741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🧅 [ONION] 🧅 Popular Privacy Coin with Real Use Case 🧅 Check DeepOnion Updates on: June 19, 2020, 02:44:04 PM
3. There was enough liquidity at the peak of bullrun so it was possible to convert ONION to BTC and then to USD or maybe some part even directly to USD.
That was not possible. The maximum volume was 3.20 million on January 09, 2018. I don't think there was enough liquidity at that moment to dump 150000 ONION (@$20). It would destroy the market without any doubt.
However, listing on some bigger exchanges was definitely possible back then but now we are left none.
742  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to improve my skills? on: June 19, 2020, 02:09:53 PM
If you are trying to enhance your knowledge on btc and its technical aspects, I would recommend you to experiment this. Through experiment you can learn and if you ever face any problem, you can oost it here so that others can help you solving the problem.
A newbie is talking about earning merit doesn't look a true newbie though.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🧅 [ONION] 🧅 Popular Privacy Coin with Real Use Case 🧅 Check DeepOnion Updates on: June 19, 2020, 01:36:46 PM
If you are the decision maker, can you accept this fact? Do you spend 3 million dollars to pay? Remember not to accept onion payment!
Which exchange are you referring, can you share some more information? $3 million at the of DeepOnion ATH which mean BTC was maximum $17000 (I'm sure it was low). According to that the listing price was ~175 BTC. I can't see any of reputed exchanges to charge such huge amount to be listed in exchange while Binance charges the most of 150 BTC at maximum- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5079048.0
There are more exchanges other than Binance which can be referred as tier-1. However, exchange listing doesn't matter that much. We had Kucoin but being delisted from Kucoin was the worst which DEV team could hold on by introducing some trading competition etc etc.
And you said project is planning long term, any sign of that?

2: There is no clear completion time for the team's plan execution, which is very incomprehensible. Of course, everything will encounter problems, but there should also be a clear time schedule. Without a clear time schedule, is it a good dream for the holder?
Agree here, team should have come up with new roadmap to make some good progress of the project, of course the roadmap must be fulfilled on time.

DeepSend with 1000 ONION has been released. Do we have any targeted group of users, how are we reaching to them?
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most searched cryptocurrencies on Google on: June 18, 2020, 03:31:03 PM
When you compare it with the market cap, then where is Bitcoin Satoshi Vision, EOS or Binance Coin?  Shocked
BSV is itself  a shit, have no idea about EOS, BNB is none but a coin of a reputed exchange. I don't see reason to be on top searched from these three. However, I'm wondering who people are searching XRP which is another of shit. LTC should be in that position in my opinion.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins vs. Stablecoin: which is more suitable for merchant crypto payment? on: June 18, 2020, 03:28:31 PM
Most of promises are there in paper only, they never got accomplished. However, stablecoin isn't a good choice because they are centralized and they have none of value in reality. Bitpay support ETH and that can be a good choice in my opinion if any merchant is looking for accepting altcoin. By the way, why not bitcoin?
746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading in India is on fire on: June 18, 2020, 03:05:15 PM
Don't forget that RBI may again ban Bitcoin in India and they are trying hard to do that seems like- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5255351.0
However, it's good that volume is increasing there although it's common. When you have no restriction on trading, it gets easy to run business, do trades frequently with flexibility, the volume will increase. Do you have any statistics on your claim? Would be good to know.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a Trading Competition? on: June 18, 2020, 02:38:33 PM
Should I be fair here?
Trading competition is a form of competition which objects to create fake volume to filled a certain target and pump the price so that the DEV can dump their bag (most of the times, some exception is there.) It's another form of scam.
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🧅 [ONION] 🧅 Popular Privacy Coin with Real Use Case 🧅 Check DeepOnion Updates on: June 18, 2020, 02:32:56 PM
I would keep potential airdrop 2.0 as the last chance for recovery if everything fails, together with the recently discussed rebranding. Currently, there are many other things to do.
From airdrop, we the earlier investor will get benefit like we can dump the wallet if the price increase due to the airdrop. But that short term price pump will leave the project with zero investor which will certainly not be a good deal I think.

People trying to compare our project that was raised from zero and no crowdfunding to other ones with ICO/IEO/"insert any other way to take money from people", are just delusional.
Aren't you Vaas from the forum? I used to know you as serious guy, I had respect for you always and to be honest, the respect level once again have increased since you have responsed here, may be this is the first in engaging with the community. I appreciate your response here.
ICO projects and DeepOnion are very different from outside but they are very similar and sometimes I would say the DeepOnion launching model was worst. You can call me a FUDDER. Well, I have invested a lot in the projects. It's up to you whatever you think about me.
DeepOnion has used a fake demand creation system to hype the price. In normal pump and dump coins, a group of people pump the coins while DeepOnion has created an airdrop where more ONION = More reward = More demand on the market = Price get pumped. I don't want to talk about who sold how much or who have done what. Calling it a project created from none is so vogus I would say. Dev team in reality have used to the community and the airdrop system to pump the price.
Now, leave the past and start working on future. What are doing which can create value for DeepOnion? To be honest, nothing. I don't know why there's no seriousness in the project development for real use case or some partnerships. You guys need to have a clear picture of what you are going to do, where you are heading to but none of them exist in the project.
I believe there are few hundreds or even thousands of projects which are bad than DeepOnion but they are doing pretty well. Take verge as an example, look at their volume and compare with DeepOnion, it's nothing near to Verge. Check the other privacy coins and check their volume. Why DeepOnion is existing with such low volume? Why almost zero demand of DeepOnion? Come up with some solutions man. Check all the suggestion, try to achieve some of them. I'm not a FUDDER, I just care about my investment.
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What future is expected for new altcoins? on: June 17, 2020, 01:46:52 PM
Almost 99% of the projects are here to make some money out of this air. I would say nothing good is there to be come, none of the recent projects are good enough to attract potential investors.
All these projects are scam, they use different ways of scam, that's the only difference.
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🧅 [ONION] 🧅 Popular Privacy Coin with Real Use Case 🧅 Check DeepOnion Updates on: June 17, 2020, 01:28:52 PM
Soon it's going to be time for airdrop 2.0 .... The second harvest is coming. The world wants it
Would that be good? It will create short term hype which I think will not bring any potential investors. Would be better if team works with targeting a goal. There are a lot of things have been suggested by the community. I think dev should work accordingly.
751  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paper wallets still good options on: June 16, 2020, 09:48:50 PM
Paper wallets are better than hardware wallet even but it is only best when you follow the safe strategy to generate paper wallets.

