Q: Why "Inaba" isn't banned already for scamming people around here for continuous things like "Two more weeks (TM)" and insulting people that are his customers ?

A: Because he's given too much advertising revenue to the forum administrators.
Or because truth tellers never get incarcerated. They just plea to a lesser charge and snitch. (<-- epic bait for PG)

an idiot, moron

you should be happy that you are still not arrested for fraud instead of bitching to other forum members.

And why is that?  No fraud has been committed, so why would there be arrests made?  Your little fantasy land doesn't apply to reality, sorry.

I'll let my lawyer be the judge of that.  He likes the reality version of reality, not yours.

I'm sure your lawyer is having a good time with Xians', laughing at you guys while they take your money and whisper soothing words in your ear.

I'm the only here that has offered up being sued by BF Labs Inc., but since my stance on calling them a fraud is factual, they opted not to sue me: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=255830.0

Occams razor would seem to dictate that PG and crew are liars, since all their claims of fraud have gone unanswered by the people who actually know what fraud is.

I'll tell you what, Josh. If I were in front of you right now, I would stick a broomstick up your ass.

You don't have the motherfuckin' right to say to anybody that something has gone unanswered, you cocksucker!

Out of curiosity, what would you consider 'fraud'... or what is your definition of fraud?   Sometimes people on here seem to have their own interpretations, just curious what yours is.

I am going based off of:

Definition(s) of fraud:
http://dictionary.law.com/Default.aspx?selected=785
http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/fraud

Quote
the intentional use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive another of his/her/its money, property or a legal right.

EDIT: There are plenty of accusations that scream 'fraud'... not sure what is provable at this point, but if there is fraud being committed, it will be 'fully' proven soon enough.

That definition looks about right.  Angry little monkies like PL, PG, K9, etc... might like you to believe that's happened, but as of yet they've not shown a shred of proof to back up their claims.  Most everyone has given up on them ever providing proof, since none exists, so we are just left with a giant circle jerk of the anti-BFL crowd patting each other on the backs in every thread about how awesome they are and how they are doing a service to the community, while everyone basically ignores what they have to say.

So, unless you've got some proof fraud has been committed, you should probably move along.  However, if you do have some proof, by all means send it to someone who cares, like the police or something.  If the scale of fraud and illegal acts PG, PL, K9, etc... would have you believe were actually true, don't you think some governmental agency would have contacted us by now?   Occams razor would seem to dictate that PG and crew are liars, since all their claims of fraud have gone unanswered by the people who actually know what fraud is.

Butterfly Labs, a technology company, also received a subpoena, according to the person familiar with the matter.

Moreover, you lying piece of shit, for I just happened to have first-hand knowledge that at least two governmental agency have contacted BF Labs Inc., hence further exposing everything I possibly can about BFL so that others are not hurt financially.

And if you are going to reply to this post, make sure you include a statement about the FCC certification process you promised us over 10 months ago, along with telling us who was the Sonny K. guy you first met at Butterfly Labs.

If you miss your daily quota of personal attacks and trolling accusations, this is going to reflect badly in your performance review under the "productivity" section. Please think of the children and save Christmas.

Are you so dense that you haven't figured it out yet?  I only come in here and whip up the natives when the BFL mania dies down.  Right now, it's a raging fire, you don't need my input.  The top 10+ threads in the hardware forum are all about BFL.  If things start dying down again, I'll post more.

...and they're mostly debates about whether BFL is staffed by idiots or thieves.

You are one of my best workers Smiley  I appreciate you more than you know.

Thank you! Must be nice saving all the effort of creating sockpuppet accounts yourself.

Absolutely!  I don't believe in sock puppet accounts, I just get people like you to post constantly.

As kindly suggested in the first reply by k9quaint, the following is the entire log:

Josh is live in the shoutbox. I guess not fired.

[10:28 PM]   renz0r : Hi Josh: will BFL be assembling monarchs, or will a CM be manufacturing a completed assembly?
[10:29 PM]   BFL_Josh : We will be assembling the final product in KC.

Yes, this definitely looks like it will be more of the same.  Roll Eyes

We will try to get them out as fast as we can, but we had a fair amount of orders almost immediately.

I'm on a good track now, trying to put the past behind me.

I will try to not stick it up BFL's ass 20 times a day.

This timeline in not written in stone. Unforeseen shit happens in life beyond my control, so please, please, please don't be disappointed if I pen only 15 posts. I promise "Honest Abe" to make it up my penning 50 posts, for the math works out the same--a few at 15 plus the same few at 50, divided by the number of fews equals 20.

Ironically, that motherfuckin' j03h (see what I did there?) has the balls to present another timeline, forgetting (maybe not) that the last timeline he presented this past January went to the wayside.

According my estimates, over 1100 orders were placed with BFL since Saturday morning. I wonder how many of those are for the Monarch that will have the bullet run chips.

Sneeky motherfuckin' bastards, they are. Leak a new page on their website sans an official announcement, have the naysayers speak the loudest for the past 2-3 days, and receive $5M+ into their coffers, meanwhile I can't find a barn within 20 miles from my house to steal wood from.

Madness!

If someone can find all of Josh's personal information, including what property he owns, the next step is to Lien his personal property for theft and fraud. Anyone who has a claim against Josh, should step forward and seize his personal property. I think it might be time for people to take back what belongs to them.
If I were dumb enough to be fucked over by Butterfly Labs, I would hire someone to track Josh home and find out where he lives, his car, his bank account etc., Then I would lien every personal item within 100 ft of him, including his wife's property, if he has one, and she has any. I would have his bank accounts seized by the Sheriffs, I would make sure to take every single item he owns.  Cool

Sorry to break it to you i didn't search to far to see if BFL truly has a incorporation but most likely they spent the little amount to for it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incorporation_%28business%29

Most likely legal action will be against the company (sadly its like a legal person).   Granted it is possible legal action could touch personal property...... it will be a lot harder.  Sad..... but they knew what they were doing when they made the company.

Here's the plan: We sneak over to Jody's house and see what kind of chickens she raises. Then, we go and buy some, each day adding one to the pen. She'll think she lost her mind and commit herself to the funny farm.

Note to self: If I lose one more satoshi due to storing bitcoins on somebody elses server, I WILL GO POSTAL!

After two mother fuckin' years, I've yet to find an easier way. And if I can't do it, how the fuck are we suppose to get newbies on board. First it was MyBitCoin, then Instawallet, then Android.

I sure the hell hope this is just a glitch.
7236  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: If they don't have Stocks Available " Please Don't Buy " "No More Pre Orders" on: August 20, 2013, 06:20:19 AM
So the real question is, if you don't want to pre-order, why are you pre-ordering?  If someone wants to pre-order, why do you care what someone else wants to do?

How are you forced to pre-order from any company?

Why do you feel compelled to want to control others in what they are able and allowed to do?

Preordering is a choice, not a requirement.  No one is required to preorder an ASIC.

I swear, I thought the title of this thread was: If you don't have socks available...
