741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is KYC bad for crypto? on: March 28, 2020, 02:11:02 PM
In my own opinion, i think kyc is bad for crypto.
Why do i say that ? unwarranted request for kyc is now paramount in the crypto space, with unnecessary excuses that profiles knowing who holds token.

The only necessity for kyc that i believe, is during high trades, and fiat markets, but projects such as digitalbits who request for kyc and ends up not paying brings doubt to the space. There are several more like that.

You will see an unrated airdrop campaign requesting for kyc, just like that.
its very unnecessary.
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better process to fund rise instead ICO or IEO? on: March 28, 2020, 02:04:57 PM
If any trusted website we could build there new project will launch by low to high target of money. Suppose one project need low 1 million and high 5 millions USD against coin supply is 50 millions. Which funds will rise, all coin distribute among all investors. Price will depends on investment. Developing and promoting coin are separate.

I do not understand your question, but it looks like referencing the amounts project devs need to develop a project and the ratio against the token supply,
The reason why most ieo/icos fails is because they want to raise exhorbitant unnecessary fees, which investors would deem too much for such project.

And developing and promoting a coin has to be in the same bracket, because a good product without promotion wont attract investors.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges Tokens on: March 27, 2020, 08:37:06 PM
I have seen many exchanges have launched their own token like Binance with BNB, Idex with IDEX, Hotbit with HTB, Yobit with YO etc. where exchanges use their own tokens as another way to pay fees to support token. In addition to it, different strategies are used to create a hype like decrease in supply etc.
But if an exchange goes through a hard period of time and shuts downs then ultimately that token will come to its end because there is no community other than that exchange supporting the token simply because it has no usage outside the exchange.
According to me exchanges should promote the usage of their coins/tokens outside the exchange to build a community in support of it. If your community consists of huge individual entities who believe you then a great community can be formed. Otherwise lack of applications would lead these things to disaster.

Yes you are right, if anything happens to the body of exchange tokens, the token dies along with it, which is why every exchange platform are introducing several innovations, to drive and promote their exchgange to ensure relevance for a long time.

If you look towards binance, huobi and others, you get a very use case sample.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Very Important Advice for Devs on: March 27, 2020, 08:34:30 PM
I've heard enough about exchanges and my ears are full, if you aren't a scammer or a pump and dump dev this is for you, I'm going to list some exchanges on here right now

1. Vindax
2. Systemkoin
3. ChainX
4. P2PB2B
5. Latoken
6. Dobi
7. Hotbit

Thanks for highlighting those exchanges and summarizing them.
Funny enough, i am a fan of hotbit, perhaps because tokens i have traded them have been rewarding, especially bobs repair.

I think p2p2p2 has been rewarding for me as well.

I think purposes of crypto exchange differs alot, and as a content creator focused on profits, any exchange goes.
None the less, every devs should make a good product, that will ensure that top exchanges run after their project.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: March 27, 2020, 08:28:14 PM
I think when it comes to airdrop, there are 2 ways to it, how ?
Is it a full time airdrop concentration you are looking towards too, or perhaps just another moment to enjoy leisure.

If it is to ensure and enjoy leisure, then airdrop is okay, because all you have to do is relax and patiently wait for the best airdrop to participate.
A scenario to this is the stellar lumens airdrop of 2019, from keybase app. it was worth the wait.

But if you are looking full time, the best bet is to avoid wasting your time.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 27, 2020, 08:23:36 PM
I have to admit that bounty this year 2020 has been quite rewarding for me.
I got in with bestchange so far, and over 10 weeks now its been immense success.

I also got in with gold bounty, couple of blogs, couple of dollars, makes it all worthwhile as well.
I missed out on SPYCE Bounty, no regrets, because this 2020, there are more to watch out for.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Corona Virus has killed all cryptocurrency spaces! on: March 27, 2020, 08:20:28 PM
Btw If COVID-19 cannot be completely resolved, especially in every country affected by the corona virus outbreak?

what about the fate of the next cryptoqurrency industry?
I think, this virus not only inhibits activities throughout the world and can even be said to have killed the entire cryptoqurrency space!

