681  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 24, 2023, 10:54:11 AM

Haha, thanks. You're right! All Evolution games are running normally now. When did Evolution start implementing this? Because I believe it's not a Shuffle problem. But it's confusing because that "error" doesn't happen in other casinos. Some of them also encourage the users to play the Demo Mode to test the UI/UX and for practice before letting them play with real money. It could get overwhelming sometimes, especially the live games.

It’s not about Evolution gaming but rather Shuffle settings is restricting you to play live games without completing their basic KYC on your profile. New casino usually requires this basic info KYC in able for you to use their games especially live games.

I can still play Evolution Gaming games using my account without KYC on different Casino.  I think this issue is only available due to Shuffle system.
682  Local / Pilipinas / Re: PhilHealth under siege: US$300,000 ransom set by Medusa ransomware group on: September 24, 2023, 10:37:43 AM

Worst is uulit ulitin lng nila ito at targeting yung iba pang agency.

683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: hedge? cash out? $214,000 parlay on: September 23, 2023, 06:08:34 PM
Looking for advice here. I don’t have enough funds to hedge. I also don’t want to cash out because I believe the parlay will win. Where can I get a loan to hedge with at least $50,000? Let me know what you would do. I think I’ll let it ride.

Telegram: Ra3Bets
Twitter: RayBets

The screenshot you provided is too much stretch which is impossible to read all the bet marked.

What hedging are you talking? I’m not familiar on this feature for parlay bets. If you don’t have enough money to continue betting then how come you will pay the money that you will borrow if ever this parlay lose since this is not a 100% win.

Cash out when happy and then chased more win in exchange for more risk especially when you are already resorting to borrowing funds.
684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: benefits of having mature accounts at 3 casinos (personal experience) on: September 23, 2023, 04:51:50 PM
It's not easy to raise your rank to VIP because it will cost a lot of money, and not many gamblers can achieve it. However, if you consistently gamble with good self-control, slowly, you can reach the VIP level without even realizing it. That will be better for you because you won't gamble excessively just because you want to reach the VIP level.

For people with a lot of money, increasing their rank to VIP won't be difficult, and maybe it won't take them long to achieve it. But if we are small gamblers, we don't need to try it, and it's better to just gamble as usual, and that will make us gamble without a problem.

Gambling for the sake of VIP is a bit not a practical way since VIP program is introduce to reward active players in the casino. Using the VIP as extra rewards on your normal is the best to utilize it since your aim is to have profit using your bankroll while playing for the sole purpose of leveling up VIP will expose you to house edge loss in the long run without enjoying the game.

Most of VIP rewards is focus on rakebacks. You will not get decent rakeback if you are playing games with low house edge.
685  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Fee Observer Thread in USD(sat/vB) on: September 23, 2023, 04:14:26 PM

Roll Eyes
686  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Maybe we should be worried? on: September 23, 2023, 03:38:10 PM
That amount is nothing compared to what Binance is actually holding (on behalf of its customers). I don't see anything worrying about them moving some funds to their cold storage wallets. I would also imagine that's something done on a regular basis for security reasons.

This true, 6000BTC is equivalent to 159K USD which is very small percentage compared to the total clean assets of Binance which is around 50B+ according to Binance Proof of Reserve recently.

https://www.binance.com/en/proof-of-reserves

It will be alarming if this withdrawal value increase while trading value decreases because it means that everyone is really leaving the exchange.
687  Other / Meta / Re: Fun thought on Bitcointalk having this particular feature. on: September 23, 2023, 03:26:27 PM
Well so I was thinking how would users feel if actually there was some kind of Voice translation writing mode here in the forum so as to aid those who are not too good at typing or expressing themselves very well through writing to actually speak out their thought and it gets written down correctly for them  Angry.

I sometimes use voice type message feature available on my keyboard app and combine it with grammarly to correct typo and grammar. It’s not translation app but it can help user to fix the grammar of his original thought.

I believe this feature is only possible through the use of AI but there's a discretion on using AI tools on our post. It's a gray area but it's really helpful for those local user that having trouble to communicate using English language.
688  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Senador robin pro blockchain din on: September 22, 2023, 05:15:28 PM

689  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: September 22, 2023, 05:04:30 PM
They asked me for kyc. Can someone tell me how long they check for?

It can take a 2-3days when they process is quickly but it can be a week of waiting if they are busy. If your account doesn’t have any issue that involves violation of ToS then rest assured that will be quick. Use the live support to follow your case so that they will notify the verification team if it’s taking too much time.
690  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Senador robin pro blockchain din on: September 22, 2023, 12:39:05 PM

It’s more on iba ang gagawa ng bill at boboto sya dito.

Cheesy

692  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Fee Observer Thread in USD(sat/vB) on: September 21, 2023, 03:48:21 PM
And with that tumaas na naman ang fees, grabe na to, nasa 41 sat/vB

Sobrang nakakatriggered talaga kapag ganito yung fee.

Angry
693  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: September 21, 2023, 03:43:59 PM
I am not sure why this is so critical for many peeps when they expose it. First thing, if you have the guts to invest in a gambling site then be ready to enter in strict environment of the financial ecosystem. You will be asked for KYC, you will lose a hell lot of money, and you will also few times win big rolls. I think that's what gambling is. If you can't just digest the fact that the casino is going to ask you for KYC sometime in the future, then there is no need to be cry baby about it. It's already covered in their policies all the time. They always put rules in such a way that they can get bent at any time in the future. Just trust a casino and get started with it man.
Which rock are you living under? Haven't you heard of the word called privacy and why it matters to so many people around the world? Big companies like Facebook(Meta) got screwed primarily because of privacy concerns.

