961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Conference League Discussion Thread -- 2023/24 | Qualifiers on: August 03, 2023, 03:12:24 PM
Anyway, massive number of games today -- 44 of them, I can't remember the last time we had this number of games in the space of a few hours in a single competition!

Yeah, so many games. Last week I have done so many single not very big value bets on Conference league and it worked quite well. So, going to repeat something similar again. A bit lazy to write it all, will share fe. My main bet today is parlay of Spartak Trnava, Pogon and Mitjylland @2.48. There is quite many gameswith a bit too low odds to bet, so, probably worth to make few more parlays with heavy favorites

Haven't you noticed the decline in support for Ukraine in the West since the counter-offensive didn't go according to plan? Or has the taste of disappointment already washed off Zelensky’s lips at the results of the NATO summit in Vilnius, which left Ukraine in limbo by canceling the NATO membership plan and offering no clear entry algorithm in return? Grin
No, I haven't noticed decline of support after watching some last military aid packages that were announced already after NATO summit. Results of NATO summit, maybe there was high expectations about it, but it ended more or less like I expected without making important decisions.

Perhaps sanctions do not work well if Putin manages to finance the European opposition. Grin
Russia always will find money to fund war machine, propaganda and opposition parties in West. And sanctions - IMO, it's joke. It would work if it would be imposed like supposed. But when it's bypased using parallel import/export through countries like Turkey, Kazkahstan or Armenia, offcourse it doesn't have as much effect as expected.

Last thing he said is HOPEFULLY and that does not sound good at all Roll Eyes
Yeah, such response doesn't gives much hope that this situation will be resolved. We were waiting for response from him for so long, but after we finally got, sitaution doesn't become more clear at all. Giving such answers to questions is almost same like telling nothing.

Galatasaray - Zalgiris game looked more or less like I expected. Gala had posession, while Zalgiris parked bus and tried to catch their moment on counter attack. They got it, but as usual, Oyewusi wasted it. Mertens goal was amazing, but honestly, expected something more from Galatasaray.
Klaksvik shows that eliminating Ferencvaros was luck. Now they kicked out Hacken after penalties and goes to 3rd round. For me it was strange that Hacken were favoured so clearly by bookmakers, despite that on 1st leg they weren't better team.
Copenhagen 6:3 Breidabik - what was that!? 9 goals in single game, wow. Genk simly bottled today. Servette player got red on 3rd minute already, Genk were leading twice and they still managed to lose.

I talked about it in our turkish section but I wanted to write it here as well. As a Galatasaray fan, I found this game to be shameful beyond understanding. It was a terrible game and all of the players should feel ashamed for playing like this, they possibly could not have any good reason why they played this badly. I understand that after a while they will end up being a bit better, I understand that its going to get a few games for them to find their shape, but they just can't play like this all game long, this isn't any good at all, it was shameful. I hope we get better, it should be very important for them to realize they need to get in shape, they all came back horrible after the break, they need more training.
I wouldn't be that much concerned, after all, Galatasaray still didn't had some big names who will have important role in their squad. But yeah, if on 1st leg they found plastic pitch as excuse of not impressive performance, today I expected something more from them.

Who could have thought that Brazil will be eliminated after group stage already. Goaless draw with Jamaica and it means that glorious career of Marta in Brazil national team comes to the end, While Jamaica managed to reach next round with just 1 goal scored and 0 goals conceded in 3 games. Amazing stats.
966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2023/24 | Prelim Qualifiers on: August 02, 2023, 03:18:09 PM
I knew that Zalgiris will be heavy underdog against Galatasaray, but 19.00 odds for their win is something what surprised me. I'm sceptical about their chances. Well, maybe if they won't concede in first 20 minutes, there is little hope. While on last league game Zalgiris conceded after first 18 seconds of game.
I'm taking Genk ML and over 2.5 in Molde - HJK game. Sheriff is team that tend to surprise, but I'm taking Maccabi Haifa to qualify @1.63. And BTTS in Qarabag - Rakow game.

BATE won't be repeating past seasons' journey, good riddance. Anyone think Sheriff will be tonight's BATE?
Today's BATE, you mean conceding 5 goals on 2nd leg Cheesy. Now seriously, BATE glorious days are in past, club went down after death of owner. This year they weren't supposed to play in Champions league, but they got spot after champion and few other clubs got involved in match fixing scandal.

I feel sorry for you and i dont want to be in the shoes of any guy who bet on that game.
No need to feel sorry Smiley. Lost two bets, but won other two yesterday, so, everything is ok more or less.

