941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: February 13, 2020, 09:55:38 PM
When up-and-coming DEXs become more convenient than Binance...

Projects like:

Stakenet
Komodo Atomic DEX
Nash
Blocknet
Bisq
Switcheo
Loopring
IDEX
WAVES
Bithumb
...And many more...

Why would anyone ever want to keep using centralized exchanges, especially when their volume becomes irrelevant?

Why would anyone voluntarily send their funds to a wallet on a vulnerable exchange where they don't own the keys and their funds could be frozen at the drop of a hat?

I think the days of centralized figureheads acting as gatekeepers are numbered.

If this are the exchanges that want to rival the centralized exchanges, then 2020 is not the year.

Idex is now centralized /decentralized
While waves isn't dominant and frankly i prefer forkdelta to the other listed dexes.

942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is bigger than the rest of the crypto market combined on: February 13, 2020, 09:40:26 PM
It is no news anymore that bitcoin is the supreme token for crypto currency.

A price surge (increase or decrease) in bitcoin causes other token to increase de in price.

And for most altcoins traders, the altcoins are eventually converted to bitcoin pairs.

Bitcoin owns crypto currency
943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As a Bounty hunter, don't expect too much on: February 13, 2020, 09:36:52 PM
Its not about dumping all the time, bounty tokens must hold as well if you really believe in the project you are holding. You will regret it somehow if you dump it without knowing the capabilities of the projects you are holding. On the negative side, if you think it is trash then dont hesitate to dump it all.

I feel like holding a token is beyond believing in the project.

The project itself must proffer a valuable product worthy enough to convince holders about its prospect.

I also think there's no pain in crypto currency, we can only learn
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders be careful on: February 13, 2020, 09:16:06 PM
Either there is the bull run or the bear market
We all have to be careful from different forms of signals that fly around telegram especially.

Stick to your known method, learn snd develop more skills.
945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 12, 2020, 09:36:16 PM
It is reported by this peculiar reporter https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1227701319596683269?s=20 that chelsea fc has agreed a deal with Ziyech and he is to join in the summer.

What do you think about the deal ? Will he replace pedro/willan instantly ? or Odoi will be pushed to perform even better ?

And somehow, i feel chelsea deal for Ziyech will free the way for manchester united to get Jordan Sancho this summer.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum set new High in this Year on: February 12, 2020, 09:17:16 PM
I think you are right because etherum has done well in the past few days with its price rising up to 266$.
But still it somehow is under the radar, almost everyone is mentioning bitcoin surpassing 10,000$.

I think if bitcoin continues its bull run and increases in price, etherum will follow suit, and other altcoins.
947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than your bank! on: February 12, 2020, 09:02:14 PM
For me, i strongly believe that until bitcoin can virtually compete in the local markets with local currencies, only then will it be better than the bank.

I can say virtually that everyone converts their profits from trading btc to their bank accounts to run their day to day bills.

I saw some words regarding using bitcoin for large transfer across countries, thats right, but how many people actually do that on average ?

For now, bitcoin is thriving well, but not on the standards of being better than a bank. I will love to further learn more.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the right bounty for Newbie? Get rid of fake/scam project on: February 12, 2020, 08:44:41 PM
One truth about crypto currency is that you cannot predict precisely when there will be ups and downs.

So when it comes to bounty hunting, theres one way to find out.

You have to dyor, get details about the token, find out if their product interests you and has the probability to create hype.
Check the bounty terms if it is favorable, if there will be a cap for participants,

Check the supply allocated to bounty, and then explore the bounty segments to earn more.

But remember, first and foremost is to DYOR.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Partnership Compulsory in new projects life? on: February 12, 2020, 08:28:25 PM
I do not neccesary think that partnership is compulsory for new projects. It could even hinder its growth.

The most important thing for a new project is to offer distinct and good product, that is enough to drive in quality and blockchain minded investors.
With that resolved, new projects will have the options to choose partnership deals, other than that, partnership will be of low quality.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As a Bounty hunter, don't expect too much on: February 12, 2020, 08:21:08 PM
Things and altcoins has changed tremendously since 2017, and you are right,
I feel a bounty hunter does not need to wait for ath before takig profits from efforts made.

