701  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: August 25, 2013, 09:35:06 PM
Who wants me to post BCP19's isp address and information?

He has taken it upon himself to post libelous accusations about me on BFL forums. I am silenced on the forum so I cannot defend myself and since BCP19 took it upon himself to be malicious, I took it upon myself to acquire said information since the thread that I am a pedophile is still on the forum.  Grin

Out of curiosity, did anyone ever correct you on your 'en mass' statement?

Yes, several people pointed it out when I posted it.

stfu and refund me BBB 9660523

No.  Put on your big boy pants first and accept responsibility for your actions, then we'll talk.

Color me confused!

Absolutely I want to take that position.  That accusation is pretty serious, please provide a link where I strategically deleted any information I've posted as either Inaba or BFL_Josh.  Once again, people are acting like it's a secret that I have two accounts; It's not.  In my capacity as a representative of BFL, I post as BFL_Josh, for other things, I post as Inaba

Inaba says he's not a BFL rep when he posts here.  Asking a refund from a non rep would get you a no in my book.
703  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL announces 28nm 600GH/S blade for $4680 on: August 25, 2013, 09:29:42 PM

On the other hand, BFL managed to create a chip from scratch, design and manufacture numerous boards.  Design and manufacture cases, power supplies, heat sinks, cables and a whole host of other parts.

I call BS, simply because you took too much money from ordinary customers to accomplish that. With all that money at your disposal you are a total failure.

Your timing is a failure, your product is a failure, your company is a failure, and you are a total failure.

He knows he is a failure. No need to rub it in. I on the other hand am not so easily dissuaded. Let us see who gets sued less that be the benchmark I would love to be measured against.
How's that lawsuit against Avalon going?
704  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL announces 28nm 600GH/S blade for $4680 on: August 25, 2013, 09:22:45 PM
Thanks, Will, that was a fascinating read.
705  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The Mug on: August 25, 2013, 09:20:50 PM
itīs possible refund the mug? ... or upgrade monarch?  Roll Eyes

Of course, upgrades are possible:

It's bigger, but as yet we're unsure about the quality.
I want 7!
706  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL announces 28nm 600GH/S blade for $4680 on: August 25, 2013, 09:06:13 PM
Scammy is as scammy does. BFL = Shady.

At least they ship something...

Where are yours Supa K1 miners ? With no ROI at all ? Huu ?

And don't tell me about Avalon fiasco...cause if you are a real Pro, you secure multiple providers.
You refunded every one : Good.
You haven't secured multiple chips providers : Bad.

You see...running a business isn't easy (and i'm asking myself if in your country they are aware about your "little business"...?)

Here is the deal. When you know you can't deliver you refund people. You don't play a waiting game and then string them along for 12 more months... or is it 2 weeks? You don't spend the BTC of your customers you hold it in escrow in case the worst happens. Nor do you bait and switch and then give no delivery date and then come up with fantastic new product for just 10% more and low and behold it is delayed 2 months after raising more capital to perpetuate the lies you are being sold. Ya I am the shady one that can't run a business. I prefer not to be litigated into oblivion also I prefer to work with integrity and honesty. Something else our little business has going for it. Thanks for asking.

Refunds without questions and delaying tactics it is the LEAST shady thing you can do I am sure I can garner more trust in this forum based on that alone than BFL can with "shipping" something very very late and in most cases not at all. I suspect that in the longer term we will do ok with our little business and that is just something time will tell. Until we have resolved all our refunds we are not going to be promoting our other projects we have going. That is just rude to those who put trust in our hands in the first place. One thing at a time and resolve the problems you have before moving on to the next project. Just a sound decision on our part as a cooperative.

BFL = Shady.
fractal02 = Shady socket puppet.

Here's the deal, Bick:

You had a "paint by numbers" business plan and you are, in every sense of the word, a failure at even that.  You had a proven board design (by someone else).  You had proven chips (by someone else). All you had to do was slap two separate parts together, chips and board... and you couldn't even accomplish that much.  You are a terrible businessman.  You have absolutely zero ability to follow through, even when everything, down to the last detail is handed to you on a silver platter.

