901  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Starting as a Bitcoin Blogger on: December 15, 2023, 10:49:14 AM
Seasons greetings to all members of the forum and happy Christmas in advance. Not too long the year will come to an end and I have been thinking since I started this forum and have started learning much about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I have decided to take a bold step in starting a life as a blogger in Bitcoin specifically. It's difficult to know how to start, but i have started watching video lessons on blogging and the first thing I was asked to do is to create an account on some blog sites like Medium, Wordpress, Wix and Tumblr. I know some people may be wondering why i have to share it here.

The thing is i need encouragement, insights and resources that will help me grow and successfully achieve this goal. By next year i want to be officially a Bitcoim blogger because am proud and i feel like one now  Cheesy

Perhaps i can find a mentor here.
Welcome to your ideas and approaches to this field, for newcomers I think they are like seeds that are sown, and how the germination develops requires many different factors to bring the seed to fruition. that variety achieves the desired yield.

I highly recommend starting from the basics and small to nurture a long-term growth process, a few suggestions that I can give you

- Learn economic history
- History of scientific and technological development
- History of bitcoin and crypto development
- Improve health and spirit
...
There are many other things that I believe your journey will pay for itself. And of course we here are just like you, always trying to learn and share the knowledge we have to build a good community.
902  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Back to loss glory on: December 15, 2023, 10:41:22 AM
IMO, each different stage will have contextual circumstances for people to adapt to it, the will to overcome life circumstances or accept it is up to us to decide. So, ignoring the story of the circumstances that pushed us into difficult situations, what is the determination that we are showing? I myself was born into a family where I always feel proud and grateful, even though I receive many judgments from society, but that only motivates me personally to try to find the truth of my life. In life, the country I live in also has to go through many wars to be able to maintain peace. And the generation of people who have sacrificed their lives to preserve our country always remembers that gratitude, which is not only expressed through thoughts but also actions by living responsibly for this life. Each person's mission and lessons may be different, but in general, if you throw away personal interests and live to serve society, that is the return that I believe is the most concrete way to express gratitude.
903  Other / Archival / Re: New strategy for casinos! on: December 15, 2023, 08:37:17 AM
I think it is not necessary because casinos still operate in their own way. The loss of a part of an already existing field can cause debate, but it has also been clearly stated about it. The decisions of the forum moderators and we members should respect them. And the collaboration, as the OP mentioned I think it is also an idea but it will be more straightforward that it will not be accepted, and as I expressed before, the casinos that appeared before also do not need additional that service or if they want, they must also be bound by the regulations.

And now by the time mixers are banned from the forum I think they've had enough time to come up with solutions that can continue to work for those who seek them out, and we also No need to think too much about it.
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need Explanation on Defi on: December 15, 2023, 08:28:33 AM

Lately have been trying to get the full details explanation on Defi but I don't seem to get a suitable one .

I need to know It's importance and how it works not in term of the token.
Also , what does the token has to do with it or is it unrelated at all??
If you feel like the concept is still quite vague, then I think you should talk about the products appearing in this space and the DEX and CEX use cases.

Your assets belong to you, including your holdings of coins/tokens in your personal wallet. And whether you use some CEX like Binance, HTX, OKX,... and obviously your assets in those exchanges are held by that service and you are only viewing your assets on the service, and when a problem occurs, you absolutely do not have too much initiative. And in contrast to DEX, the asset is managed by you, and how you like to use it is your way.

That's just a basic example of Defi products at work in the space, and while not entirely beneficial, it certainly provides a clearer view of freedom and fairnes.
905  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin as payment option for clients on: December 15, 2023, 08:14:53 AM
It is the client who will pay for the transaction fee because they are the one sending the transaction.  If @OP wanted to shoulder, he can reimburse it to the client but that is another expense for the supplier and a huge waste of profit for them.  This can be fixed by using an app and doing internal transfers.  But obviously, this goes against having a non-custodial wallet thingy.  @OP can just put Bitcoin on the option for payment and add other options so that clients can have choices.

I believe accepting Bitcoin as a mode of payment in high transaction fee events will not be a problem if @OP adds more cryptocurrency to the payment options.  This way @OP's business will not be disrupted because of the Bitcoin transaction fee surge.

IMO, it doesn't need to be too complicated. If it's just a payment option, as long as it's convenient for both the customer and the service provider. And if the agreement is accepted, the process continues as you mentioned, but the problem is the scale of the value of the products paid here and the balance between them, because we all see the problems Bitcoin's own in terms of transactions.

