Can anyone tell me more about the premine? I see that it is on the address: XS4QLi6VpQQo79HLkoFBj5YZkn6p6TuLKG and current balance is 76797.637446. It state that 1261026.235632 was received and 1184228.598186 was sent. How come that large volume? And where can I find a motivation for every transaction? I'm just quite afraid of large premines after being scammed before, and the value of this is currently 210 btc ~= $133,770. That is pretty much and can easily ruin the market if being dumped.
The premine is being used to fund xc, as well as Dan's personal funds. Our team's name is out there and you can find out more: http://xc-official.com/XCPlatform/14-06-16%20Team%20Announcement%20D.pdf . I personally have a proven track record of trustworthines, before xc and dan was a member on here before xc. I believe that we have gained enough trust to a point where this no longer an issue to many people.

Why are all the items in the development plan unrelated to the protocol? Are you not concerned with blockchain size, centralization of PoS or any of the other issues with the protocol? Could encrypted messaging and the likes not be provided by other services? Most of the development plan seems to be focused around building out a wallet than working on the protocol. Seems like a bad move in my opinion.
XC is a privacy platform built around the coin, that's something not a lot of cryptos do. We are building a platform, I'm pretty certain that most people understand just how much potential that has.

Hi, everyone
I've recently encountered the opportunity of sponsoring two voleyball teams that plays within the national divsion in the UK. This a start out team so they are in the 3rd division for now. Currently we could sponsor them for a single season from september to may. Within this deal, we sponsor two teams, one ladies and the other man.
The cost of this would be roughly 750 dollars. I understand it's a lot of money but it's a great opportunity especially for pr and the club that runs both of these teams is quite large. Let me know if this something the community would be interested in crowdfunding.
Hey dude, While I think this is a great idea down the line. The scope currently for the cost seems extremely small, especially as the audience is going to be pretty much completely unknown to cryptocurrency. I think the money would be better spent on targeted online ad campaigns or more paid media/PR releases. It's definitely a good idea a year down the line though. Really appreciate the hard work you are putting in! Keep it up!! I think that's actually a good thing rather than bad because we could get them invested in xc. However I do see your point.

So the official name of XC is XCurrency, right? Why is it listed as X11Coin on Polo and Cryptsy? I haven't checked any other exchanges...
That was the original name. If my memory serves me correctly, name change requests were submitted to all exchanges. Yup, I'll tweet at them again. One of the Polo mods said they never received a name change request...just passing a heads up...-thumbsup- Well they have now... maybe my memory is just being shoddy again.

who is this linus tech dude?
Took a quick look https://twitter.com/LinusTechhttps://www.youtube.com/user/LinusTechTips"PC Hardware Unboxings & Reviews" I don't know much about youtube (number stats) since I don't use it, but he seems to be a popular guy. I don't think he's the type of person to represent XC IMO. Tech product hype, consume consume consume (taking a stab on what his videos are about) vs storage and transfer of wealth. He's too small to represent XC is what I'm saying. Well you need to start small.... Next stop - PewDiePie LinusTech is a great guy, he also runs a channel called techquicke. I was thinking of sponsoring an XC informational video on that channel but that's about it. That is a great Idea but how much will he ask? he is basically the top Hardware youtube channel for Geeks. Not sure about Linus but Chris pirillo is pretty cheap to sponsor http://www.patreon.com/ChrisPirilloHo my God please no the guy is a joke in the tech community and apple fanboy... Teksyndicate would be the best option for XC to get prometed on a geek youtube channel.. they talked about bitcoin since the beginning of their channel but I don't know if the sponsor is a good idea they might not advertise an investement.. but maybe send them an official e-mail with the press release. we might do that for the majors geek youtube channels.. Yes that's the next one, I was thinking about since they talk about privacy a hell of a lot.

maybe consider that the price is dropping because of the piece of shit whitepaper you guys released. vague, unpromising. lost all credibility there.
hoping this coin shows promise or I'm dumping my 2000 aero that I bought at 2.2k for barely 1k satoshi. fucking shame.
Well if its helps, I'm not selling my 50k or so. I would be happy to assist with graphics, site etc Hey, yes you seem to have a grasp on the potential of aero which is a good sign. Also your offer of assistance is very much appreciated. BTW there is a bounty for new logo and any website re-design will be rewarded!I will look into it when my main rig is back up.

The multipool is in BETA and that has been made clear as day, there are many people mining just fine. From what I've seen it's constantly being worked and improved.
|
|
|
So which is the best pool to point my miners to in order to get XC?
XC official multipool ofcourse! http://hashevolved.com/If it's not on Page 1 = It's not officials. Don't trust it. Um it's in the OP chief. Show me where it is on the OP = I'm not seeing it. Below the xc logo: BETA Multipool here.
