821  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Amount of BTC for trading on: October 19, 2017, 07:54:16 PM
I started trading with 10$.I used it to learn how to trade and in the run I gained some knowledge regarding trading. I prefer 0.1 BTC is the  best amount to trade for short term.Day trading is risky.

0.1 btc is a very safe amount to trade with low risk,, but you have to be patient enough with only a small profit,., in addition, successful merchants are those who dare to take big risks,, this is almost the same as gambling. if the risks are in big responsibility,, of course, the profits that may be in may be great..

Beginning 0.1 BTC is just fine and if one is totally unaware, then much lower would be safe. But yes, keeping in mind about low profit. Big risk would obviously have greater chances of high profit, but loss making capability or mentality comes at this point. So the capital should be accordingly to ones risk taking capability and mentality.
822  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you see trading as fun and games? on: October 19, 2017, 07:28:25 PM
if we look at the trading nature it is not said to be fun and games because in the games you will never face the reality while in the case of fun you will enjoy every action and in the case of trading it is serious activity and people are getting high risk in it and they earned more income through bitcoin trading and if we want to b successful we must do bitcoin trading

Don't need to be too serious like that! Sometimes, when you are too exhausted to trading, you can treat investment like a game. It can make you feel more happy and funny. That's also good for your health. If you are always serious, you will die soon, I think.  Grin

While trading its good to be serious but at a limit, not too serious that can reciprocate your result, but also not in a very casual manner that can never let you succeed or reach your goal. Fun should not be involved everywhere and neither too much seriousness. Everything should be balanced all the time.
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: October 19, 2017, 12:36:16 PM
When I get to gamble, I think only in bitcoins, and the risk is still the same, it's just that the converted value is a lot harder and more scary to bet because you have the possibility to lose it all. I don't want to know how much it converts to unless I'm going to withdraw it, maybe because I might just regret it.
I prefer to not to gamble with bitcoin because I want to save my bitcoin. There are a number of alts with which you can gamble where the chances to increase the number of bets also gets more. More bets means more number of chances to win.
The bitcoin price is highly volatile and it's very expensive nowadays.

Gambling with alts is also my primary lookout, but yes, if I don't find other than Bitcoin as a getaway I do use my Bitcoin. But I don't get affected by using either Bitcoins or altcoins because I don't use fiat to convert into BTC or alts to play.
The earning if received considering fiat equivalent, then I probably don't use them much for gambling, rather I withdraw it or store it. And if received in form of Bitcoin as a currency then I use them in gambling only after saving or holding some as investment.
824  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: October 19, 2017, 08:12:51 AM
My favorite gambling is poker, because playing poker requires a mental instinct or a sharp instinct in reading the game.
I really like gambling games that have challenges like playing poker.
In addition, i always enjoy playing games in poker and expecting great luck.

It is not instinct but it is luck. Sometimes we dont need to rely on instinct but instead pray so that you could be lucky. I know that it wont work but atleast it is better than relying on instinct. It doesnt matter what game you prefer but if you play for profit then that is a wrong thing to do. If you play for fun then it would be better and you will have more fun
In a way,  you can use instinct by determining the path of the others, like if you think they have good cards or not. It could help you read the opponents mood and possibly understand how you are going to spend the games around if you're going to go all in, call, or just check in the game.
you think that you read the book you can learn some art of gambling Let even poker? It seems to me that studying this game will be very difficult, because only truth and practice will come when you play with a strong opponent.
The only way that you can familiarize your game is to experience it not just once but many times. Reading might give you a little bit of knowledge but what experience can give you is different.

Experiencing games like poker is more important and helpful, reading is just to initiate or start playing. For victory keep on playing and experiencing is the key, then instinct and luck will be by your side.

Hello, what's the minimal withdrawal? and the fee?
Ty!

Till I remember, withdrawal minimum depends on the amount you invested/deposited and the withdrawal are generally instant, and about the fees it was fixed the last time I used. It was the miner fees probably, around 10,000 satoshi approximately , don't remember the exact amount.
826  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience and Holding on: October 18, 2017, 05:59:02 PM
Ugh. I've lost so much potential profit by not being patient and not believing in bitcoin--but I don't dwell on it, since none of us knows what the future holds.   And that's the main reason why I don't trade altcoins.  The market volatility is insane, and I don't have the stomach to be patient in a market where you could potentially lose literally everything in an instant.

Once I get my debt settled, I'll be buying some bitcoin to hold on to.  But no altcoins for me.
Holding of bitcoin and being patient is the key to earn more bitcoin. If we know how to wait then invest today. For sure bitcoin price will going to rise again. Just be careful on next fork.

Correct. The more you/anyone hold the better will be at the end, when you want to withdrawal. Sometimes is hard to be patients when price go up and you/me/he see the opportunity to make money and try to sell but then in few day price goes again and you see wasted opportunity. Both patience and holding need to be crucial here if everyone want to get more out of this.

