Leipzig are also not so differen than Dortmund when it comes to vision. Otherwise as you said Leipzig are normally a rich team that can be quite convincing to sign better names by offering more money. It won't be easy to compete with Bayern Munich regularly anyway of course. Because it will take them a quite much time to build as good squad as Bayern Munich's. Besides there will be some time needed to have full chemistry among the players as well. Besides it doesn't end there either.

Management of a team is the most important thing for successes. If the owners don't have a good understanding of management then it is still quite difficult to achieve big things.

Leipzig gets me excited quite often because everyone would think that they use their RedBull billions to elevate the club to the top of the table in no time, but they are not doing that. Could they do it? Well, I still think it is hard to believe that they became so dominant in a sport like the Formula 1 when they are competing with all those car manufacturers, so they could probably get RB Leipzig jump-started even more with their cash, but they don't. Neverthless, they are one of the toughest competitors for Bayern Munich without making these billionaire club moves. They received a lot of disrespect from the public, but since they never abused their financial superiority and yet played successful they became one of my favorite German teams.

Of course a third bid from Bayern Munich for Tottenham will have to top 100m if they really want to have Kane for next season. But if the bid below 100 million is made in the third bid I think Levy will ignore Bayern Munich offer. So apart from that, the news about Harry Kane move or wanting to leave Tottenham has become quite an interesting conversation on social media.
Indeed, many say that Kane is a striker who is very suitable for Bayern. However, Kane's path to Bayern has not been that smooth until now. Even if he moves, he wants to go to the Bundesliga giants. Bayern's previous offer was still rejected by Tottenham because it didn't match their desired price. However, on the other hand, Bayern are confident that they can get the striker, especially when viewed from the remaining contract period and Kane's own desire to go to Bayern Munich.

This will all boil down to patience on both sides of the transfer. Or rather on all three sides of the transfer. If this is not just rumors, it was said that Kane already made his decision although he needs Tottenham to agree to the terms of course, but Tottenham has no reason to say yes this early. They have no risk in this transaction as they could sell Kane until the last minute of the transfer period. In a worst case they would keep Kane and play the next season with him and then he could leave Tottenham as a free agent, but does a rich person like Levy even care? I think he would prefer to make some income from this transfer for Tottenham, but it would not be the end of the world if Kane stays for another year. That is their position whereas they know that those clubs without a striker have a problem they need to solve as soon as possible.

I agree with you.
Djokovic is physically and mentally still at the highest level and I think he can play tennis at that top level for at least 2 more seasons.
Alcatraz is currently the biggest challenge for Djokovic, but he is still a young player and I believe that he will have oscillations in his game and results.
Alcatraz could be the heir to the "big three" of world tennis, Federer, Nadal and Djokovic if he continue to play at this level, but I am sure that Djokovic has not said his last word in tennis and that he has the capacity to win a few more GS tournaments.
When Nadal returns from injury next year, I'm sure we're in for a very exciting tennis year  Grin

As long as Novak Djokovic is playing he will have two face Alcaraz as his biggest opponent in my opinion. I think Novak Djokovic is a good player who has the world of experience and he will find a way to overcome this difficult challenge. I also know that Djokovic knows that as well.

Alcatraz is obviously going to be someone who will stick around for a very long time. So he is obviously going to be able to see the next generation of players. I don’t think he is too much worried at this point. He has his whole career ahead of him.

Djokovic lost the last title but i think he might comeback even stronger for US Open and win that title. Once Djokovic retires i think we see a clear domination from Alcaraz in the tennis world. Currently no one is even close to stopping Alcaraz except Djokovic. Hopefully someone new shows up soon.

Stopping Djokovic on grass in Wimbledon this year means a lot. This wasn't just a win by a better Alcaraz in a Grand Slam final. This was a win that the world was watching because if Djokovic took this one as well, who would have still seen his career come to an end anytime soon? It's different now. It is similar to Serena Williams when she won all those Grand Slams and out of a sudden she was stuck and couldn't win anymore. She had problems on any surface and this is why this win on grass for Alcaraz was huge. He has beaten a Djokovic who played his best possible, not some average tennis at an unimportant event.

We might all be looking forward to Alcaraz breaking some records. There is no three players like Federer, Nadal and Djokovic who have essentially won all the Grand Slam titles for decades. It is only Alcaraz. What if he remains more or less uncontested for the next 15 years?

