Over $1,000,000 in 24H volume on coinmarketcap.com!

hope there is no hidden premine like asiacoin
I'm sure there isnt and someone has already checked it out and confirmed Cinni does not have that by comparison with AC code.

What we really need is for a trusted and capable 3rd party to step up and conduct a complete analysis of code and the windows executables that are provided and then afterward post complete results here for public to see, it would benefit everyone and go a long to increasing further the confidence in Cinni and stabilizing the price Smiley

and the community would surely reward them with some well deserved donations for such a service to cinni believers everywhere Wink

On Cryptsy Cinni is almost through 22k! Mintpal is lagging! And frozen @ 25k on poloniex!

Why does Poloniex freeze Cinni?  Why would any exchange "freeze" a coin?

Maybe because they are a fractional reserve exchange so they may not have enough Cinni in their wallets to back up a large number of users making withdrawals. And because of poor security and hacks they have to sweep user deposits to other addresses, making it difficult for public to see proof that all the coins present in user accounts and on markets are equal to what are in the exchange wallets.

Its different at Atomic,  its very open and transparent with a liquidity page to prove exactly how many coins are held by the exchange, and where coins do get held hostage by the owners. This is possible because of the high level of security in its design that other exchanges do not have.

All my Cinni withdrawals from Atomic have immediate after confirming, I know this as i used it to set up my wallet for micro staking and every time it was 1-3 seconds for my wallet to notify me of it.  All other Cryptsy, Mintpal, Polo, Bittrex would show irregular delays going into the minutes at least if not longer. Shocked

And they overcharge on Cinni and other altcoins tx fee and they keep the difference for themselves!  Shocked
Withdrawal/TX fee should is min. 0.005 CINNI and charging 0.1 CINNI (Cryptsy) or 0.2 CINNI (Bittrex) from each withdrawal is too much - Its even more then Cinni faucet pays out when someone uses it
Mint also charges more but its not unreasonably higher at this time then the minimum amount set for Cinni.

Atomic Trade always charges specified minimum tx fee required and nothing more Smiley

SHIBE/BTC has been added to Atomic.   Come trade on the worlds most secure and shibe friendly crypto exchange Wink

924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SHA256]+[CPU] MediterraneanCoin (MED) - REUSE your ERUPTER!! on: May 07, 2014, 08:06:39 AM
MED is currently traded only on AtomicTrade but some people said that exchange scammed them for coins. MED might also be soon
added to Cryptsy where it is expectable to gain high trading volume for some time.

Only one person so far has made that claim.  and they created extra account here to support them every time they post about it, but the owner has already said in another thread he was given his refund months ago.  Maybe he has some personal issue against the owner and keeps coming back reposting that.   But think if users were having btc stolen then why to date has only 1 person made this claim.  People are moving coins in and out of there all the time and the total amount of coins held by exchange can be verified on the liquidity page, yet no one else has claim they hav missing coins or not received their withdrawals/deposits.

I would like to see MED get more support from other exchanges but please don't spread the misinformation of one person.
Atomic is just as honest and secure (if not more) then any other exchange that one can choose to trade on.

Hey i have a problem ...
may u can help me
i fargot the fork at block 60000 .... i think i have send coins to my adress after this fork.
Now i have saved my wallet and deletet the blockchain, moved the wallet.dat
Now i am reloading but i only see the balance before the fork ?
where are the rest of my cinnis and will they come back ? Huh Huh
thanks a lot im scared

wait till its completely synced. blockcount is now upto 70902.  you will not have lost coins if you withdrew from exchange as they all upgraded prior to block 60k.  You can also check the address online using cinnichain.info.  this will show exactly how many cinnicoins are in the addresses you check.

926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 07, 2014, 02:56:21 AM
Does the "10K per wallet" limit exist today or its a thing for the future ?

dev though u might misunderstand, to be clear the limit is not implemented yet
and theres no limit on how much you can hold in your wallet.  the 10k limit was meant to be for the amount that can be staked i think but no coin has this feature yet. and even if it were implemented in future most people would break that up so they get multiple stakes and support the network better.

If you already sent 10k to your wallet and intend to hold, then in 3 days it will stake, after that you will 2 separate amounts/inputs of 5k which will stake again in 3 days if u leave or open your wallet then. after this 4 x 2.5k separate inputs waiting to be generate more stake in another 3 days time.  If it gets too small you might want sweep to another account in a few months, otherwise they all help keep the network fast and regular.

it also compounds with the interest you get for stake so you get more cinni over time vs opening every 100 days to claim the max.

Today is a great day!
I hold the bag for two weeks because I bought at 15k. Know I am finally getting some profit!
I will sell 10 % of my remaining stash everytime Cinni will double from now on (10/200 rule)
Congratulation, Cinni!

thanks for the link, its a good read Smiley

One of the reasons I like CINNI is that I don't feel like I'm in the mooneys or something. The BC thread was positively cult-like during the rise with everyone thinking it was the next Bitconi etc as all coin followers do. It may still do well, but so may a whole lot of others. At least this thread feels a bit more sedate while still constructive. The price development has also been healthy. It went to 19 then dropped back to above the previous low. Now it's on another push but not a manic coin-destroying pump like BC did.