A complete holder, can still withdraw to stanble coins or fiat as a safe haven when bitcoin price is falling.
They are trader, not holder. Holders don't sell their bitcoin frequently on price pump and dump. They have a target point where they will sell their BTC. No matter how dump bitcoin have, they will still hold their coin in their bag. You have messed up trader and holder.

You can check how many of my posts have been deleted by mods on bpip.org
I was trying to share the main point, not accusing you of being a spammer, man.
753  Economy / Reputation / Re: An obvious case of trust abuse (DT members welcome) on: June 16, 2020, 04:01:00 PM
It's really sorry to see that higher ranked users even mess with the forum feedback system and the forum rules. Tagging someone for shit posting is really kind of abuse and this should only be handled by moderators only. If deisik were shit posting, it would be a fiar decision to deisik if Lucius have reported the said spam.
754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help in offering computer help services on: June 16, 2020, 03:03:19 PM
Any app give you access will be risky for the other side. On the other hand, without getring access by yourself, I doubt you can solve a lot of problems.

How high should prices be?
It should be fixed by you only. You know how much afford you are giving to and how much your afford worths. Some people charge $10 for 1000 words article while some other charges $100 or in some cases higher too. It depends on people who offer the services.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I sent 200 USDT to a USDC address. Is it possible to recover funds? on: June 16, 2020, 02:58:08 PM
Well Binance claims the recepient still can find and use the funds but dont want to tell me, because they'd rather keep the funds without giving the product/service they are selling.
The address you sent usdt to belongs to Binance and they can easily recover and refund you on your USDC address, however every exchanges have their own rules and you are strictly said that this address must be used for only depositing USDC coin, right? To refund you, they have to go through a huge lengthy process and I dount Binance would do that. Try contacting their support and update us here. The chance is too low though.
756  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do I need To know Before Transferring My Tokens/Coin to an exchange Wallet on: June 16, 2020, 02:22:56 PM
The most important one is to check whether the exchange has enough liquidity for the said coin/token. Some exchange may have a very high price for a certain coin while on other exchanges, the price may be low. At that time, before depositing your coin to that exchange, check the trade orders whether you can sell your coin or there is very low amount of buy orders. It's very important. Some shit exchange may have very higher price for a certain coin but most of the times they don't have liquidity enough to even sell $500. In that case, you will lose the fee for transactions of the coin here and there.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🧅 [ONION] 🧅 Popular Privacy Coin with Real Use Case 🧅 Check DeepOnion Updates on: June 16, 2020, 02:06:13 PM
Unfortunately, no advantage of this was taken.
Because our dev couldn't bear with the criticism they had from the community. Despite they had ban a lot of users for small issues which shut all the mouths. We could have done a lot of steps at that time.

BTW, I found another competitor of DeepVault, it's called Silent Notary. Seems that the competition in blockchain notarization will be strong in the future. DeepOnion should find some marketing guru soon, before it's too late and the market is split among other projects.
They are listed on Kucoin and Hotbit, seems far better than our listed exchanges. I don't know how much real life usages they have. Since they are dedicated project to notary system, I think ONION will have so hard times soon to compete on the market.
758  Economy / Reputation / Re: The accounts are connected in the Bounty Detective campaign on: June 15, 2020, 04:41:00 PM
By the by why you are not posting from your real account? Are you afraid of something?
What's wrong with posting from an alt account? Is it forbidden anywhere in the forum rules? Theymos has also encouraged to post from alt account if someone have problem with posting from original account.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex IEO "RingX" on: June 15, 2020, 09:51:52 AM
This is my first time seeing an IEO with such a low goal, and there will certainly be very few people who can buy this IEO and its price will probably be inflated very high because the supply is very limited.
Total supply is 500 million or 500000000 RINGX from which 30% will be available for token sale or total of 150 million. I don't think the supply is too low although there will be one year lock up period. Initially, the price may pump significantly due to the low supply in the market, however, it will be followed by huge deflation.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex IEO "RingX" on: June 15, 2020, 09:07:37 AM
$ 50K is not that big. However, the sale of tokens limited to $ 50K is probably a very small volumm. What will they develop next with that $ 50K?

They are going to develop a platform according to the details for bitfinex. I don't think they need a huge sum to develop such a platform. That's why the goal is too low. However, I don't think this is kind of gem to have an eye there. It's just another piece of shit project.