What some Germans think

https://youtu.be/YZTz7UwmPiE
It's good that you wrote word ''some''. According to description of video, it was made by AfD - far-right opposition party. If it would resemble majority opinion, probably they would have much more seat in Bundestage than they have now.

I'm trying to find any military reason for these drone attacks on the business center, but unfortunately I can't. And a repeated strike on the same building in Moscow City refutes the version of the Russian Defense Ministry that the first drone was suppressed by electronic warfare, these were targeted Ukrainian attacks on a skyscraper in Moscow, in which there are no military facilities. Simply put, this is pure terrorist attack.

I understand why Ukraine resorts to terrorist tactics - because its counter-offensive is failing. I understand, but I don't condone it. It is impossible to defend democratic values by terrorist methods. Soon even its most zealous supporters in the West will turn their backs on Ukraine, because support for Ukraine already smells very shitty.
I have no idea why this building was attacked. There is Ministry of Industry and Trade or Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media is located in MIBC, but it doesn't sounds like targets. There isn't even guarantee that these drones were released from territory of Ukraine, after all distance to Moscow isn't such small.
Anyway, it's fun to see Russians complaining about terrorist attacks, when their country is doing it almost on daily basis and on much higher scale. And BTW, didn't you said something similar about West turning their backs on Ukraine if they won't show significant results of counteroffensive before NATO summit?

EDIT Something exploded in Odintsovo near to Moscow and Crimea bridge is closed because of air raid alert.
968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2023/24 | Prelim Qualifiers on: August 01, 2023, 10:39:15 PM
Damn, what and ending in Olimpija - Ludogorets game. It already looked that Olimpija is in next round already they were leading 3:2 on aggregate, but on 90+12 minute referee decided to award penalty after VAR review. But then Olimpija goalkeeper saves penalty and become local hero. And also ruined my bet and BSFL prediction...
Zrinjski ruined my bet by scoring goal on 93rd minute and taking draw from this game. Didn't watched game, but wow, 9 yellow cards were showed.
Much moire interesting action tomorrow where from all teams only Dinamo Zagreb can be confident about reaching next round already.
969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2023/24 | Prelim Qualifiers on: August 01, 2023, 03:34:54 PM
Aris' team total O1.5 at 1.90 looks decent.

Having watched extended highlights from the first match, it's hard to overlook how well Aris played even though they are somewhat new to European competitions with very little experience. BATE, on the other hand, shouldn't have even made it this far, they got lucky vs. Partizani with two counterattacks being dominated the entire match (2nd leg).
There is just 4 games today, so less option to bet, but this one sounds good. I'm also going with over 2.5 goals in Panathinaikos - Dnipro-1 game @1.70 and Slovan ML @1.80. There is no favorite in Olimpija - Ludogorets game, but I take Ludogorets to qualify, in 1st round they were in much more difficult situation, but managed to make comeback.
970  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which app would you recommend for crypto news? on: July 31, 2023, 10:44:43 PM
I see that no one has mentioned OmegaStarScream Telegram bot, it seems that it went unnoticed when he published it. It's fine, pull news from several sources
https://t.me/BitnewsNotifier
It looks like quite useful thing. I don't like to rely on news from single website, while I don't always have time to browse multiple websites. So, this bot is working like aggregator, getting news from multiple resources. Only downside that I see is that news from multiple resources sometimes repeats, but in general, it's minor thing.
971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏁🏎️ Sportsbet.io🏁 FORMULA 1 2023 Season🏁🏎️Prediction Pool Discussion Thread on: July 31, 2023, 10:29:09 PM
I finally watched the race yesterday, hoping for some excitement because the penalty to Verstappen. Still, his car is too good - and he's a great driver as well so it was the same again.

I don't like the TV broadcast of F1 - and therefore rarely watch it. Looks slow and is extremely boring for me.
Yesterday my friend showed me how he watches through the app, where you can choose the driver and watch directly from the top of his car all the time - and I had a fantastic time watching like that.

I plan to buy the subscription for that, so expect me to be much better in the pool next season when I'll actually be watching the races Grin
I don't have big complaints about TV broadcast of F1. Sometimes it's difficult to catch all interesting moments on track, but if they miss, we get replay of it. Only thing that annoys me - if something interesting happens in the middle of grid on final laps, they often don't show it because they focus on showing how Verstappen finish. And we don't even get replays of it as they show celebrations on podium.
F1 TV subscription with onboard videos is cool thing, but I think it can't fully replace main feed. But i think it's great option to follow race on second screen.
972  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: XRP Lawyer Jeremy Hogan's Twitter Account Hacked on: July 31, 2023, 03:49:01 PM
It never cease to amaze me how often social media accounts, especially Twitter accounts of more or less famous people get hacked. Because they don't really look dumb and I'm sure that they know at least basics how to secure their accounts. Then we shouldn't be surprised that average random people get fooled by scammers.