That's all good stuff and should be maintained.

Lets get our coins off the exchanges and into wallets to get the network moving as it looks like there might be a good bit of traffic in this coin to come.

+10000 Smiley

my wallet is starting to reach point where it does 1-2 stakes every hour from Cinni i moved into wallets last week.  Set it up now with small amounts of cinni deposits (eg 10 Cinni) every couple of hours and then in 3 days each deposit will start to stake separately if you keep your wallet open all the time.  Each of these is another block/confirmation and adds up to a faster network for everyone Smiley

930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 06, 2014, 11:36:55 PM
i just noticed my debug.log was 5.2GB.   was that the reason for the updated wallet?  that's way bigger than any of my other coin's debug.log's.

WAYY bigger.

can you open it?  it will prob be full of the repeated warnings/error messages.

One last question, what will happen my tx's sent on prior protocol?  will they return to me?  or will they go through, once i get my wallet upgraded to the correct version?

Depends on whether you sent them before or after the hard fork at block 60k. most likely they will be sitting in your wallet after reindexing, so might get some nice stake shortly after if you keep yr wallet open Wink

good thing is, the longer this tx takes, the higher price goes.  lol

tx with cinni are very fast, and should take less than 15-25 mins currently for 20 confirms.  this is because more people are moving cinni off exchanges to keep in wallet for stake.  so if the price goes up really high dont send all of it to the exchange, keep some in wallet and help network stay regular Wink

does anyone else's wallet go out of sync while staking?

how can i fix this? is it the nodes in my conf file are not fully updated?

post the result from getinfo typed in console, will help
remove the lines that show yr balances and ip

should not be necessary to addnodes

ah i think i already see the problem. im guessing the version?

theres no problem there.  you are already syncd up to latest Smiley

so how do i fix the problem? it is still out of sync

it will do this all throughout the day

yeah i get that too sometimes. the getinfo you posted shows you are correctly syncd up, its the same as what shows in my console.
the message u get you can ask cinnicoin in pm about it, he said a few days back he will released an updated wallet to fix that. and if you have nodes in yr conf you might want to remove them, as they are not needed.

And to those who are not being paid from cinnimultipool.com and ghash, did you contact them regarding no payment?  And if so, what did they say?  This information would be helpful.

as was said before it doesn make much sense for them to be a scam, they only just started.

why the pool don't pay out the users ?

need answer from the pool owners

Why doesnt someone contact these pools and find out what is happening with them.  It might be something as simple as they havent upgraded their wallets, after they upgrade and resync they will able to pay everyone with the cinni they have bought.

who say's they have bought any , they have just taken the hashes and mined what ever they wanted and pocketed the lot more like . they have not responded to any email i sent for the past 2 days. scrub them from the front page before it annoy's to many and tar's the coin

highly unlikely 2 separate multipools would be scams.  but sooner they chime in and say what issues they are having, the sooner it can all be cleared up and put to rest.  I notice one of them acts as a multipool for other altcoins, have those miners received their coins?

Big thanks for this, its needed an update for so long.  I will give a try but as you said maybe see you in 2 weeks,  i will try the 2nd method first and hopefully save some time Smiley

Were you able to check that the PoS part is correct and will work as expected, this is something i've been wondering about seeing as the previous update was before many of the PoS coins last year began to break or did weird things (eg pennies, starcoin) and igotspots may have not hav fixed or even known about it.  and can we assume it also has the updated ssl to protect from heartbleed?

Which crypto currency has delivered most in the year of 2014 (net growth %) ?

Is it Dogecoin or XNF-NoFiatCoin Huh

I believe Bitcoin is way too behind
 Huh Huh Huh

Blackcoin looks like it to me. I expect it to continue to go up in value for most of this year.  Dogecoin can only lose value imo.

The Official CinniCoin Bounty site will be launched on Friday but we'll try to deliver earlier!

If you want to donate early on, send to this address: JVVy2E48SjDXQNx8S1ATXu23zohAsDC633

We will move most of our previous anonymous donation (currently about 30k CinniCoins) to that address before Friday.

All donations and transactions will be posted on the cinnicoin blockchain here: http://cinnichain.info/address/JVVy2E48SjDXQNx8S1ATXu23zohAsDC633

We'll make sure to take advantage of the stake so our donation constantly goes up every 3 days.

Thanks Cinni community!

What will donations be used for and who will decide where that Cinni is spent?

As of right now, our plan is to have the Bounties & Bounty donations decided by a foundation comprised primarily of large investors/ contributors of Cinni (which includes myself).  Unless there are strong objections to this, we think this will be the best course of action for the Bounty page.  We will of course be fully transparent - you will know what our plans are in regards to what type of bounties we feel are necessary, and how much Cinni we feel should be paid for that bounty.  We will also be open to the ideas and suggestions of the community.

How much Cinni is needed or contributions is required to become a member of this foundation?  Or is it a closed group?