So basically, figure out quality bounties to join, and you can enjoy quality rewards
951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins do you Hold ? on: February 11, 2020, 09:35:21 PM
I hold bitcoin, the first and best crypto currency token. The most reliable token worthwhile and secured for a bigger future.

Why do i hold bitcoin ? i am certain that no matter how much it dips, it will definitely rise back, could only take couple of time.

But if you seek suggestions, then i would suggest you do your own research and be sure of your decision too.
Please dyor.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project's website is asking private keys of the holders. on: February 11, 2020, 09:21:35 PM
Thats a big joke by the project website lol.

From my little knowledge in crypto currency. IF ANYONE ASKS FOR YOUR PRIVATE KEYS, BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY

There are several ways to go about it, metamask is there that can be employed, self drop is there, but they want only private keys first ??

Please flee from every appearances of fraud.
953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you notice top exchanges reduced the withdrawal fee? on: February 10, 2020, 10:04:42 PM
This is great news for every crypto trader that all the top exchanges like Binance, Okex, Kucoin, Huobi reduced the withdrawal fee by 50%! At this moment the Ethereum withdrawal fee is 0.005 ETH, which was 0.01 ETH in all these exchanges!

If this is true, then thats a beautiful job done by the top exchanges.
But i usually do not worry about the withdrawal fees, i usually convert to xlm or trx, but now that withdraw charges are cheaper, i can then withdraw etherum directly.

This will also increase trading activities (small $) in these exchange platforms that have slashed fees.
954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is digital gold good? on: February 10, 2020, 09:59:11 PM
As I am increasingly interested in investing some of my money in digital gold for the long term and I will invest around 40% whether this is good.?
give your opinion.
And I want to know a few articles about digital gold may be shared here.
thank you
you better not invest, there must be further analysis to prove whether the project is good or not,
even though the team members are clear, but I don't know if they have a real supply of gold

Not an investment advice though.

But the digital gold token https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/digital-gold/ has a total token supply of 9,200 tokens and also they claim to have 9,200 physical gold with Bullion star. If you search through medium or the project website, you will find the gold tracking information there.

Do more research, and make the best investment options personally.

956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 09, 2020, 10:30:13 PM
Hi,

I didn't get any valuable tokens for several months in bounties (even the promised tokens without any value) .

Are you still earning money with them or just a few bucks (which is not worth to bother)?

In 2017 and 2018, it was so profitable. Now, what is the situation?

Should I start again?

I will say yes, i still earn from Bounties, this year i have gotten reward from bazooka tokens for telegram enrolment. And i have been enjoying Tokoin rewards until the sudden change in distribution terms. (happens almost all the time)

And also with best change. I think the core way is to be patient and wait for the Bounties to show up, that way you  can choose rightly
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: February 09, 2020, 10:16:45 PM
I think i have not had any reason to doubt or discredit usdt
Like i usually say, my crypto journey is from altcoin to bitcoin, if i don't save to bitcoin

I save to my bank account, but i think usdt is fair enough to help you short losses and store funds just for a while

959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: February 09, 2020, 10:12:25 AM
The first time I heard about bitcoin, I wasn’t drawn to the financials
I thought I had found a way to explore my writing skills.

And from time, writing crypto blogs made me realize I could earn bitcoin from writing which literally pushed me up to bounty hunting then bitcointalk forum.

And now I have read and understand blockchain to a proud extent, while being able to analyze trade signals my self.

The General awe ness crypto has shown me keeps me to continue my consistency in involvement with crypto
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: February 09, 2020, 09:44:00 AM
I think I personally find it difficult to invest In altcoins
Throughout my crypto currency lifespan, I have not for once bought an altcoins, and I have learnt to sell my bounty rewards at the peak for btc.

Don’t be offended but for me, Bitcoin is my only investment today
Others are Shitcoins