Although I also highly encourage the use of bitcoin in many different areas of life, the core commitment in life should still be maintained at a balanced level, not too skewed towards personal views. And perhaps from the previous suggestions, OP will also be able to choose a specific method and decision.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Craze for Meme coins never ends? on: December 15, 2023, 07:26:33 AM
Yep, this is not the first time, but we all understand the risk of participating in memecoin, someone can gain x100, and conversely someone can lose their money completely.

The way many people only like to talk about profits in an unbalanced way is part of the reason it can be easy to attract, because we can't avoid greed and are easily swayed by FOMO about things we like. It obscures our sanity. I also went through many different levels of emotions with memecoin, what I concluded was that I was only willing to spend money that I was willing to lose completely like gambling. It doesn't need complicated analysis. Colorful doesn't mean much, because it's a memecoin itself and doesn't have much applicability, so don't get too complicated about your expertise in the field.
907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Type of gambling and Intelligence on: December 15, 2023, 07:19:56 AM
Does the type of game you play at a casino or sports you bet on show an individual's level of intelligence or how smart a person is?
Blackjack, Poker, slots, roulette, baccarat, sports betting, horse racing, betting on sociopolitical events, keno, etc.

IMO, intelligence brings an advantage to any field, and that includes gambling. The game that I'm exposed to is really, if you look at the risk/opportunity ratio, making appropriate decisions shows intelligence. But it's clear that the boundary between intelligence and gambling is often only a small one, because in the end, the people who create the product are always smarter than the players, just like we work for a company to get paid, and the boss is still the one who gives us that job.

With gambling, sometimes the confusion between finding fun and making money (some) is very complicated, and seeing many people become addicted and fail, I am aware that even if I learn a lot, No matter how far I go in this field, I still know that I am a fool. So it only brings a taste of joy to life, and I also don't want to taste the pain of gambling, and the fault still belongs to the individual first.
908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The risk and reward of having Bitcoin on: December 15, 2023, 07:11:27 AM
The boundary between risk and reward is no longer so important to me, because everyone has their own way of thinking, whether it is personal benefit, collective benefit, or even evil behavior. Bitcoin is always what it is, and it's natural for people to find different things and label it. The truth is that the bigger it gets, the more different labels it will receive.

IMO, peace in life means that we are no longer either competitive, but can operate through bitcoin or maintain the inherent nature that we support. But honestly, this life we have has many views that we are forced to accept or rise up to change.
909  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump make world peaceful place on: December 15, 2023, 07:03:55 AM
I also hope Trump can return to the White House in the next term, and I believe if that happens, many truths will be exposed that we will feel disgusted by. Although, from an economic perspective, what Trump did in the past received a lot of praise, I like that taxes will be significantly reduced and will promote general development. But returning to politics, I also think that Trump's determination and open personality will be able to ease existing tensions.

We are also soon entering the harsh campaign periods for the upcoming election, and things seem to be ramping up a lot, I have heard about the support of people wanting Trump back, because they are truly going through a complicated period.
910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think will be the next hype in crypto? on: December 15, 2023, 06:56:40 AM
Hype is an indispensable part of any field, and with this market itself, even Bitcoin and leading altcoins have hype on a completely different scale than other things so small that people often consider it a trend.

Looking back at the development journey of crypto, from bitcoin to ETH (POW), going through many stages from ICO, IDO, DEFI, NFT, metaverse, P2E, MEME, WEB3, AI, SOCIAL,... but the direction this type appears with different intensities but is all based on the main thing that is the volatility of bitcoin, and when the market is exciting is also the time when we witness a lot of nonsense, but with abundant money then everything can easily reach a bubble state. For those who cannot yet take advantage of the hype, they will have to continue waiting or give up playing in this market, overcomplicating the problem or simplifying it. That is how each of our perceptions is treated in the results we receive.
911  Economy / Economics / Re: One of the biggest problem in our society is that average person don't have on: December 15, 2023, 06:47:13 AM
Average person don't have access to capital flow.
What nonsense are you talking about? Any competent person can access capital, as long as you meet the agreed terms.

