The major alternative to this would be that the mother and father get married and raise the child right. Other alternatives might be:
1. That there is a man willing to marry the woman, and raise the child in the absence of the father;
2. That the parents of the woman (or any other responsible married couple) agree to support the woman.and the child until the child is 18;
3. Other points would be similar to these.

But if there is going to be an abortion, take the mother's and father's lives right along with the baby/fetus/embryo... especially in the case of sex outside of marriage.

If you are asking for details about how this would work, the US Constitution wasn't figured out and ratified by only one or two people, or in a matter of a few hours. Even though it was only one guy who actually drew it up, there were many people adding their two cents worth to make it what it finally became. The details of how to apply the tenets of the US Constitution to all the State Constitutions is something that a lot of people would have to work out. The results (we would hope) would be to eliminate the Federal Government, but keep the spirit of freedom, and the alignment between the States.

Jurisdiction size could be what you said, "State level or county Level," plus city level in some cases. But, the State would be over their State in some ways governments within the State wouldn't have power. Part of the whole idea would be to eliminate much State power over the people directly. There are many different kind of taxes in the American States right now. If you are talking income tax, there are 9 States, right now, that have no income tax. The others base their income taxes on the IRS tax. These others would simply have to change a tiny bit, and do their own tax calculation, or drop the income tax altogether.

The United States Capitol Police officer assigned as the head of security for former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been accused of perjury after allegedly giving false testimony during one of the trials against the Oath Keepers organization.

U.S. Capitol Police Special Agent David Lazarus, a member of Pelosi's security detail, testified during one trial that he passed by Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn engaging with four Oath Keepers "three or four times" while he was evacuating Pelosi's staffers who were allegedly trapped in a locked office in her chambers.

Lazarus then went on to testify that he supposedly observed Dunn "arguing" with so-called rioters and that during his exchange, he saw an opening to "rescue" around a dozen of Pelosi's trapped staffers.

Lazarus further claimed to have several "antagonistic" interactions with Jan. 6 protesters. When he was shown a short cellphone clip of four Oath Keepers, Lazarus positively identified them as the individuals he observed who were being antagonistic toward him and Dunn.

"The problem with Lazarus' testimony about this significant event is that, according to direct video evidence the jury never saw, it never happened," wrote investigative reporter Steve Baker for The Blaze.

Baker explained that this video "appears to prove conclusively" that Lazarus was actually not with Dunn during the events he described but was actually in the lower tunnels that lead to the Senate office buildings escorting senators and their staff away from the Capitol.

"By analyzing the footage from multiple CCTV cameras and comparing the timelines associated with Officer Dunn's actual interaction on camera with the Oath Keepers, it is clear that Lazarus did not arrive [at the area] until three and a half minutes after the last of the Oath Keepers had left the area and were exiting the Capitol building," wrote Baker.

The kids come to the picture, and they want to sell it at an auction along with a lot of Grandma's property. They put a value of $5 on the picture. But Grandma wouldn't sell that picture for $10 million.

Who cares what other people think about the value of your property. It's your property, and you can put a value on it that suits you.

Granted, Trump doesn't understand the basics of law in the US. If he did, he would have hired his attorneys as advisors, rather than to speak on his behalf in court. But the point is, he has a right to value his property at any amount he desires... because it is his property. If the whole world says the value is different than Trump says, they don't have the right to change the value of it regarding what Trump says, because it is Trump's property. He has placed the value to be what it is worth to him.

Suppose Trump decided to sell some property that he had given a high value in the eyes of the world. Nobody would buy it from him at that value. He would have to drop the value of it before they would even consider buying it. But that isn't what he was doing. So, he has the right to value it any way he likes.

Since the court is taking away Trump's right to freely say things like this, he's losing things. But it's about him not realizing what the basic rights are in America.

Consider yourselves and your property. You probably wouldn't part with some of your property at just about any price. The precedent that is being set is that government and appraisers can value your property no matter what it is, and for any reason. This kind of precedent is bringing us into socialism and communism. You don't own your property as much as you did before if somebody else can force you to value it like they think.

You jokers are losing it... the American Dream, that is.

You are looking at it backwards or from a skewed viewpoint. Somebody simply put to words what Trump has been doing all along. Trumps authoritarian plans can be summed up by simply saying...
