If coin in 1st video is same that he was to peel, the coin is still un-reedeemed. All though, he may have peeled back the hologram already Huh

yea, I believe he said in OP that it was un-redeemed and would peel it and use the funds to further his goals as an educator

Does anyone know what a set of the online stamps are going for?

Was unable to get a digital set and kinda shopping around to see what they go for?

I paid 28 euros for the physical ones - one of ea

Bobby - silly question - is there a way to request a specific serial number for the Kickstarter orders? ie one that last three are "276"?
6910  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Raffle] Worldly Treasures 2017 Block-Halving Coin Set #04 on: May 21, 2020, 06:33:32 PM
After the raffle did not proceed - I reached out to @LC and ended up buying the set directly.

he shipped it very quickly and it arrived within 2-3 days and was very well packaged.

the set looks great too! One coin has a manufacturer defect, a small lip on the inside of one coin that keeps it from getting as close as the other 2 coins (can see this in the middle coin in the group photos - I plan to file that lip off (very gently) and it should then be even better!

Also, I really appreciate @LC agreeing to sell direct

6911  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: KanoPool kano.is lowest 0.9% fee 🐈 US,NL,NYA,OR,SG on: May 21, 2020, 02:51:00 PM
I think he might be asking if, as miners, can we tell? like when we look on the list of miners (stats page) can we see who is solo vs pool - that way when a block is found and is on the blocks page - it is easily confirmed that the miner is solo or pool.

I have one question - which you probably most likely answered and I either forgot or missed it - the pool hash rate, will that reflect only "pool" miners or will it include all accounts? or will there be two sets of stats - one for the pool miners and one for the solo miners?
Discussion when it's finished and ready, I'm really only replying since someone seems to think I'm trying to rip people off Tongue

lol i dont think he thinks you are, more like looking for a way to show that you are not. like proof - rather than taking your word. he may not have history with you to yet trust you. I think those that do have history though do trust you - especially with no empty blocks and no blocks lost.

I have lost blocks on other pools but never here.

I just lean back and enjoy the show when the experts are talking. thanks guys!  Smiley

I like the idea you can submit your own public key and also the following..

Advanced users can exchange the private key/QR code without damaging the art piece.
Alternatively, you can request a custom address.

So people who do buy these should be aware of this.
I have loaded mine with a minute amount just for kicks.
If I was ever to load more than $20 worth of btc, I would change pub and priv keys that I self generated.

agreed! and I may do it eventually - but decided not to do it at this time.
6914  Economy / Collectibles / Re: looking for CryptoArt on: May 21, 2020, 12:22:36 PM
This is similar to what you should be seeing
sorry, this one is not for sale though, for example purposes only.
As an owner of a number of these prints I highly recommend them Smiley
But, warning, you will need to find a lot of space wall space... you'll want them up and visible to enjoy them Wink

Viz

thanks for the sharing! I went with the 8.5" x 11" so that they will fit in the binder that cryptoart sold.

in looking at the darkcoin (dash) one, cryptoart website stated it came pre-loaded with 1/10 of a dash - I have not noticed any of their artwork previously coming with value loaded to them. was it the only one to come pre-loaded?

Quote
Pre-loaded amount: 0.1 DRK (1/10 of a dashcoin).  You can add more anytime.

Most of them, as far as I know, come loaded with a small amount of coin on.
So the Litecoin pic had some LTC on, the Peercoin with some Peercoin etc etc

Viz

ahh ok - i was just looking in the descriptions on the cryptoart website none of them say anything about being loaded except the darkcoin one. At least none that I saw. but it would be cool if they were loaded - even if just a tidbit Smiley

ahh ok - the site I bought from made it sound like they were going to physically mail them out - not that I would have to later redeem them. I apologize for any ignorance in my posts - this is my first crypto stamp purchase.

nothing to apologize.  Wink

Version 1.0 of Crypto Stamp (CS1) has only 500 OnChain Crypto Stamp (OCS). Most owner of the OCS did not order the physical counterpart via smart contract ( you can recognize those OCS with the status "Sold"), which make these OCS more valuable.

Here I found an explanation for OCS of CS1 https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoStamps/comments/ch1ulo/onchain_crypto_stamp/

ok to avoid and erase any further confusion on my part - I ordered one of each from here

https://onlineshop.post.at/onlineshop/briefmarken---philatelie/crypto-stamps_391?changeLanguage=1

are mine the ones that will be physically mailed to me? or am I going to have to redeem something in one fashion or another to get the physical ones at a later date?

If you didnt use ethereum to purchase, then you bought the physical stamps which will be mailed to you.

nope paid in USD did not see an option for Eth - but either way is fine for me, these will be my first crypto stamps so I will still be happy Smiley thank you for clarifying.

What you have bought online was a presale token (ERC1155) which you can use later to exchange for a real unique NFT Crypto Stamp (ERC721). Exchange will be randomly from a pool. Unique NFT will have its unique ID and color again. The official launch will be in late June (25th?).
Like Crypto Stamp 1.0 (CS1) the animals will have 5 colours again. Again recent sales are only pre-sales.

on their presale homepage: "You will receive presale tokens that can be exchanged for active tokens after the official launch of Crypto stamp 2.0. The physical stamps will then be sent out to customers from this point. Each animal motif will have a print run of 60.000 stamps, whereby every animal has the same value. A maximum of 2.500 stamps per animal motif can be purchased onchain in the presale period."

wait - so the ones I bought are not the actual stamps? what happens if I cant redeem the tokens for stamps before they run out?

it won't run out. there are smart contracts for each step. with this presale token (voucher) you will be always able to redeem your real NFT stamps later with no time limit.

The difference for the OnChain Crypto Stamp is that you will get your NFT first and you are entitled to order the physical stamp via smart contract. whereas the physical fiat sale, you will get the physical stamp first and with the private keys / phrases you have access to the NFT.

6919  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 🌟CLOSING SALE🌟 [DENARIUM] | Next Gen Physical Bitcoins 🌟NEW DISCOUNTS🌟 on: May 20, 2020, 08:25:45 PM
It's been like 2 months since you had your closing sales...there doesn't seem to be all that much "demand". Do you have links to transaction details to show that Kadir-66 actually bought ~1 BTC worth of gold last month? They were active for 11 days and have no Trust to indicate they actually made any sales with you even though they won I think 3 items.

I don't spend much time on BCT, so I don't know the source of this animosity, but I found out about the closing sale and decided to grab these. Perhaps it isn't the best time to buy gold, but I didn't want to miss out on these items.

great looking items there! I have no animosity - the shipping just killed it for me to do a single coin, maybe if I do a larger order it wont be as bad.