On the other hand, BFL managed to create a chip from scratch, design and manufacture numerous boards.  Design and manufacture cases, power supplies, heat sinks, cables and a whole host of other parts.  BFL managed to see the entire project through from the very start and has shipped thousands upon thousands of units, and you can't even manage to ship a handful of units that you snap together and throw in a box.  Then you have the unmitigated gall to come here and complain about BFL?  Hahaha... you are pathetic.  Is your constant complaining a way to make yourself feel better after realizing you are such a failure?  What is it?  You had everything available to you and you still couldn't follow through... guess it's not so easy manufacturing things, is it?  Even when you don't have to, you know, put any work into it... you still can't do it.  But sure, tell us how you know a business should be run.  Regale us with tales of how you know exactly what to do to run a successful business, I'd love to hear it.

Bick was an ASIC entrepreneur? O.O  No wonder he hates BFL.
707  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BF Labs Inc. WILL process ALL backlogs by September 30, 2013! on: August 25, 2013, 09:01:16 PM
By that definition, the answer is obviously no.

However, the PROPER way to phrase it would be "BF Labs Inc. WILL process ALL preorders by September 30, 2013"

Then the answer is yes.
708  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [VIDEO] Issues at BFL - Exposing Whitespace in BTC markets on: August 25, 2013, 08:57:15 PM
Here are just a few of the areas where your veracity is lacking.

FCC?
Refunds?
Delivery dates?
Knowledge of backdoor shipments to Cloudhasing?
Knowledge of production delays not passed on to customers?
No refund policy without determined shipping dates?

Shall we play another game?

How about defamation of character?
Sounds like an idea.  You're worthless scum that doesn't deserve to live, you should be shot and hanged just for the hell of it.  You're a blight on the workforce as well.  You shouldn't have children, your DNA needs to be squashed from the genepool.

Now go file a lawsuit against Josh and see where it gets you Wink
709  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BF Labs Inc. WILL process ALL backlogs by September 30, 2013! on: August 25, 2013, 08:52:45 PM
Define backlog.
710  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: August 25, 2013, 08:48:19 PM
Now you know for a fact that won't cost BFL 16K. And you are now the judge of decorum? You are aware that Josh himself is very uncouth and has used foul language multiple times right? Last time I checked BFL is still refusing to refund people against the law and it will be for the FTC to determine what will be done not you or Josh. I am guessing this will implode a lot sooner as the masses are whipped up en masse to file complaints and lawsuits. Ya great strategy... provoke the throng well played.
I'm sorry, but this is NOT the place to make OFFICAL requests for refunds.  K9 spouts off that a denial on here will cost BFL $16,000.  Never happen.  If you cannot see that, then nobody, not even God can open your eyes to fact.  You want a refund, you'd better start by going to BFL's website and requesting it through PROPER channels.  The court will not care if you post on a chinese blog that you want a refund and were told no.  If you and your throng don't care about real legalities, maybe I should take time to appear in court when you try to sue.  I always love a good comedy.
711  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is BCP19 actually Josh from Butterfly labs? on: August 25, 2013, 08:41:48 PM
Do you actually know what I am talking about? I mean really what they hell dude. You have lost the plot. I don't give a rats ass if you want to blur the boundaries here between your socket puppets and you. I don't really need to run a diagnostic software on your writing patterns because I don't really care if you have a split personality, whether you think you are fooling people or what or different people. The same message coming out of your trap means one thing. You are not to be trusted. You have no ethical boundaries and are likely some sort of sociopath like anyone else pulling for BFL to somehow wriggle free from this mess they self induced.

Let me make perfectly clear. I think BFL is a rotten company at its core and its board or owners will likely find no solace the day they are dragged to court. There is more than a significant percentage of this community that has had enough of the BFL blight on the landscape and when it is gone it will be quickly forgotten.  So play your little games with your multiple accounts all you like but for me the end result is someone is going to have face the judge and I hope I get a seat in the courtroom.
Wow.  Maybe you should hit that little trust button over there <---- and just give me negative trust "Cause he's a BFL supporter and cannot be trusted".  Saves you a lot of ranting.

Now, I happen to take great offense at your statements.  Just because I prefer to keep my eyes open and listen to both sides of things and present contrary views for others to consider does not make me a sociopath.  All I see on this forum is a bunch of haters pattng each other on the back for chasing out anyone with a different viewpoint than theirs.  When the OP started his 'puzzle' there were so many of you chiming in that every time I tried to hit reply it said "another reply has been made".  You all belittle what you don't know or understand, present opinions as facts and run roughshod over people to get yourself heard.

I truly hope you do get your day in court.  I also hope to have my order in hand before that happens, cause if not, your actions and the actions of others will screw me just to satisfy some warped sense of justice.