I would never say it is possible, but I woud always say it is what these top level players can do, cause him some pain I think that all of these guys are inferior but are able to take a set from him.

~SNIP~

But how can parents be careful in the digital age when the sign up is just pushing a few buttons, using some fake data to register and deposit some cryptocurrency to gamble? This isn't only a problem of gambling, but porn as well. If a ten year old with a mobile phone wants to watch hardcore porn, it takes only a few moments to get there. The supervision that parents are often asked to do properly is impossible unless you install all kinds of blocks and limits on the phones I guess. But even apps like Tiktok are dangerous because I can't even remember how often I read some headline that a kid died from copying some shit from Tiktok.

We can talk about the legal age per country and what would make sense until when young people should refrain from gambling, but it all comes down to a case by case basis. There are some 18 year old who should not be allowed to drive. I remember when some got their licenses and I thought holy shit. But then there are others who are very careful and respecting traffic rules, so why not let them drive. It is the same with gambling. Some can handle the temptation very well or they don't even feel any temptation to exaggerate their gambling habits, while others develop an addiction.
I do understand your worry, trust me. The internet has both positive and negative aspects. It's a treasure trove of information one minute and a Pandora's box of adult material the next. That's a bitter truth, but one that we must accept.

Setting up parental controls is a good beginning step, but it won't solve the problem entirely. In today's modern world, children have become rather tech savvy. Kids will figure out a method to get past any problem. A cat-and-mouse game, to be sure!

The safest option? Free exchanges of ideas! Do we hear something simple? And maybe a little giddy, but it does the trick! Discuss your past actions, even if they were unsuccessful. Justify the harm and inappropriateness of some actions. Remind them that the repercussions for acting out in real life are much more severe than in a TikTok video. Keeping your eyes open is the first step.

I agree and this is why I believe that all these minimum age discussions aren't very productive. It doesn't matter whether you slap a sticker on something which is telling the people when they are allowed to use it, do it, consume it, or whatever. As you said, the best way is to get across the message that no action goes without consequences. But we all have been young and we all know that too often the only way to find out is try something out yourself. Access and availability are a big problem and could only be effectively countered with education and, to some degree, strict controls.

The overall trend to everything becoming mobile makes it infinitely harder to enforce effective controls. We talk about minimum age for gambling, but all those gambling platforms are represented on the jerseys that all the kids can buy even at kindergarten age. Instead of taking about a minimum age for gambling, it might be more effective to limit the huge number of contact with gambling platforms. Youtube ads, any ads on the Internet, all the clubs now being sponsored by gambling platforms, it's everywhere.
786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 19, 2023, 09:07:17 PM
The striker position is one that is needed to increase attacks in the next season because this position has been abandoned by Benzema, so Real Madrid must have a plan to get a forward with better quality. Rumors of several forward players who are said to be joining Real Madrid have also not found a bright spot where until now there are still so many obstacles for Real Madrid to reach an agreement.

Barcelona is also having a bit of financial problems, making it difficult for them to bring in the players they need, so they are trying to take advantage of the potential for players who are more affordable to buy. Both of them will try to take advantage of the opportunities that exist and of course the competition next season will be much more competitive to fight for the La Liga title and competition in the Champions League.
Real Madrid's top scorer, Karim Benzema, posed a threat to his opponents. The Frenchman had the expertise to tighten things up for Los Blancos, and he scored spectacular foot and head goals. Perhaps Carlo Ancelotti will scout a suitable replacement for the striker; they will most likely struggle to play without him in the early stages of next season, but everything will return to normal for them as the season progresses. Carlo Ancelotti still has good frontlines, with Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo capable of scoring more goals for the team. While for the bluagrana, Xavi Hernandez will working entirely how to resolved the teams main weaknesses and fixed the challenges they're facing in top competitions.

