This comment is good. This has to be pointed out. Thumbs up
962  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 years from now = Mars reached on: July 13, 2016, 10:21:12 PM
This deserves a bump. I pray you're close in your predictions, I'm HODLING for at least another 10 years, price dependent.
Do you really think that the waiting is going to pay off because I am not sure what to believe when it comes to the future of Bitcoin.
Some people say that it is dead or is going to be red and some say the price is going to be thousands of Dollars.

Be strong and hold. Don't THINK too much about it. Get on with your life and don't sell them.

Come back in 5-10 years.

Calculated risks are needed in life to succeed.

$700 tonight

$750 in 72 hours.

What are you guys seeing that I am not?
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc in wall street? on: July 12, 2016, 07:19:47 PM
Apparently latest news from mainstrem media indicates that Wall Street is no longer interested in bitcoin and in FinTech powered by blockchains.
Wolves of Wall Street apparently decided that bitcoin is only flavor of the month and soon investors will move on, to more old fashioned investing solution.

I see that was posted on APRIL the 1ST. April fools day?

To all traders....

What is this looking like? Back down shortly?
966  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 12, 2016, 04:31:02 PM
The Chinese won't like being asleep during this little increase. Come get those coins.
967  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2k in january on: July 10, 2016, 10:10:35 PM
i hope that bitcoin will grow to such big price really easily and allow me to earn money, but anything might happen so im not putting too much efforts in getting my bitcoins right now

You hope Bitcoin rises so you become rich but you don't have any.

Seems a good plan.

Solid.
968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predict the price: Halving day 2020 on: July 10, 2016, 06:00:54 PM
My prediction between $2k-$3k.

Funny how when we were stuck at 400-450 range everyone thought 600-800 was a stupid guess and now we are in that range everyone thinks it'll stay between 600-900 range and any higher is dreaming.

Even $10k is low if this thing really takes off. Things can move massively and very quickly so don't be caught out and left behind.

I have my ticket for 2020 and that's all I care about.
969  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 07:51:14 PM
$1000 in December would be very impressive and if we can get there slow and steady it would be more beneficial than any crazy price movements.
970  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 07:31:34 PM
Countdown begins.....

4 years until halving
971  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 04:37:03 PM
Are the price manipulators even trying? The market has been doing completely random shit lately. It's like it's not even about money anymore. They are just trolling everybody for lulz at this point.

I've been thinking the same thing. Showing who's the Billy big bollocks in the Bitcoin world.
972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 04:29:23 PM
This is in the last few seconds of halving time. Shows how easy it is to manipulate.
973  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else is going to hold while people try to short the halving? on: July 05, 2016, 04:47:08 PM
Always hold.

I've been through worse. I am not a trader and would never pretend to be.

I'm a simple man, I buy and I hodl.
974  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 02, 2016, 08:16:47 PM

The article is nearly pure nonsense because the actual facts, including the price breaking strongly (and seemingly irreverseably) above $500 speak loudly and convincingly that people are buying bitcoins and the ones that matter (those buying) do not perceive bitcoin to be broken... otherwise they would not be paying more than $500 and then more than $600 and then more than $700 per coin..

So, yeah, hard to convince people when we cannot get BTC prices back into the $400s.. and even the $400s was not a bad place to be, after BTC prices had been in the $200s for nearly a year.

But, yeah, Tzupy start preparing your bear ass for continued upwards price movements, and you must realize that there is some chance that we are going to have continued resistance in the upper $700s and also in the $800s, but seems likely that if we clearly get past the mid $800s, we are going to need to brace ourselves for the $3k plus price territories.

Hi J

out of interest do you not think there will resistance in the 900s, 1000s, 2000s? From what I see there is always a "round" number which becomes a sticking point.

I'd love 3k Bitcoin though. I'd skip everywhere instead of walk.
975  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halvening 99% ready, rocket only 2 weeks to go before moon launch!! on: June 26, 2016, 10:10:50 PM
The halving is already well calculated into the current price. It's actually quite overhyped because of it.

It doesn't matter. There is a huge hype around the actual date, and also we will have segwit soon and more new stuff. We are only going up.

You seriously believe that segwit crap? We've been promised a solution for years, it never happened and development has never been as dead as it is now.

Segwit just got merged this week.  Crap or not, it is coming.

Can someone explain Segwit to me please? In simple terms.

Thanks in advance.
976  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: June 24, 2016, 10:01:32 PM
new 2k peak i think, easy to get at this point or 1k+ at least

Many people would sell starting at even $700 so that would be extremely difficult.

My aim is for the price of bitcoin to double every year, so if the price is lower than my target, I will not sell.
well it will be impossible after some time as bitcoin cant double every year, if the price would double every year it should be 4 mil per bitcoin in 14 years while its only possible for it to reach 3 millions

I think it is possible for the bitcoin price to double every year for the next 10 years, then rise 40% a year for the next 20 years.
2013 bitcoin prices reached $1,000 and now three years the price of bitcoin difficult to reach $1000, but this year has seen the potential that the price could reach $1,000

Over $1000 in 2013 was due to willybot. I'd take that all time high as not an all time high if you see what I mean.
977  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN - Time to buy? Time to sell? on: June 24, 2016, 09:31:44 PM
Right now I have no idea whether or not it is a good idea to buy or sell Bitcoin, it might be better to buy and wait, or just wait until the halving is over. I have a feeling the market won't move a whole lot from this point, and we'll be looking at high $500s to low $600s for the next few years, unless something amazing happens and we all get lucky.

Maybe the coinbase-paypal deal will increase the value, but I have no idea.

No one has any idea. If you have spare money buy some, if you don't have spare money then don't buy any.

This isn't a get rich quick scheme anymore. We all need to be patient and stop panic selling at each small dump.

- Buy bitcoins

- Store in a paper wallet

- Get on with your life

- Return in 2020 and see where we are at.
978  Economy / Speculation / Re: Brexit and Bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 09:23:49 PM
I was very happy to see that the Brexit pumped the price up quite a lot after a horrible dump the last few days. Go the people of GB Cheesy

The price didn't rise because of brexit... that dump yesterday came out of nowhere and it was clearly manipulated
i think that brexit will soon have a huge impact on bitcoin price because the price of the bitcoin will surely depend on it as a lot of people from britain will start growing a lot

i think that we just have to wait, maybe there will be no brexit, government can just ignore the results of the referendum, i think that nearly anything might happen right now

Maybe there will be no brexit? We here don't live in some country where the government can forget what the majority have voted for.

I've heard some crazy things but that takes the biscuit.

Just had a multi-billion family office approach us to sell them 25,000 BTC. Not selling !

For real? Seems like a betrayal of confidence floating this on twitter ...

Strange. No names were mentioned though.

Weird thing to put on Twitter.
980  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis on: June 23, 2016, 10:36:38 PM
Look at weekly chart. Red candle 2012-08-13
yeah, break out of this correction was 5 months later. Btw, there was a halving event inside that correction (not affected price at all).

break out from $16-$7 into @256-$50 followed by wave $1152-$220 :-)
I'm expecting double wave  $4,000(top1)-$1,000(bottom1)-$10,000(top2)-$3,000(bottom2)

I think there would be a series of me passing out if this happens. I wouldn't know how to cope with those waves!