This is why majority of the gamblers are reluctant to submit their KYC in any crypto gambling site regardless of its reputation. Improve your brainpower!

There’s actually nothing wrong on what he said. Casino belongs to gambling industry which AML policy is strictly implemented by their licensor. It’s normal to expect KYC on casino with license since regulators will ask for it to them.

Meta is not a financial services so it's consumer has the right to demand about privacy. There's decentralized casino which offers no KYC. But it's really not possible to demand a no KYC feature on a licensed casino.

695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is only Bitcoin and nothing else on: September 18, 2023, 04:44:11 PM
I was going through coinmarketcap today to see some of the cryptocurrencies I was involved in when I started, I was so surprised to see that a lot of them have even been delisted. I was heartbroken seeing that some tokens who raised millions of dollars, had huge community and were trending even in various platforms just died. I wanted to not mention any particular token but I have to mention PumaPay that raised about $8 million yet could not deliver anything and got investors holding a bag of shit.

The problem on shitcoins is their goal was too big in able to develop with such limited funding. Real life companies that developing product which some crypto startup companies is targeting are spending hundred millions of dollar or more just deliver a product.

Those early startup companies that is now dead are those who have a too good to be true goal and most of them are just interested on scamming money that’s why they make their whitepaper so attractive for investors. Bitcoin is the only OG crypto that is worth holding since it’s real decentralized blockchain which new crypto project can’t copy due to Satoshi absence in Bitcoin.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Navigating the World of Online Gambling on: September 18, 2023, 03:40:32 PM
Thanks for your tips as it's really gonna be helpful for the new gamblers out there. Because the number one problem that I am seeing with the new gamblers is the choice of the casino where they are ending up having some problems.

Checking the reputation of the casino where they'll gamble should be made before they gamble. It is because the opposite is being done by them, they only ask the community and check the reputation after they've been problematic with those.

The common pattern of new gambler is check for the casino that offers cool bonus > make a deposit > do research regarding the casino once they encounter already the problem.

They only do thorough research about casino reputation once they already have problem. In an event that they choose trusted casino and still encounter problem then they will just read the ToS later to find out the reason why they experience problem.

Newbie mistake is not doing research first or reading terms first before they deposit and play on the casino. Only few newbie will find this thread before they play since they are all excited to play then later on worry about the problem that they will encounter.
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Arb below 1$ on: September 18, 2023, 12:55:27 PM
Arbitrum has seen a notable decrease in its network usage metrics, causing concern among investors and traders.
The price of ARB has dropped to a new low, but the future of Arbitrum appears bright as an increasing number of developers and users are embracing it. Thus despite this decline, I plan to hold onto my Arbitrum coins for the long term.

This due to the increasing competition for side chain. Also Arbitrum is less hype anymore since Airdrop is already over. An L2 project like this usually become popular from investors due to the potential airdrop. Now that airdrop was release then there’s nothing to look forward here since there’s a lot of new L2 project that offers airdrop possibilities with almost same or improved version of Arbitrum.

Optimism is one of the great competitor of this project which is now performing well since its an early project which many loyal investors established already their holdings in there.
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does this still count? on: September 18, 2023, 11:54:54 AM
Will this still count as an air gapped device or do I still have to remove the hard ware  networking components from the PC board?
And will it be possible for an hacker to install those drivers remotely?

This count as air gapped device but why not just invest on a hardwaware that is 100% air gapped like Keystone and Elipal instead of relying on an old PC that has the tendency of being not functional in future? You will need to import your seed phrase once your computer broke so why not invest earlier on much reliable air gapped wallet.

You can use this website https://wallets.thebitcoinhole.com/ to check hardware wallet specs comparison to easily decide what to buy.
699  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io Token Refunds - $38k refunded since going live again on: September 18, 2023, 11:46:51 AM
Is this the same betking that operate in Nigeria and known majorly for soccer bet just like bet9ja. Well I never knew they had an ICO far back in the time of ICO and to see an old account as of that of legendary handling their presence here means they have been around. Anyway, I remember those days there were lots of exit scam and it is nice seeing this site trying to fulfill some promises made in the past and I hope they sincerely do that.

My suggestion therefore is to send email messages to accounts that registered with them rather than relying on the this thread alone.

This is different Betking since this casino mostly promote here in the forum when I’m still new here. This is Betking.io while Betking.com is the one you are describing as popular casino in Nigeria which is still active until now.

I believe the owner of this casino wants to inform forum user that doesn't check email frequently simce emails sometimes being flood by junk email.

It's Betking.io not Betking.com and the Betking.io has been tagged for scamming users. They have ran an ICO in 2017 on this forum where they have raised around $6 million from the investors. They have scammed all those investors and now they are back again only to scam more members. Be aware of them and check the flags against them. I haven't heard about Betking.com but they might be different from Betking.io and that's why everyone should be careful.

That’s exactly what I explained when I differentiate this Betking.io to the Betking.com which he mention. You only re-echo my statement to your post here.

Also, There’s no sense on giving warning about this casino since Betkng.io is not operational anymore. It doesn’t accept deposits and also this thread is for refund and not an advertisement to attract players. We are already off-topic here.