If you take his record breaking season as an example, I think hardly anybody was expecting Benzema to stay on that level. That was so unreal when he scored all those impossible goals and decided the games again and again. But in the last season he wasn't a critical factor anymore. They already had to find alternative ways to score their goals as it was too risky to believe that they could fall back on Benzema when he is needed. They can now focus on signing a superstar striker and that is what they are aiming for with Mbappe, but even if it is not him I doubt that they are ok with Joselu only. He is not the one they are really looking for.
787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 16, 2023, 06:48:34 PM
For this reason alone, Ancelotti may be reluctant to include Mbappe in the squad. Mbappe is capable of scoring a lot of goals and his fitness is very good. But his behavior is completely different from Real Madrid players. Real Madrid is a strong team as a team. Real Madrid's good results are due to the contribution of almost every player in the team. Ancelotti will certainly not want to rely solely on Mbappe to shape his strategy. Mbappe's main problem is his unwillingness to assist. He just wants to score.
Yes, I agree with your view about Mbappe, who looks a little more selfish than his team-mates. If Madrid do sign him Ancelotti will surely change a few things in Mbappe's attitude, and certainly no player is bigger than the club. I think Ancelotti understands Mbappe's attitude very well and I'm sure he can handle it easily, considering that he has coached so many football stars.
If Mbappe doesn't join this season, Madrid will also have no shortage of options for their striker position, and there are plenty of other best striker options they can get in this transfer window. Harry Kane and Osimhen are the two names most talked about in the transfer market this time, both of which are also reported to be in demand by Madrid. But I don't know what is clear that Madrid will remain as a club that has history before Mbappe came, hopefully if he officially joins he can add titles to Madrid.
I doubt that you can create a significant change in Mbappe regarding his self-perception, his character and how he behaves towards other people and teammates. He isn't a gentleman and he has no issues showing his egoistic attitude. It's remarkable how different two world stars can be when you compare Haaland to Mbappe. Haaland is a modest guy, permanently trying to contribute in any way possible, enjoying goals of his teammates, trying to assist them as much and as good as he can while Mbappe is more the Ronaldo guy. I prefer people like Haaland who know that they are the best, but they mean it seriously when they talk about potential self-improvements and also about their weaknesses. This sets real stars apart from others.

Mbappe and Haaland's character and temperament are completely opposite. Haaland is modest. At the same time, his aim on the field is not only to score goals. His goal is to help the team win. And that's why Haaland and Manchester City played so well last season. But Mbappe is not like that. His performance seems to be his only goal is to score goals. His reluctance to assist or pass the ball. His relationship with the team players is also not good. And we have seen its negative effect on PSG's overall performance. If Mbappe wants to become a legendary player, he must be humble. Instead of playing with the goal of scoring, the overall performance of the team should be improved.

He must be humble or he must be nonstop winning. If he is chooses to be arrogant towards others or believes that he is the king, he should better win it all or slow down a bit with his cocky behavior. That is what Ronaldo did, he won it all while he was cocky and nobody could attack him as he hardly played bad in all the games. But most people dislike that and Mbappe would be well advised to be more appreciative of his life situation. His skills are unmatched when he is at his best, but his performance bristles with reluctance and aversionway too often. It's a pity because he could be several levels higher than he already is if he was a more agreeable person and player.

In my country you are a full adult at the age of 18, you can gamble, but strong alcohol, take out loans and buy a house. When I think back at my 18th birthday and how excited I was to visit a casino, I am not so sure if that age was enough to understand everything money related. Maybe 21 is the safer age so that everybody is developed far enough. These strict age restrictions are also a bit misleading because people develop so differently. There can be someone with 17 acting more mature than someone with 27. What surprises me the most is that politicians want children to vote and drive with 16, which seems counterintuitive because how can you make the right decision in one area and not the other. Politicians shouldn't be cherry picking and make strict laws for all sectors. If we need to protect our children from their own actions, how can they choose our next president? Either the brain is fully developed or not, choosing 18 for all matters seems like a good compromise.

18 years old is a mature enough age to make independent decisions. My experience with gambling started before I came of age, I can say that it was a negative experience, because at that time I understood almost nothing about it and to some extent it was the fault of the bookmaker who did not ask teenagers their age. But perhaps this has its positive, because at that time I had very little money to lose something significant.
18 years is considered as an adult but boys above 14 years are now taking up gambling. But it is true that from 18 years a person can take his own decision and his signature is evaluated but everyone below 18 years is considered as a minor. However, in the youth society, the tendency of underage people to gamble has increased a lot.  But the actual age for gambling is 18+. Parents should be careful for this.

It would have been a big bang in the tennis world if Eubanks really eliminated Medvedev in that game. All sports live upon such surprises as people want to see the small guy beat the big guy. This would have been the perfect plot in this match-up and damn it was so close. I believe what is so special about Christopher Eubanks is his age. There have been youngsters in the past who played amazing tennis and spread enthusiasm among the fans. Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, Alcaraz and others, but here it was a 27-year old guy who out of a sudden played world class tennis. As if he woke up one morning and suddenly became a different player overnight.
Eubanks will become a tennis player with a million pride if he manages to beat Medvedev in that match and he can definitely make his own history as a tennis player.
It's true, surprises exist at every sporting event and Eubanks has been one of them.
Even though the match ended in disappointment, many tennis fans applauded Eubanks for his hard work so far.
Maybe in the future he can create even more spectacular surprises with his quite impressive tennis game.