just want to update this thread that it looks like Jeremy Hogan's Twitter account has been recovered from the scammer/hackers. the owner of the account has posted a tweet on July 29 saying that he has gained control of his account again and would post photos to prove that he is actually the owner of the account.
Good news, but I'm wondering how much damage was made in these several days and how much money scammers managed to make.
973  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC🏎Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 30, 2023, 11:00:04 PM
Hi, if a colleague and I use the same account, can there be any problems? I would do daytime claims and he would do nighttime ones for the faucet
It sounds a bit strange, but I think it should be OK as long as you don't try to abuse faucet and do something what goes against their ToS. Technically, I think that many of us are doing something similar - claiming from different IP's.For example, using home internet network, monile internet on phone or using public WiFi.
So, just don't try to do things like trying claim more than once per hour if you don't want to get banned.

Oh, man, I don'treally know what offer to you. $5-20 isn't big money, but when you want to earn it without having any skills, it's quite a lot. I've been away from this micro earnings stuff. there is things like surveys, mini tasks or faucets, but it doesn't pays much.
Maybe it's easy to tell, more difficult to do, but I advice you to try learn something. Getting some specific skills will open more opportunities for you to earn good money.

Of course sir, I am very happy to receive a merit given by you. You have inspired me a lot by giving me a merit sir.
You have instilled in me a hope that I can, I will. Really sir I am very happy to get that merit. I have a request to you sir. Looking at the posts for those with small IDs like me to inspire them.

I am really happy sir .
Sir you will be by our side to raise us.
C'mon, you used word ''sir'' 6 times in this post. Believe me, it doesn't looks good. Try to be more informal when you communicate.
975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: July 30, 2023, 07:29:36 PM
Norway got into playoffs in style by destroying Philippines in style. 6:0 and actually score might be even bigger, they had so many chances.
Didn't watched game, so, I was very surprised to see that Colombia won against Germany. It's huge upset and from stats it doesn't looks like case when team parks a bus and score their only goal from counter attack. So, now they have great chance to finish 1st in group.
976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: July 30, 2023, 07:21:57 PM
Even despite starting from 6th place, winning race still was so easy for him. While Perez who got criticised a lot delivered confident 2nd place. After all, he is 2nd in championship, leading by 40 points against 3rd place. I'm not sure that Ricciardo in place of him would do much better.
In general, race today didn't disappointed, there was some nice overtakes. And now we are getting into 1 month summer break.

wow what a race by Verstappen! wins easily and by over 22 seconds! There he saved me with 1 important point! Sorry LTU_btc, you were so close to your first 3 points. But I was saved by Liquid and Verstappen 😁
Damn, it's painful, I needed this win a lot. 1 point is better than nothing, but it doesn't helps me much. I think that in 1.5 season I still haven't answered esports related question correctly :/.
Now I have match in cup against LFC_Bitcoin. I guess it can be called derby, both of us have underscore in our nicknames Cheesy. Going to be interesting.
978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 Formula Sports Racing - Sportsbet.io promotions & discussion thread on: July 29, 2023, 03:18:21 PM
Seems that FIA failed by delaying Sprint Race by 30 minutes. Quite heavy rain started bfew minutes before start and there is lot of water on track. While on original start time 16:30 it was sunny weather with dry track and didn't looked like it's not possible to start sprint on originally planned time.
979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Belgian Jupiler league 23/24 - discussion on: July 28, 2023, 11:43:42 PM
it was intense, penalties in the end, but Antwerp secured another trophy

league starts tonight, Anderlecht is playing Royale Union, Royale was a surprise two seasons ago, but now they are title favorites from the start, and favorites against well-known Anderlecht

Brugge has a tough match against Mechelen, and Gent against Kortrijk, would probably avoid betting in first round, maybe goals tonight, over 2.5
Antwerp started game very powerful and it looked that it will be easy game for them. But their 2nd goal was cancelled after VAR review and things changed a bit in 2nd half.
Brussels derby wasn't most exciting, Anderlecht didn't managed to show anything serious today and Union justified their favorite status.

Give a little bump to this topic as we have a bit less than 3 weeks remaining until start of new season. But Bundesliga 2 already started and did anyone watched it season opener between Hamburg and Schalke? It doesn't sounds bad for 1st division and it was crazy game. Score was 3:3 already, but then 2nd yellow card for Ciase and it eventually killed Schalke. Hamburg scored 2 goals on additional time and won game 5:3.
