Nice job on the fan mount!  Brilliant.

Good Job J Bravo
Yeah finally for him - taken a while Smiley
Well the 2nd makes up for it in good order Smiley

Hehe I was just starting to question why he has close to 1PH and so few blocks found.  I take it all back!

Yay Grin

Nice one melancon.

Thanks to Kano for the 5n markers on the shift graph, I have managed to make a little more than usual by better managing my miners.

Nice to see green!  Thank you melancon

Just when I was hoping difficulty increases would stabilize a little bit this will keep the ball rolling for a little longer if they do release this soon.
785  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [5 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: December 17, 2015, 02:38:42 AM
Thanks for the analysis.  It's nice to have pool ops that go through the details to its miners rather than just be left in the dark like most other pools.

Man that sucks losing a block  Embarrassed

Is there anything that avocado and chicken can't do?

Thanks for another informative review.  I didn't realize how small the DPS2000 PSU's were!  I was expecting them to be as big as the 2880w power supplies.  The noise of the 2880w IBM psu is starting to get to me.  I'm just waiting for Finsky to get them in stock.  At least I get start by getting the PSU's and fans for now.

Block 388128 by gtso!

EDIT: hurricandave, It took me a while to see the block was listed in your screenshot  Cheesy

gtso is another ~20THs miner...way to go!

Just joined the pool few days ago.  Never though that my small farm would ever mine a block!  Pretty excited about that.

Are you willing to break them up or are you only looking to sell the whole lot?

Are the SP10s for sale as well?

I believe there is a write-up about upping the voltage on Bitmain's 1600W somewhere.  As far as I know, voltage control is not possible with the 2880W PSU's, however the dual DPS-2000 that J4bberwock has developed and I should be producing this week will have voltage control as an option.

Do we have pricing on any of the dual 2000 setups yet?

Check this thread if you are interested in a S1.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1277249.0

well I can look at the address I paid into for my s-7's

https://blockchain.info/address/1KwA4fS4uVuCNjCtMivE7m5ATbv93UZg8V

sales of s-7 started around here.

https://blockchain.info/tx/580acc51ab71100dc9fb20c2c19856c7cb397beb09e88ea46b9cff75b5a4f2a3

I did figure more then 5000 sold since 8/30/2015

 thats 20ph  about 25000 coins  but we have added more then 100ph to the network since then.

and I did not add this up in a while so it may be more like 6000 s-7's and 28ph

I'm thinking the combination of the new S7 batches and the Avalon account for a lot of the increase.  I also think that it's possible with winter in the northern hemisphere people are starting to turn on extra miners that help offset heat costs but man 100ph.  These high diff jumps are going to hurt ROI but at least BTC prices have gone up to help soften the blow a little.  I'm hoping that things start to level off really soon.

$135 shipped? OG or MP as escrow.

Works for me as long as you are paying the escrow and you are in the US.  Sending you a PM.

Brand new Samsung 850 EVO 2.5" 500gb SSD drive.  Originally purchased to build a new PC but I never got around to it and since it's past 30 days I cannot return it to the store.  Asking $135 plus shipping to the continental US only accepting BTC.  Escrow is fine as long as the buyer pays the escrow fees.

797  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] S5/S7 extra long data cables! USA/Canada on: November 23, 2015, 04:27:35 PM
Just wanted to double check that these are 18 pin cables since I've been reading up on the S5 and they seem to have one model that came with 16 pin connectors and cables.

Yes, but you can saw off the extra pin, if you need 16 pins. So the best of both worlds. Just make sure you otherwise follow the pinout. You need to remove the last 2 pins, not the first 2.

Here, RichBC posted a pic with the pinout; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1217478.0

TLDR: The cable is fine for both 16pin and 18pin. We're not sure what the extra 2 pins does, but it works fine either way.

Perfect.  Thank you very much for the info and link VirosaGITS

I do not think so.  but you can pull the board and mine with 1 board .

What speeds were you mining at :

 1500gh = too fast
1400gh  = too fast
 1300gh  = okay
1200gh   = most of mine ran at this speed
1100 gh  = or at this speed

Now i mine with 1 board

I want unsolder input inductor, disable the chip, and will try...

~1630gh, 0.67v-0.75v, 280w, ~5C-15С ambient temperature and 85С-105C on chips, fan 20

Can't you just disable the chip in the web interface under settings - HW Control - ASIC Control Panel?

I would buy it if you would accept escrow with OgNasty and you're in the US.