I believe that Eubanks won't be able to repeat such a run, but who knows. A he has done it once, it is possible of course that he does it twice, but to me it seemed more like this run that a guy like him has once in a lifetime so late into his career.

The game between Alcaraz and Djokovic has so many weird moments. After the first set I thought that this game will be disappointing for all the tennis fans, but it turned out to be a great game with that one game going into deuce like 13 times. But now Alcaraz is in control.
790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever felt remorse after gambling? on: July 16, 2023, 04:22:56 PM
That's what happened to many people, and I also experienced it Grin

But the difference is that I don't immediately return the next day but a few days or weeks later so that my mind feels refreshed and I don't think about the previous defeat. I did that so I don't remember my last defeat and not think about how much money I lost at the gambling table. And we should indeed gamble less and save money to appreciate better the money we earn for work.
maybe everyone has experienced such a problem and maybe I have too. but at least we have good control, not like addicts when we lose and regret it the next day, come again and regret it again and so on. different from when we regret it we need time to get rid of the disappointed thought of losing a few dollars to gamble.
and I understand that this kind of behavior comes naturally because we gamble, of course, just for fun like playing video games and when we lose a small amount we will come back even if it is a few weeks after the regret.
Generally, people who play only for fun don't really feel that much bad or have a feeling of remorse when they lose a few dollars because they think they've spent it on the game just like how people spend money to buy skins, clothes, and a lot of other things in video games, it does feel a bit bad though, I know, but the feeling is totally different when you are an addicted gambler and you are gambling only to earn some money through it.

When you are gambling only for fun, winning does increase the fun and joy in your session but when you lose, you don't regret that much, but when you are gambling with the sole purpose of earning money and getting profits, those losses hit harder and you feel too much bad for every single loss.

Bad feelings doesn't only apply to addicts I think, but also to people who afford their living with gambling. When you take the poker players as an example, jetting from one event to the next, I can imagine that they must be feeling quite bad when they enter a severe losing streak and see their buy ins not generating any income in return. They are used to having lucky streaks as well, but when it hits them hard and they can't make it into the money for an extended period of time, I am sure frustration can overcome them as well.
791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 16, 2023, 04:15:17 PM
Oh dear the last season was the worst example Dortmund could give as a team that plays as if they didn't want to win the Bundesliga title. Bayern did everything they could to make Borussia Dortmund become the new Bundesliga champions and yet they failed. I am afraid that his was the wake up call for Bayern at the right time and that we will seem them win the Bundesliga title for the next ten years as well. When a team wins the title several years in a row, it is a great achievement and deserves respect. But it comes to a point when it is more boring than it is impressive to see the same team win over and over again. The Bundesliga is at this point. The Bayern fans might like it of course, but I don't like following the Bundesliga as much when it is the same every year.
Big disappointment must have been felt by all Dortmund fans last season if we imagine that they really became champions but they wasted that opportunity. On the Bayern Munich side they have been the most consistent team as the strongest domination in keeping their throne as the title winning team for the season to come. Nothing will surprise us enough next season because we know Bayern Munich is the strongest team in the Bundesliga and they will be champions again next season.

Moreover, next season Dortmund will again be left by its best player, Bellingham. So they will be back in their strength balancing stage next season. For other teams they are still not too strong to be compared with Bayern Munich, so their hopes of undermining Bayern Munich's reign will be quite difficult to come true.

I am not so much concerned about Bellingham being gone now as Dortmund has had a great nose finding the right players for oPen positions. They didn't have Haaland last season and yet they were as close to winning the Bundesliga as they haven't been in quite a while. That wasn't the problem. But how likely is it that Bayern Munich will play a season as bad as the last one? That's what I don't see coming and if Bayern plays a normal season the chances for Dortmund are extremely slight and when there is a chance, we have now seen how recklessly Dortmund can waste them.

