801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will only go properly mainstream if ...... on: March 19, 2016, 11:41:38 AM
Bitcoins are already heading towards the direction of Mainstream.
We dont need banks to make it Main stream. Whats the difference if banks deal BTC same as Fiat Curreny.
Bitcoins is digital and not controlled by anyone and thats the way it should remain.
Well if you want Bitcoin to be mainstream it needs to be controlled by government Sad
Truth hurts sometimes, but if you want bitcoin to be used widely then it will attract their attentions and Bam, Bitcoin is taxable and will be watched constantly 24/7

we start tracking down all these people moving it around

and find out *** they are doing with it, and force them to

push more Bitcoin into the real economy!!!
It's their bitcoin and they have all the right to keep it and do whatever they wish to do.
You can't force them to and they won't be forced by you Roll Eyes
802  Economy / Services / Re: AVATAR for rent (Full member) on: March 19, 2016, 11:27:28 AM
I think you're really trying to put a business link
Why not everything is possible while all that makes us happy an brings us some profit. I wonder how come AVATAR is not already main promotional tool here. This is good way to bind business and bitcoins.

Avatar is already a promotional tool here, but it's not popular as signature campaign as signature can look really catchy in our eyes when compared to the small tiny little avatar Grin
Also as Iphone stated up there, you can check yourself which campaign currently open and what's not
Go check it yourself Smiley
How much are you looking for avatar anyway?
803  Economy / Services / Re: **Paying** Help me start my own mining pool for a alt coin on: March 19, 2016, 05:59:21 AM
You got a red feedback for opening  a big loan topic without any collateral Grin
You got collateral for this project ?
If you don't you can always close this topic because I don't think anyone want to deal with red member
Cheers Smiley
804  Economy / Services / Re: [LOOKING FOR]Virtual Debit Card Funded By Bitcoins on: March 19, 2016, 05:55:48 AM
there's so many debit card which reloadable through bitcoin e.g:
E-coin
Spectrocoin
Cryptopay
Shiftcard by coinbase
bitplastic
xapo
bitnation
bit-x
wagecan
and many more,
this make the price competitive and before going to use the service you should see their fees, and review
Don't go with coinbase, they are a pain to deal with Grin
I'd recommend  Spectrocoin and e-coin, i got mine on the christmas deal on e-coin Smiley
Also there's advcash that gives you a reloadable debit card, but their fees for deposit are kinda high so i never really use their services Tongue
Tips: choose the one with the lowest fee possible Smiley
805  Economy / Services / Re: Ride with Uber/Ola at low cost on: March 18, 2016, 05:20:44 PM
seriously ted u saying this about a $62 billion dollar company?
If someone doesn't know how this thing works, let me tell u I would share this in social contacts like twitter, facebook or whatsapp to get real people taking rides not some bots which u think would cheat the system.
Ok then, fine by me,your method seems reasonable Smiley
Not trying to disrupt your business, just wanted to inform the people here of something that might happen
cheers Wink
806  Economy / Services / Re: Ride with Uber/Ola at low cost on: March 18, 2016, 05:00:39 PM
This one will work for us as a commuter  but how about the owner and the driver of uber are they not affected of this offer? just thinking of it OP no offense don't know if this question is relevant to your offer I'm just thinking for the poor business owner.
The only one who will get affected  by this is that the owner of uber, not the driver they still get paid regardless if it's free or paid ride Wink
So this won't affect the driver at all, though use on your own risk as Uber can suspend your free ride at anytime if they find out you just cheated their system
807  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 18, 2016, 02:36:02 PM
How many posts do I need to have before I get upgraded to Jr Member?
Bitcointalk doesn't use Post system to upgrade your rank, they use activity system
If you wish to find out more check out this topic
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0
Since discussing activity is kinda out of topic here Roll Eyes

