcoin.ag, they are a poker site and it is ranked as the number one cryptocurrency poker site. It accepts Bitcoin and Litecoin only.
As for bitcoin online sprts betting sites, there are Betcoin( Betcoin is a site with multiple gambling methods), CloudBet and others.
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loopholes on: August 07, 2016, 09:04:57 PM
There is another kind of 'loophole' or 'cheat' I just thought of. You can learn counting cards to get better chances of winning in a game of BlackJack or Poker. The method is legit and not really 'ilegal' and it is not considered as cheating. But casino owners will kick you or ban you from the casino if they catch you and they have full rights to. Of course, I mean on physical card games, I am not sure if you can somehow cheat in digital Poker or BlackJack.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the Odds. on: August 07, 2016, 08:58:54 PM
I think that sports betting gives you the most odds to win because if you know the teams and how they play and what quality are they, you van easily win. It is also the easiest kind of gambling to find a loophole in, if you know someone that knows the results ahead on the rigged game. Other games such as dice or other depend on a random generator and does not offer you much odds on winnings.
Blackjack is probably on number 2 because you need to know to play and you control part of the game. You could also count cards if you know how to.
694  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: August 07, 2016, 01:39:31 PM
Unfortunately, there are no shops here that accept Bitcoins as a method of payment so I can not go to a shop and spend Bitcoins reguraly. I only buy digital goods with them or eventualy goods which can be shipped to me. I hope that some Bitcoin shops will open in my country but ot is probably not going to happen because pretty muxh nobody knows about Bitcoin.
695  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: August 07, 2016, 01:03:13 PM
We are going up now, it is just the time to buy now before it comes back up to more than 600$. It is almost 600$ now, you can still get the chance to earn some $ right now, about 30$-50$ per 1 Bitcoin. Not much, but you can hold even more because the only way we are going is up.
696  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will go up this week on: August 07, 2016, 12:58:41 PM
The price has only been going down in the past few weeks. I hope it goes up to a steady 600$ - 640$ in the next week. The drop is not very dangerous though, we will see a steady price over 600$ soon, it is slowly but surely recovering from the drop, nothing to be worried about.
697  Economy / Economics / Re: How many coins did you have during the rise? on: August 07, 2016, 11:15:39 AM
Sadly, I was not into Bitcoin then. I found out about that big rise recently and I regret not being there when the rise was happening. For a moment I though you were talking about the recent rise to around 700$ but I guess that it is nothig comparing that one. I would totally farm a big load of Bitcoins if I were into it then.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loopholes on: August 07, 2016, 11:10:00 AM
Casino games such as dice or slots do not have any loopholes, but there was a time when you.could use a script on PrimeDice or some other dice site to win almost every bet, it is patched now though. In gambling in sports the only loophole is if you now which matches are rigged and have someone that will know the results.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling worth to try for newbie? on: August 07, 2016, 11:05:52 AM
You could try with faucets (some sites offer free small amounts of Bitcoin to play with) in sites like PrimeDice.com or rollin.io. But do not deposit your Bitcoins if you can not afford to lose. If you do not want to lose money do not start gambling at all or if you can stay with faucets.
700  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi , what are some ways a btc newbie can make some coins? on: August 07, 2016, 11:00:33 AM
You could sell some goods or digital goods like steam games and other platform game keys or some other products that you can digitaly deliver. You can stay a few weeks here and you will be Jr. Member and then you can join some signature campaign and start earning. You can then turn your signature campaign earnimgs to some alternative cryptocurrencies and start trading with them or trade with digital goods. You will then have a good amount of Bitcoins and you can invest further and further.