I've read your comments on Mbappe and realized I hadn't thought about it this way before. I am a football fan who wants Mbappe to transfer to Real Madrid. But based on what you said, you really spoke logically that it could be a problem for Real Madrid's game. Mbappe is an individual player. His character on the football field goes a little against the team spirit at Real Madrid. If he transfers, I don't know if it can prevent this situation. But there is another situation. It is this selfishness and greed that makes Mbappe Mbappe. That's why I'm undecided whether I want this transfer to happen or not.

Haaland and Mbappe are very different characters. It is because of these characters and their games on the field that they are now among the best players in the world. I will not make a comparison. Both are players a team would want. I can only state that Mbappe is more selfish than Haaland.

I wouldn't say that Mbappe could harm Real Madrid's game or could become a problem for the team. If that was the case, tons of problems would have been there when Ronaldo played for Real Madrid as he is even worse than Mbappe. But these players are still the best regardless of their characters. It makes sense that the selfishness and greed might be a part of their very own success formula although you can see that other players don't need to be an asshole in order to be successful. I rather think that players like Mbappe could be undermining other values that a club like Real Madrid stands for, but as long as he is the best scorer nobody would blame him for his character.
794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 15, 2023, 09:23:49 PM
But Bayern managed to take the first place last season. Yes, Dortmund got the same number of points, but Bayern scored more goals and eventually won the Bundesliga. This kind of competition between Dortmund and Bayern happens regularly, so I wouldn't say Bayern are in some kind of crisis. It's just that this season has been difficult for all clubs.
Last season, Bayern Munich did not experience a crisis, but it was Bayern Munich's management that made them almost fail to win the Bundesliga title and fail in the Champions League due to the dismissal of the coach in the middle of the season. Behind Bayern Munich's domination in the Bundesliga, Dortmund has had the chance to win the Bundesliga League several times. But the mentality of Dortmund players is not that strong. It often slips when it is in the first place, and this also happened again last season.

But I see that Bayern Munich is no longer the same as the old Bayern Munich. The management is very arrogant and ambitious. if you don't get maximum results, the coaches who handle Bayern Munich are like robots controlled by management. If Thomas Tuchel is not careful in fixing the team, and maximizing the potential of the players, he could have the same fate and lead to dismissal.

Oh dear the last season was the worst example Dortmund could give as a team that plays as if they didn't want to win the Bundesliga title. That is the question that everyone is waiting for because I definitely want this fight to materialize because other than it's funny to watch, it is also interesting enough as it offers a different scenery because they are both billionaires and it's a fight that people did not see for centuries.

As for the question of who is more fit between the two of them, I can't say who got the upper hand on that because we cannot really trust everything that we read in some news article as sometimes, what they are saying is not a fact and they are just making the fire to grew bigger. I think it's best to say that Musk got his own talent because he is the one who pursued this fight and not Mark, I don't think that he's that dumb to embarrass himself when in fact he doesn't have any abilities at all.

But if under any circumstance the fight will happen, I am sure that we will all enjoy that event. However, how are they going to do it? This could be an interesting clash because Zuckerberg has all the infrastructure and could use the event to push his platforms while Twitter would be behind the action. With short clips there is nothing to be gained.

The world would sure enjoy the event, because Mark and Elon are two of the world's most influential personalities with their companies Facebook and Twitter as major communication outlet and for their individual profile achievement.

The bookies would be sure to cash out big too.
This fight incase it actually happens, may be the shortest bout recorded, because I don't see any of the two fighters slugging it out till the 7th round.

But as contradictory as it may be, isn't what you said actually the reason why it could go over 7 rounds? If none of them is able to go 7 rounds, it could very quickly result in a fight with hardly any aggressive attacks and both parties waiting for the other party to attack. Or one of them gets seriously motivated to knock the other one down, either making a mistake or actually not the other guy out. I would expect Musk to overreact at some point and Zuckerberg making the smart move then although I don't know enough about their fighting abilities and experience.

I am not sure we have both seen the same articles about him but as far as I know this is THE biggest achievement of his life that nobody ever expected. Eubanks played like an experienced end level Wimbledon competitor. But Medvedev know how to counter it in the end.
I don't know what he did before but Eubanks really surprised everyone with his success.
Many people did not believe in this achievement and felt that there was something strange about Eubanks because his performance had improved so much.
Medvedev is a player who has a million achievements championship titles and what's great is that Eubanks managed to keep up with Medvedev even though the final result was a bit disappointing.