Wow, this page is like the most important one for people wanting to earn bitcoin from bitcointalk.
Thank you so much OP. This thread should be on the bar on the top of the page.
It is on top, always Smiley
Well if there aren't any updates on signature campaign this topic will be sunk to 2nd page and no more Tongue
808  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: PREEV down? on: March 18, 2016, 03:33:07 AM
Apparently; I tried it out earlier and it worked. Not sure what's going on now though.
Well that's weird
Preev is still down when i tried to open it
At what time did you access it and does the site works perfectly?
Luckily i don't really relies on preev as i have bitcoin price widget on my phone Tongue
809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A teen is given $1K to invest into Bitcoin - what would you recommend for them? on: March 17, 2016, 09:17:54 AM
you just need to invest right? so, buy bitcoin at the lowes point and then sell the bitcoin at the higher point of the month, it's simple and less risk compared to trading or any other effort to grew up your bitcoin

You are absolutely right but only do simple  thing like that as you say ? how if while she/he want to do that as soon as she/he can but at the same time bitcoin price at the highest rate ? Should she/he wait the price down until lower price ? And Only stuck at that condition without do anything ? I think she/he must find many plans as reserve.
But I will recommend buying and selling bitcoins to him/her only if he/she has good knowledge about bitcoin and trading with it, otherwise he/she will not able to run in that track.

I think  a teen will need to learn many things related to bitcoins before investing into  it, as no body is sure when to buy and when to sell as we don't don't what is the right time to do that.
And to learn that thing they will need lots of experience and there's no other way to earn that besides making that investment and learn a thing or two from them Smiley
I Learned a lot from trading at Yobit  (Though i didn't put tons of money into it)
I still have many things to learn about trading but I don't mind learning more and more about it Wink
I wish i can make a profit for once on trading, too bad i never get any of it Sad
810  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean.com - Cloud Mining Service on: March 17, 2016, 09:11:06 AM
Hashocean can be trusted by the way.

Trusted in what way?
Trusted to stop paying out when they run out of new investors, or trusted to be actually mining and legitimate?

Yes, and i get your point, but you must admit that it can be cost effective if we invest early. There are not too many options where you can get your ROI after 3-4 months. Of course it is a risk, but is not profitable (early investments)?
Don't even dare to call that Investment
Those company is not Investing your money, he just rotate the money around the users and then giving it back to you Grin
When you made a ROI they are giving you another member money and those poor member who joined late in the game might get scammed
Basically they gave you a stolen money and yet you still took it with happy face Smiley
811  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 17, 2016, 09:07:37 AM
The Rollin.io Campaign still shows "Payment not yet confirmed"-status in the OP.
I can confirm payment was made today: Does that mean it will now move to "Closed for new participants"?
For reference
Updated Rollin.io to CFNP
http://pastebin.com/QyCnpfd0
I should be correct this time, the signature was moved according to payment term and I did change the Changelog Smiley
812  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: My Hashnest.com Cloud Mining Journal on: March 17, 2016, 08:55:15 AM
I've got 1k GHs of S5 in there that I left for about a month already. Right now at 88% Maintenance/Payout I'm really starting to think there won't be ROI anytime anymore. I hope the story is different for S7s, is it?
Well if you think that S5 is not profitable anymore you can sell it on the market Smiley
The good thing about hashnest is that we can sell our miners easily without any hassle at all Grin
Sell that and then Buy S7 with that money and hopefully this time you can ROI it
Cloud mining is sure hard thing to do Roll Eyes
813  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk - COMPLETE AVATAR Campaigns [08-March-2016] on: March 17, 2016, 04:59:00 AM
A new avatar campaign has been started here  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1400220 , it's called ubercoin and requires 7 days to keep the Avatar for 10 000 XBU.
Should this campaign be added ?
They are paying using altcoins and i think this list made just for bitcoin only
I've seen many altcoins avatar campaign that don't get added into the list

814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A teen is given $1K to invest into Bitcoin - what would you recommend for them? on: March 16, 2016, 04:18:42 PM
Damn, i thought this is a real news when i first saw the topic
Well Bitcoin is already risky in the first place because the price can jump around at any minute Tongue
Especially with the block size debate that can affect the price and investors
If i have $1k i will probably start my own business, not a big one, I will start with smaller ones to make sure that this business is profitable and have a demand to it
After established and making sure it's profitable then i will use the rest of the money to turn it into a big business

If I gave my teens $1k to invest in Bitcoin, they would most probably create an account on Purse and spend it all in one month. Most teenagers do not think about the future and investment

opportunities... they concentrate on homework and boyfriends and girlfriends. If you want to teach your kids about investments, start them our smaller... much smaller, and work your way up to

bigger investments, once they grasp the responsibility of that much money. Remember, we need to be young, while we are young... there are still time to worry about these things when you older.

