Okay, great to hear that it is working now.

I'm saying that Asicminer.co people are criminal scammers,
and Ebang has a bad product quality.

Ebang and Asicminer.co are both full of shit.

Have you tried using another micro USB cable between the AUC3 dongle and Raspberry Pi?
Make sure that it is for both the power and data.
Is there any useful information in the CGMiner API Log?

That's the PPLNS advantage, slow to ramp up, slow to ramp down...
yep! I am getting at least something! I think I have been offline for a month now I have technical problems about AntMiner Offline since fall. The S5 you have is outdated already, just give it a rest. There is no point to use your time fixing it. Yea i know, but bitcoin pool ASIC reward? 12.5 BTC... BTC hashing have been big digital industry. Biggest pools is on ASIA. I've said this to you like hundred times. You don't have a chance to get 12.5btc unless you are solo mining. Do you understand the concept of solo mining ? 3700 dollars is big profit/24h You don't get the entire block if you solve one here. This is not a solo pool. Ok, its my mistake Sometimes look at pool interface (example block 0.031% solved) Even if im mining NOT SOLO. I understand, now im not stupid Well it took you a pretty long time to figure it out.

Seems they added an Antminer S5 to a museum in Germany. https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/a6eld2/bitmain_miner_shown_at_the_science_museum_in/Wondering what the most rarest Antminer out there is? Can't be the S5. The S1 being the first, I also don't think its the rarest, they seem to have made thousands of them. I am thinking its most likely the Antminer S4, it was released at a bad time during a bear market and with its huge cost and old ASIC chip, it must of had the lowest amount of sales. Probably the Antminer L1 - that never achieved production, though Bitmain seems to have built some prototypes. Entirely likely ALL of those got trashed at some point, or rebuilt into prototypes for some other later unit. Antminer S2 upgrade kit is pretty rare too. There was a prototype / prototypes, but it never made it to the mass production.

As it is a 8 series miner, maybe there will be a low power firmware available for this model as well.

Probably 20 years from now if Crypto is still around those might fetch a pretty penny if kept completely stock with original PSU. Avalon1 would be a great museum item! Btw. Merry Xmas to everyone ..!

Please try to reflash the Raspberry Pi and make a setup with one miner first.
Use the A741 openwrt firmware for the Raspberry Pi.
When you get it running, add the second miner.

It waa screaming scam from the very beginning.

I'm sorry to hear that. I think their (Halong) actions showed their unprofessionality from the very beginning. Yoshi and MyRig would've been better partnering with pretty much any other guys than the Halong guys.

I have few very basic ideas.. Is it the same result if you change the controller board port used for that hash board? Does removing the other hash board data cable + power temporarily and booting the miner with the one hash board make any difference? Do you get the same result if you swap controller board ports between the two hash boards?

The price is going up a little now, close to 4.1k USD.

Cool to see you buying one and testing it out. Does changing the value for --avalon9-voltage-level-offset make the power efficiency any better?

any european buyers here? i'm wondering how much import taxes will we have to pay
In most cases you only need to pay the Value Added Tax. The VAT percentage is country specific. In here Finland, the VAT is 24%. If your courier or the customs take some additional fees, of course those have to be paid as well.
