6961  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: BFL Monarch - Delivery Dates on: August 27, 2013, 05:37:55 AM

After all the BFL threads, and people still order from them...

Unbelievable.

Dude, it's not like it was $7M USD in the past 9 days or something. Oh, wait...
6962  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: BFL Monarch - Delivery Dates on: August 27, 2013, 05:36:33 AM
Go ahead and line up for Monarch pre orders. We need some entertainment for last half of 2014 by then I may have my April 4 2013 order in hand and the thousands of 2012 preorders willl at last be fulfilled.

What part of the BFL Centipede are You?

As Josh would ask, "Whats your fixation with centipedes?"

They're at July 15 now. I'm finally getting my SC's. Not defending them in any way, just fucking finally.

We at Camp Lugan look forward to you joining us once you have your precious in hand.

Yes indeed. To everyone else with backlocked Single and MR orders, godspeed. I hope BFL really picks up the slack.

They have, until they hit the March/April, 2013, pre-order wall, then we're back to the same...

BUT WORSE!

We are no longer taking pre-orders. Since we have fully-tested products, we are taking ORDERS.

Three weeks later, guess what? Can you spell Monarch?

I'm not going to threaten ignores or insult, but three weeks ago, Jody was referring to their product line as it stood then. They then announced a new product, of which, yes, they are taking pre-orders. Just like nearly every other ASIC producer out there. That's not a lie, and not at all shocking, despite the headline you chose to give it.

More appropriate headline would have been far less sensationalistic "BFL accepting pre-orders on newly designed product". But then, there are already several threads about the Monarch.

I have no idea of what you're in reference to, for it seems to me to be a standalone statement.

Jalapenos shipping through November 9 paydate

Little Singles: none shipped today (today I should be a coward and turn off comments, because although it's not my fault they haven't made Little Single boards, you will pummel me with your comments for it.) Little Singles are still ahead of Singles and MiniRigs, though.

Singles: It seems we have only 4 more orders left for June 23, but still no PSU's so I can't ship those orders yet. So we shipped orders from June 23 and June 24, 2012 which were able to accept units without PSU's. Thanks again for emailing your willingness to accept units without PSU's. It makes sending orders to production so much faster. I don't answer those emails--I archive them in a folder for reference as I'm sending the orders. If your order comes up and I don't see an email from you about the PSU's I will email you, so don't worry about whether I got it.

MiniRigs from June 23 shipped.

Response to Comments:

I did not hire Josh and I do not work for Josh. We are equals in he company even though he is way smarter than I am (in some things). Did you know he can speak Korean and can make BTC Miners light up like toys?

We are no longer taking pre-orders. Since we have fully-tested products, we are taking ORDERS.

I am asking about the BitSafe wallet myself. Thank God we don't have pre-orders for those.

Yes, at that point in time, she was clearly referring to Jalapeno's, LIttle Singles, Singles and Mini-Rigs. Monarch was not announced yet.

Preorder means ordering something that does not yet exist. The first four do exist. They're shipping (not as fast as people would like, but it can't be denied that they're shipping), hence people sending money for those are making orders.

Two or three weeks later, they announced the Monarch. A product which is not shipping yet, but for which you can send money to get in line for when they do ship (pre-orders).

Seems clear. She was just referring to the status of BFL at that point in time, and that point in time only.

Lucas, your argument is sound and well-crafted.

In reference to your last sentence, for the past ~10 months, I've been asking Josh about the FCC cert. process. All the questions I've ever asked were relatively clear, but the one time I reword the question incorrectly, Josh addresses the screen aspect with a link to a Nexus 7 approval PDF on the FCC site. He knew full well what I, among others asking, was in reference to, yet opted to take advantage of the situation.

I, and over a dozen of us (secretly), are now on a mission to bring these motherfuckers down. ANYBODY, still having an order late in the queue position best do your best to get your money out ASAP.

I promise, folks, it's about to get ugly. And there's only one way to stop me. I live at...

Speaking of BitSafe, take a look at this shit!

This is a fantastic project for the bitcoin community and BFL would love to contribute to it.  Perhaps we can leverage our volume production capability to make these cheap enough to help spread bitcoin to the fringe interest crowd.  In the meantime, if we can help with the development by providing resources, please let us know.

Josh was seriously considering this product to BFL's already cramp production line. Can you imagine how far behind they would be if they fid get such a contract? Or did they?

I already got a file number from the KS AG.  Let's see what kind of investigating they will be doing.

I blasted 5 emails to the FCC today, and WILL make a personal phone call tomorrow.

Full Disclosure: I may either lie a tad or lot during the conversation. I have to, otherwise Josh will be considered a liar for calling me a liar, thus must follow through.
6971  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BF Labs Inc. caught red-handed lying! on: August 27, 2013, 03:13:58 AM
I'm considering you for ignore list. What you say is true, but we already know BFL is scum. You making another thread about it every 36 hours doesn't help anything.

And do you really not have anything better to do?

It's been too hot to steal barn wood--according to Josh's claims--at night, thus this. Did you know that there are some people on this forum that only recently learnt about Sonny Vleisides? Amazing, ain't it?

Feel free to ignore me. FYI, I have nobody on my ignore list, nor never will, but...and it's a big but...if I were to consider anybody to be put on such a list, I wouldn't threaten them first--I would just do it.

BTW, my ignore turned orange during the Bitcoinica episodes of which I was out $20K indirectly, and a guy here in Sandwich, IL, is out $10K directly, thanks to me introducing him to Bitcoin. Currently, I'm out over $100K with InstaWallet. There is tens of millions at stake with BFL. (There are people here in Sandwich that honestly believe that I'm one of the main guys behind Bitcoin, of which I find odd given that I honestly didn't even know what screen Josh was in reference to in his infamous November, 2012, post until last night.)