Just lay the basic foundation and strengthen it, as they grow bigger and more responsible.  Wink
I'm a teenager and i do think about my future Smiley
815  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean.com - Cloud Mining Service on: March 16, 2016, 06:48:24 AM
I don't care where they get their money. As long as they keep paying me (and eventually my profits) I'm happy.

Like I said, haven't earned a lot in the "BTC world". If anyone has a better idea, shoot.

All payments correct and on time so far.
They are paying you with other people's money
That's how ponzi works and it will always be like that Roll Eyes

Want some suggestion ?
Go work for them, money tastes better when you got it from your own hard work Smiley
816  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: My Hashnest.com Cloud Mining Journal on: March 16, 2016, 03:12:16 AM
This is just an experiment. That is your hypothesis, lets see if it tests to be true  Grin
BTW, I can sell my GHS for BTC on the Hashnest.com market.
Well, it's not reaaly a hypothesis, it's logic
The difficulty is increasing everyday, increased difficulty  = less btc you will get, the more time required to break even
It's hard to profit from cloudming nowadays, tbh Sad
If only you joined the mining scene at 2012, you will be rich
817  Economy / Services / Re: Please Help - Looking For Online Job on: March 16, 2016, 02:18:35 AM
look for transcribing jobs online.
Transcribing is not really that easy as there are many competitors online Sad
I've tried to do this once and i never get any job around it, most of them were taken by veteran members
Though i gotta agree that if you got the skill you can make $2 easily Wink
Just be prepared for the competition
818  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MOST COMMON MISTAKES OF A NEWBIE on: March 15, 2016, 04:22:36 PM
Ahoy there  Smiley
Im a beginner with electronic currencies and started using Yobit few days ago
I would like to know what types of common mistakes newbies make and what to avoid in early days

Regards
What kind of mistakes we talking about ?
Common mistakes on trading
Or common mistakes as newbie on this forum

I'm just gonna assume common mistakes on trading since you only mentioned yobit
Be careful of Altcoin prices, they are sometimes unstable and you need to be careful
And then see who's the developer of the coins, if it's some shady guy who never heard of then i suggest to not invest there
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft apologizes: We still accept bitcoin on: March 15, 2016, 03:46:21 PM
Apparently that news is false, Microsoft still accepts Bitcoin in their stores
So it looks like the guy who wrote that article is spreading false information and it got spread around the internet causing this ruckus Roll Eyes
Good thing they still accepts it in the end though Smiley
Though i never use Microsoft store except for one software that i always wanted to use Tongue

Microsoft dropping the ball like that seems highly unlikely... there are definitely a story behind the story. They are just testing the water to see if there are still people using this option, and if there are

not a public outcry from the people, they would know that it's not worth the effort. I see no reason for them not to accept multiple currencies, because in the end they convert everything into fiat any

way. Bitcoin just opens up a new form of revenue for them, that was previously not accessible.  Roll Eyes
Why would test it like that though, it was too risky move
Don't they have a statistics on how many people used Bitcoin as payment Roll Eyes
No need to pull the support and then later saying "It was a mistake" when they have a better way than that
820  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: What are those "BTC Investment sites" on: March 15, 2016, 07:06:03 AM
A friend recommended me one, and it's seems sketchy.

Does anyone have any previous experiences with these "BTC Investment sites"?
I have, and most of them turned to be a scam, be careful when dealing with BTC as their payment are irreversible and you might lost your coins that way
Be a smart user and determine what's real and what not
If it's too good to be true then it's a scam
Also they only legit way to invest is to just through trading AFAIK
cheers Smiley
