Josh, your logic makes no sense to me. You literally quote facts that disprove your own argument and call it misinformation and lies? Everything I said was accurate, the day you were called out on selling preorders it changed to "order now" on your website. Your company IS NOT shipping units fast enough to catch up on backlogs, which also means you do not have the manpower or production to meet the sales that you have taken from customers. Further, you cannot withold funds from a sale if there is no product to back it up. "All sales are final" does not apply when you do not have the product being prepped for shipping. Guess what, ordering parts doesn't make the product built, packed, or ready to be shipped either. You just can't withhold those funds, end of story.
I believe you when you say my logic escapes you. You are apparently unable to understand simple concepts, even though I've tried to use simple methods to explain them. Something as advanced as logic would be difficult for someone to follow if they can't grasp the language they are trying to use. Here, let me try to be even more direct with you, try to follow along: Butterfly continued to accept preorders when they could not fulfill them or have a reasonable basis for delivery (this violates all FTC regulations) This is false, also known as a lie, since you a) have no way of knowing if we can or can not fulfill preorders. Also a lie since you are unaware of the actual laws surrounding the FTC. However, I will grant you a pass on the "lie" portion of the FTC regulation. Lots of people think they are lawyers on the internet, but have absolutely no idea what they are talking about when it comes to legal matters. This is you. Butterfly is continuing to ship units at whatever rate they can. Realistically, they are barely fulfilling preorders that are up to a year or older Another false statement, also known as a lie. You, again, have no way of knowing whether or not we are barely fulfilling preorders. You know exactly zero information about our orderbook. Butterfly is now refusing refunds. That's right, if you placed an order you cannot get a refund. The reasoning that Butterfly uses is that "all sales are final" and "orders are shipping". Let's get something straight. If an order isn't in your hands or actually in the process of assembly and shipping, the sale is no where near "final" and every customer is entitled to a refund. If you ordered in May, you will not receive your unit until sometime near December. There is no excuse as to why that order can't be refunded, end of story. For all intents and purposes, this is a restatement of your first point. So again, it's either a lie or you are yet another clueless internet lawyer. You may THINK you know what the laws are, but you obviously don't. Go back to my quote, the customer is always first. I am in fact a customer. Why don't you move to the back of the line and find some way to make it right for the rest of us? That's your job. Lets go over this, shall we? Why do you think the customer is always first? Let me guess, you've heard the tired old saw 'the customer is always right!' correct? Guess what? Not true! It's a false business methodology that has been proven to be detrimental to business. It's a hold over from the 70's and 80's that has wrecked many a-business. Here, let me help you out: It's called "fire your customer", there's lots of articles books on it. Read up. Customers who post lies and misinformation for no particular reason other than to troll or prevent others from purchasing (thereby believing they are enhancing their purchase value) are not the kind of customers we want. Again, grow up and accept responsibility for your actions instead of throwing a tantrum on an internet forum and blaming others for your mistakes. For those who've been refused a refund by BFL, there's your out: BFL WILL fire you a customer. If they do not fire you as a customer, then they have lied. If they lie about this, what else are they lying about? Simply put, now request BFL to fire your ass, whereupon your refund will be processed immediately.

I am a little late to the party here, but this sounds like something I'd enjoy doing for free.
Stop undercutting my prices. I'm willing to pay to be a bounty hunter. Nobody will undercut my price.

While trying to find an image with more than 20 units in one picture, I think I found the issues with the previous (and somewhat ongoing) shipping delays... They are using the sticky note system to mark orders! Eventually those stickies don't stick no more... now there is chaos in trying to establish who ordered what cause all of the stickies are falling off! ahhhh!! (yes, this is a joke... I am sure there is a legitimate reason for the stickies!... I wonder if the butterfly stickies are custom made... ) EDIT: If they are going through 300 stickies a day, it might be a wiser investment right now to invest in sticky notes BFL has their head stuck so far up their ass that they can't even purchase the correct sticky notes.

Halfway there! Only 5 more days.

What I don't understand is the incessant talk of scams and stunts, as evidence accumulates pointing otherwise. The BFL delays severely impaired the value of the shipped units, no doubt about that.
When people smear something, it's usually because they have a vested interesting in something that it is competing with, so you just have to work out what that is. Honestly look in the mirror you fucking moron !!! I have no orders with any BTC equipment of any description ..... ALL LTC and proud of it !! What i do take exception to is con men, scam artists, thiefs and liars.. You are in this group....you waste of space..contstantly trying to misrepresent the truth and SPIN every situation to BFL adavantage you SIR are a fucking joke !! Plus one. (since all +1 are now being deleted)

The group of Avalon pics above was taken over a course of 19 days using 3 different cameras of which the GPS info was either not on or erased, according EXIF by Jeffrey.
I counted 22, not 18, boxes on the table: One for each original employee of BFL.

Shit, I thought you were not joking So did I, even moved it to Press and changed the date format so kiba wouldn't have a stroke. Even almost posted a sarcastic/trollish reply about it literally being a gamble to get your money out of gox now. Got me good . So, you moved it to Press after I moved it to Off-Topic? It was originally on Service Discussion. When maxwell sees it, it'll be move to the German Section.

BFL should have an open and shut case in suing my ass. Can't wait to get the letter within the next 6 days.

If I owned a 26 or 35 story building in Kansas City, I wouldn't mind at all if there were dozens of these electrical taped devices mining away sans a monitor, where hopefully not all of the hundreds of occupants would be killed when a fire breaks out.
Hell, I would dedicate an entire floor for said devices. My motto is "The more, the merrier!" In fact, what would really get me excited is if these units didn't have a UL Listed or FCC label on them.
At least I wouldn't have to concern myself with my building getting raided again. What are the chances of lightning striking twice? Besides, we're not talkin' 'bout some bloke in Franklin, TN. These are the Joe Morgan & Ass. crew, starring Josh Zerlan and Aaron Wendel.
Besides, if this outfit is good enough for Google, it's good enough for me. I would be at peace with myself knowing that Google would have no qualms with working with an outfit that's putting 100's of people at risk.
Just to make sure, I think I'll make a call tomorrow.
I have a hunch that BFL is about to get on top of that FCC and UL issue. Just a hunch!

Its be pretty easy to get an idea of how much stuff BFL is shipping (for a local person). Just stand outside their office all day and observe how much stuff the USPS and UPS guy hauls off. It could be fun. Pretend it is a stakeout.
This just in from a subcontractor of Gage PI Inc.: 35 employees in the parking lot, but no Goobacks or Sonny K. to be found.

300 Units a day. 9,000 Units a month. 60,000 Units ordered. ~7 Months from July 1 before all receive their units. They share the building with a general contractor company and are currently in talks about possibly taking over and occupying the entire building. It doesn’t take much to realize that this company is outgrowing its office. If they did have the whole building, what exactly are they plannin' on buildin' as their third hoorah? Do you really think Huber is plannin' to vacate his pride-and-joy facility. I'm sure this revelation will come to a shock to the current employees of A.L. Huber.

I don’t even ask what its for, expecting that information on a machine like that wouldn’t be shared with this writer. I was also afraid that my mind might be bitcoin blown. I guess the author didn't see the video where Josh was trippin' over himself while trying to explain the blockchain. Zerlan is flying a small remote controlled helicopter around his office, shooting projectiles from the airborne machine into a wall. It's a damn shame I had to weed through the entire article to finally come across some substance. Too bad the followin' image of Zefram flyin' the Huey wasn't included in the article.

Their legal team left me a voicemail, they said they will need two weeks to get it done. Any truth to this? I don't want my dick tricked into getting hard.