And cryptocurrency should be working that way like the average person so everybody can have access to capital and make wealthy themselfes and family.
Now If you go to the bank to ask money even If they see you have good skills good knowledge they still don't give you If you not meet the criteria of requirements.
But to meet with those requirements it's allmost impossible. (The game is rigged)
And even If you get the funds you pay back with high % you end up just working for those who got money it's humilation but all they have done is just they been born into right family the upper class to get good education so they can be privileged and If you meet with them and talk many of them  they are not genius at all but what they have in common is that they want to get profit from someone else hard work and they can do that only because they are the very few people who got access to capital and most of the people don't.
So whose fault is it here? Do you really understand what you are talking about? In the past, the tools supported us, and we had the right to use them, but in reality, the meaning of your contribution to the tool is not there, so don't be too demanding and consider yourself as the center. You need to accept the fact that if you are not capable, you will not receive anything from society, it is not natural that complex problems permeate society, equality is inherent. It's because people don't have enough ability to adapt and need to know how to accept their own mistakes instead of blaming them.

Let's cut the long story short the system doesn't serve us the way we can be wealthy.
Cryptocurrency is here no restrictions no limits and only your imagination how much you can earn.
In short, your perception has many problems with this life, it's just that it doesn't satisfy you so you're not satisfied with it. Anyway, if you don't change this thinking, you will always be dissatisfied with other things. Remember that when you don't have a good opportunity, it means you don't deserve it.
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How exactly do you find new tokens before they blow up. on: December 15, 2023, 06:33:14 AM
This question is to help guide newbies on how to spot new gems themselves.
I believe the best way for people with small liquidity to make good money from the bull market is to invest in small cap projects before they get big.

I’ve always asked gurus( that post is 100X and ask you to join their private telegram) this question but none of them ever give a detailed answer. All they say is DYOR, I mean I’m asking because I want to know how exactly to do my research. Can anyone give a detailed explanation on how to find new projects as they are launching before they gain attention.
If this is a problem to help newbies, I will not direct them to invest, and especially not change their thinking about making money quickly with the terms ''GEM'', it is no different from thinking about looking to bet on gambling through the crypto market.

The fact that people new to this field do not want to learn but only like to look at the profits, is a way of talking about greed when something is easy to achieve. Try asking again why you don't accept DCA with a small capital, but brings stability and avoids risks with limited knowledge. This market is inherently fair, only those who refuse to learn, are greedy, impatient, even unlucky, lack asset management,... will take more risks on the journey of exposure to crypto.

Again, it's the way people talk to you or you see yourself in a cage with experts. Even though I joined this market quite early, I've never seen anyone seriously evaluate experts. Invest in crypto. They are just people who know more than you, and will also lead you to their ideals on a larger scale, so don't depend too much on someone, the initiative in the learning and decision process belongs to you, not anyone else. If everything was as easy as many people think about profits, there would be a lot of people making money, being honest with the truth and not blindly following attractive offers. Take more risks than opportunities, and when you accumulate enough, you will become more mature with your own investments.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano, XRP and LINK "massive giveaway" scams on: December 14, 2023, 01:59:19 PM
People who have a lot of exposure to technological change can probably partly avoid these troubles. Although bad intentions appear, it cannot be denied that they have great potential to be applied to life and beyond. But changing too quickly also becomes risky because of adaptation. I think that inherently, the cyber environment also reflects the similar nature of life, the balance of good/bad. So how we choose to approach and deal with that, as well as spreading positive messages, will bring balance back. There are things that I saw on YT a long time ago about how to use AI labeled with crypto to navigate FOMO, but in reality it is only a small part of other complex problems.
914  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you still use Banks ? on: December 14, 2023, 08:44:21 AM
I teach all my family to use cryptocurrency becouse i dont trust Banks and i think If you can tell your bank mind your business you are scam i told my bank If you not give me loans or credit i dont need you and i close it
It may sound like a good idea to spread knowledge, but something's shortcomings are not the reason a new product exists. We are in a transitional period of awareness about many things in life, including the financial system. You can answer for yourself, if not through the bank, where do you get the money to use it?

I don't want to separate which thing is better, because life today is not about winning or losing to see which thing is better. Instead, every product that is born is received and used in a way appropriate to life's context. Maybe people who know about crypto believe in it or simply look for profit opportunities to get back to living, but we still cannot separate centralized or decentralized finance.
915  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Fatal Mistake of the United Nations on: December 14, 2023, 08:35:21 AM
The role of the United Nations in current conflict issues is no longer very effective, perhaps it will be useful when peace returns. Regarding the issue in the Middle East, I am interested, but I don't really understand too much about the politics or religion of either side. Honestly, this conflict will never end until victory belongs to one side. There are many reasons that I know, but at the core of the problem is the hatred that has lasted for centuries, and the information is so distorted that there is no real basis. Any complete information about who is right/wrong.