That just cost BFL $16,000 for knowingly violating FTC rules about offering refunds for unshipped merchandise.
Although, at this point BFL is more worried about having to refund their customers than they are about breaking the law.
I doubt it.  All I see is a uncouth person using a foul languaged acronym demanding a refund.  Last time I checked, this forum is not the official site to request refunds.

I see you logged onto all of your sock-puppets to vote, great job!

Continue your juvenile and purile prattling.  Public opinion means nothing when compared to the truth.

And to quote Jack Nicholson "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!"

I did not vote in  this poll at all with any avatar.

Ad hominem attack, Josh.  Is that the best you got?  First it was red herrings, now it's "attack the messenger".  You need some new material, Josh.

On a side note, you could always check me out here:  http://www.mersenneforum.org/  That was my hobby before Bitcoin (and I have the same username).

Alternatively you could also check out http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php, again, same username

BFL will pay for acting like fraudster and mafia with its customer. I'm filling complain with FTC and won't stop there.
Does the FTC take action over fraudulent complaints?  It'd be interesting to point them to this thread.

What if anything is FRAUDULENT in these threads other than Inaba and BFL lying?
What does a forum have to do with a complaint with the FTC?
Are you going to make a complaint to the FTC about the forum posts made here... you do know how the procedure works right?

All this is going to end in a courtroom. Jail time be nice for some of these people given the magnitude of the money involved. Better start getting your exit strategies going and who you want point the finger at to get off with a slap on the wrist.
BFL is fraudulent AND part of the mafia now.

The wowzers just keep piling up.
715  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [VIDEO] Issues at BFL - Exposing Whitespace in BTC markets on: August 25, 2013, 08:06:03 PM
Proof of what?  BFL's officers lying about delivery dates in public in several forums?

So lying = ponzi.  Thank you for your definition, I do not believe it holds water in court.  Do you have any OTHER proof, that MIGHT hold up?

That's a weird connection to make.  Glad you agree on the point that BFL's officers lied in public about delivery dates.

I never agreed to anything, I simply stated, by inferrence of your statements, "So, lying = ponzi?"  and I thanked you for your definition.  YOU inferred I was agreeing with you, which I was not.

You claim they lied, but have no proof.  Now you are twisting my words.  Why would you need to twist *my* words if you have proof?

retard topic

Retarded topic you mean.
I actually agree with you... did hell just freeze over?

I was correcting grammar not actually supporting the inference being made about the topic. Being a grammar Nazi in a polite way as I did for your posts "Josh" with your ramblings about tuning shortwave receivers and such. That would be the best way to catch a multiple account user is to find a positive correlation of the grammatical errors not just one spelling faux pas. If I only cared enough to run it through my collocation software we could easily establish who is who for all these socket puppets pretty easily I would gather.
Very true.  If it's not too much trouble, would you?  I'd love to see the results.  I can't imagine Josh having gotten into Primecoin or Mersenne primes as I have in my other postings, so I'd be very interested in how that turns out.
719  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: August 25, 2013, 07:51:16 PM
I bring this up, though I know it's pointless:

Can someone point out where I continually said we would definitely ship in two weeks over and over?  I'd like to see evidence of this.  I know the "two weeks" mantra is the rallying cry, but once again, reality and the beliefs of the anti-BFL trolls are two entirely different things.  No sense in arguing about it, as it's immaterial, but I thought I'd just throw that fuel on to the fire... but yeah, another lie from Viceroy et al.  They are just parrots repeating what they heard, as personal research, truth and honesty are something they know very little about.

On another note, I love how anyone who is not critical of BFL is automatically me posting as a sock puppet.  It's totally awesome.  Much like poor Bryan Micon the scam artists "BFL has downvoting bots on reddit!" whine, do you idiots honestly think I care about your pathetic ramblings enough to spend more than a few minutes a day reading and responding to the blatant stupidity, willful ignorance and outright lies that you perpetrate on a daily basis?  The sheer volume of your stupidity would overwhelm ten of me, much less a single me, which is why I stopped caring about you idiots a long time ago.  I do enjoy watching your mindless ramblings, though.  It's a fair bit of entertainment... especially when you get the echo chamber of K9, PL, PG, Bick and Viceroy going in full swing and you are all just responding to each other over and over.  I think the best so far was just over a full page of you nutbags going at it without a single other person chiming in.  I'd love to get you all in the same room and see what happens, it would be like watching a bowl full of retarded kittens try to figure out what yarn is for.  Except the collective intelligence of the kittens would be about sixty points higher.

Out of curiosity, did anyone ever correct you on your 'en mass' statement?
