Any suggestions for most profitable Scrypt multipool at the moment, anything giving better profits than Nicehash?
Prohashing when it works..is like your hot mess supermodel girlfriend...when it works its great..when it does not you are beyond despondent  I keep hanging in there...because mining x11 and scrypt all to LTC...I figure by the time I figure fees to mine BTC and convert and etc I'd pretty much be in the same boat ..multipool wise IT however was crap yesterday..sometimes they refund some hash back....we will see Totally agree, I can tell how many times it drops but the daily LTC payout by my failover pool. |

He actually mean't that those HP server power supplies are quite loud at 100% load, which is true.
I have a couple HP 2450W power supplies now. If you get them near max they whine!! Using them to power 2 L3+'s and they aren't bad. |

OK, Here's the poop!!
Right now I have 4 L3+'s happily mining away. I have 4 D3's that should arrive in the next couple weeks. Problem is, I only have 1 circuit on 220V and can only keep 4 miners.
Should I keep the L3+'s and dump the D3's?
Keep the d3's and dump the L3+'s?
Keep 2 of each?
Running another 220V line is not an option, plus the noise and heat from 8 miners is also not an option. So what would you do?

Is not a bad idea that each of us give a contibution (or include a fee as with the ewbf miner) to a developer to create a firmware update for D3 to give us the posibility to rescue our investment

Hi. Today I recieved information about my november batch was shipped, but package is only antminers without PSU's Anyone had similiar issues? I had the same issues with my L3+'s, the power supplies shipped 2 weeks after the miners |

Lets mail to USA, chinese ,etc government about evading tax for bitmain company . They can not just sell antminer d3 (especially by btc) and forget their clients. if they are businessman they need to pay tax as well. I believe that if many people sends mail this makes a sense.
Do you have proof that Bitmain doesn't pay taxes in China? I feel all your pain, I have 4 of these doggies coming in on the end on Nov batch. It's not Bitmain fault I bought them, it's on me. Trust me, I wish I would have bought more L3+'s in the place of the D3's. But those of you trying to blame Bitmain are full of it. It's no one's fault but your own. Bitmain didn't force you to buy them!! MadMartyK, We were all forced by Bitmain to buy these things. You know they held your bank account and crpyto wallets hostage, and promised you that you were going to make a pile O coin if you just pre-ordered miners. LOL No warning you can possibly tell anyone will get them to see what the risks are. They saw crypto climbing like crazy, were probably making some good coin, and lost their minds! No matter how many ways you try to describe what difficulty is going to do to profits for these people it just will not sink in... until they see it for themselves and then it is someone else's fault they lost money. Greed blinds people. If anyone pulled the trigger and bought D3's even when we knew that that Bitmain and OTHERS were dropping X11 miners out of helicopters and still think it is the evil Bitmain that did this to you... What can you possibly say to such SOUND and REASONABLE LOGIC? LOL Some of us were saying it was going to go down like this and even went as far as to make earnings predictions for the D3 by the end of the year. Frankly my pessimistic earnings prediction(which people here called me crazy) for the D3 was still way too optimistic. Did it stop me from buying a couple of D3's? NOPE, I got nobody to blame but myself for my willingness to risk some coin on the off chance that Dash and X11 coins continued the strong move up and that my prediction was wrong. I have to thank Bitmain for their decision to release miners in the middle of the night US time, and a very very screwed up ordering system that prevented me from being tempted to buy more D3's. If not for that screwed up mess I might have been tempted to buy more of them, so they probably saved me some money! We take crazy risks when we pre-order miners. We may never ROI on the D3's. If the people here whining and complaining didn't understand the risks they were taking then I guess they should get a different hobby. Yea, those evil Bitmain people held a gun to my head and said BUY D3's!!! Maybe I'll get lucky and UPS will misplace them and I'll collect the insurance money!! LOL |

OMG stfu wah wah wah it's still money you do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR no carrying heavy items (breaking your back) no answering emails etc. etc. go cry about it elsewhere.... It's not free money, the problem is the return on investment. We spent close to 2000$ us to get the machines (with shipping and duty). If the machine doesn't break, who knows when we'll get our money back? If the machine break, we're fudged. Also, after we've paid, it usually takes 1-2 months before we can get the machines. The price and BTC or ALT's can crash also, welcome to the wild world of crypto!! If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen!! |

I think I'll sell off my D3's when they arrive. The L3+'s are making about $17 per day each before electric and from what I hear they are quieter then the D3's. Since I only have 1 20A 220V circuit, I can only run 4 miners.

i have 3d coming also. when do you pay import tax? do they take cash when they deliver? DHL
UPS sent a bill for $36.00, that was for 4 units. (L3+'s). The power supplies should be here tomorrow, wondering if another bill will come in? |