But anyway, no one wants conflict, perhaps we also need to accept the fact that war is a solution when the scope is too large. It's not as simple as the way we are evaluating this problem, but really only those inside the problem are aware of the complexity of that conflict.
916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Security is important in Bitcoin on: December 14, 2023, 08:25:15 AM
Although I have mentioned this story many times before, it seems that it will continue to be repeated as a misconception about investing for many people. It will be quite similar to a child learning to ride a bicycle, he must learn the most basic things to be proficient, and it will take a lot of time for him to be able to control the bike as he wants, and with the right tools. Smart people will make things happen faster.

Back to the problem, security is like a way to equip the owner with safety, but it does not mean safety is guaranteed. For newbies, they encounter many problems with asset management, and make more wrong judgments about investing. They are easily informed about opportunities to start without foreseeing the consequences, and the element of luck is attached when people refuse to accept learning. If it's just keeping the private key, seed phrase, etc., there are thousands of different ways, even if people intend to bury it with death. But remember, it's important to re-understand how it works and reconsider what you're looking for with what you have.
917  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcointalk as a means of Job & Wealth Creation for Youths in Nigeria on: December 14, 2023, 08:13:31 AM
Lol Grin , Surely this title shows the truth of what is happening?

Although I'm not in this area, I'm not sure the work on this forum reaches the youth the OP is talking about, but I can agree that some groups have the opportunity to come into contact with the space and find income. But it's not too impressive because it's similar to how many other people know about this space, and frankly we still know for a fact that this field is not as popular as the way we operate on the forum.

Maybe the OP is just trying to create posts in hopes of receiving "merit", after all you need to make quality and relevant content. This is a valuable space for knowledge, not just for the purpose of making money.
918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bankroll! on: December 14, 2023, 08:03:27 AM
Who are these people that are dreaming of investing in sports betting? I'm sure that there's not a lot of people that are going to do that even when you make it look logical, sounds to me like you're creating fictional people that are considering investing in sports betting because I haven't seen a lot of users posting here that even consider that not even the NBA or Football mega threads. But if you're talking about short-term funds for sports betting then I would say I'd be comfortable to have around 200 USD because it's a safe amount, not too big for me but at the same time enough for me to make some profit in case I get a win in my bet.
Yep, maybe not for you, but it doesn't have to be limited to thinking in the way you mentioned, the sports betting market is huge, and there are many opinions about it. So play in a way that you think is safe. I also don't dream too much about the opportunity to make money, even though I'm also quite lucky when exposed to gambling. But I understand that the story of a player looking for relaxation is completely different from that of a player who has done their own research and calculations. There will also be individuals and groups that can be considered good players, and they have reasons to achieve good results in betting.

Anyway, I'm not someone who spends a lot of money on gambling, I'm happy to spend large sums of money, but to be honest I don't always do that. But usually I don't spend more than $50 on gambling every week, and there are even months when I don't play, so the target audience here will not be for me, just someone looking for comfort.
919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Another FUD article from the Wall Street Journal... on: December 14, 2023, 07:50:04 AM
They say the ETH Spot ETF won't pass because Wall Street firms don't know how to solve the staking reward problem... The SEC could say no for many reasons, but staking is definitely not one of them, as none of the proposals mention staking at all.

When I was in school, everyone was encouraged to read the Wall Street Journal because it showed that I was an intellectual. Now, why do you read the Wall Street Journal? Don't you have Google at home to verify information? Why does the Wall Street Journal hate crypto so much?

FUD to collect goods Smiley . What's interesting is that some crypto fans like to share false information about other chains, as long as it benefits them...

As the saying goes, if you put 100 black ants and 100 red ants in a jar and then shake the jar, they will start fighting.

Never forget that the real enemy is not another type of ant but the person shaking the jar.
920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: S&P Faults Biggest Stablecoin, USDT on: December 14, 2023, 07:37:34 AM
By the way, you need to know that USDT is present in different blockchain networks. I wonder if the risks are also different?
Concerning its familiarity in this space, although there is much information about regulations that have appeared to affect price stability, they still exist and are an indispensable part of the market. But in this space, it is difficult to guarantee that bad scenarios will not happen. I think the issue of choosing safe stablecoins for users on a small scale will not have too much of an impact, but on a large scale, that is a big risk sign.
It's unlikely that there are political issues behind why quality control and assessment are mentioned so much, but in my opinion, in a not yet completely decentralized environment, finding your own way out of this difficulty is difficult, and forcing stablecoins should probably also be researched. Honestly, from that point of view, I think the majority of people are more susceptible to flavor manipulation, and small-scale use is not too worrying.
