I have to say, the DEV is stupid. He could have bought a little bit of DOGE and filled the order, and no one would have been the wiser. Yes, file a paypal dispute, getting some of your money back is better than getting none of it back.
Did you paypal the DEV directly or did you buy BTC with your paypal?

A friend from Facebook asked me to post this in her behalf
'Would love to see that my friend who purchased 10 Billion PCNs from that Ben Johnson (Peepcoin FB Admin) can get all her 10 Billion PCNs back!! He only sent her 1 Billion instead of 10" from the new Developer and hoping that they will get rid of the scammer - Ben Johnson on FB to represent Peepcoin.
I hope she paid with Paypal so she can file a dispute I did pay with both BTC and my PayPal!! Peepcoin FB Admin (Ben Johnson) agreed to sell me 10 Billion PCNs at 0.5 BTC, and he also agreed to accept the BTC + PayPal in payments for a total of US$300.00 (a) On 8/29/16, Ben Johnson - Peepcoin FB Admin .....gave me his BTC Wallet Address 167eJdURJgstzsBnojwhzCZpG6r6B94B5T for me to send US$60 to him, then the rest to his PayPal. (b) PayPal - Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # 6AK320868E544131N) for US$240 sent to gajonois@hotmail.com (Name on PayPal account: Benjamin Grenier) completed. Now, I am hoping that our Honest and Graceful Peepcoin Admin here on Bitcointalk will honor the transaction, and send me the rest of 9 Billion PCNs to my PCN Wallet. As PEEPCOIN should not allow this dirt ball (Ben Johnson - Peepcoin FB Admin) to continue cheating on others. My husband is going through Cancer Treatment, and he was saying buying the PCNs from him and then I can sell it and be able to use the money to help paying down the Medical Bill.. and gosh... he is the Scammer himself.. and scamming me for the US$300.00 I pray that the Bitcointalk Peepcoin Admin will do the right thing and get the justice for me!! Thank you! just fill paypal dispute against this scammer and paypal will refund your $240 within 15-30 days. Yes include all documentation, the BTC part you paid is gone. Hate to say it, but before anyone invests in anything, do your homework!! If you get $240 back, $60 is a small price to pay for your education in scamcoins... You would be much better off starting a gofundme page and raise money that way.. |

Just a brief notification that the redirection gateway at solo.ckpool.org will be going down for maintenance approximately 36 hours from now. The DNS has been updated to direct miners to the stratum server so if you are connected on port 3334 or your miners don't support redirection, they will disconnect when this maintenance begins but assuming your mining software properly rechecks dns then they will automatically reconnect to the stratum server without any interruption.
Miners already connected to the stratum server (which is most miners except for rentals) will not be affected by this downtime.
In short, most of you won't notice anything but I will notify once more when this maintenance is over.
The maintenance has been put off for another 3 weeks so this no longer applies. This maintenance is now complete. Did anyone notice anything?  Yes, I didn't get a block!!! |
