They have to begin their careers as coaches somewhere and Xavi really is not that much different from Guardiola, who was 37 years old when he became the coach for Barcelona. I think it is more about their personalities and whether the players respect them although I agree that Guardiola made a better impression at a younger age than Xavi does these days. I can't tell why I think it is that way, but Xavi can be full of emotions in one moment, and in the next moment he looks a bit as if he feels lost and doesn't know what to tell his players. But that has changed for the better in the last season and it was a good performance by both the players and Xavi. But I think the next season is more important to get a good picture of where Xavi stands as a coach.

I don't think that the language will be an issue here and German is not necessarily required here to play the best level in Bayern Munich. Tuchel was the coach at Chelsea and is well informed and experienced in how to instruct English speaking players and which terms to use to get his message across as good as possible. Language really is no barrier here. It is up to Kane whether he wants the change and the chance to win titles in his career finally and what Bayern Munich is willing to pay for him, but I think it will work out as Tottenham already said that they won't have him on the team for another year when he doesn't want to extend his contract. That is the ace up the sleeves for Kane because he can also say that he just stays as he has a contract, so Tottenham also has to try to approach the interested clubs and not just dictate any amount they want.

The cultural and political issues won't stand in the way of those deals I think. The Saudi Professional League is trying everything to make it look smooth and feel smooth for the players going there. There is a variety of reasons why they need a second (or first) striker besides Joselu. First of all they need quality backup who doesn't need too long to adapt or even better, who is readily available to jump in if needed and perform well. But the second reason is that a team needs competition for any position. A striker who knows that there is nobody else to take his position may be less inclined to play his best. Competition is always good.

And lastly there is never a guarantee that a player can cope with the Real Madrid pressure unless it is Mbappe or someone like Ronaldo. They don't need any time to adapt, but Joselu isn't like that or maybe he proves me wrong.

But now there is the next twist regarding Mbappe's career. Everyone is confused and this might only be the tip of the iceberg. Real Madrid won't be able to counter that offer from Al Hilal, but generally speaking I would take the money for that year, but at the same time it would be disappointing to see Mbappe play in a elague outside Europe. The games he is playing and in particular in the Champions League, are the games that I am waiting for during a season.

The Ballon D'or would not be in reach for him if he goes to the Saudi Professional League, but I assume that priorities in life could be shifting when there is a piece of paper in front of you stating an amount of money to be earned with many, many zeroes.

I think a truly win-win situation is hardly possible in a case where Kane decides to leave Tottenham. A good transfer fee makes up for some damage, but when a club like Tottenham loses THE player, like the one player everyone around the world would immediately mention when asked for Tottenham, there is always some collateral damage no matter what the transfer fee is.

To me it is certain that we won't see Kane play for Tottenham next season unless Levy goes for a next level move and doubles his salary or something. They could still sell it as a loyalty move and how much Kane loves the club and the fans and that he didn't have the heart to leave everything behind, the Tottenham family so to say.

If someone really wants to become rich with gambling, the best way to go about it would be to play the lottery from time to time and get lucky. If someone is not rich already, how would gambling make that person rich ever? I don't have any calculated numbers, but I would suppose that turning 20 bucks into 20 million bucks in a casino is maybe as likely as winning a lottery for the same money. If they have to get started with small steps in a casino, their luck may not be exhausted for a very long time to become rich in the literal sense. They either hit the jackpot or they just won't get close to becoming rich ever. If they were playing heads or tails and double the money every time and they start with a dollar, it would be ridiculously unlikely to turn that dollar into a million.

Winning the Ballon D'or would be among the best reasons for him to leave PSG as soon as possible. Being the best striker in Ligue 1 is not sufficient to become the Ballon D'or winner and I also think that it really matters what team you are playing for when that individual title is your goal as well. He might have a chance when PSG won the Champions League and he would be the most successful striker in that season, but that is unrealistic as it turned out quite often now.

If he was playing for a different team, he would have been the Ballon D'or winner already and since Messi and Ronaldo are gone now, his time has come I think to even win it several times with the right team.

Being able to afford Neymar is not a dream of almost any highly ambitious club because what is Neymar good for when he is almost permanently injured? If there was a coefficient consisting of the transfer fee, the salary and the effectiveness of a player comprising goal contributions, I think Neymar is quite bad.