I wouldn't say killed, lets just say it has weakened the spaces and caused dumps in almost every crypto currency tokens.
The benefits thus far is the fact that there are more crypto currency trade volumes, which shows that blockchain adoption is on the rise immensely.

The virus will go and be contained, but bitcoin dominance will continue.
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I earn money during coronavirus? Is it possible by crypto coins? on: March 26, 2020, 08:46:38 PM
There are several ways to earn money during this period when you have to stay at home compulsorily

You can take up crypto currency trading
Or futures exchange trading.

Likewise you can decide to learn the acts of binary trades or perhaps do airdrops and available Bounty programs
749  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Increased Bitcoin Adoption on: March 26, 2020, 05:10:04 PM
Recent crises are testing the abilities of Bitcoin. The adoption of Bitcoin is increased as people are stuck at home they are looking for better solutions to transfer remittance and for purchasing.
Many countries are using blockchain technology to fight against the pandemic.
Why the price of Bitcoin is still down?

I do not think covid-19 has improved and increased bitcoin adoption.

The crypto currency freedom in india and south Korea did the trick. While the pandemic caused fud and necessity for funds which keeps bitcoin and crypto currency price low.

750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Old crypto ways fades away easily on: March 26, 2020, 05:04:43 PM
Neutrally on true life terms. If you keep doing things the way its been done in a long time, you keep getting low values or rewards.

There's a need to do things in a new way, and to do that we need to learn new ways, new strategies, new tactics and methods to conquer our failures.

Even when it comes to research making, do it differently
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: March 26, 2020, 04:59:07 PM
Referencing your subject, i think it depends on how you view it.

On a marketing side, except a project lists on binance (who offers exclusive marketing skits) i think projects need Bounty hunters for marketing purposes.

It might be in form of an Airdrop or a contest or a full blown Bounty campaign
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience facilitates better understanding on: March 25, 2020, 08:43:26 PM
I believe that in the crypto market there are 2 ways to learn if you are a beginner. The first method would be to learn from your own mistakes. This is a method that is generally applied in everyday life and is the most efficient, but it is not indicated on the crypto market because it is about losing money. The second method involves more information and you learn from the mistakes of others. I recommend good information.

I think you are right, But do you know that you can also learn when you do not make mistakes ? By trying out a new stuff and doing things differently.

I think it is hard to learn from others mistakes, because you will not be made aware the steps that led to the mistakes.

And regarding good information, you need to source for that yourself.
Thats why personal research function is compulsory for every crypto currency trader or investor and even bounty hunters.
753  Other / Off-topic / Re: Let's try to stop bad people, one try can safe someone on: March 25, 2020, 08:34:53 PM
This might sound stupid but I think giving a try can make a difference, Scammers have good and attractive websites, they have real but fake documents to show to people so they can easily fall victim, they lie and use WHO and others to get people's attention and now that what we need the most is a cure for the virus, mY God its a big weakness for those who don't know, what are you all doing to stop this?

I am not disputing your facts, but scammers always have a terrible one page, erratically designed website.
They also always have complicating and hard to achieve contents in their whitepaper.

The whitepaper is made to be enticing, so that you will forgive the irregularities in their websites.
If you look closer, you will realize this.

Always dyor.
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best project for investing in 2020? on: March 25, 2020, 08:32:14 PM
There are over 600 tokens or projects that are worth investing and would definitely bring profit.
Which is why, you really need to dyor and get a short list of projects you think can actually make it.

Then you can conduct extensive research about them, and choose from it.
The thread also offers you several options, you can choose from it and conduct extensive research before investment.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promoters still have a place on crypto world on: March 25, 2020, 08:24:37 PM
ICO and IEO are for raising funds, what about bounty? To create awareness around the web to get more investors right? This makes it two ways for projects to gain investors, I would have said ' why do new projects need bounty hunters for then' but bounty hunters are playing a big role here as you can see that's why we keep seeing bounty campaigns from IEO projects, although not all of IEO cares about bounties

Not only in crypto currency and bounty hunting, but in the whole world. Promoters will always have a place.

