Being part of the early miners, I sold for 35% of my stack, but I'm keeping most of my FLT's as the future sounds promising between the fund that could bring some really innovative projects and the merchant adoption push that could go real fast with the POT. Sure, FLT could go down to 1500/1000 satoshis, remember it was around 150 satoshis a few... days ago.
Best thing you can do if you're part of the Y generation: hold you FLT, go into a coma and wake up in a few months
So what did you do with that 35%?

Major dumping on mintpal.... Someone sold 10 btc worth at 300. Now dumpers dump... So depressing, I entered at 300 This post got me thinking... We're talking about major dumping like omg wtf bbq. I mean.. really? What are we mumbling about? It's not odd for BC to go up & down somewhere in the 5000 to 10000 range and we're complaining about 500 to 1000 Satoshis? One look at the market on MintPal shows me that there is hardly any volume in the sell orders. Most of the time the prices just jump 10 to 20 Satoshi per stack. Seriously? We have a great coin here: - Great distribution - Active Developer - HashCows MultiPool - Interesting PoS - Impossible to mine - Only ~50.000.000 coins (that's halve of BC and about twice BTC)In short; It is our market! and we allow our FairCoin to be sold cheap! No offence, but we should stop fooling around and set the sell price for what this coin is worth to you and create some volume. The bagholders of FairCoin must control the market, it is not the other way around. "You want to buy our great coin? Pay for it!"I totally agree with your analysis Actually it's 66.66% of BC. And I did pay for it. I paid dearly. Been holding since the ATH.

Good to see this coin break through 40k.
You're welcome. I bought the book from 39.5k up to 40.8k Thank you!!!!!!! It's still going up!!!! You're today's BC Hero!

Only repeating and commenting my analysis on BTC, the bearish pattern is very evident at support buy walls on bitcoin, as I said yesterday, every hour that passes, support buying has decreased on Bitcoin, yesterday BTC support buy walls was U $ 475.00 today is already at $ 450,00. Bitcoin goes to canvas again, great time to buy some Blackcoins with cheap BTC.
That's good advice if I hadn't sold most of my BTC stash at $425. Haha. I had no choice because the rest was in BC. BC + BTC was too much risk.

Block halving in 5 hours. That is the real event that will be having an obvious effect on price over the entire weekend. Half the coins that are being mined today will no longer be mined tomorrow. And in 7 more days this will happen again with the next weekly block halving.
Not to mention the Multipool and many other things in the works.
Every coin needs a good shakeout before the next level. It's a must before we rise over 3000. Have a look at the 2700-3000 range now.. a lot less resistance. Hmmm...
This is why I sold. it's why i bought. 2 sides of the same coin, pun somewhat intended You probably bought what I sold!

it's all about the money, they knew they could capitalize quickly. and they sure as hell did, a lot of btc traded hands there in the first few minutes of trading. making them substantial % on fee's
they don't care about blackcoin or whitecoin
Exactly, I'm sorry to say, but I would have done the same if I was running mintpal. As an entrepreneur I can relate and what count's in business is to be stone cold when you want to make $$ I like how quickly everyone forgets about the 50K BC they donated for our coinkite application. BC is open source. Copycat coins are expected. We just have to work with what we have.

Guys, it's time to break the 40k wall.
You do know given what has happened today, the fact that we are still at 38K is a major victory. What did happened today? Don't you watch Harry Potter? This-Coin-Must-Not-Be-Named started trading on MintPal.

At what price will stop dumping? Any ideeas?
I predict under 500.

Coindesk!!! That could explain that huge buy order up to 39K!

Thanks! Looks like the block count was working. But wasn't sure because of the error.

Dumped like a fat sack-o-shit. Not all bad.. Means it's been further distributed. We'll soon know the reality, if the Dev sticks around or drives away in his (new) car never to be heard of again. What happened with the people waiting for PM responses for new projects?? How can you tell it was dumped and not moved?

Did this coin really hit 5000 on MintPal or was it error?

Thanks for taking the time to share how you went about doing your taxes in detail here. This could be very useful for many people in the future. No problem. Surprises me I didn't find any other thread about this. Of course I didn't look that hard. I got myself another 5 months to figure this out.