That's true, that's already happens to me. I've withdraw my bitcoin since I think that is already the highest rate of it but I am wrong. It goes up so high and I am wasted that opportunity.
No, you should not think like that. Too much greed can make you end up with empty hands. If you want to avoid this disappointment then try to set your targets with bitcoin, whenever you reach that target sell off or cash out your bitcoin.

I have seen many cases where people keep waiting for bitcoin to raise further but they end up with dump. So whatever you had then, just be thankful to God.

Yes, thinking that way is sometimes very bad. When I started investing with Bitcoin, even I used to be like that, which resulted in a sad mood, and often my mind was distracted effecting my life. So I was advised by my elders and I followed the same path of making a target and follow that.
I make both type of target, small period and long period. So I hold accordingly till the time I might reach the target.

Any predictions about  Real Madrid - Tottenham?

Ronaldo's ended his goal drought but he's always going to be a danger either way. Kane might be put off by Madrid's approaches to buy him, but I feel he will be a true professional by showing off his worth. If spurs win the midfield early on and set the pace with a goal in first half, then this is theirs to win. I predict 2-1 to Spurs.

I wonder what will be the approach of Real Madrid towards Tottenham game. I mean in my opinion, Real has nothing to worry about and normally I'd go with easy 2-0 for Real, however they don't seem to find their proper form this season and Spurs, especially with Kane are on fire recently so we may have a nice surprise and expect a win 3-2 or like confident draw of 2-2.
Well I think that Real is going to win tonight and Spurs will have to wait for re-match in London to try to win. Real as we know is struggling in Primera but is playing much better in CL. They won in Dortmund after almost ten years, lots of people expected greater resistance form German team but Real routinely won. I expect something like that to happen tonight too.

I also thought so, but things seems to be different as it started, Real Madrid gave a own goal and now even scored, so as of now 1-1. In second half, still no goal, Hope Real Madrid can still score a goal to win, but pretty unpredictable situation. Only 1 min is given extra.
829  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: October 17, 2017, 08:28:40 PM
it is possible to make bitcoin as a legal currency but would take a relatively long time because nowadays not fully everybody in this world knows and can do transaction with bitcoin, this is of course because bitcoin legality factor still not fully get recognition from various countries in world .

I think it's won't be hard because already many countries have legalized the Bitcoin in their country for better economic growth. Offcourse many people don't know about because some countries didn't declare about Bitcoin acceptance.

Bitcoin will surely be legalized, but in most countries it will come with a cost, known as regulation. Implementing KYC is still fine for me, but restricting or other implementations will be a bad thing to happen. Already China, Russia and India indicated that they are coming up with plans and will make it legal soon. If it get legalized, it will remove fear and the user base will gradually increase and thus the price may also increase.
830  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: October 17, 2017, 07:41:09 PM
Bitcoin is growing very powerfully but in this present scenario which factors can destroy or make its market value Zero.

If you think about it. A lot. As it is a stock or it runs on a lot of factors and variances. Countries such as china which has closed its doors on Bitcoin have impacted greatly the dealings on cryptocurrency as it has shown to the world that a superpower can rfuse this currency.

Banning of Bitcoins by Top Countries does makes an impact upon it, but I think banning by them is temporary. China banned the exchanges, but recently news are being heard that they will be implementing regulations, so as Russia.
I think basically the political unrest, war, lack of users and users boycotting Bitcoin are more vital which has higher chances to diminish it. But as per current global scenario, neither seems to be or will be happening, don't know about the war though.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All coins are now dying, what do you think? on: October 15, 2017, 09:08:39 PM
This is just a pointless statement, just lowering of value doesn't indicates that the coins are dying. Already you might have noticed it took a positive turn for some altcoins. And I would suggest start buying in the dip, because many coins are going to rise in the coming year after the fork.
832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Gambling Industry So Successful in the World? on: October 15, 2017, 08:59:21 PM
Gambling is already a great industry and I don't know how successful the Bitcoin gambling industry is, but many people have started gambling using Bitcoin, including me as previously gambling or betting was illegal in our area, and Bitcoin gave us the opportunity to gamble and bet. Also the anonymity played another great role for the rise of this industry.
833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: October 15, 2017, 08:46:39 PM
I already forgot my loses and winnings but I am sure that I am more on lose that win..oh well that's gambling! I learned my lessons and I stayed away in gambling for awhile now.

Gambling losses are pretty obvious, for I did win, but mostly I lost. At beginning I felt bad and it made me sad and also sometimes aggressive towards gambling. But I controlled it and now I enjoy gambling as it diverts my mind and mostly gamble in sports, dice and poker.
In dice I am on loosing side, sports betting became unpredictable recently, and poker currently my winning percentage is up. But the betting amount in all three are pretty low so it doesn't effect me even if I loose, but yes, emotions does strikes sometimes, making me sad Grin
834  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin, which is better to invest into now? on: October 15, 2017, 08:17:27 PM
As Bitcoin keep climbing and altcoin keeps going down, is it better to invest in bitcoin or altcoin now?