In the general market, promoters are called marketers, a digital way of promoters is advertising.

While in crypto currency, promoters are bounty hunters who market and advertise different projects on social media, and several bitcoin and alts forum that we have around.
No matter how huge and rich a project is, it definitely needs bounty hunters to spread the word, no matter how little.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The door is never closed to new traders on: March 25, 2020, 08:21:46 PM
I have seen absolutely new people who never traded earlier becoming successful traders even better profits than veteran traders so there are a lot of factors that contribute in success of a trader and some of them in my opinion are: passion, practice, patience, luck, strategy and consistency.

I think this is very possible and realistic if the said personnel surrenders theirselves to teachings, and learnt and got required knowledge and determination not to run out on loss.

Most veteran traders, do not change their tactics nor pattern, and continue to gamble their way through trading which is not rewarding in any sense.

Passion, practice, patience goes well if you unlearn to relearn while trading.
Strategy and consistency can be achieved if you are honest while practicing, and i always believe you need little luck while trading.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: March 24, 2020, 12:06:24 PM
I wouldn't say i have any old coins i am hodling at this time. But i am a big fan of the wave and neo blockchain and i am always having them in bag.

i HAVE the likes of iagon, cyclean token and also hbrs tokens if it counts.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Preparing for the dip days as an investor on: March 24, 2020, 11:55:27 AM
To be honest, this present dip situation where all prices got low has taught me that, as an investor planning and waiting to buy the bottom of top crypto currency tokens, you need to have in store lots of tusd or usdt or stable coin to achieve that.

The rate at which to buy bitcoin from local fiat notes increased immensely during this dip, making it hard to buy btc or eth.
Who else noticed such occurrences?

Do you think, holding up stable coins as the proper way to prepare for an investment schedule??

This is a basic investment plan that every investor must have in mind.
Why do i say that ? You need to be prepared by hodling usdt or other reliable stable coins

So that you can swing into trades immediately there is an opening.
But if you hodl fiat, and there is a dump, converting fiat to usdt gets very expensive and not many can afford such
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: March 24, 2020, 11:46:23 AM
Very nice suggestion here, and that is what I did today. I converted everything to USDT at around 7500$ because from the chart, the dump was imminent. I'll buy back when I think it's right, for now I'm still in USDT. I might decide to ride the leveraged tokens for max profit, but not with all my capital, just 10%. Knowing the right time to enter the market after converting to stable coin is important.

Well you got lucky,,, lot of people usually make the big moves and then find that the market went directly against them. Also, it could be that everyone thought like you and sold their bitcoin and everything,,, which then cause others to do the same when they saw the orderbooks just pile up with sells. Big calls were made!

I agree with you, and i think it is a risk on everyones path when its time to convert to usdt or stable coins to secure your funds.
Sometimes, the market dumps after we enter usdt and we get to buy low
and sometimes, the market pumps after we enter usdt and we groan.

The best scenario is to ensure you have a proper research plan that guides your decision.
760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not suitable as a currency, it's a store of value on: March 24, 2020, 11:28:26 AM
I am still of the believe that It’s hard for any coin to beat bitcoin and be the number one major King Coin in the crypto industry even with scalability being the major problem.

Imagine if I have to pay for a service and it’s taking longer before confirmation of payment. Yet, it’s hard for another coin to overthrown Bitcoin.

Which coin is the best coin to be used for scalability right now, If there is truly one, why are they not fixing it right, now. So as to convince the world that scalability isn’t a problem, so many coins have tried in the past and failed

Does anyone have a few examples?

Just as you have stated yourself, it is hard for any token to beat bitcoin off its perk.
They all thrive off bitcoin price movements, and only few tokens have been able to moon without bitcoin doing otherwise.

Regarding payment confirmation, i think bitcoin is still cheap, even when the blocks are busy and there are lots of blocks, a gas fee of 1.5$ - 3$ to send over 10 btc is the cheapest you will find any where in the world.

Just do not panic and do it right.
