Once your old NAUT (Naut-L, for Legacy) is on Drachmae, you are good. Any withdrawal will then be as the new Naut-X.EDIT: Once the swap has been carried out, see post below. As the new Naut-X is a Nxt-based Monetary System currency, you will need a Nxt wallet to recieve and store it. See here for Nxt wallet install info and download: https://nxtforum.org/nrs-releases/nrs-v1-6-2/Just to remind everyone: All Nautilus redemption will end on Friday 13 Nov at midnight GMT !
This redemption thread is already closed, and the Drachmae exchange will stop redeeming the old Naut-L on Friday. If you still have fat stacks of Naut-L, but cannot redeem it for whatever reason (like Cryptsy issues) get in touch with me, and I'll see what can be done to help out. Just do it before Friday, Ok ? EDIT:There will be a short extension to the redemption period, again, see below.

Thanks, xyz, we'll take a look. Just don't expect any paid-for voting.....

Bittrex have done the swap, so if you have Nautilus on Bittrex, it is the new Naut-X (NXTNAUT). Yes, any old PoW coins deposited to Drachmae will be converted into new Naut-X automatically. I'm shutting down this redemption thread as of now, so head on over to : https://www.drachmae.exchange/for any further redemptions.

Sure. But what I'm saying is we have to caution newbs from just buying a coin just because you support it. NXT is on a downtrend, so it's practical advice to tell them to avoid it for now.
That's all I'm saying.
And that's fair enough, I reckon. We' re not here to make BS promises to people that we can't back up. Nxt is frikking great, but do not put your life on the line to invest in any alt (or BTC, or pork bellies for that matter) I saw a couple of guys get wiped out (literally, all gone) on margin trading BTS recently. They bought into the hype, tried to make some quick easy money, and lost it all. Admittedly, it's their choice, but projects shouldn't try to BS people into taking that sort of risk.

Hmmm....NXT has lost 7.74 % over the last 7 days (in dollar/euro/fiat value), while LTC has lost 8%, while BTS and Ethereum are both 27% down. So, yeah....meh. It's a crapshoot, tbh. I admire guys who can day trade in this nightmare market, but it's just too bloody random for me. My bet is on the team with the most useful tech for the long term.....imho ( )

BabyMetal....come for the perving, stay for the surprisingly awesome symphonic metal. Like to see them live, that mosh pit action looks like a laugh (Well, for about 2 minutes, if you're ancient like me... )

There were no doubt person-to-person deals, especially in the beginning, but most went to exchanges. We've just had one stakeholder put 50 million NXT straight onto exchanges over the last couple of months, but he/she was pretty much the last big accountholder from the original stakeholders; most current big accounts have emerged since the initial distribution: exchanges, traders and project funds.

The officially accepted definition of a liquid market is one in which 1% of the coins/tokens/porkbellies are traded per day.....by that definition, NXT trading is liquid right now, with a 24 hour volume of $87,000 on a market cap that bounces from $7-9 million. Hope it stays that way.....
Distribution is looking sweet as well: the last stakeholder to dump has been spreading the NXT around nicely, but she's just run out of NXT to give away.

Nope, Cryptsy are still running on the old PoW (mineable) Nautilus, but they are the only one, both Bittrex and Poloniex have the new Nxt-based NAUT, so if your coins are on either of those two, or on the Drachmae exchange, you are good to go. For Cryptsy: the NAUT community should maybe try helping them with migration to the new NXTNAUT. It will still be possible to redeem old NAUT to new NXTNAUT through my redemtion process here: [NAUT] Nautiluscoin to Nxt-based Nautilus redemption processAnd until 13 november you can also redeem your coins on the Drachmae platform: http://www.drachmae.org/https://www.drachmae.exchange/

From a hardware point of view: you are going to kill the laptops at a seriously accelerated rate. Running GPU or CPU at 100% for extended periods will also lead to heat issues, not to mention the effect on batteries. If no-one is going to object, do it, but if you haven't mentioned this idea to your office manager, expect to get shouted at in 6 months time.

Which pump groups are reputable? Is it worth paying to get in some of them? Anyone have links?
None of them. What they do is very illegal in all regulated markets, and is simply a way to scam people in the crypto market. Pump groups create the illusion of value, allowing early holders/devs to unload worthless tokens.

Yep....that is an improvement. Just fired up my Bitmark wallet, and it flew in comparison to a month ago. I liked Bitmark from the beginning, very sad to see how things turned out. Hows coinsolidation ? He still involved with BTM ?

Nxt was written in Java from the ground up....over 2 years ago. No legacy/snaffled code.... It's not a copy of anything else, unlike the mass of shitcoins that are based on BTC/LTC.

Oy, Spoetnik.....I call foul on your lumping Nxt in with BitShares and Monero. Mostly Nxt threads are about new developments in the eco-system, so posting/discussing new stuff is what a forum is for.....some threads do get bumped like mad, but usually by Nxt critcs, like iCEBREAKERs insistence on spending 20 pages calling Nxt a scam. I've only seen one outright Nxt shill thread round here in the last few weeks, and even I facepalmed when I saw it. Aaaand......Nxt was born here on BTT, and raised here for a damn long time. Even though we've got our own fun-filled forum and lots of Slacks, Nxt people still like to hang out here. Have you ever seen Nxt pull up its skirts like a little girl and flounce off BTT because of the nasty trolls ? There are plenty who have. Like it or not, Nxt is an integral part of the altcoin scene, and of BTT. So....nah! Not the same as bloody BTS or Monero. Git.....EDIT: Almost forgot: as of one hour ago, I'm sort of a salaried employee for Nxt: https://nxtforum.org/general-discussion/%28marketing-business-and-development%29-the-tennessee-project-fundraiser/So you can, from now until Halloween 2016, call me a paid Nxt shill....

so i bought some ntx this week 1st withdraw all ok but 2nd not really sure what i did but i did not see them coming on my wallet so i check crypsty transaction what did i see i sent my nxt to my bitcoin wallet lol who did i do that ? i guess the coins are lost now i always do cut and past for the adress, i guess i used bitcoin adress before i cut & pass nxt adress in cryptsy but why did it accept an adress what is not a nxt adress if you put a litecoin address in a bitcoin wallet, it say it s not valid adress so you cannot make mistake The NXT client will also give you an invalid address warning if you try to send to a BTC/whatever address. Try talking to Cryptsy support....or otherwise, just check the withdraw address next time.