In my opinion btc price is too high to buy now, it's better to buy altcoin but of course altcoin which have good future. But if you have lot of money to throw in BTC you can buy it and get new free coin in the end of october
I think bitcoin is more comfort to altcoin.Because other altcoin are only low value. They don't predict future in altcoin. Now bitcoin is increase continuously in market. Traders are easy to invest in bitcoin. I will suggest to buy bitcoin. Altcoin is not profitable in quickly. It will raise up in slowly. But constant gain is possible to trader.

Altcoin investment is definitely profitable, but its for longer period of time. Yes, for quick and short term profit, I would also suggest to go for Bitcoin.
Would also prefer to invest in both if one can, like invest 50% in Bitcoin and rest 50% of the fund in altcoins including atleast 3-4 different altcoins.

The risk factor and target time might be quite high but I would say its profitable, its just you are responsible to analyse & predict on your own as it has low predictions and discussion than Bitcoin.
835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: October 15, 2017, 07:03:12 PM
I See topics about banning and I want to ask.

Is botcoin really that bad? To banned by other countries?
Do the other government in other countries see something bad?
Can bitcoin be used to locate us?and see what we are doing? In short a Spyware.

The bitcoins is not bad. It's the government that gets scared to the things they cannot control. They cannot regulate nor tax bitcoins because they also cannot easily track the users in every transactions. Banning the use of bitcoins in one country could create connotations making the image of cryptocurrency bad.

Governments are scared of illegal activities been done using Bitcoin. As the transactions are complicated to track, they are taking the step of banning or limiting usage. But recently countries are trying to bring regulation against the usage of cryptocurrency. Banning in few countries might be temporary till they improvise full fledged plan to curb corruption possibilities and regulation policies.

837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 14, 2017, 09:02:02 PM
perfect manchester city performance
today win again with much goal 7-2 meet stoke city, i think can win in EPL, only manchester united can stop city win in epl

I felt like Stoke City was under a typhoon  of Manchester City. But after the fifth goal by Luis Fernandinho in 60min, it turned little one sided and exitement went down actually. But the goals were really awesome, and the back to back goals after Fernando scored was just awesome.

On the other hand I expected a win for Chelsea against Crystal Palace, but the match ended with Chelsea losing. A friend took advice and now he is blaming me for his loss,  Tongue but I am helpless.
838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: October 14, 2017, 08:50:05 PM
Messi missed a great opportunity in the 94th minute to win the match in a free kick but he shoot right to the goalkeepr.
Final score- 1-1

Exactly, Messi missed a match winning shot, but anyway the game was quite good to enjoy. Though I not a fan of Barcelona, but the last Goal by Messi could gave casual watchers more happiness.
Goals at the last minute are always the most enjoyable for me.  Barcelona deserved to win though, really played well against the Home team.
839  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price will go down? on: October 14, 2017, 08:31:45 PM
As of now the price of bitcoin is very high and its already 5700 dollars and continue to increase . And if you have a lot of bitcoin for sure you will earn a lot of profit in the future if you hold that. Yes they have possible the price of bitcoin decrease in the next fork in the month of november but  if you see the fork last july the price during fork is stable and I hope it will happen this fork and after the fork we see the price increase more.

Bitcoin dip will surely happen, whenever we came to see a significant rise, we have usually seen a dip even a slight dip in its value, because the newbies will sell them. And the upcoming fork will surely make them sell for sure and we will see a fall in value. But hope it will turn like the previous fork, which made Bitcoin even more stronger.

We might see a small dip this time due to fork as many have learned from the previous fork and so this time mostly the newbies and old users with no knowledge will probably sell.
840  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: October 14, 2017, 08:07:18 PM
Yeah, even if you dont have a job, I dont know if I would resort to scamming or being a thief. Also many of the people who are scamming are making much more than just a basic salary. I think the true thing is people want to get rich and are willing to do anything to get there, even if it means breaking the law or being a complete scumbag. Especially in this space where it is hard to actually get caught.

The thirst for profit motivates people to cheat. But not all become scammers. Some people have high moral principles, so they will never become scammers. But those people who have bad upbringing - they can become swindlers and they will not be bitten by conscience

Actually its the thirst of getting rich quickly without any or negligible hard work. Even if the upbringing is good, many times the friends circle or colleagues or a bunch of bad peoples influence to make one scammer. Also, its rare but I have seen people facing tough times which makes one so depressed and stressed making him to take wrong path and scam or con people, obviously which is not the right thing to do.