At one time, being ignored bothered me. But not anymore.

Reading a small handful of your posts, I see that you're a good guy, thus now apologizing if my actions bother you. Unfortunately, there's a helluva lot at stake here.

Later, bud. (signed with such when I don't have the red-ass toward whom I'm addressing)

He could't care less. You're not important as a consumer.

Sorry.

Yeah this is the PM I just got from him in response to my request to answer the OP.

"Sorry, it's impossible to conduct any sort of business on these forums.  You should contact customer service, they are the ones that could better answer your question.  I really can't answer questions like that."

Nice..  Huh

It sounds like he could have just put the answer in the Private Message but chose not to, or he had no clue what the answer was. Either way, if the Chief Operations Officer (BFL_Josh/Inaba) has no idea when your product will ship or why it is delayed, you should probably seek a refund.

I think he's saying that you're wrong about them needing someone to do the free software development.

Correct.  We do have a little thing that's been in development called EasyMiner.  It's languished on the back burner for a bit whilest we try to get equipment out the door, but it's not been entirely idle and we are going to be focusing more resources on it as we get into gear.  This is one of the reasons I have taken over the customer service and shipping processes, to free up some people who's resources can be better utilized elsewhere.

"Sorry, it's impossible to conduct any sort of business on these forums."

... yet spends thousands of dollars to advertise on these forums in the hopes of gaining more business.

In their defense, they didnt announce and advertise Monarch project on here. Its you ppl that fcking make that thread and then complained.

If you actually dont want to do business with them, dont make a fcking post about it, dont buy their products.... and shut up all together.

Yet you keep "advertising" every time you post in BFL's thread.

It's worse than that! Each time WE start a new BFL thread, theymos places a BFL ad between the first and second post--ON EACH PAGE!

Just goes to show that Josh is correct: We are Monumental Assholes!

Well here, just answer this then...

What products have you registered with the FCC before shipping and what are the registration numbers?

Like I told Bick, when you can provide some proof, I'll answer your questions.  Until then, we've got nothing to talk about.

Josh probably penned the above in the comforts of his home while his rainbow-color poodle paced back-and-forth wondering when his master is going to take her for a walkie.

Well, guess what happened exactly 63 minutes and 48 seconds later?

Josh, would you be so kind as to state which, what and when the screen was passed by the FCC? Us monumental assholes ain't got a clue as to how the FCC site works and desperately need your expertise in helping us find the info.

As soon as you show us, I will send that $200 I owe you/BFL, and you can use if for whatevery you want. It doesn't have to go to any charity. You, Sonny, and your wifes/lady friends can go to a fancy restaurant and enjoy a fine meal using the funds. No problem here, bud.

All you have to do is show us monumental assholes where to look, and your golden, and we're square.

I'll also take a week off and not state one iota negative comment about you, Sonny, BFL, et al. I promise... I mean Honest Abe.

Surrrre you will.  Just like you lied last time about sending $200 to charity?  You are a habitual liar, Bruno.  You are a thief.  You are an embezzler.  You have no redeeming quality...

But lets see you hang yourself this time, here you go:  https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout=500&calledFromFrame=N&application_id=132722&fcc_id='MSQME370T'

Josh provides proof to stick it up my, Bruno Kucinskas', ass by linking to the obsolete forerunner of the Nexus 7, claiming this is what we've been asking for all along.

Well, I got news for you Joshy Boy. Today, I have sent out 5 emails to the FCC, and tomorrow I will be speaking to a live person. Make no mistake, I probably will be stretching the truth a tad to get my point across. You best hope that I'm in a good mood tomorrow, otherwise I may stretch it a helluva lot.

I have to lie, Josh, otherwise if I don't you would be called out as a liar.

Bick, you're like a little kid who learns his first cuss word... you go around adding it to everything you say, is it because you think it makes you cool?

This is how you handle customer service, guys. You should always go around telling the community you are trying to get to buy your products that they are basically fucking idiots constantly.

Psssst... Bicknellski isn't a customer.  He purchased from Avalon and we see where that got him...

Keyword: community

I didn't say customer or Bicknellski.

Ok, so you want to provide some evidence where I call the community "fucking idiots" constantly?

you fucking moron.

That was quick! I would pull up more insults towards members of the community, but it seems that your obsession with PG has reached unsafe limits recently in the form that 90% of the posts you make are about him. You may want to get yourself checked out.

By the way, I'm still waiting for the proof that PG embezzled funds from Bitcoin100.

And once again Josh is silent on the matter.

He claimed in another thread that Runeks and he worked out a deal. But none of that was ever made public nor publicly confirmed by Runeks.

Is it a surprise that when Josh is actually asked to back up his MOUTH with actual money that he refuses to? Not really. Just look at the business practices of where he works currently.

Code:
The burden of proof lies with someone who is making a claim,
and is not upon anyone else to prove the negative. The inability, or disinclination,
to disprove a claim does not render that claim valid, nor give it any credence whatsoever.
The example of not being able to disprove a teapot in orbit serves to illustrate how any
claim, no matter how absurd, could be validated if this faulty logic was accepted.

Again he made the claim so he has the burden of proof. Without it he is a liar.

What has happened with BFL chips? Were they on time?
I don't think the shipping date has arrived yet.

*edit*
Chips sales started Jun 15, so mid September would be the 100 days.

Of which, ironically, coincides with Sonny Vleisides' probation ending on September 15, 2013, imposed upon him by a judge, along with only a $100 fine, for fleecing the elderly to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars with his 15 year running lottery scam.
