There are too many unknowns to say check back in 3 years.
BTC did not have to deal with a constant barrage of altcoins at the beginning. As for us, so many freakin PoS competitors. I'm still holding, but I couldn't just blindly let my investment go for 3 years.

I honestly think that 20 BTC buy wall on mint won't sell at that price, not many people are selling, they'll have to raise their price.  #strongbuywallisstrong The price seems stable and has been increasing slightly. Two days ago I told the naysayer and the trolls to enjoy their celebration because it wont last for long. They thought after the sell off that BlackCoin would never recover and just die. What they fail to realize is that the BlackCoin community is the black sheep of the crypto-world, we do not follow the rules we make the rules!!!!

We use coinage i think PPC don't use coin age correct me if i am wrong. With BC you get stake after few hours in PPC after 90days. PPC still have high block reward 92.89 PPC now due to other system while BC is fully mined out and POS secure only network. I need do some reserch now PPC changed something now in their POS PPC still have POW part as far i see on coinwarz BC 1st turned of POW because rat4 wanted show that pure POS can be secure itself. PPC Sunny King differs, he preffer Hybrid for security. POS will small reward is not secure enough. Yeah Blackcoin is unique and does it securely. I believe BC devs also fixed mintcoin security issue the same way. No, they dont. They attacked the network, and attack is different than to help. Low Reward POS is less secure than high reward POS and Rat4 is aware of it. Hybrid is much more secure. Unless you have MNT problems which got rid of PoW afterwards. No one can explain to me if it affects other hybrid PoW/PoS coins. We where talking about PPC which is far superior in security than BC, or any other Pure POS. Maybe one POS coin is planning merging POW with a big one, an hybrid POS/POW that recicle energy.. Thats a game changer, pure POS that is less secure than PPC. For now. As I understand it as the PoW rewards get lower and so does the difficuly, eventually it becomes a liability and must be removed altogether. |

Is it possible to create a special wallet that has no option to send only to receive? Sort of like right now where an unlocked wallet can mint. Let's say I'm gone for 30 days, I'd like the reassurance no one is trying to brute force my password for 30 days. So a wallet that's unlocked but minting with no option to send and no password feature. Is that possible? |

Current Volume for the last 24 hours was $263,000 USD
Assume that half buy and half sell in normal trading then total volume needed to eat ALL the coins mined per day if ALL 100% are sold daily is only (until block halving) = $44,000 total volume OR $22,000 SELL volume
Think about this ::::
-- 100% of mined coins per day are NOT being sold daily. At most half are. If even that. So $11,500 likely max SELL volume ($22k total) on daily mined coins.
-- On Saturday the number of mined coins will drop by half
-- Next Saturday they will drop by half again.
-- Multipool coming and other factors such as coin uniqueness
Maybe seems complex but to sum it up :
At these volume levels and upcoming block halving the price cannot be held down by mined coins
And that is why the price has been rising and there is no shortage of smart and endless buyers.

we need BC/FIAT. so that they can cash out their coins without damaging the BC market.
we have this. why cant people just look these same things get repeated over and over. where i can't find any.. and if there is any it wasn't been popular here. They exist, they're not heavily used though, one is https://prelude.io/trade/usd/bc - I did easily part with 5000BC a few days ago as an attempt to stimulate the market. So there are buyers - but sellers are few and far between right now. Which is to be expected I guess. It'd be great if MintPal eventually took on fiat pairings but I imagine that's a horrible amount of murky legal water to get themselves into. There is a coin that is successfully testing multisig gateways and using fiat bridges with ripple to let them deal with the legal side. Full laumch is weeks away. Operation Arm Twist! In just a few months BlackCoin has proven itself time and time again. We have broken numerous records on Mintpal, and literally broken Mintpal in the process. BlackCoin has the most volume than any other coin on Mintpal, and Mintpal has made a lot of money from BlackCoin. It is now time for BlackCoin to go to the next level and get its own pairs. I am thinking BC/Doge and maybe BC/Mint. Many of you would like to pitch in but don't know how, well this is a way you can make a difference. Please take 5 minutes and email Mintpal. Aske them to give BC its own pairs. Let keep emailing them every day until they make it happen.What's the progress on BTC-E? Anyone working on that? I notice 90% of PPC's volume is because of BTC-E. We'd probably have an extra 50% increase if we make it on there. |

This is huge. I am SO glad I decided to hold on to my lovely Blackcoins - Fuck the haters, BC was sold not because people didnt like it but because they were greedy and wanted to buy it back cheaper. The coin is back - the trend is up and will continue to go up until people run out of BTC - once more we shall suck all the BTC out of the shitcoins and into the blackhole - People can see the potential to triple their portfolio value at least - BUY baby BUY!

So when it goes down I get blamed...so do I get credit for when it goes up? Or am I just responsible for anything that goes bad? What did you do to cause this uptrend? My crystal ball says it will fall back to around 15k, it is being pumped by investors to sell you the coins they got at 14k for 25k, you don't learn.
Is that what you said the first time we hit 14k or something different? |