As if he woke up one morning and suddenly became a different player overnight.

to quote myself, Eubanks had good match, and provided some gains
but, I did not cash-out when possible after third set on a win, and should do that, but at that moment expected to see Eubanks winning this one, and he could do that in fourth set, fifth was just a formality

will be interesting to see Alcaraz against Medvedev, but I think that Medvedev is without chances to take even set there, should be straight sets for Alcaraz, will check odds and probably have it like that

Good performance from Alcaraz. Both waited for mistakes from the opponent and Alcaraz was more consistent overall in terms of performance than Rune

Eubanks as expected from me, did not disappoint me. The fact that he managed to play 5 sets in the quarter-finals shows that we have to expect more from him in the future. It seems he have lost concentration in set 5.
At Thursday the mens have a day off and at Friday the semi-finals will be played.

It was refreshing to see how the guy called Eubanks played against Medvedev. I have never heard of him before and it seems that he was about to give up professional tennis. The telegraph and some other news outlets have written that he was on his way to a different career path as a commentator. I love life stories like that. A player decides to end the career and then to his own surprise almost beats Medvedev in a Wimbledon quarter-final.

Alcaraz was strong and he is looking good and confident. I don't own a crystal ball but I think that both Djokovic and Alcaraz are too stable and focused to fail in the semi-finals.

I have followed Eubanks for a long time now and he is a good player that serves well and has a good forehand but his behand is bad and that causes problems for him. But he has improved so much lately and this is one of the biggest achievements of his life. But cant wait to watch the semifinals,it will be awesome.

I am not sure we have both seen the same articles about him but as far as I know this is THE biggest achievement of his life that nobody ever expected. Eubanks played like an experienced end level Wimbledon competitor. But Medvedev know how to counter it in the end.

I know this is a joke. Elon can't fight Mark anyway. Because Mark has a really fit body and does sports regularly. On the other hand, Musk does not have a good body. Also, I've seen him smoke pot before on a radio show. Elon is more witty and smarter. But he doesn't stand a chance against Mark. I think he knows that too. That's why he's only bringing this up as a joke. I don't think they will ever fight. But this issue will probably continue to be on the agenda for a while in the world of magazines.
I have a different opinion that Elon Musk has a better chance of this actually happening.
From his body shape, I'm sure Elon musk has greater strength than Mark, even though Elon musk has never smoked, but for this match, not only health but physical strength is also very influential.
Another thing that I can predict if this match actually happens I think Mark will not be able to beat Elon musk with a smaller body.
No you are not that different because I see there's also a few users who have voted for Elon Musk and you all have the same impression. The first thing that you guys have noticed is the physical appearance of the contenders. It's already in our psychology that a big person do already has a bigger strength although sometimes this isn't true and there's also small guys out there who have more strength because they work out or have been involved in a strenuous activity.

Another factor we are looking to is the age. it is when the person is young we think they are more stronger but again this is sometimes wrong. The older age person usually have more experience so they are superior than the younger person.

Ok but what you are describing is going down to the actual state of the body no matter what the age is. If someone works out five times a week and takes lessons in martial arts two times a week, that person is probably kicking the ass of everyone who is a couch potato even when there are twenty years of age between the two people. If you only look at the weight and height I think that Musk has an advantage and we don't know for certain whether he is working out or not and whether he has taken any martial arts lessons recently. These special cases don't fit into the normal comparison category of course. But all things equal in terms of training and fitness, height and weight are both an important factor.

Well, if we will bet for a fight between a man who took some lessons in martial arts and trained for at least five times a week vs a man that is couch potato but let's say that the latter is 20 years younger, I'd say 25 years old. Do you honestly think that the latter have a chance of defeating the 45 years old who trained in martial arts? Obviously, the answer will be no. The couch potato would be knocked down within a single round and that is for sure.

But since this fight is about Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, let me give you some facts about their background:

Elon Musk: Trained in martial arts since he was 6 years old up until now, specifically Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is also black belter.
Mark Zuckerberg: Trained and studied martial arts since 2020 and have won two medals in a tournament just recently.

There are different sources stating different things about Zuckerberg and Musk. What you just wrote is quite the opposite of some of the things that I have read over the last two weeks or so.

I read that Musk did take martial arts lessons, but that is many years ago when he last took the training seriously. Obviously, I can't verify what is true. There current fitness conditions are of course important and now that Zuckerberg posted a foto of himself with MA fighters, he is in great shape. I can't tell whether Musk is able to go a second round without collapsing from breathing problems or whether he is really in a good shape right now.

But it is funny that Zuckerberg now came out with a foto showing his body. Could this really take place?
